We had a wonderful experience! My husband and I ordered the chicken fajita and bottle rocket ship, and it was amazing! The staff member, Felicia was so attentive and friendly! Would recommend to go there again! ❤️

Restaurant was clean and staff was extremely friendly! Food came out fast and the soda from the machine tasted good! If it's your first time coming here, I suggest the trailer park tacos. Super good! Will come back!

You have to place your own order and the computer wants a tip still…yea right guys, come on. They got rid of the mango drink I really used to like, and the tacos went up. They’re not bad, but to worth $6 for some dried out meat. Torchy’s as a whole could definitely offer a better experience.

First time trying torchy’s and the last time. Barely any meat whatsoever in tacos and tasted bland, as well as the rice the only thing that tasted decent was the beans and chips with queso not worth the money.

I REALLY try to like coming here, but EVERY TIME it takes 30 minutes to get my food, then it comes out cold. Some times the order isn’t right. The app doesn’t work so even if I try to order ahead I can’t because the app doesn’t work so I end up waiting for 30 mins. Most of the time the service is ok last night it was NOT. They knew my daughter and I were waiting on our order for 30ish mins and instead of bringing it to us (we were sitting at the table closest to the kitchen) the lady came out of the kitchen and put it on that order pick up place luckily I was watching the kitchen and saw, other wise we could have been waiting even longer. 2 visits ago we ordered 2 queso but only received 1. I didn’t even bother calling to get my money back. I like the food most of the time when it’s warm and fresh, but the wait time and issues have been making me come less and less. Ohh and the price. $40 for 3 tacos and a queso is a lot. We weren’t even full and annoyed we paid so much. I’m bummed bc I REALLY tried to like this place!

Dined in and noticed they have the kiosk now, we didn’t get assistance untill we were almost done placing the order. I believe this takes away from the resturant and not happy with the ordering process. My dad was placing the order and didn’t see anything we did wrong. When we got the food delivered the tacos all came on mixed plates. She then told us well you had to order it with guest count and that’s how you separate it. Seemed a bit rushed her answer. But also uniforms for the staff the partner is coming in and out the kitchen with shorts on just don’t think that’s a nice standard for the restaurant industry. And tacos took longer then usual and wasn’t busy. Tortillas were cold. Only thing very enjoyable was the queso.

that was $15… a salad for $15 with this portion of meat is INSANE!! i feel like they literally counted how many meat they were putting in it? a big side salad filled up and then there is literally little to no MEAT ??

If you are going to have kiosks to take my order, then don’t have the option to tip. I left a tip as I worked in the service industry and know what it’s like. But if the employees are not going to try and accommodate me and provide the drink cups I paid for, then they can pound sand.

My wife and I order 2 bowls.. the rice at 6p was from the the bottom of skillet, dry and old.. the chips were steal and we ask the bartender she said they are fresh.. I guess she don’t know what fresh is.. the service has gone BAD the pass few years.. and it’s only getting worse.. as an owner you should visit the locations and really see what they are representing.. because it’s not the OLD GOOD taco from your taco truck..

Update as of 12/4. No store contact and their customer service from website has gone silent… So I love Torchy’s, but this is by far the worst location in Texas. 0/3 for correct to-go orders. Highly recommend either chipotle or going to the Torchy’s off of Hwy 6. Will leave this review up until someone contacts me about a refund. Ordered a space cowboy (chicken) and got a Mr. Orange (Fish). Ordered a brush fire, without sour cream, and they still put it on there, despite the receipt even stating no sour cream.

Ordered at the kiosk, including an alcoholic drink. The kiosk asked for an employee ID for us to complete checkout. Staff was not able to find such code and kept searching for said code unsuccessfully. We finally asked if we could just order the drink at the bar, which we could. Staff did not suggest this solution. I ordered a quesadilla which came with avocado and lettuce. The lettuce was beyond brown, the avocado looked a little better but was on top of wilted lettuce, which means I couldn't eat it due to concerns of listeria. Staff did not seem professional, one wearing crocs as their work shoes. Husband enjoyed his drink.

Simple review here…. The quality of the food continues to decline and this last order was it for me. I ordered 2 chicken fajita tacos and 2 steak fajita tacos on 10/18/24 inside this location. The food came out quicker than normal which is not a problem if the food was properly prepared. I received the food, drove a short distance home (5 miles) and discovered the food was completely cold as though it had been sitting out for a while. In addition, the tacos could not be consumed due to the excess amount of grease on the tacos. Long story short, beware this location and don’t assume the quality will be up to par even for simple orders.
