Definitely one of the best Mexican spots around. This is an order at the counter and wait for your food to be brought to you kinda place, but the food arrives pretty fast, even when they are busy. They have a good variety of entrees to pick from as well as some good lunch specials. They had chicken mole when we were there, which is a very difficult dish to find, so bonus points for that! The chips and salsa they bring out to your table are also very tasty. One thing to note is that prices are on the high-side, but I would say it is well worth it for the quality of food.

They have a great selection of salsas, including a couple of very spicy ones if you ask for them 👍🏻 and their jamaica drink is very refreshing! I will definitely be back, and would recommend this place to anyone else in the area looking for authentic Mexican cuisine.

Not real impressed. No prices on the menu, want to see prices go look on the wall. You don't realize you need to do this until to late. Food was ok, quesadilla was very large, but good.

When I moved here from San Diego/Hawaii, I craved a great plate of tacos, chili relleno, beans and rice. El Azteca fulfilled that craving. The owners are so nice and the staff work very hard to maintain a great experience for the customers. I even had my retirement party held there because I love it so much.

A family-owned restaurant with open seating where you order in line unless you choose to sit at the bar. The food is authentic and bursting with flavor. Enjoy your drinks in nice, cold beer mugs. Don't miss their must-try Sunday breakfast!

Restaurants a little on the pricey side but the food is really good. $75 for 3 plates 1 beer and a soda. Aztecs offer a full bar serving beer margaritas and mixed drinks. lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Love the decor and atmosphere here. Chips and salsa are offered before your meal. Place is clean, staff is friendly. Definitely recommend trying this place out.

Priciest Mexican food I've had in a while for what it's worth, flavor wise as well. Had a taco plate, lengua burrito, enchilada plate and kids quesadilla. Service was friendly, place has good atmosphere and a ton of space/seating (and decent selection of tequila at bar) but other than that was not impressed with the food. Carnitas meat was the best thing we had

Either you're going to love this place or it's a Once and done. Everything tastes fresh and is made to order. You won't find a pool of grease on your plate, just fresh ingredients. There was a lack of flavor in everything we ate. Even the salsa was bland. The margarita was huge, but tasted watered down. The beer on tap was refreshing. Their chile relleno came from the kitchen hot and melted in your mouth with no flavor. If you prefer your food on the bland side, this is your type of Mexican restaurant. I would recommend the restaurant switch to table service instead of having people stand in line. This is not a good date spot, because there's nothing to do besides have dinner. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

I order super nachos to go. I paid $24. I waited in the restaurant for my food. When I got to my car the food was cold. There is barely any cheese, sour cream or guacamole. I had to go back and order additional salsa, sour cream and guacamole, which was an additional $11.00!!

Because this place had so many reviews, I placed an online order for pick up after a long day of VB tournaments. It cost us $94 for 3 burritos, 2 churros, 2 large horchatas. Which I thought was really expensive coming from the Bay Area. I went into the restaurant for the pick up (ahead of the expected time for pick up) - the place was dead - no one there and they ran out of Chile verde, so we replaced it with carnitas. After getting back to the hotel, the food was cold, carnitas was dried out, old and over cooked, it just wasn’t good overall. The churros were so disappointing - cold, dense, old, and tasteless. I would not go back there, it’s not worth it for food that doesn’t taste good, cold, old, overcooked. We ended up throwing 2/3 of it away.

Food is ok, but WAY overpriced for what it is. $20 for an Asada burrito with barely any meat in it?! $16 for a lunch combo with a tiny taco and some rice and beans?! On top of that, our server got two of our items wrong…and we only ordered four items. Pay attention! Not sure who this place thinks they are, but they’re not it.
