Food was great but every time i have been here, which is often, the manager is yelling at and berating the staff. Really creates a hostile environment. Please treat your staff better. Multiple of your customers talk about it and it’s the most memorable thing about this location, not the good food. Will avoid this location in favor of the other one where the staff seem to be treated better.

It's a pity that our visit was marred by glaring health and food safety violations. The manager in charge accepted cash from register while wearing gloves and then immediately began handling food for our order and others. It has been a while since my ServSafe Cert lapsed, but I know for a fact that you dont mix cash and food, ever. It is apparent that this is not just a manager problem since we observed another employee cleaning tables and handling trash after which they immediately returned to fill customer drinks. The manager also changed their gloves, but placed them on a dirty counter surface to don them after which continued handling food in the kitchen and then coming out to pack orders with the same gloves. It's a shame because the manager was very friendly and personable to all guests. Because it is Christmastime he was also singing carols which was pretty cheerful. It at least lightened the mood and helped me worry less about getting some type of food contamination illness. I like The Habits food. But I think I will choose a different location next time. It's not hard to be safe with people's food, but you do have to pay attention. I will update this order if I contract an illness. Until then, I think The Habit shouldn't gamble with people's health.

I love the Habit and the burger I got here, but I waited an exorbitant amount of time to be served at the counter; then, I waited twenty minutes for my burger while the restaurant was near empty and there were no orders after mine. I watched my burger get plated on a tray and sit around for an additional five minutes.

I ordered a salad, a full box of leaves and very little other ingredients. In this particular location. In the others they put much more, 2-3 times. The service is terrible.

Ordered a burger with no pickles. Got a burger with pickles. Went back in to have said burger remade. A couple minutes go by, I get my burger and back on the road...they didnt remake my burger. They simply removed the pickles and rebagged it. Thats not how you do it, the burger still tastes like pickles. I spent 18$ for this

The staff were rude. Food was delivered cold and the burgers were soggy, fries were partly frozen. Not the Habit I used to know and love. Maybe it was just this location, but I won't try any other location after this last time.

The service sucked. The food was not that great and the place was very cold inside. Maybe that's why the place was empty and it was lunch time. I will not go to the Roseville store. The Habit on sunrise is much better.

Service left alot to be desired, asked for cashier to pay for meal because I limit my spending by whats in wallet. Was told they didn't have anyone to cashier. The dumb kiosk didn't give any real option to change meal I wanted just add bacon or avocado. After I ordered all the sudden they had someone that could cashier. The hamburger hand no flavor tasted like two meat patties placed in between two pieces of bread. The grilled onions on it was no bigger than my thumb nail compared to the picture showing it see able on the top. Same with the lettuce. It didn't have any kind of sauce see able on it. The fries were cold git new ones. As fir the layout. The tables and seats all had food particles on theme which I wipe down the booth that my friend and I sat in.Later she told me when she used the bathroom that they looked like like the rest of the place just unclean. With in the 45 minutes to get home from there I needed to use the bathroom.. I was told it was cause they most likely had dirty oil they cooked the fries with. I will never go to this location again.

I am currently at the location waiting for my order. While in line, the customer in front of me was ordering their dinner and the manager, David was taking their order. Multiple times he made rude remarks to the male customer and then winked several times to the customers wife. Once their order was complete, he then turned to the staff and began to berate them. David’s behavior was absolutely unacceptable.

I visited Habit Burger for the first time, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter to take orders, and I waited a few minutes before someone in the kitchen noticed me and called an employee over. The employee who eventually took my order seemed uninterested and didn’t apologize for the delay. When I asked for a recommendation, he responded rudely and without enthusiasm. On top of that, the burger I received had a burnt patty with a bitter taste. When I asked for a refund, the employee still didn’t apologize and just yelled back to the kitchen to avoid burning patties in the future. Overall, I was really disappointed with the service. Update: A month has passed, no one has contacted me, and I haven’t received the refund.

Been here a few times and am frequently disappointed by the service and food. Ordered the chicken club without mayo to go but unfortunately was given mayo on my sandwich. Also got a 5 piece chicken bite which is $5.99 but definitely not worth the price. You only get 5 small chicken nuggets. You get much more food at other places. Also, they are often busy and the workers seem flustered every time I’m there. The guy helping me was nice but I waited for 30 min plus for my food.

If I could give zero stars, I would I waited 30 minutes for my burger. It was burned to a crisp. They even toasted the bun, which haven’t never never come with this location. It’s a piece Crap oh yeah, and the cheese wasn’t melted

We've eaten here many times and always enjoyed it but this time was bad. I ordered an impossible burger which is on the menu and it was on my receipt but received like a doctor praeger's veggie patty burger.. when I informed staff of this the woman in charge simply said we don't have impossible Burger anymore offered no apology no compensation no explanation and just kept saying that they don't have it anymore. It was extremely frustrating and she was very rude.
