Jack's is a northern California chain of restaurants that has fresh, good quality salads and sandwiches. Each location has a California beach theme that plays on the California cool menu. The fountains' location seems to do things a little different from the other locations. All 3 of the sandwiches we ordered did not have one on the side, so heads up if you're a custom to this from other locations.

This five stars is for the fries but four star for the salad. Nice dine in area and great customer service. Highly recommended the fries, great price and also delicious favor. However, for the salad, the tofu is extremely sour and the meat is really dry. Will try something else next time but recommend this place if you want some healthy food.

Finding The Force

Was my last experience at Jack’s urban eats perfect? No, it was not. But every time we go the food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the wait is reasonable. They had a very organized system for serving customers during the pandemic.

Tri tip plate was good, although tri-tip meat had 0 flavor. Mashed potatoes was good. Service nice and friendly

Went here for lunch and got the heirloom BLTA and a side of mac and cheese. The sandwich was absolutely delicious but the mac and cheese was horrible. The noodles were overcooked and dry and it literally tasted like nothing not even a hint of cheese. They need to 86 the mac and cheese because it's an insult to the taste buds.

Went on a Wednesday night and the food was good. I had the Tri Tip Plate with Brussels sprouts and it was very tasty. My wife had the blackened salmon Cobb salad and we had a side of fries.

Great food. Incredibly fast service (and it was packed!) Little pricey but def a nice casual eating place to go with friends. Salad was large and had a lot of meat which made me happy considering the price. The fries are bomb. Should def try them.

The food is hit or miss. Some days they make great food but today the chicken was off and my samdwich didnt come with the usual pepperocini & pickle spear, which was disappointing. The customer service is good. They greet their customers each time and they always seem happy to be at work. They just missed the minor details on the preparation.

Grabbed a beer and we snagged up small order of both Urban Fries (topped with a spicy chili oil, blue cheese dressing, chili flakes and parsley) and their Garlic Fries. Portions were perfect for small — the fries were just ok on the cook. No crunch, some soggy, some perfect. Might just be the fact they are drizzled with chili oil and dressing. Tasty, but not as good as I remember on the cook. The garlic fries absolutely tasted like garlic from the jar.

Fast food style eatery hidden behind a fancy name and location. Not impressed with the service or the food. The prices are reasonable and outside seating is available.

It was a little disappointing. I was excited when they advertised a turkey brie sandwich but when I got it I found it is an overpriced turkey bacon Swiss sandwich. It was good but definitely not as advertised (see the pic with clearly Swiss cheese). Plus the mac n cheese was pretty void of flavor. I would definitely not be complaining if I didn't pay over $25 for the meal and still have to eat with a plastic fork. Next time thanks but no thanks!

I picked up an order today but noticed a small mistake—I paid for extra pickled jalapeños on my Santa Fe Salad, but they seem to have been missed entirely. I tried to call the store to resolve this, but the automated message mentioned that voicemails aren't monitored before sending me to a mailbox…….. very disappointed.

Never going back. Best place used to be my staple. I would go to it once a week with my colleagues for lunch. I will not go to Jack's Urban each again. You have been removed from one of the list of places I will eat at for lunch. The meat on my sandwich was tough and dry. The salad had rotten leaves. Sad because this place was such a great hit.
