P.F Chang’s is a great place to enjoy a meal. The Asian cuisine is excellent quality. The service is great and the atmosphere is also very nice. This place is not exactly a place where you would typically bring little children, but if needed the staff at P.F. Chang’s can accommodate your needs. Appetizers are excellent and the lettuce wraps are a must. Most entree’s are under $20 and the food is served family style so you can share and experience different flavors. It had been a while since I dined at P.F. Chang’s, but happy I did. By the way, if you are a Costco Member you can buy a $100 gift card for $79.99 making this an even more affordable date.

I had to charge my new EV 2 days in a row, and the station was right next to P.F. Chang's! Serendipitous! I had the dragon roll one day and ginger chicken with Boba tea the next. They should call it the disappearing dragon roll b/c I ate it before I could snap a pic! So fresh and delicious! Boba tea is my new favorite! Staff were well trained and gave attention at proper times--non-intrusive towards a lone diner. I would give 6 stars!

I've always enjoyed PFC. Their history goes back a few decades. Biting into the chicken lettuce wrap with their "soothing" sauce brings back fond memories for me. We sampled the ginger chicken with broccoli, and the broccoli was perfectly cooked. Also, we had the chicken glass noodles with various vegetables. Both dishes were very enjoyable. Food great Service great Atmosphere-- it was absolutely hot inside. While, yes, they do have high ceilings-- they've always had high ceilings-- on a really hot day it would have been more pleasant if they'd have a cooler building.

Edited after reading other reviews. Loved it. I took my Aunt to lunch and ordered a full order of the lettuce wraps and original sauce (waitress said a previous customer did not like the). change). The food was very good but the portions of meat was small for a full order. My aunt enjoyed the meal but was disappointed in the portions for the cost. It was noon and they were nearly empty.

We went on a weeknight early, around 4:45. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, our server was great. Alcoholic drinks a bit weak but delicious. We ordered Chicken Mein, fried rice, sweet & sour chicken, and Mongolian beef. Food was delicious & portions were big. We’ll definitely be back.

PF Chang’s are our favorite China Bistro for many years until now still our favorite Chinese cuisine. The ambiance is always very pleasant & relaxing, their restrooms are very clean. Great place to meet up with a group for a seated dinner. Place stays open a bit later than most spots for the weeknights (Thursdays) which is kinda nice. Their soup bowl is huge. Desserts were just moderate. Pepper chicken is a definite must-try if you like a bit of spice. Skip the Lo-mein 😀

Ordered special Lunar elixir drink which was so good. It was sweet and fruity. Northen spare ribs were a delight, loved the five spice seasoning taste with the smokiness. Main sides like the Chang's special chicken are served with a bowl of rice. Also, the famous chicken lettuce wrap was amazing. I have egg intolerance, they provided me a menu separately which excludes items without eggs.

I ordered Mongolian beef and noodles the Mongolian beef was tough overcooked and dry the noodles were extremely dry the fried noodles extremely dry I feel like they try to cover the poor taste with sweetness which made it even worse very disappointed and I've been eating here for years

Lots of good and tasty food options here. The interior is well decorated and clean. Service is normally very good but it can be on the slow side at times. We've had a few instances where the wrong food has been brought out to our table, but besides that, Chang's is normally a safe bet for a nice meal. One tip, try and get there before 6pm on weekdays to take advantage of happy hour and safe a couple of bucks!

First of all , their food is really good , I like the ambiance too. 4 stars because the lady who took our orders wasn't friendly at all, we waited a little bit too long for everything that we ordered . Then because she took too long in giving our water , we asked another server to give us water . So we got our water and when she came back with our glasses , she asked "oh so you got waters?" I dont want to be sarcastic like saying " well because it took too long for you to give our waters ". Update : Came back as i was craving for chinese food. Our server was really really nice. She was really helpful and in fact we.dont even have to call her she was there in an instant. The food was really good and i must say their price range is still reasonable.

The food was really good. Service was good but one of the six meals arrived very late and it just happened to be mine. It's a little over-priced for what you get. Portions are large, but $50 a person just doesn't pencil out for the food.

Going into it I knew prices were on higher side than normal Chinese cuisine. But $33 for fried rice. Oof. It was super good, all the food was good, just 1 star off for the prices. Tried once. Thats good enough for me. Server was fantastic and the restaurant is nice inside. Outdoor seating available.

Love their ribs, lettuce rolls, and chili garlic green beans. Just wish the veggies would have been served with the ribs, and that our water glasses would have been refilled toward the end of our meal.

Benjamin was an absolute delight. Our first time at P.F. Changs. A couple of things that knocked me back was the Egg Drop soup was not served warm and the Chocolate souffle was definitely not as described in the menu. It was not light and airy nor was it served warm. It was a brick of fudge served cold. 😆 I just heard souffle and was like ooh yeah! Haha. But overall it was a really nice time and we had quick, great service. We will be back. Thank you Benjamin!!

I have given this a four star rating only because service is so slow. The wait staff are great group of people, but getting the food from the kitchen to the table is extremely slow. It should not take over an hour to have soup, lettuce wraps, and bao buns.

The Real Deal is P.F. Chang’s which delivers on tasty and selection. Let’s kick this one off with the service, the staff were very helpful and considerate with a good size party. The atmosphere is outstanding, lots of decor I wish I would have grabbed more pictures of this aspect. I will next time. The atmosphere goes and over beyond thoughts and imagination of a Chinese style dining. Now let’s get into the food! The food is really good but the family style portions as seen with the main chicken and beef dishes is smaller than before that’s why they lost a star. The Glazed Honey Chicken Very delicious and crisp 9/10. The Mongolian Beef was seasoned perfectly small portion but good 9/10. The apps Crab Rangoons were amazing with excellent sweet sauce 9.5/10. The Pork Potstickers were good but the sauce needs improvement 8/10. The Fried Rice fresh and light 8.5/10. The Vegetable Chow Mein was solid at 9/10. Overall great food hopefully the family style portions can improve to more this rating we will be back to check soon. Until next time my friends!!

Food was decent. Average place. Better than fats in folsom. Spring roles a bit greasy.

I haven’t eaten PF Chang’s in awhile so I didn’t have extremely high expectations but the food used to be better. Now it’s just average over priced food. The cost has gone up and the portion sizes have gone down. Service was good and quick for a holiday weekend but I won’t return for another dinner. It was a $5.30 up charge for friend rice instead of white or brown rice but the rice portion was super small for the amount paid.

Decor and vibe is nice. Full bar. Food is basically a upscale Panda Express. No authenticity in the flavors. Kind of pricey as well. Probably wouldn’t come back myself.

The food is good but super oily. It's laden with oil. Love their chicken lettuce wrap. The kungpao chicken was in edible. Too much fried, the chicken became chewy. Pad Thai was good.

We like dining at this casual bistro but have noticed a change in the portions of their entrees. Same price but smaller servings. But the food is still great. Service was quick & our waitress was pleasant.

It was good I think? The food was tasty, but not memorable. I can better food at less of a price at Folsom Palace. However, our server was amazing and really made this more enjoyable. The dim sum was delicious, but smaller than expected. Dinner just missed the mark for me. The crunchy honey shrimp and chicken were good sauces, but the meat was just non-descript protein. The Mongolian beef's most memorable moment is the green onions. I kept going back for them. The meat was chewy like it was just overcooked. Overall, we will not be back most likely. I am glad we had a gift card to pay for most of this. Also make a reservation even if just when you get here.

Well what should I say about this experience? I remember when PF Changs first came out. It was an exciting time, this place was a new fun way to enjoy “Chinese dishes” . Now it’s just a bit worn out and not as fun. The first thing that stood out was it felt dirty, little things like stuff in the floor, soy sauce bottle was greasy and dirty, the table tent was especially dirty and greasy. I don’t know about you but I love sitting down at a table that’s clean. For our meek we did the dinner for two. Here is what we ordered: Chicken lettuce wraps - good like I remembered but feel the lettuce is getting smaller and smaller Pan fried pot stickers pork - these were good no complaints To drink we were going to get 9 ounce pours of Pinot but buying the bottle was a better deal. Egg drop soup - standard flavor nothing really stood out, so it’s ok. Mongolian Beef - was actually pretty good, only thing I wish they would change is the green onions, wish they were smaller or chopped up more. Pad-Thai chicken - just ok, not exciting really tasted more like a breakfast dish since the egg was in big clumps, probably won’t order again. Brown rice - over cooked Overall experience was fine, it’s great to pop in when you have a craving for salty msg flavors. See you next time.

Honestly my girlfriend and I were dissatisfied with the food and service. First of all the server was nice, but seemed inpatient about our time in making up our minds on what we wanted, the fried rice tasted burnt and over salted without the added soy sauce so I didn’t even want to add any, we got the crispy chicken and crispy shrimp and those portion sizes were very small & I’m not the type that expects a mountain of food, but for the price I felt that the portions were small, and very tasteless, honestly rather go to Panda Express and I’m telling all my friends and family that it’s not worth it to go it feels very white washed and unauthentic and it seems like you’re paying for the atmosphere more than the actual quality of food. That being said we aren’t coming here again and I’m very dissatisfied and honestly I’m going as far as wanting my money back.

We hadn't been to a PF Chang's for probably 5 years, or more. Ever since they closed the one in downtown Sacramento. PF Chang's was one of my favorite chain restaurants. So, we decided to make the trek to Roseville to relive an old favorite for lunch. It was a mistake. Location: Like I said, this is in Roseville, which was already a negative for me but that is just a me issue. The building itself looks a bit run down and there was a strong smell of garbage when walking up to the front door. Inside: It looked like I remembered PF Chang's looking inside. Dark walls, a huge horse, typical decor. Relatively clean, but the smell of garbage was still in the air. Staff: Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and attentive. We were seated quickly and greeted by our waitress, whose name I don't recall. She took our drink order, 2 waters and a coke. Some of the other staff looked bored or like they couldn't care less about being at work. I watched a busboy carrying his empty bus tub hanging to his side and spilling, what I hope was, water on to the floor. He didn’t notice and I had to let the server know that there was now a puddle on the floor. Which she cleaned up. Another server seemed to be walking around in a daze with the blankest expression on their face. Food: We ordered our food. Kung Pao Chicken and Firecracker shrimp with white rice and an order of pork dumplings. I thought the dumplings were good but nothing really to write home about. My wife thought the filling was a bit lacking. My wife had the Firecracker Shrimp and did not care for it at all. It is supposed to be spicy but it is not at all. I tasted a piece and it tasted like frozen shrimp with corn syrup on it. Absolutely terrible. I had the Kung Pao chicken and while it wasn't terrible, it wasn't what it used to be. Like the shrimp, it has a frozen food flavor. It is also quite a bit different than it used to be. It was very breaded and had almost a fried chicken flavor. And what happened to the different sauces that the waiter would bring out. The chili oil, and mustard, and whatever the other sauce was. All we got was a little "pitcher" of soy sauce and I hope you want a lot of soy sauce since it poured out like coffee creamer. Price: The total cost with tip was $75!!! For what is essentially Panda Express food in a "bar" setting. 1 soda, 2 entrees, and 1 appetizer, for lunch, for $75. The more I think about it, the more annoyed I get. Essentially the same meal at Panda Express would have been around $25. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this, or probably any, PF Chang's again. I will stick to my local independent Chinese place. It sucks that, what used to be my go to Chinese food has fallen so far.

It’s been years since I’ve been to PF Chang’s. I ordered take out the other night and it was awful. The egg drop soup was not edible- salty gelatinous goo. The vegetables were fresh and that’s unfortunately the only positive comment I have.

We have been dining here for at least 10 years and this week we were disappointed in the quality of our dinner. We ordered the mongolian beef $27.29; lo mein chicken $18.59; banana spring rolls $12.59. The chicken was over cooked and dry; the beef was tough and chewy. Does anyone taste the food before sending it out? Does the staff care about what they are preparing and serving to their customers? So many people are in a rush and honestly don't care...sad and disappointing.

I’m shocked with all the 4-5 star reviews. I have had better panda express. Horrible service, it was 9 pm and 6 girls were standing around yapping so loud as if they were off the clock, completely ignoring us. It took multiple stares to get them to quiet down. Not to mention, we had to ask for everything and give reminders for forgotten drinks. And to top it off, extremely over priced for tiny portions. We will not be back, ever. Extremely bad service. Very unpleasant experience.

This place has really went down the drain. I use to love PF Chang but now it’s just not worth the money. I ordered take out and spent $70 dollars and the food was dry and tasted like it was sitting for quite some time. Did not taste fresh. It sure didn’t look fresh. I will never order takeout from them again.

Disclaimer - went on Valentine's Day. I've been here twice before and had a great experience both times. That's why I chose this restaurant to bring my new gf to for our 1st Valentine's Day together. The most recent experience was horrible, on a day where staff and ownership should have understood the significance of getting it right. Starting off with the wait. Had a reservation and arrived 15 minutes early, only to be seated 15 minutes late. We were seated right next to the kitchen entrance and take out window so the noise levels, traffic, etc was disturbing. Enough so to kill the vibe and nearly ruin the evening. Our order wasnt taken for at least 20 minutes after being seated. Used the wait time to head to the restrooms where filth and more awaited. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting with overflowing trash cans, urine all over the floors, sinks backed up and counters wet. Food came out fast, but still cold. And not cold like cooled off, cold as in still frozen. Apparently the ribs are precooked and frozen then just reheated as needed. Seriously disappointing to discover in what I thought was a higher end restaurant. The main course came shortly after the appetizer and lacked any real appeal. It was obvious it was all rushed. We were informed there was a shortage of utensils and napkins, having to wait for some to become available. The bar was so far behind that we were nearly half way through the main course before our drinks arrived. Then, also informed that the bar had run out of glasses so the drinks lacked any presentation, being delivered in water glasses. Overall, a seriously disappointing experience on a night where this restaurant was chosen over dozens of others in hopes of an intimate romantic dinner. So many other facets of this to express but realizing its pointless.

The Mongolian chicken, sweet and sour soup, and chicken fried rice was good, and our server Cody was good/okay, but everything else was very below average. I ordered the spicy tuna roll, and when it came out it looked like canned tuna. I ate one, and it was fishy and it definitely was not raw tuna like it should be. I asked Cody and he said it was raw fish (sure didn't taste like it), then he said I could get a different roll, so I chose the shrimp tempura roll. The shrimp tempura had a drizzle of sauce on top, and it tasted like pure sugar, ruined the whole thing. Don't get sushi at PF Chnags. I also had the garlic noodles, and most of the noodles were broken, so it was way overcooked. Lastly, we ordered dessert, the chocolate souffle. It came out and looked good, but when I took a bite I realized it was absolutely cold and gooey like it wasn't cooked. I asked Cody if the souffle was supposed to be warm or cold (because their website says warm, and I never heard of cold souffle), and the server said yes they serve it cold with the sauce on the bottom warm (the sauce was also cold). Most of the food was disappointing, its better to stay with the classics if you’re coming to PF Changs.

Extremely overpriced! Food and service really average! Be aware the prices for beer are for half pints! So in reality, a pint of beer will cost you $16 here and it wasn’t even cold!Compared to other brand name restaurants that give you a pint of ice cold beer for $8 or less during happy hours!

We ordered food to go but honestly it's like food from panda Express but 3 times more expensive. Nothing special for the price. They changed the noodles and the rice is the worst . So greasy! They get the one star because the hot and sour soup was really good.

Poor customer service, food no flavor and Employee fighting! Crab wontons were burnt and cold. Waiter had us sitting there for 15 minutes before even acknowledging us. When he did he did not introduce himself, ask us how we were he just asked if we were ready to order. Ummmm Can we get a drink order first? Even my kids were telling me that he didn't like his job and it showed. Our meal took so long to get and waiter overlooked refilling our drinks. Had to ask 3 times for them. To top it all off employees were fighting at the door entrance to the kitchen about dirty dishes and who was going to do them. We all were looking at each other like is this really happening? Never ever again will we support this restaurant.

Ordered lunch for my entire work crew yesterday. Upon arrival the staff were not friendly or inviting, and kept telling me to stand over “there by the window” which was empty. I stood there over 10 minutes just for another girl to say, “can I help you” which I reply in waiting on the online order I placed, she says oh okay and walks away. Another few minutes goes by and a guy comes to me asking the same thing.. which I reply again the same response. He leans down and grabs my food and hands it over. Meaning the other girl just walked away from my order making it sit even longer. This was for a special event at my job, it was not cheap and it was crap. The food was cold, flavorless and the spring rolls weren’t even crunchy. The crab puffs were the worst I had ever had in my life. I spit it out it was that terrible. They tasted old and like rotten fish to be honest. This saddest meal we’ve sourced for our team, and to top it off- customer service was crap. Overpriced Panda Express. I tried to call in my complaint-and the phone rang and rang and rang.

I ordered TAKE OUT for my husband & I on Thursday, Feb. 12th, and it was nothing like we used to get from past orders. The Mongolian Beef was all green onions with literally only a few strips of beef. There wasn’t even enough for 1 serving. I also ordered their fabulous chicken lettuce wraps, but every piece of lettuce was wilted and brown. That does not make for a good wrap … YUCK! We also had side salads that came with our order, but again there was barely enough lettuce for one person and it too was wilted and brown. It was SO DISAPPOINTING! P.F. Chang’s used to be one of our favorite regular take out spots, but we’ll definitely be rethinking it going forward. I’m sad …

The most pathetic Asian restaurant I have been to by far. From the moment we stepped in, it seemed the hostess barely had any enthusiasm to work there. I have had of changs before but this branch had only soy sauce to taste in their dishes. Don’t waste your money - you can have better fried rice and kung pao chicken in panda express.

The blonde hostess was rude and unaccommodating. She offered us open seating at the bar.Without telling us the tables seated near the bar, we could seat ourselves. We opted to wait on a table in the dining area. When we were lead to the dining area we requested a table at the window and was told that area wasn't open. Clearly, people were seated in the area. Less than five minutes, the hostess seated a couple that was in the lobby with us at the table, in the area she told us was not open. What do you think? Is this racism or "We're not like them". Needless to say we will not be patronizing this restaurant again.

Our server was great, no complaints there. What I’m giving 1 star for is the absolute ROBBERY portion size. I had the Lunch Special where I chose brown rice as my base with the side salad, and Mongolian beef with extra beef. What I received was absolute robbery. There was hardly any beef, I bet you I could have held it all in one palmed hand. And the green onion is cut way too big. Trust me it “looks big” in the picture, but I hope you have a small appetite because I found the whole plate to be an optical illusion: the rice and the massive green onion chunks give you the facade of more food than there really is there. It must have been not over 3oz of cooked meat. It is really sad that I can’t even get a NORMAL amount of protein even when I pay for the “extra” option. I was still hungry after my meal. Perhaps if I chose a higher calorie carb base like the stir fried noodles and a different higher calorie carb appetizer I would have felt more full. Maybe I should give the benefit of the doubt where the normal family-style entree of the Mongolian Beef would have been a more appropriate portion? Who knows. Perhaps one could argue that it was a “normal” portion of meat (but I would still tell you it should be more than that if I paid for “extra”!) and that most people don’t eat as much protein as I do. For how mediocre the Mongolian Beef tasted, and for the small portion size, I will never be back.

Last night the food was horrible in taste and texture. We had ordered kon pow beef, and chicken with broccoli. We literally couldn’t eat our dinner more than a few bites. This is the second time at PF Chang. Their recipes and cooking need a major revision. We will not be going back. PF Chang has changed drastically for the worse over the years.

So we got takeout on New Year's Eve, huge mistake, wow! Do not ever order takeout on major holidays at this place, huge mistake big time. I ordered online and got an email confirmation that my food would be ready at 6:02pm, I go ok great it is only going to take about 30 minutes which is really good. To make a long story short I got there at 6:05pm and the girl goes it won't be ready until 7:05pm, I got what? Why does the system say 6:02pm, she goes that's on corporate and is always wrong. You can't do that to people, you can't very rude and inconsiderate! It was friggin packed at least 30 people waiting for take out, it was insane and so crowded. So I went to my car to wait an hour, I got back in around 7pm and I ask one of the servers and she yells at me and said I called your name 10 minutes ago Sir, she was so rude and mean. She basically through the bag at me. I was scared to ask for extra sauces and to make sure the order was correct since I was 20 minutes away. So I just left, they forgot the fortune cookies, my boys love and they did not give us any plastic dinnerware or any sauces. Thank god the order was right, but the food was so salty we could barely eat it, it was vile and disgusting. I would not recommend doing takeout ever, they are the worse! Horrible customer service and will never go back! Sad because we use to love this place back in the day. So sad!

We had a 6pm reservation for Christmas Eve and we never got seated. We waiting until 7pm and asked when we be seated and they said it would be another 40 min and the kitchen was a hour behind. We ended up leaving. PF Changs obviously overbooked reservation and needs to review their system. We use to love coming to this restaurant but we will be going somewhere else for Christmas Eve dinner in the future. .

I used to love this place. We made a reservation for 5:45 and arrived early. When we go to the "hospitality desk", we were told our table wasn't ready and would be about an hour. Evidently, the overflowing lobby was filled with people who had been equally shafted by this restaurant. We went home and had dinner. At 7:02, this abomination of a company texted me to go to the "hospitality desk" for our table. Why have a reservation system when they don't honor reservations? Why not call your "hospitality desk" something more fitting, how about Antagonism desk? Or the Inhospitality desk? Much more fitting. We were both hungry and very angry when we left. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and find a different place to go. NEVER AGAIN

The worst Chinese food I have ever had. We ordered their crab wontons and the honey shrimp with fried rice. The only taste from the wontons was from the sauce and batter. I don't think there was any crab at all. However, the shrimp was even worse. It looked like packing peanuts when it arrived, see pic. It is obviously mass-produced shrimp where all look exactly the same, then microwaved and served. The tiny shrimp was surrounded with slimy batter that left a texture in your mouth. The fried rice had a few bits of carrots but was also tasteless. Also, getting charged $8.69 for a 12-ounce beer and not even getting a glass with it was the icing on the cake. I remember when P.F. Chang’s was excellent. It is a shame that profit comes well before quality.
