Without a doubt, the best hot pastrami and Swiss in the area! Nobody else is even close. Hot pastrami requires a steamer, not a microwave. Togo's steams their pastrami just like any responsible New York deli does.
This togos is one of the newly remodeled ones. It’s really nice in there. I went in and was greeted upon walking in and when I got to the counter to order, they had a smile the whole time. When I was about to pay they asked me if I had the togos rewards, I didn’t, so they helped me download the app so I can earn on that purchase. Very friendly staff definitely recommend this togos! Will be going there again very soon. (They also have free WiFi for their guests and outlets).
Grew up on Togos, they still have my #24. The quality hasn't changed in 25 years. I no longer live locally, but when I visit the area, we always stop for a sandwich before we leave!
I had a good experience at the Roseville location. The staff was very nice and friendly. What ever question I had about a sandwich and what goes on it they told me right away. I would recommend this location to all my family and friends. I will go back there.
Brand new remodel looks fancy! Looks super modern and love the new colors of the store, service goes by faster with there new sandwich system! I had the bbq chicken sandwich as it was a new one and it was Great! The employees are super friendly and greeting everyone! Definitely love the new model store and will be coming back!
Customer service is amazing here! I usually go on my lunch at work when they're super busy, but my order is always taken and made quickly so I'm in and out. The employees at this location go out of their way and they are the nicest people. The food is always fresh and worth the trip.
My sandwich was wonderful! Even with the pressure from the growing lunch crowd becoming impatient, the service was fast & friendly . I did have one incorrect sandwich out of my large office order (not pre-ordered) & the Manager went above & beyond to expedite the correction; as soon as I brought it to her attention. I would recommend this Togo's & will be coming back again. THANK YOU TOGO'S CREW!
This Togos is one of the cleanest stores I've been in. The staff are very friendly and happy to serve. The sandwiches, wraps, and salads at this Togos are delicious also! The meat, bread, and salads are always so fresh. They offer catering also. I recommend checking them out.
Dean This guy is Very nice and friendly, Food nice and tasty 5/5 👍🏼
Have to shout our manager Rhonda! Had a little mistake on my DoorDash order, she took care of it very quickly (and generously) and was extremely pleasant each time I talked to her on the phone. Im sure walking in to this location is just as pleasant. Thanks!
Food was awesome, their customer service is one of the best. Always smiling with positive energy from the whole staff. I was ordering my sandwich and it was already almost done, super fast workers!! 10/10 would recommend.
I had outstanding experience! First time being there!! The young ladies that was working was Kristen Misty and Kimberly! They had such great attitude and customer service! I will definitely be back. The pastrami sandwiches were great!
Wow great customer service , may have just opened but beautiful . Pastrami very good and fresh vegies to. All new and very clean wash and use gloves everytime im in there . There is only one thing and its not that serious the workers are in training still a little slow but im sure they Will get better overtime . Thank you for opening again we missed you!!
My sister and I come often to Togos and our sandwiches are always amazing. We love the whole Togos environment too. The employees are always super polite and hardworking.
I haven't been to this location in 15 years. Looks a little different than I remember. But the sandwiches are still the best 👌.
I went into Togos today in the evening and I was welcomed with an amazing staff member Gracie! She was the nicest person and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it! You can also tell she put a lot of effort and care into the sandwich making! 10/10 recommend this Togos location!

I'm a regular customer here, and I'll go out of my way just to eat at this specific location. They are by far the best and most consistent TOGO's I've been to, and the staff is always nice. After learning a bit about how this location goes above and beyond with their preparation, I have to say the extra effort definitely pays off! Im very thankful to have them in my area.
Wow! Stopped in to see what their sandwich menu looked like and we were immediately blown away by the friendly staff, spotless dining area, and delicious aromas. We all had HUGE portions and very reasonable prices. The staff attentiveness continued throughout our experience. And the food ...just wow. We will be back.
Togo's have been my favorite sandwich shop for a few decades. I'll go here if I'm the only one ordering.
Clean store, great service, fast and friendly. When I went in they were working on a massive order and still my wait was quick, and my sandwich did not disappoint. I have been eating Togo's since the 70's when they were a one small sandwich shop down from San Jose State that was only big enough to order and take it out. This place is about three times the size and seating is big. The quality has remained original and brought back fond memories of college days and hot pastrami sandwiches.
The friendly counter guy who calls me his brother every time is truly a breath of fresh air. Good sandwiches but he makes this place special
First visit since the remodel. I am very happy with it! This location had been my favorite for over 20 years up until a couple years before the remodel, when I gave up and just found a new one. The food and service had seriously gone downhill. But the remodel brought new staff and a cleaner, more efficient restaurant. They have electronic kiosks where you can order without going up to a person, which as an introvert I greatly appreciate. When I brought the food for a family of four home, all the items were exactly how I ordered them. All the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. They've earned back this locations default status!
This is the best Togo’s location I’ve ever been too, everything is new and clean and the sandwiches are loaded and huge! The BBQ Chicken sandwich is my favorite and the employees are family friendly and work hard. Dean is the man and truly appreciates his customers!

Pretzelstami was delicious! A bit too much mustard and they should have wrapped it in paper before putting it in box. The bag and napkins were saturated with its juices by the time I reached my destination to enjoy it~♡
Is this place under new management? Hope so. Didn't see the guy here I didn't previously respect. The hot pastrami here is unmatched. Hopefully Mr. Corner cutter is finally gone.
This place has been refurbed, all new inside is very nice, bright and clean. Two kiosks to order for yourself whci are fast and work well, but you can still order at the counter.

Always have preferred Togos over the other sandwich shops. This one has usually been pretty good. Employees are very kind and helpful. This visit my husband's bread was very dry, difficult to bite in to. They remade the sandwich, no problem .

Great food and friendly staff however the dining room is usually a mess and the employees don't seem to mind. I have visited this location with my family maybe twice a week in the past few months and the floors and tables are always dirty when we visit. I usually arrive in the late afternoon and the store is not busy. Employees are usually standing around behind the counter either on their phones are talking to each other. They don't bother to clean even though they see the mess. I understand that customers should be neater and clean up after themselves, but you can't leave the store a mess when they don't. Especially when business is slow and you don't have anything to work on.
The sub tasted good. Eating area was clean,, had one other family eating there. Customer service was mediocre(could be better). Instead of ordering subway style like the other Togos locations, they asked me at the computer what ingredients I wanted and paid upfront. When order was ready, they just yelled, hey your order is ready. The bathroom was dirty and looked like it was not cleaned the prior day. It was ok, I would probably not go back.

I was disappointed in the amount of tuna in the #20 I ordered. It was really skimpy, maybe half as much as previous sandwiches I've gotten at the Barris various Togo's I've eaten at. Have them 2 stars for cleanliness and friendly staff.
It was disappointing to realize they no longer bake their own bread n have done away with the BBQ beef, one of our favorites! The Ruben pastrami had very little sour kraut n because the bread was not fresh for either of our sandwiches it wasn't a place I'll ever return to. Sadly the memories of fresh baked bread n hot pastrami BBQ beef is long gone! I didn't bother photos because you can't include the taste!

We ordered food and sandwiches to go we drove a mile and a half away back to our motel room and our bags were full of ants from the food that we received here. We called to do something about it and they said it's not their problem so if you go there and eat food check to make sure your bags aren't full of ants.
Female manager rude and argumentative. When I received my sandwich I noticed tomatoes on it . I told her I did not request tomatoes. She insisted I did, even stated that she specifically asked TWICE if I wanted tomatoes. I didn't' order tomatoes, but she went ON and ON that I did, then told me THAT I WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. A new employee/trainee was present and observed above interaction, and was extremely uncomfortable. Also, manager gave me wrong change, but above trainee verified correct change owed. This took place at Roseville Togos on Douglas.
Don't mess with my food people! I did not receive the extra turkey requested and paid for on my sandwich. They even put my olives I'm a container on the side because they forgot to put them on. Also I had to walk in and get my food which was ready sitting on the counter, when I selected and checked in for curbside pickup.
I placed an online order that did not get processed, but charged my account. I went to pick it up 90 minutes after the verified pickup time when it was still processing. The first employee checked my order and began making it, but was stopped by her supervisor. He looked at my order on my phone, and immediately said, "it's still processing, what does that mean to you? We didn't get the order, it isn't paid for..." when he focused on it not being paid for I showed him that it had been charged to my card and was out of my account. He continued to argue with me and say he couldn't do anything, his only solution was to charge me a second time. When he said his boss had to handle it and I agreed to talk to him, he wrote down my name, set it aside, and when I asked if he had my phone number he sighed heavily, saying "I'm so done with you." This entire exchange took 20 minutes, I'm still charged, 2 hours late eating my lunch, and have no sandwich.
On November 15, 2021, I ordered four large sandwiches, 2 cups of soup, and a full Mediterranean salad. There were only 2 people working; the Owner and one sandwich maker and there was no one else in the shop. The entire order was not made according to Togo’s specification and standards. I am very familiar with Togo’s specifications and standards because I owned a Togo’s for 8 years before I retired. The owner took the order and made a couple of the cold sandwiches. When he sliced the bread, the bread was cut so poorly the bottom was so thin it fell apart when trying to eat the sandwich. This may not seem like a major issue and in most cases it would not be, but when these kinds of things are done by the Owner, it is indicative of his lack of concern for the quality of products he delivers to his customers. The sandwich maker prepared 2 cups of soup. When doing so, she filled both cups only about 2/3 full. Both cups were identical in the amount they held which is indicative that this was not an accident. Since there was more soup left in the quarter-pan, the low amount served in the cup was absolutely intentional. When the same sandwich maker was preparing 2 large #9 Pastrami sandwiches, she had to cook the Pastrami. When she took the Pastrami out of the microwave, she is required to measure the temperature of the cooked Pastrami to insure it is completely cooked and safe to eat. She did not do so and I saw that this was observed by the Owner. This creates a serious health hazard to anyone that could be served under-cooked meat. This is a violation that could give the Health Department cause to shut down the restaurant. This is not the first time I have observed cooked meat not being temperature checked in this restaurant. Therefore, it is not an isolated incident; it is a systematic management and employee training problem. This Togo’s is the only one on the east side of Roseville, but in the future anytime I want Togo’s I will drive twice as far and go to the one on Foothills & Junction. This shop is properly and legally operated.
The worst service ever! It worth driving further for a better Togo's! I used to work at Togo's and tend to always like wherever I stop. This location on Douglas is never a positive experience.
This particular Togo's is a disgrace to the reputation of an iconic sandwich shop. The manger was on drugs, tweaking and repeating herself. There were no fountain drinks. Only a few sodas in a mini fridge. So no ice on a 100+ day. The manger's tweaker friend drove into parking lot and hit my car. And of course had no insurance. The manager showed no concern for me or my grand children sitting outside in the heat while the police frisked her boyfriend. By the time we could actually leave the children were hot and hungry. It was a terrible ordeal, just to get a sandwich.
I don't know if the staff was just having a bad day or whatever. My sandwich was put together with little care and they didn't wrap it properly so it fell apart before I could even take it out. Who ever was working the 5:30pm on October 1st shift needs training because this was the worst experience I've had in a togos. There avacados were also brown, and the produce was wilted. The only ok thing about the location is they are quick but quickness isn't a substitute for quality.
Today was my first time in a Togo’s with my husband. We were the second customers in line and were told by a female worker that someone would be with us. We waited possibly in the wrong place but were never asked to go someplace else. Again told someone would be with us. A worker took the person behind us and we were still waiting! Finally we were taken by a young man who asked what we wanted. I had the tuna and was asked if I wanted mustard and mayo. I said no. Husband had the Ruben without sourcraut. I had mustard and mayo on my sandwich anyway. My bread also didn’t taste fresh. Unhappy, I’d rather go to subway. Not impressed
I was very disappointed in the Asian chicken salad, I normally love it because it’s made with cabbage when I purchase it today it was lettuce. They should at least let you know that they didn’t have cabbage which is fine but at least let us know so we can make a choice it was terrible.
I see it says the owner confirmed a week ago that the hours are correct yet they are not. Drove by at 7:30 lights off and closed. Went to Big 5 across the street and when driving by it again afterwards, these 3 walk out and lock the door at 7:50. So they close up shop early locking doors and turning off a half hour early and then leave 10 min before close.
This place is nasty. Mac the owner does not change gloves. He washes his hands with the gloves left on. The customer ahead of me politely asked if he would change them for clean ones and he started yelling at her asking "where do you come from". She was an old woman with a cane. I immediately left.
Had to add extra meat to get what is normally on other togos. Did not drain the grease off the pastrami so sandwich covered in oil. Asked for pepperchini he put on whole pepper on. Taste terrible. I will never come here again
Horrible experience. Rude customer service. Was skipped over then treated rudely when letting the employee know I had been in line. Asked for sauce on the side. Didn't get it. Opened my wrap just to have it look like this and falling apart everywhere. Spent $15 for nothing.
WoW. Nice new digs, but the food is sorely lacking! Go to Foothills & Junction...much better food! There was so little meat on my #9, and this is the result of my sandwich. (See pics below.) A lot of bread! For $12.00, you would expect to receive enough meat to cover the bread. But, such is not the case. Don't waste your time or your money on this 'new' Togo's.

Showed up here at 11:30 to order the number 8 like I get from other locations. With one person working at lunch I was surprised to see the work taking everyone's order that walked in after me. So 8 orders later she gets started on my sandwich and it was great to be reminded of why I stopped going to Togo's. The bread was not fresh. There was not enough lettuce. The cheese was crumbles were going everywhere. I will never be going to this location again and if you are craving Togo's you should avoid this location as it will fail to meet the basic standards that you should expect from a franchise.
Not happy at all. Coming here is a treat, not a cheap treat either. I walked in Friday late afternoon to Togos on Douglas by Sees Candy. I ordered My usual foot long #9. I ordered 3 for my family, which was almost $60. Got home and the sandwiches were COLD! #9 is a HOT Pastrami. I almost drive back up to the shop but didn't. When getting take out is a treat and it ends up so disappointing it just sucks. I would give the service higher stars but who should have to ASK for it toasted or hot. I'm just really bummed
I have been going to togos for a long time. The sandwich I got recently was not even close to the quality it used to be. Hardly any meat and it was not the fresh and red meat that used to be what you would find on your sandwich. Produce was sparse as well. Definitely overpriced. Go to supermarket deli. The sandwich you get will be better and cost less.
Pastrami was cold. Broccoli cheddar soups also cold had to drive back to have them put it in their microwave.
