Jimmy John's

This morning I decided to try a new restaurant. I never ask for my custom sandwich, I ask for them to make me the sandwich they make for themselves the way they like it. Turns out a turkey sandwich on white bread with lettuce and tomato, lightly seasoned and mayonnaise. It reminded me of a Saturday afternoon in my youth at the lake with family and those sandwiches mom used to make. Thank you for a great lunch.

Great sandwich shop. Good amount of food for the price. This shop is small so if you are getting out of the office for lunch there is limited seating. They crank the sandwichs out fast and they are good.

John helped us out tonight. He was friendly and didn't seem to mind our many questions. It was our first time here and you get a decently sized sandwhich for the money you pay with fresh ingredients. The peppers were really good. Would love to see more topping options though. Was surprised to see they have sprouts. A pretty good first time experience.

A quiet place with no customers. There were two employees. The food was very satisfying and it came out very quickly. This is a place I sometimes come to when I want a fresh sandwich.

This place always has good sandwiches. Great quality although today I stopped in and the bread on the bottom was very hard crunchy. I suggest they stop cooking it extra or baking it extra otherwise all is good.

My only complaint is the consistency of my sandwiches. It's different every time. Which is why the lower rating. Sometimes the sandwhich will have only a few pieces of meat sometimes the average amount . Sometimes I wonder cause I order online 6 sandwiches or more that they hurry to make all them so that's why. But idk. They are still good don't get me wrong but I wish I can say they are consistent. If I order a sandwhich with added jalapenos I want more then 3 , but the next time I come in it might me completely filled and they are falling out there is so many.

Would be a 5 star but every single time I walk in here I get terrible customer service, the employees look at me weird etc. So I decided to do pick up to avoid it. Yesterday I came in for my pick up order I had to tell the cashier my name 5 times before someone in the back said it was in the pick up area. When I was speaking to him he wasn’t even looking at me but looking at my partner instead who clearly was not talking. I literally had to to tell him that I was speaking to him. But whenever I come someone had a weird attitude. I only been here a handful of times. Very disappointed because this is the only Jimmy John’s in my area.

It's tough to rate this sandwich shop, because depending on who takes the order and who makes it, can make the difference between 1 star and 5 stars ! When you say "everything "on a sandwich can mean meat, lettuce, tomatoes , and mustard...... unless you specifically mention each of the "everything ". Price is decent compared to other sandwich shops in the area.

Well, sandwiches are amazing! However when you order online, there's no place to put notes for your order. I'm so tired of putting NO ICE in the delivery instruction section (as it's the ONLY place) and them not seeing it until they're out and about and it's too late. I scoop out the ice and end up with half a drink. Not happy about this consistent problem.

I tried the NEW Vito sandwich today and it was very small compared to the online advertisement. It was good not great and the cost was $9.29 for the very small pickle sandwich. I am an avid pickle lover but I won't pay that much for a small pickle sandwich again.

The food is usually very good, but the flow and the attitude of the staff was bad. Trying to have a conversation while employees yell orders is a strange combination for sure.

We ordered pick up, and were so disappointed with the sandwiches. The bread was stale and they were skimpy on the toppings. Worst of all, one of our sandwiches had no meat at all! This was my worst Jimmy Johns experience ever.

I was initially impressed with store appearance and being greeted by a friendly person, which had me thinking my first time in JJs was going to be great... I was however disappointed by the quality of sandwich I purchased, but realized after the fact, I was really disappointed with how quickly the sandwich was made, with no questions asked while making it. I ordered, swiped my card, and the sandwich was wrapped and ready. At first initial thought, I was thinking this is awesome. (Work lunch break) Unfortunately, after my first initial bite, I said what in the hell did I just order?! My advice? Pay attention to hows it's made! The tuna was good but quality of meal was poor. I write this review because when I walked in initially, I led with this being my first time at JJs. This experience will not bring me back. I gave the team of 4 a large tip twice the vaule of the sandwich BEFORE the sandwich was completed. I should have just paid attention to the meal being prepared without the small talk because it's apparent I am the idiot for tipping without tasting. Shame on me for interacting with the cashier(him) instead of interacting with the sandwich maker.(her)

Great sandwiches but be warned if you don tip the grumpy, unfriendly, dangerous driving delivery guy you will get a glare of daggers. I work in a sales environment, tips are for over the top service, or just great service. Try smiling and be friendly then you get my tips, plus my office is 5min down the street from you, it's not like you had to work hard.

The place smelled funny and the workers make you feel not welcome. The picklewich is the size of my finger and it cost $10.

Not worth the drive anymore. Very little meat and definitely not "freaky fast." For the price especially, there are a lot better sandwich places. We used to come 30ish minutes out of the way for Jimmy John's, since we are from a state where they are all over and usually so delicious. Super bummed out if decreasing ingredients and speed but increasing prices is their new business model. :(

Bread is good, but get double meat & extra produce unless you want a bread sandwich. Their produce & meat is VERY minimal (unless you order a specialty sandwich that comes with double meat), especially for what you pay. Over $30 bucks for just 2 basic large sandwiches (no chips, drinks, or anything extra). I got a tuna sandwich & there was so little on it, I could barely taste it at all. Just mostly tasted bread. They definitely can't compete with other sandwich chains that give you way more for your money. I only went here because my husband likes their bread. Wouldn't go back to pay so much just to get so little.

Just as bad as it’s ever been. Not sure why I thought to give them another shot after reading all the negative reviews that have been left since my last experience. The location has the nerve to respond to feedback with “that’s not how we roll” if you call them out and they are unable to notice trends. If multiple people complain about your employees not being able to make a simple sandwich, I think there’s a problem, right? Go to literally anywhere else. Mr. Pickles is my go to and it’s not very far away. Night and day difference. You won’t regret checking Mr. Pickles out, but you’ll 100% regret wasting your time and money at this Jimmy John’s.

I normally don’t complain about food but having worked at Jimmy Johns for years this store needs to train their employees better or get a different profession. I normally order a #5 with no onions or tomato add avocado and cucumber. The last three times I was charged for avocado all three times and didn’t receive any on my sandwich. So I called and they gave me a credit. This time I ordered the same sandwich and actually received avocado, but there was mayonnaise on it and the bread was as hard as a rock. I personally would never give a customer a hard piece of bread let alone put mayonnaise on a sandwich that doesn’t even come with it unless specifically asked for. So it’s safe to say I will no longer be going to Jimmy John’s at least until I move back to Springfield, Missouri where they actually know how to make a sandwich!

I think Subway is better, at least Subway gives you options to put on your sandwich. I paid $26 for my two sandwich combos and they were not worth it. The bacon on my sandwich was freshly pulled from the precooked bacon packet out of the Walmart deli shelf and put on my sandwich not heated. If you want to get quality sandwiches in this area please go to Eric's Deli Cafe. I am disappointed in myself for trying this restaurant.

Slow Service even Slower Delivery I tried to order a sandwich one whole hour before my lunch. I marked delivery between 1145 and Noon, So I called at 12:05 to inquire and they said it was going to be late. One hour for a sandwich? It also doesnt help when you screw someones lunch plans over to sound like I am actually inconveniencing them. So overall Customer Service is terrible, and the delivery speed is Horrendous. Plan your lunch more than one hour in advance if you actually want to eat your food when you want to

1 star because you're forced to give a tip for taking your order in person. There subs are better than Subway and on par with Jersey Mike's. Just make sure you order and pay in an App or you have to tip them for pressing a few buttons on there screen.

I’ve ordered at least $1000 worth of sandwiches over the past couple years from Jimmy John’s. Many of the orders were through the app. The most I’ve ever gotten back was like a pickle or a bag of chips. I think their app sucks and their promotions for the amount of money they charge for each sandwich. Want Deal go to Wendy’s app they have great deals on there. You can get a double for two bucks.

Someone in marketing dropped the ball. I ordered two "Delicious Dime Bags" and did not receive the 4/20 promo items. The staff had no idea the promo was even going on. They claimed to not have received any deliveries of the non-food promotional items (ie dime bag & crumb tray) that were to be included with purchase. Since this was an online deal, why was I able to complete my order leading me to believe that I would receive the order in full from this location?

I came here once and the sandwich was very tasty and was not short on the condiments, meats etc... which I was happy to pay for a BIG, 16" SUB, But then I received this one and was so excited because I know they would be getting a generous amount of avocado. To my surprise I did not see any, then spotteda smug to realize that there was literally less than a smug of avocadoe spread between the provolone cheese. See my video. I would like management to contact me asap. Very disappointed to pay $20 bucks to get not even mayonnaise because the amount that is there was literally same concept of a less than a smudge, the sign says there would be mayo and avocado, not to assume there will be a less than a smudge. Who wants to drive all the way back to the deli after noticing this once home.🤔🤨🤯😥

Wife and i are Super disappointed 😞..we have been seeing this commercial for what looks like this amazing sandwich the "Salami Pesto " and when I got to the store I was the only customer..I explained how my wife and I wanted to get the sandwich because of the constant commercials...so today I go in explaining our excitement to finally try it ...I said it looks so delicious and asked if the sandwich will look like the picture that is advertised?...and she quickly kinda laughed and said no it will not...and said those pics the meat"salami" are folded in the advertising...and i said ok can we fold them she said" No" and that they only make 30 Second sandwiches ...and it would take to long for her to fold the 8 little pieces of salami ...i said well thats disappointing...remember im the only one in the store...any way after she wrapped up my what looked a flat sandwich..I opened it up in disbelief...looks gross and not appealing at all..lost my appetite when I seen it.. So I wrapped it up..got my stale hard cookie ..i should of got the chips ...as I'm getting in my vehicle..i look up and they are laughing and smirking...super unprofessional...I wished i would of looked at all the horrible reviews this location had before i went in...i was so excited to surprise my wife with lunch i didnt check...that was my bad...was embarrassed to show my wife the sandwich in comparison to all the advertisement for this particular one... More Sad then disappointed.. when I looked up and the staff were laughing, it was what made me decide to leave this review today 3/21/23 at 4:30ish Save your money.. go somewhere else where they appreciate your business. This was my 2nd time going to Jimmy John's. 1st time was the one in reno... I thought for sure this one would be the same experience, ..it was not.
