Food was overpriced but tasted alright. I wanted to comment on the staff, however. My food took forever only because a woman came in and asked them a slew of stupid questions and held up the line. But the staff was very accommodating and kind to her even though she was being difficult. Thank you for having good service!

Food is delicious, but not for a DoorDash experience. They missed items to deliver from the order. And they don't address DoorDash orders for missing items when you call them. I understand, as they have told me, DoorDash gets the money first, so talk to them. Maybe they are not happy with how they work with DoorDash. But they eventually do :). I had one previous experience with another order at some other restaurant, and they were courteous enough to listen and agree. This location of Popeyes, No!. I don't have any issues with the food (wings), but they missed an important side to dip and eat, Buttermilk Ranch :)

Crunchy Crunchouse! Yummy when super fresh! Biscuits are tasty with warm honey 🍯 on top! Spacious dining area, busy during rush-hour exceptional. The rest of the day service was exceptional.

Service at the Roseville, CA. location was TERRIBLE! Andrew at the counter should not be working up front. He was constantly yawning, making loud noises and bent over like resting his head on the register. Telling customers how tired he is. Very unprofessional! It’s my first time eating at Popeyes. I did like that my food was hot. I would have scored higher but the customer service was bad!

~60% hike in meal prices. I did not even order. 4 peices of chicken ~$18 plus tax, normally $11.89 and this place has not once ever fulfilled an order correctly. Having dinner at Kikis Chicken instead.

Smallest pieces I've ever seen. I mean TINY pieces Hold a ketchup packet. That's the size of the chicken I received. Ordered a 5 piece box and I got 5 pieces. The breast and the wing was normal but the 2 legs and the thigh, if it was a thigh, looked like they came from a large parakeet. The legs were the same size as a ketchup packet and the "thigh" was smaller than the packet. Never had this happen here before. Maybe one piece would be tiny but to have 4 pieçes so small was very disappointing when we sat down.

I swear to God you believe in that this business is the most damn, the most disrespectful, the worst incompetent employees I have ever seen in my life. The staff is very bad, they never care and act annoyingly, they laugh in an annoying way when you make any requests, they never respect their customers like a customer, and believe me, I don't know how delicious the food these people will make will be, and it's terrible, it's definitely terrible, I will definitely do my best to prevent all my friends in my neighborhood and all my friends from going to this branch

Always told to wait at the drive thru even though there is no line and few people inside. Rain or shine, always a wait for at least 5 minutes of total silence.

Ordered a head of time so I dont have to wait. 20 mins later they still dont have my order ready. So waited another 20 mins. The chicken looks like triple dead, a thighs and drumstick from a baby 🐥. The employee was smoking cigarette when he hand me my order.

The order was delivered incorrectly: three burgers were missing, and instead of a set of spicy wings, they sent mild (original) ones. The whole family was very upset: they wanted something tasty after a long journey, but all they received was disappointment!

First time going to this location....and the LAST !! Waited in the Drive-thru for about 20mn. (that's not My concern). Ordered mashed potatoes and mac n cheese (paid extra) with the 5pc meal. I made the MISTAKE of trusting order was correct before arriving Home. They decided to stuff two biscuits into a mac n cheese container and two into the box with the chicken ! NO MASHED POTATOES OR MAC N CHEESE ! Well.... ...at LEAST the RECEIPT was correct (taped to the Sealed bag) VERY DISAPPOINTED Guys !!! I WONT be back !!

I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a Popeyes than I did dealing with Andy, the manager at this location. His behavior was completely unprofessional and honestly inappropriate. He made several comments and acted in ways that made me feel extremely uneasy. It’s disturbing that someone in a leadership position thinks it’s okay to behave this way, especially when representing a major company. If this is how he treats people, I worry about the safety and comfort of other customers and employees. I truly hope upper management takes a closer look at who they’re putting in charge. Until something is done, I won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately the sandwiches were insanely dry (ordered Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich), both were lukewarm at best and stale. Barely any sauce, unfortunately, since all the Ghost Pepper flavour is in the sauce. No meat on that chicken either, it was mainly stale, fried bread. They also tend to tell you one price when you order at the drive-thru and then at the window charge you a different, higher price. Odd.

Worst service we have had in a while. Drive thru order, 5p blackened chicken, 3p blackened chicken, and a chicken sandwich meal. Drove around paid, $45. We were asked to park (this location has an awkward small parking lot). 15 minutes of waiting in the car go by before my wife goes in to check on our order. She called me from inside because our order was just forgotten to be made, which was what they stated and claimed it would be 30mins for our order. They did not say why the order was forgotten to be made and served. No one inside was apologetic at all. There was a language barrier between the cooks and servers. Another 10 minutes went by inside, and the guy that took our order and who took our payment comes to the counter and says "We shouldn't wait any longer for the order" I guess the issue was the blackened chicken they had not cooked. There were guests watching this incident occur. He offered to give us completely different food, but we shouldn't wait for blackened chicken. I said we would take a refund, and he threw his head back and went to the back. They then had blackened chicken to serve us within 3mins. When handing us the food, we made sure the chicken sandwich had the Mac and Cheese we ordered it didn't. When we asked for Mac, he started, "I don't remember you ordering this, but I'll just hand you one. " As If we were lying. NO APOLOGIES and NOTHING OFFERED to at least attempt to correct this issue. They made us feel as if we were wrong about this entire incident. We will never go back to this location, and as pictures, this is a $15 5p of blackened chicken, not worth any of these issues that occurred.

How hard is it to hire someone that can count to 12 or up to 20. I ordered 2 orders of 12 chicken wings and I got charged for two orders however I got two orders one with 7 and one with 6. My mistake was using the drive through where I cannot check an order before I drive 20 minutes home. I think maybe they are not hiring people that can count or maybe they are just lazy and cannot do a simple job like count items. I constantly get missing chicken sandwiches or missing chicken, If you are broke and on the verge of being bankrupt charge a little more but give people what they pay for. I would not be so mad if this was not a constant thing. If KFC makes spicy chicken y'all are done with.

Disappointed by my favorite place to buy fried chicken. Sad. My chicken was straight up BURNT. I have NEVER had BURNT fried chicken here before. It is usually always perfectly tender and juicy, except for tonight. Ordered quite a lot of food thru app, drove thru drive thru to pick up, got to the speaker was told to just “go ahead” no greeting no hello, no what can I get for you? no professionalism and enjoyment in her job, or etiquette to treat a paying customer excited for their food whom was taking a break from being vegetarian for this usually wonderful chicken. I told her I was picking up for an order thru the app, she asked what the name was, and said hold on… minutes passed me just waiting. She got on the speaker and said “are you ready to order?” I just waited, for it to click for her that she left me on hold. “Oh, what was the name?” I had put in the order 30minutes ago meaning it should be more than ready, it wasn’t I was told to park and they would bring it to me. Also, didn’t get ANY SAUCES THAT I ORDERED! This place is horrible with sauces, they don’t want to give you any. Period. Why was it burnt? WHY?!? I’m so upset because, I drove all the way up the hill to Placerville, to surprise my parent’s with POPEYES, but I opened the box to find burnt 36PIECES OF CHICKEN and the other 8 nuggets which were also burnt. They were not busy, they had plenty of people working, so why was the service and FOOD so terrible?!? I’m coming back for a refund. It was that bad. Period. I never do this, but I will because I’m a huge Popeyes fan. Manager, coach your staff. The food and experience was horrible. Who have you hired? I know times are tough with people willing to work, but they still need to be doing a good job and not caring and burning the food.
