Opinions de The Monk's Cellar Roseville
The food has never failed us. We have been here several times and just love it! It is a little more expensive than say red robin, but Monk's Cellar has far superior food, amazing atmosphere, and decent prices for the quality you get. We will be returning over and over and we recommend it to everyone.
Had a great meal at the monks cellar recently. I had a flight of their beers that were very tasty 😋 and when I had questions about the beers, the brew lead came to chat with me about it. The food was so good- you really can’t go wrong with their garlic duck fat fries. The burger was so juicy and their sauces are amazing 🤩
My family loves this place! The food is great & nice selection of beer. We have always had great service- one server always makes us feel like family! We miss her terribly & are less inclined to patron now.
I adore Monks Cellar. As a big time beer nerd, I feel so lucky to have an authentic feeling trappist brewery right in my neighborhood. I dont think Roseville knows how spoiled it is.
Our night at Monk Cellar was made extra special by Kyla and Jackie! It was an impromptu date night for my husband and me, and we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing experience we had. Kyla and Jackie went above and beyond to ensure our evening was memorable. They even offered us a sample of a new drink that will be featured on the fall menu, and we were blown away by the incredible flavors. The duck fat fries were truly phenomenal – the best we've ever had without a doubt. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service we received from Kyla and Jackie. They made us feel valued and attended to throughout the entire evening. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend Monk Cellar to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
We love everything about this place - been coming here for years and will always come back. Every few weeks, it starts calling our name! Never a bad day/meal.
Very good pub food. The fish & chips i had, had a light crisp ale batter and the duck fat fries were crisp and tender. I paired it with Trefethen Chardonnay, which had a nice bright acidity with tones of citrus and melon and floral notes. My friends' grilled tri-tip salad was crisp and fresh, with perfectly cooked thinly sliced sliced tri-tip. The place was packed, but we were still quickly seated. Our server had a warm smile and gave attentive service without hovering.
Good buddy of mine brought me to this wonderful brewery!!! Beer and liquor selection has enough for anyone out there. Food quality is on point… Definitely try the fried artichoke hearts, the French fries (fried in duck fat), house made burgers, Scottish egg… I’ll definitely patronize this place again next time I’m in Roseville.
I feel that we didn't have the whole experience as we did not order any beer, something they are known for. The food is good. I had the Monks burger. It was just a touch over cooked, but still real juicy and flavorful. The menu has been downsized, but still has lots of good choices.
Stopped in for dinner and drink on their Tuesday trivia nights. The food was good the service was excellent and the trivia was fun. This place is a must in Tuesdays.
My boyfriend and I really enjoy Monk's Cellar. They recently started serving brunch, which offers options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. On our most recent visit, they were out of cider and hard kombucha, but were so apologetic. Our drinks ended up coming out just after our food did, so in return they sent out a chocolate mousse after our meal. Overall, good food, service and atmosphere. Pictured here are the fried chicken breakfast sandwich and the california benedict.
We have had a lot of bad experiences lately at local restaurants but this place did NOT disappoint! One of the best we've had in a long time! The No Bad Days cocktail was so good, the scotch egg and Ruben fries will now induce cravings for me and the mac and cheese was absolutely delicious!
This place is amazing. From the food, the rotating taps, to the whiskey museum they have it’s just ALL incredible. I highly recommend the Burger, the Chicken Sandwich, and the Fish and Chips. I conduct most of my business meetings here, but also a great date night spot. Duck fat fries are fire!! Do not sleep on this place. Kevin and Jacky are the best. The customer service is over the top excellent as well. Thank you Monks for continuing to do what you do!
I very much enjoy eating here. Been there twice for meals. Had the Reuben last time and it was spot on. Service is stellar. It is elevated bar food with teases of fine dining. The aroma in the air alone creates expectation. The plates deliver. I need to try the rest of the menu. My friends enjoyed it as well.
It was our first time visiting but, it will not be our last. Wonderful place to host a birthday! The atmosphere was wonderful, the food and drinks were incredible and the service was the best we have experienced in the Sacramento area! Jake was our host and by the end of the night he felt like a friend of the family! We will definitely be back.
Sydney was our server and she had amazing service and attention to detail! My boyfriend and I shared the pretzel, it was a large app to share with tasty cheese. My boyfriend got the monk burger and it was a little small but very tasty. I got the fancy French grilled cheese (words that I can’t spell) that was really good! The duck fat fries are amazing, light and give me in n out vibes. Definitely recommend this spot and Sydney as your server!
I was there for a company party. They served appetizers, but some people ordered food. They had beer in both pontoon and half pint sizes.
We haven't been to Monks in quite some time due to moving a little further away. Went today, and it's still awesome! Ruben and duck fat fries are so good. Cocktails are as good as we remembered!
Went for lunch after the rock and mineral show. I got the cheese and fruit charcuterie board and my boyfriend, fish and chips. Loved everything! The fish was just a tad overcooked, but better than anything you would get in Sacramento or Roseville so far, and the board was so fun! We had a great time chatting about the fun assortment of goodies on the charcuterie. I suggested they box and sell their house-made beer crackers.😋The laid back atmosphere is wonderful and the service was absolutely impeccable! Will definitely be visiting again.
Great place. Super attentive server great ale the fries are BOMB as is the rest of the food. But the Friessss
Absolutely fantastic experience. The food was delicious, full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the service. Attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
Stopped here on our way back from Nevada to Santa Cruz - drawn to it by a simple photo we had seen online of a “steak frites ” . Well… Little did we know that we were entering our place with the absolute best French fries and food we’ve ever ever had outside of Belgium !! Cooked in duck fat, I had the garlic and Parmesan and my partner had the plain ones . They were both BEYOND SPECTACULAR ! . And don’t get me started on their burgers 🍔 and the steak 🥩 !! Incredible - juicy , savory , perfectly cooked ! The Brussels sprouts 🌱 and mushrooms as good or better than in Belgium 🇧🇪 even ordered an extra portion to take home ! and all this served by staff so efficient, and kind it makes us wish we lived closer to come all the time !! The great beer 🍻 is brewed on the premises which makes for a gorgeous ambiance as it is encased in glass for all to see …. WHAT A TREAT !
Our bartender was Kevin. My party had such a great time. The drinks he made were absolutely delicious. For dinner, we also ordered Shepherd's Pie, Cesar Salad w/ anchovies, a Craftsman sandwich. From the dessert menu, we had the Belgium Waffle. Every menu item was made perfectly. Thank you!
What a find! I stopped in for lunch with friends and was left impressed. The Craftsman (Grilled chicken thigh, smoked gouda on sourdough) was top notch; cooked well and the bread has a satisfying but not cut your mouth crisp to it. The meal paired excellently the couple in-house brews on tap I had the opportunity to try. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated and fits well for drinks with co-workers or a casual family dinner. Our server was truly a delight, being both attentive to our needs and very friendly.
Love this place! The duck fat fries are worth every calorie, the artisan charcuterie board is great for sharing. Love the mussels but they sell out quickly. Brandy Barrel-aged St. Arnold beer is excellent and unique. Actually, the same is true of all the Monk's Cellar beer - expertly crafted. The restaurant is casual and comfortable, perfect for hanging out. The service is top-notch, the servers are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
I spent my birthday there yesterday, and it was perfect! Was I technically overdressed for the place, yes but not for the occasion, lol. The food was so good! Our server was amazing, attentive but gave us space. The cocktail and beer she suggested were on point! While there's really only one vegan option, i will say it was delicious! I switch out the beyond meat for portobello cap. LOVED the pickled veggies on the charcuterie board. My husband is obsessed with the poached eggs. I would happily go back!
BEST BURGER EVER!!! This place is absolute fire!! The burger is probably the best I’ve ever had- juicy, well seasoned, with a peppery spice from the arugula and packed with flavor. GET. IT. The other appetizers were killer as well and totally satisfying. As for the back bar, it’s dreamy. Their spirit selection, especially whisk(e)y and scotch, is extensive with quite a few gems. They have a few classic go-tos alongside shelves full of special releases and unique quality spirits. Ask about The Society. SCOTCH EGG : Soft boiled egg wrapped in ground sausage, rolled in pretzel crumbs & lightly fried with house-made pickled red onions, spicy mustard, & garlic aioli FRIED ARTICHOKE HEARTS : Marinated artichoke hearts dipped in house crumb batter & lightly fried. Served with herbed aioli MONK’S BURGER : Custom blend ground beef (short rib, brisket, & chuck), gruyere cheese, arugula, pickled red onions, garlic aioli, Russian dressing on a brioche bun
Great beers and food, with very nice service. I got the fish and chips and a couple of their house beers. The fish had crispy batter while still being tender, and the fries were excellent. What really sets this place apart: I got a bottle of malt vinegar with my fish and chips, and unlike almost every other restaurant that gives you a bottle of malt vinegar, this one was immaculately clean, not sticky or greasy. If this restaurant can keep their sauce bottles clean, then you know they care and are thoughtful. I’ll definitely be returning.
I've worked less that a block from The Monk's Cellar since it opened but never managed to find the time to drop in because, you know, it's near work and who wants to go to work when your not working. I've heard nothing but good things from the coworkers who linger around work. I used the Roseville Tuesday Nights as an excuse and was not disappointed. My wife and Daughter got the daily Mac and Cheese special and I got the Monk's Burger with duck fat fries. We all enjoyed our food and the server was polite and informative.
I swung by here for a lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I don't really associate downtown with any kind of food scene, but everything was delicious! The Rueben fries were worth the trip alone! I also enjoyed the craftsman chicken thigh sandwich (my favorite part of the chicken). It was outstanding! Why don't more places serve chicken thighs? Much better tasting in my opinion. I substituted a soup for my side as I already had fries. That was also delicious. A chicken broccoli soup. Anyway, I was in a rush, but am looking forward to returning and enjoying a more relaxed meal!
Love the cellar vibe. Duck fat fries are a must, and even more tasty in the garlic aioli. They brew all their own beers.
We just had the bacon cheeseburgers, fries and a diet coke for dinner. The Burger was really good and it should be for $24 (w/bacon). Apparently they get there meat from Roseville Meats and you can taste it. My only complaint was the Diet Coke was completely flat (zero carbonation) and our server was also tending the bar so it was slow service. Maybe they were short staffed tonight and the bar tender had to step in to help? Overall though I would go back for the burger. Plan on spending $25-30/person and more if you drink alcohol.
We came in for dinner for my husband's birthday. Our server, Jake, was so hospitable and funny he made our dinner extra enjoyable. The food was amazing and the cocktails were delicious. What a lovely experience. We will for sure be back!!!
Came here on the way back from Reno. Cute brewery. Besides beer they do have food. Also non-alcoholic beverages. Got the Reuben sandwich with garlic fries. Garlic fries were super yummy. Perfect crunch and not too much garlic. The fish and chips were good too- didn’t have too much batter like some places. We sat outside under the patio with the doggies. They have several heaters so it was fine. The waiter was always checking up on us which was nice since we were the only ones out in the patio. Got a quick peak of the inside while headed to the bathroom. It’s really nice inside. Lots of space and tables.
Had a great time at The Monk’s Cellar. The food was absolutely delicious…every bite was packed with flavor and just downright YUMMY. Service was solid too, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I tried the Belgian peach beer, and it was very good: light, refreshing, and full of flavor. I was a little bummed that the raspberry one was out of stock, but that just gives me another reason to come back:) Also, shoutout to the bathroom for having a unique painting lol Only wish they stayed open a bit later, would love it if they were open until midnight. But overall, a fantastic spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Real cool little place with interesting dishes. I had the pork belly and sausage dish which came either duck fat French fries and a small salad, was delicious! Also sat in the patio with my dog and several others, cool they are dog-friendly. Great view watching all the interesting people walk by l, and the service here was great as well.
Croquettes are delicious! Came with 6. Garlic and parmesan duck fries are delicious! Curry fries with sausage was good. Scotch egg, good but 1 egg. Not nearly enough for the price. Chicken vol au vents was loved by all around the table!!! By far our favorite in terms of taste and quality and size. Came with small salad and fries. Vibes were immaculate. We had the monks cellar pearfect mates, pilsner, Alley ale, and todays cider special of the ube blueberry cider. Wish I tried the hard kombucha.
Came for the brewery, stayed for the steak and duck fat fries! It's like the best of both worlds, a perfect pairing of food and brew. I would recommend their beer blanche, which is brewed locally. I also recommend the steak with seasonal veggies and duck fat fries. Trust me the duck fat fries will be one of the best fries you ever had. I usually order two because I can't get enough! You can thank me later! Nice environment if you are out with friends or even a date!
Found Monk’s Cellar just driving around looking for lunch on an out of town trip to the city. This place is awesome.A craft beer Mecca. Duck fat fries, wonderful food and excellent beers. Only one server on duty, food seemed a little slow to get ordered, but worth the wait. Can’t wait to come back and try something new here.
Made reservations for 7pm, we arrived on time and our table was ready! We requested a regular table but received a high top which was kind of annoying but we didn’t let it ruin our night. They were very busy and the vibe was very upbeat. We started with soft pretzels, they were soft and salty, the cheese dipping sauce was great. We ordered fish & chips and the fried chicken sandwich (only available on Saturdays). Both were great options. The duck fat fries were crispy and delicious. We will be back to try burgers next time.
Finally ventured out for a meal. Our last time here was brunch for St. Patrick's day right before the pandemic shutdown. Seemed fitting our first meal out since would be here. As always, they didn't disappoint. We enjoyed the pretzels (we do miss the pretzel bites though. They were just fun to eat), the craftsman, the cellar burger that had bacon and jalapeño jam, and Buffalo chicken mac n cheese. The only thing missing from the menu was the shrimp and chips. That was my favorite dish. We would really love to see that come back. Can't wait for brunches to come back also. Glad you're still here.... we'll keep coming back. My only complaint is the garnish on the amnesia. The dried lemon looks bad. The mint leaf was much better and fresher looking
A spontaneous stop on the way from Santa Cruz to Tahoe. The food was excellent! Each of the items in the pickled vegetables appetizer was pickled differently, separate flavors and heat levels. Very tasty Scotch Egg although could use a thicker sausage wrapping. Top notch cocktails. I think we’ll stop here on the way home...
We are fish and chips fanatics—haven’t had any better. So tender and succulent. The house tartar sauce was also the best we have had. The prince Edward Island mussels were also the best quality that we’ve had—we consistently get those around town. Perfectly cooked. The dessert was generous and rich and luxurious.
Many interesting drinks to try, I got monk's burger and it was good but it could have used some more salt to bring out flavor. My husband and his best friend got steaks, which were good but they had ordered medium rare and felt like it was more toward medium than rare. The duck fat fries are to die for. The aioli is really good. It's an atmosphere you can lose yourself in and there are many people enjoying themselves. We didn't feel odd bringing our children. My husband and his best friend loved discussing all the different drinks on the menu.
Food was very good except for the duck fat fries which weren’t crispy and which got cold pretty fast leading me to believe they were reheated ….But the American burger was excellent! The brioche bun was tasty and toasted. The actual burger composed of grinding 3 different types of beef was great !
The Monk's Cellar is a nice local brewery and restaurant. Food and beer is consistently good, but service is really hit or miss. Which is unfortunate. The place has a lot going for it. I have found that when the place is close to empty you may be waiting for several minutes before your even acknowledge or seen by an employee. And if you choose to sit outside you might be waiting again for a while before your order is taken. The staff is friendly, the service when you get it is great. It just not consistent on service quality. Which is a shame. It has such potential.
Thematically consistent decor, a little cave-like in back. Staff is excellent and attentive. Old world abbey vibe, fun place.
If you know beer and you live in Roseville Ca, you should already be aware of Monks. Their beer selection is beyond amazing, with spectacular regional choices available. My group was largely interested in food, which, while good to very good, is probably not why you should be entering Monk's Cellar. A variety of fried foods and salads later, all were fine. But I should have come here for the beer. Not Monks fault, but my group just wanted to eat. So, come for the beer, and chase it down with some food.
We went here on a Sunday morning after a failed attempt at another eatery that couldn't get its act together. It was win win as far as we were concerned. These folks were able to get us in, a party of 7 and a baby. The food for Sunday brunch was great. Very freshly made and unique. Had a different kind of a beer drink and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the place inviting. Keep doing what y'all are doing. I didn't take any photos from this visit but have dropped in a few from a few years ago.
It was very busy on a Saturday evening. I sat at the bar since I came alone, but I probably won't do that again since the bartender (Kevin?) practically ignored me. The two other bartenders were great and were more attentive. Since I'm a lager and blonde ale fan, I tried the Nein! Nein! Nein!— which I liked. I also tried the No Bad Days cocktail— which I highly recommend if you like sweet drinks and drinks that don't taste too strong. I definitely want to try other cocktails in the future. For food, I had a burger and fries. Everything was good. The garlic aioli was bomb. P.S. It's very loud, so if you want a quiet place, then I would not recommend going to this place.
Great atmosphere with average pub type food. I had the fish and chips. It came with a ton of fries and two rather small pieces of fried cod. If the fish pieces were either larger or they served three and then had less fries it would have been much better. The waiter we had did his due diligence and checked on us occasionally so that was good. I think I would try this place one more time before telling people any recommendations on whether or not the food and service is good or average. So far I'm leaning toward average.
First off I want to say the food was amazing. Me and my family came to eat here for the first time. Menu online stated they have a 10oz wagyu beef steak fritas for $30. Which was not the case on Saturday 22nd, 2025. It was a 8oz steak not wagyu fritas. So I ended up getting the cottage pie. Being someone from Irish up bringing. This is pretty much a Sheppard’s pie. I asked the waiter if it’s okay to add an over easy egg. The waiter said he would ask cooks if it was possible. Which I was totally okay if they couldn’t cook a 2-3 minute egg. I said I’d do the fried chicken sandwich instead. Waiter seemed pretty cool with that. Once I food showed up and I saw they did the egg over the cottage pie. I said thank you so much to the waiter. Then a big bearded man shows up and said just so you know we won’t be doing that ever again! Not in a friendly tone either. If this was the manager or owner. That crap doesn’t fly. I didn’t force the waiter or cooks to do that. I ask a question to add something. So that disrespectful man had no right to act that way. He is lucky the food was amazing and the waiter was good. Behavior in a business like that is unacceptable.
I had the steak frites and everything was very good except a bit too much salt. My friend had the fish and chips and it was super bad—inedible. Super greasy—so much so, that even peeling off the crust didn’t help because the fish was saturated in oil. I would definitely go back, but if I had been the one who got the fish and chips you probably couldn’t drag me back. We each had 3 drinks. My friend just had wine, I started with a cocktail and followed with 2 glasses of wine. I was kind of miffed that the server didn’t warn my friend that one glass of Chardonnay was $19. Luckily the description of the flavor profile put her off so she opted for the other. I would never do that to someone.
Meh. First time there. Not interested in going back. It took forever to be greeted by the server. It took waay too long to get the food. We got there at noon on a Saturday-the place practically empty. Sitting, waiting for a solid 20 min for food when there are only 3 people seated, makes you irritated as every long minute passing makes you think the food better be good -it wasn't. Food was BLAND! Roast beef for my French dip was dry. Hubby's burger was nothing notable. We had high hopes but it fell short.
Definitely giving them some points for great drinks and great selection. The food was surprisingly bland. We tried the Fish and Chips, fries and the daily special Mac & Cheese. Fish and Chips were nothing special. The mac and cheese had pork belly and somehow that flavor didn't even land, it was just all around flavorless. Maybe we'll try again, if nothing else it's a great spot for a drink.
Went in on a Friday — liked the vibe of the place. Service was fantastic. Ordered a few rounds of beers. For food I ordered the Reuben fries because it read like a romance novel of tastiness (corned beef, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, & Gruyere cheese over duck fat fries) which was good. Not addictingly good but went nice with the West Coastin' IPA. A friend ordered the Cottage Pie and said it needed more seasoning.
We arrived and it was extremely busy. Waited about 10 minutes for a server. Drinks and appetizers were great, but no one came around for us to actually order dinner so we left. Our server was good, but it appeared that the place was very understaffed as he was running the bar and half the restaurant.
We ate here yesterday the Tri tip sandwich was over cooked the only thing that saved it was the a juice they gave you to dip it in!! My wife had the fish and chips that were very dry . The service was good . we ate there once before and was not that great we thought we would give it another try same result get a new cook . so many other good restaurants in roseville to go to. look at the reviews the owner seams to only respond to positive reviews !!
Atmosphere was great. This place was highly recommended however we felt the food was lacking. The croquettes were good. The steak dish was cold and chewy and overcooked more well done than medium well, the fries were overly salted but we waited so long for each item to come out we were just hungry and ready to go. We enjoyed sitting outside for drinks. We would come back for the old fashion and possibly to try other menu items in the future to give it another go.
I thought the food and service at this restaurant was horrible. My husband and I went in for lunch on our anniversary and we'll never go back. The bench where we were seated was covered in food that I dusted off onto the floor because there was no visible waitstaff anywhere. We were seated and when I turned around, they were gone. It wasn't busy, but we waited quite a while just to get offered drinks and the wait person was gone for a long time just getting two soft drinks. I ended up getting my own straw and napkins because the majority of the time during our visit there was no waitstaff visible to us. Everything we got was overcooked and over-seasoned. We went because they had scotch eggs and fish and chips. I watched another customer get their scotch egg handed to them by a man with a giant beard. My scotch egg had a burnt spot that only showed after I started eating it and it came on the tiniest little plate that made it hard to eat, especially since I was keeping an eye out for beard hair. The egg inside was not bad but the outside was dry and overcooked and tasted strangely of rye bread. I've eaten a fair few scotch eggs and this was not even as good as the mass-produced grocery store ones in England. The fish had a coating on it that was an inch thick, way overdone, kind of like a fried chicken coating, and it was really salty. The fish inside was tasteless and grey and pink in color. I couldn't eat mine. I tried to eat the fries, but they were mostly cold, just warm in the spots where the fish had been sitting. They were the only kind of good thing, but they just tasted like any old fries, nothing special about them. The coleslaw was warm, and I couldn't get past the first bite which tasted watery and bland. One wait person asked if things tasted ok and I said no and they said "great" and left. Another came to take my obviously full plate but did not ask if anything was wrong. They just made an "oh she is going to complain when she gets the check" face when I said yes, please do. I didn't see the point in making a fuss, because it was obvious no one cared. The highlight of my bad experience was when the wait person took my dirty knife and fork from my dirty appetizer plate that had a dirty napkin on it that I used to clean the table and plunked it down in front of me on the bare table as if I were going to use them again. I had to ask for a clean set and the wait person acted like it was a strange request. It didn't help that my polite British husband who never complains just went with it, ate his food stating only to me that it was disgusting, and accepted that he would not be getting clean silverware for the second course because he is too polite. I did not want to wreck our day further by making a scene because it makes my husband uncomfortable, and it was our anniversary. So, we just paid the bill and left. I really did have high hopes for this place. I am always on the lookout for good casual local dining for business lunches, but I'll definitely never go back here and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I would give zero stars after today if I could. 2 of my friends and I went in this evening to have tacos and a cocktail after ordering our food and food got delivered. The manager came to our table and accused us of saying something inappropriate to the young lady at the hostess stand, which not now not ever did we do? It was the most appalling thing I have ever experienced. My friend and I both have daughters and would never, ever in this lifetime, say anything that he said, we said, I plan on letting everyone I know to never go to this establishment ever again. I have been coming here for years, and I was absolutely infuriated at the accusation. The manager should be ashamed of himself and should have been polite about it and he wasn't he accused us and didn't even give us the benefit of the doubt I plan on calling my credit card company and disputing the charges because we didn't even get to finish our meals as he asked us to leave because I told him he was wrong. Horrible horrible experience. I will send this review to every site I can.
This was by far the most disgusting bland underwhelming food I haven eaten in a long time ! This was actually sad a waste of insulin and money. Gross I will not be back
My wife, and I came Saturday around 2 pm. Sat in the patio area ( big mistake). Usually we get decent service after the lunch rush. Yes they not busy, but our server was the worst. The food and support staff were good hence the two stars, but the waitress was rude, and was not interested in serving us for some reason. We had to ask for everything. She would not even pick up the check that was ready. She walked over to chat with the host since she would rather do nothing than serve us. My wife wound up having to pay cash since the sever who was 10 feet away and did not want to process our check. She still left her a decent tip even though I tried to not. Our second visit, and last. Not planing on coming back ever since we felt very unwelcome. Decided to give one star instead of two since the service was painfully slow, and we’re not going back….ever!
