Getting a ton of tapas and a bunch of sangria with a good group of friends is always a good time at Cha Cha Cha. It's a popular place and there will likely be a wait (make reservations!) but it's very much worth it. I love the paella and cajun shrimp here, but the sangria is absolutely essential. It's sweet, delicious, and deceptively alcoholic. If you are in need of more drinks afterwards, you're in luck- Elbo Room is just down the street.

Went on a Saturday around noon. The parking lot was packed and the line was long however that doesn't mean a long wait! They must have had a dozen employees behind the counter taking and filling orders. I easily had 10+ people in front of me but didn't wait more than a few minutes to be helped. Bagels are made fresh, plenty of other food options, and the build out feels new. Staff was friendly. And they have rainbow bagels which the kids love.

The Best Bagels around. I stopped by there for breakfast and their bagels are truly the best. Not to mention I purchased Belly lox too as well as vegetable cream Cheese, their tuna fish and several other items. Their breakfast specials are also great. I ate there a total of five times in a 2 week period. They also have good coffee as well. Their Staff was Friendly, Helpful, Inviting, Polite and Courteous. The place was very clean, masks are worn and they are constantly cleaning tables once people get up from eating. I Highly recommend this place to one and all.

I come here often on weekends for the omelets and bagels. Omlets seems to come with several eggs and include home fries. I judge a breakfast place by the home fries, and these are real potatoes (not hash browns) with peppers and onion. Omelets come with a bagel. Those are crunchy and chewy as they should be. The atmosphere is fine. This is not a fancy place.

This bagel boss has been keeping my family well fed for years. The service here is outstanding. They always go above and beyond to help their customers. Especially the elderly folks from the neighborhood that frequent. Bonnie that works here is the best! During my most recent visit to Bagel Boss, my sisters and I had car troubles and were stranded in their parking lot for hours. We asked multiple people (and some employees) for help and nobody was able to. Then this incredible woman Bonnie, who works at Bagel Boss, asked us what was going on, offered to jump our car AND gave us her jumper cables to keep in case we got stuck again on our way home. Truly incredible. Bagel Boss is lucky to have an employee so selfless and kind. Not sure what we would have done without her compassion and help.

Bagel Boss in Roslyn, on Willis Ave is a wonderful place with bagels and salads and the nicest and most helpful staff. I go there frequently or order online for delivery for breakfast or lunch or something to save for dinner later in the day. Today there was an error in my delivery order and the staff bent over backwards to make things right. They sent one of their own staff (i.e., not DoorDash) to bring me the corrected order, plus a box of delicious cookies as a bonus! I can't recommend Bagel Boss in Roslyn more highly!

Flagels... What are they? You need to visit a Bagel Boss to experience this creation; one of their specialties. Can you get this in Chicago, Boston, Miami, LA, or even Manhattan? Only if they have a Bagel Boss location (it's a Long Island thing). Imagine a Bagel... thinner and less chewy, coated with your favorite toppings on each side - it's practically like getting two top halves. We actually fight over these! It's a must try. And always, ALWAYS ask about the lunch specials - they are not to be missed.

Fantastic spot for classic NY bagels. Ordered an everything toasted with scallion cream cheese and it was just delicious - the seasoning burned a little in the toaster, but not terrible. And don’t overlook the fresh squeezed OJ - delicious! One thing to note: they do have a $10 minimum for credit cards. Bring cash!

I remembered this place from when I used to work at a clothing store in the area and since I needed to buy Kosher food I decided to stop by. The line was long but their was an employee making sure that people were standing on their "dots" as to avoid any close contact. The parking lot was crowded but I did find a spot which was great. I looked around and was quite impressed with the selection. Not as impressed with the cashier who didn't seem thrilled when I said "I'll be needing several items today." It was also difficult to hear (and to be heard) over the crowd and the plastic barriers (which I appreciate and was glad to see.) I placed an order and wanted a cream cheese as well and was informed that they were in the refrigerator behind me (the cashier acted as if I should have known this, must have missed this part on my "Bagel Boss layout" exam.) I think that the prices are a bit high but considering the area, they are consistent with the surrounding businesses. I did not eat the food but my young niece and nephew enjoyed their egg/cheese sandwiches, cucumber salad, and lox cream cheese (it cost me a small fortune so they better like it,) they were not crazy about the tuna salad. The muffins were quite large as they should be since they cost as much as a house. Also, the woman who was making sure that people were spaced apart should not be touching people. She touched the man in front of me to move him to "his spot." I would not have been comfortable with her being that close (to me) nor would I want a stranger to place her/his hands on me. I am all about following the protocol and appreciate their safety efforts but let's remember to keep our distance. I look forward to stopping by here again.....after I win the Lotto. I went here and got a few things and everything was good until when I went to pay for my order and I heard one of the ladies speak in Spanish and says “this b**** forgot the credit card” not knowing we can understand. She was being disrespectful to one of the male workers too, other than that food is amazing and not all employees are disrespectful like the women, highly suggest going to this bagel boss!

Very helpful staff. Quick with the service and bagels are delicious with fresh toppings. It has an indoor seating area and a large parking lot. Perfect to grab your morning meal and hit the highway which is right down the street.

Great place! Great for meeting up with someone for bagel and a coffee. Nice tables to sit down in. LOVEEEEE that they have not even just one, but several tofu cream cheese options!! This place caught my attention because of the “vegan options” sign on their door! I go here often. Bagel quality wise, sometimes their bagels can be a little dense, but eh, what bagel isn’t? It's not 24/7 like the one in Woodbury, but it's a legit Bagel Boss. If you want the stereotypical Long Island schmear, you've found the right place. Waiting in line can be a bit chaotic though. Remember, this place is kosher. Get your sausage, egg, and cheese elsewhere.

Very good bagels, not overly large but boiled and baked to near perfection. An 8.5 out of 10. Nice crust, good chew, not too soft inside, but soft enough. Delicious when you get it while it's still warm with your choice of spread. Really reminds you that bagels are some of the best breakfast food around. Highly underrated. This place is better than nearly any other bagel place in the New York area. Nearly. I have been to another bagel with huge bagels that was a little better, softer inside with a nice crust as well and one in Ridge NY that is amazing. The decor here is nice as well. If you're in the mood for a bagel and you're not familiar with this place, you won't be disappointed. You may even find yourself stopping in if you're again in the area. Google really should allow for half stars. They deserve a 4.5.

Meh, it was ok. Nothing remarkable, but it is kosher with gluten free, so aff a star or two if that is what you are looking for.

I have been coming to this kosher bagel shop since they first opened, but I have been disappointed with the changes that have been made recently. I believe since early this year the bagels are now super sweet and less enjoyable, and the flagels are no longer flat and crispy. The prices have also become outrageous, with a flagel with nothing on it costing $2.50 and a mini plain bagel costing $1. Most of the salads are also overpriced, starting at $18/lb, lacking flavor or the appropriate seasoning. The staff is also not very friendly or helpful. They are often rude, obnoxious, and condescending. If they treat you poorly you have had to stand up to them in order to get them to be polite or at least they become aware of their bad behavior. I come here seldom and wouldn't be eager to recommend this store like I used to. The quality of the food has declined, the prices are too high, and the staff is rude. I hope that a new kosher bagel shop will open up soon and provide some healthy competition since BB is the only show in town.

Bagels are good and fresh. Great selection. Customer service could be better. From the owner down the staff is generally rude and obnoxious. I have been coming here for many years and I had a bad experience once from the manager or owner, I don't remember. After waiting on line a solid 30 minutes, I ordered and ate, then I needed to pick up a bagel to take home. Line was still long and didn't feel like waiting on line again for another 30-45 minutes. I asked the manager if I can just buy a bagel, I had exact change, he yelled back, "get back on line" There is a nice way of saying it and a rude way. He chose the rude way. I just walked out.

The service could be better - the guys behind the counter are always extremely rushed and I feel that that are a bit rude. There's a premium on the food at this place - and I feel that the service should correspond to this premium, but unfortunately it does not. I also do not see why there's the hype and why it's so busy - the bagels are OK. Not bad, but not great either. I've had better bagels at places not too far from this one. There IS a large variety of stuff on the menu, however, which is a plus. There's room for improvement for this place, but in all these years, they haven't tried to improve. I guess because they do have a following.

I was in on Mother's Day and the placed was jamming. Got to the counter and the guy in front of me asked a simple question:"Which of the bagels are the freshest." The dude behind the counter, obviously and owner, was annoyed and shot back at the guy:"This is the second busiest day of the year do you really think I am going to serve yesterday's bagels?" He didn't let go and proceeded to tell off the customer. I tried to be diplomatic and suggested that the guy was really asking "what's hot". The owner didn't back down once again looked at the other customers standing around as if me and the other guy were idiots. Time to get out from behind the counter when your customers annoy you. Bagel Boss has a good reputation - - but loving their customer was never their forte. Welcome to ethnic Long Island.

Just moved to the neighborhood so trying out all the bagel shops in the area before settling in on one. Pretty generic bagels here. My bagels were not soft and felt like leftovers from the previous day. Feels more like a commercial chain than the other bagel shops. Was given a little attitude at the counter. Cream cheese comes prepackaged was more than I needed which was a waste of it and money. This is where the smaller owner operated stores benefit. IMO, Bagels and Bailys down the street has better bagels. So does bagel cafe on Willis.

I have been going to this location for years. I would go more often but service is poor. Workers never smile and they are very curt abrupt and short. Don’t want to start off my mornings with negativity. The bagels are fresh and good but they suffer from all the same things that other Long Island bagels establishments suffer from: expensive. Customers are accustomed to expensive bagels. Quite frankly I would take my business elsewhere but bagels are expensive wherever you go in the area. If you don’t mind the drive…. Country Hot Bagels in Northport has the best bagels.

Food is great but staff is horrible. They act like they are doing you a favor when taking your order. They often tell you to wait in a very direct tone if you need a cup or paper plate. This is not my first time experiencing this type of attitude towards the customers, and this is why I decided to write this review. The bagels are getting smaller. The portions are getting smaller. I ordered a bagel with egg salad That was supposed to come with mushrooms and onions. The price for that was $11.90. I was told in the future I was told to order a bagel with the side order of egg salad which would be much cheaper. When I spoke to the owner about how you could charge close to $12 for an egg salad sandwich he totally did not get it.

No place to wash hands !!!!! If you want to wash your hands for hygiene reason you need to wait until somebody gets out of the bathroom then go in after them with the smell to get to wash your hands then touch the bathroom handle and come and sit at your table in which by then you lost your appetite! Now if you want to wash your hands for religious reasons you need to take the Netila prayer washing cup from their FAUCET-LESS washing station and wait for somebody to come of the bathroom for you to Finn and fill it up in the toilet and then come out and go back to their FAUCET-LESS washing station they made and do your wash prayer there . Not sure what goes through the mind of management for being cheap to connect faucet outside the bathroom for the washing station. This place is relatively big , busy ,a lot of staff and customers ,and since female and male bathrooms are separate , a washing station can significantly improve the bathroom and washing hand waiting time and traffic in addition to improving hygiene. I came in really hungry and looking forward to my meal in which a very log time for somebody to come out of male bathroom so I can actually go in to wash my hands led me to write this review ,the fact that I didn’t need to use the bathroom but only needed to wash my hands and I had to wait so long and then go in after who was in there for so long and then you surely don’t want to look at any food !!!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME on management !!!!!

I went into this store today to order a plater of 24 mini bagels with a side of cream cheese for my work. Being on lunch and in a rush he gave me the prices and I left. Realizing the price was high, I called the store and asked how much is 1 doz mini bagels, I was told $8. so I asked why am I being charged $54. for a plater of 24 mini bagels with a side of cream cheese. The man who answered the phone yelled in the phone to someone asking if he took the order, then yelled cancel it she thinks its to much money then hung up on me. They are rude, dishonest I will never go in there again. There are many other bagel stores that will treat customers better.

Awful! They Always put a pound or more of butter or cream cheese on the bagels. Had to ask for a new coffee because it tasted as if it was made 48hrs ago. Received a new coffee and it was just as bad...cashier made me feel as if it was my fault as she said “i gave you what you asked for”.

I stopped in the other day with a friend of mine. We asked for one Flagel and I had asked for an iced coffee. The man behind the counter looked at us and rolled his eyes and said "Really, you two are going to split one ?!". Helpful hint: If you want to make an extra couple dollars then do not be rude an insinuate to customers they're cheap.

Coming back home at 6 am i passed bagel boss and turned around to get breakfast, forgot that bagel boss is kosher, so I asked for a bec when the lady responded they don't serve any filthy animal in the place, I politely asked for a egg and cheese to when i go pay with my debit card she responds that there is a $10 dollar minimum and proceeds to say since your never coming back here ever again it doesn't make any difference... I used to be a manager for a bagel store in garden city, if you don't have something you don't have to be that rude, your not busy your not under stress, if you treat your customers like that I can imagine how you treat your workers, I am suprised if she has some kind of charge there and just like she said I'm never coming back there again, besides the bagel was mushy and gross the worst sandwich I've had in my life... To the owner of the store please make sure you remind your staff that the customers are the ones that pay their salary ,the ones who you need to take care of.

They keep messing up my breakfast order almost everytime. It’s closer to my home so I try to pick up breakfast from them on my way to work but I’m getting sick and tired of their mistakes with my order. Even very specific instructions are not followed.

HAIRY BAGELS!!! Second and last time I’ll ever give this place my business. I found one hair in my bagel the first time I went and now today my bagel was full of blonde/light hairs. Absolutely disgusting

Very disappointed in the service at this location. They were rude and borderline racist. The one woman incorrectly took my husbands order and when asked she just shrugged, as she was packaging our food, my husband just kindly asked if she could place in a bag and she said "you're so impatient, you're like one of my kids!". The other lady who continued to take our order since the first woman ran off, asked if this was my first time ordering, in such a degrading and condescending tone as if I've never placed orders before. I'm shocked that they are in business with such impolite customer service. The food was fine, nothing spectacular.

Rude and obnoxious!!! $35 for a dozen bagels?? Are they made with gold??? All we did was add a couple of flagyls to the dozen. The tuna was so fishy and the egg salad had no taste. What a disappointing visit to this Bagel boss. I have been to other locations and it is much better. Not worth going again!!!

The lady that serves here is rude and racist, she was yelling at the employees in public and talking to them in a demeaning tone in front of the clients. Even if they "keep messing up clients order" this is not the right way to approach the people that is helping to run your business. I really hope these employees find a better place to work where they are treated with dignity and respect. When we were going to pay she just pulled the card out my friend's hand in the most rude way. I am never coming back to this place, because if I go I am contributing and supporting this behavior.

I'll warrant, the bagels are good, although the rest of the food is only so-so and way overpriced. The primary reason for my one-star review, however, is that the staff is almost comically rude. I won't take the time to retell the half-dozen or so anecdotes I could offer about being treated poorly at this place, but suffice to say, I am always polite, patient and well-mannered when I approach the counter, and I literally never receive such treatment in kind. Miserable people who think because they're in a prime location and therefore get loads of business, they can treat customers with contempt. Tell you what, folks: this is anything but kosher.

Went in here on a Sunday morning with a pleasant attitude . I’m black ! I walked in everyone is staring even the workers . One lady gave me a glare . I’m confused . I am doing uber eats and asked to pick something up and they are sending me back and forth . I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life ! Sad to say. Ive been coming here my whole life, and in recent years I have said this is the last good bagel boss on long island. Not anymore unfortunately. I ordered 2 bagels that were stale and hard as rocks. No reason my jaw should hurt after eating a bagel. The bagel with lox and cream cheese I ordered had some disgusting jalapeño cream cheese mixed into the regular cream cheese. On the other bagel i ordered chunky whitefish salad but received smooth creamy whitefish salad with a huge bone in it. Legitimately an inch and a half long and thicker than a matchstick. Not one of those tiny soft bones that you sometimes get. The whitefish salad was sour as well and the lox tasted like it was out of a supermarket acme package. I guess the bagel boss era is over, unless you want to pay 35$ for 2 inedible bagels.

This is a vegan place, so no meat, no bacon, no sausage... Order Bagel Boss platter, for $10.5+tax, it came with maybe two eggs, home fries and coffee. The home fries look like it had been sitting there for weeks... The $11+ platter had only two things on it - eggs and the sorry looking fries. Will not recommend this place and will never be back. You get many other nicer places in the neighborhood.
