Had a small issue with delivery but John made it right. I still think this is the best pizza, and by far the best of the Gattis locations. Line is never to long, and food is always fresh.

I wrote the below review three years ago but after craving gattis and reading the reviews about new management I decided to give it another shot. Mr gattis is back in round rock keep up the good work! It’s bad when your pizza comes out wrong, but hey it happens...what’s not cool is the manager arguing instead of just offering a replacement, I even had the raw pizza to show him I wasn’t trying to get anything free... I love mr gattis pizza. Mr gattis take out is different then the buffet having better quality and I will continue eating Mr. Gatti’s just never this location.

Amazing visit! Went for carryout, The General Mamager and their fellow employees were outstanding with their service. Very fun to talk to! Will come back for another slice.

I go here just about once a week to get the lunch special. Josh is always so professional and has great customer service. I definitely recommend him and his store for great service. Thanks Josh for always being so pleasant.

I have always loved Mr.Gattis but today I visited this restaurant and I had a little bit of an issue COMPLETELY MY FAULT!!..The manager Joshua was so sweet and understanding. During Snovid 21, i.e. Snowmageddon, when the hospital ran out of food in the cafeteria (saving everything for the patients) and lots of hospital staff were staying at the hospital because commuting home was too dangerous, by the 4th/5th day staff were going without meals. The manager at Gattis Rock Creek, Josh, brought food to the hospital staff twice! He wouldn't let us pay and just told us to feed as many people as possible. Absolutely above and beyond. Great Gattis! I got my pickup order from the friendly GM Josh and not only was my correct order hot and ready on time, he made sure I didn't forget my extra Ranch I was about to walk out without. Very clean during the pandemic which is much appreciated! Definitely recommend.

Quick and easy stopping place for my kids and I's favorite pizza and RANCH! The gm Josh is super helpful and doesn't even find it strange as I roll in asking for three cups of ranch on a regular basis...it is the BEST and better than any store bought.

Consistently the best pizza place in the city. Pizza is always hot, fresh, and delicious, wait time is very minimum, good customer service especially at the drive-thru window with nice people, and the best priced deals with great pizza sizes (seriously you can get a XL pizza and a big ranch cup under $10 daily). Best local chain around.

I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for almost 10 years and the pizza is always great. Yes, at times the wait is longer but I’ve never had a cold order arrive. When I call, the cheerful non-robotic attitude and helpful suggestions by the manager outnumbers any added wait time.

I would like to Thank Josh and crew for being so kind, patient and knowledgeable about the best priced pizza for what my pregnant belly wanted to consume(which secretly the baby wanted to drink the ranch😩). As I am completing my order I can see the prep guy promptly start on my veggie pizza. Given that this is a smaller location there’s no sitting room so Josh offered to bring my pizza out to me once it was ready. Gatti's has its own classic flavor. I may be biased because I grew up having it from time to time but this location has always been great. I have probably ordered 30 or so times from here and I can't remember them ever getting an order messed up. The one time they took much longer than they quoted they gave the pizza for free. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a standard level pizza that wants a more local flavor than the national chains.

Very busy due to power outage. I got excellent service from Bonnie, even though it was going to be a 45 minute wait for our pizzas, she took care of me with some added coupons. It really help since I was feeding a lot of family because we had no power. So thank you again, Bonnie

First time, and the customer service was exceptional. James, one of the employees there was very attentive and on point, I didn’t have to ask for the specials and he just gave off great energy overall. If the pizza was bad I would still rate it 5 stars just off the service. Pizza is pretty good tho.

At first I avoided Gattis pizza thinking the chain made it the same as the play place for the kids. If you like thin crust pizza this is probably the best your going to get. This location messed my order up but they were willing to correct it and own up to the issue so finally some customer service during Covid. I love the fact they have Green Olives.

Josh is the real deal. He had my pizza hot and ready for me. I ate half of it and was stuffed. The best pizza I’ve had from Gatti’s in a long time. Him and his staff have stepped their game up at this establishment. Bravo to you Josh.

Easy online ordering and hassle free pick up with the drive up window. I always have a pleasant experience with the staff. I haven't been inside of the restaurant so no experience with that. This is NOT Gatti Town, further down I 35 S I really recommend doing this if you don't like to wait for delivery. I usually order online just before I leave my office so it's ready when I am heading home.

Ordered pizza & pizza rolls today at this location. Back in the days we ate Gatti's decided to give it a try since being back in TX over 4 yrs now. The food was fresh & hot! The service drive thru the lady at the window had a good personality. Did the order online was ready for pick up when we arrived. Next time going to order extra pepperoni. The pizza was really tasty although it didn't look like a large. It was a little smaller than the typical large pizza. The wings were good and nice sized. I thought I had a ample amount of parmesan cheese packets however it was only 2 and 8 packs of red pepper 😒

First of super over priced. We come to play the games mostly which is also super over priced. The people who work in gatti-land (the game section) are very underwhelmed. It is actually so much so that it is unsettling and awkward. Not so much as a smile. I will say it’s pretty clean and the pizza has been well stocked at the buffet. So if you are just there for the food and you can get your $8 worth then it’s not bad.

I wanted to give a great review after making my order on the app, then calling them to make some changes. They were so nice. I was disappointed the pizza was so soggy, like it hadn’t been cooked quite enough, and even then, I would have probably said nothing. BUT the salad was absolutely FULL of brown lettuce with a few pieces of green lettuce on top. They should not have been selling it in that state. Gross!!

This is the first time we have experienced this but the wings were pretty much burnt. They should have been trashed, not sent as part of an order. Very disappointing.

Gotta watch out ordering online, if you select “pepperoni” it auto defaults to “pineapple” and when you call and tell them what happened they just blow you off and say they made what’s on the screen. No offer to fix it or nothing. They just say “oh well”

Terrible pizza! Ordered a large sampler on regular crust. The crust was cracker thin and hard. They didn't even cut it all the way so it tore and was basically horrible to eat. Just straight up garbage.

We ordered pizza here today and it was really cold. I felt the cold when I took it out the delivery drivers hand. Super disappointed because we just moved in this area and Gattis is our favorite pizza but I will not be ordering from them again. Didn't even cut the pizza! I had to cut each piece or it was all tore up. It was one of the worst pizzas we have had in a long time!

Add about 30 minutes - 1hr to your delivery time. Order once a week and never fails, driver had a flat tire or their phone died so they have no gps. Or he or she is new and is training.

Ordered pizza online 30min later go to pick up. They have given my pizza to someone else. About to go somewhere else but im told they can make me another one on the house. I wait another 15min just to be told i have to pay for the new one. The only reason i stayed the extra 15min was to get a free pizza. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional staff.

BEWARE. I called in 4 pizza's for a family gathering. I came and picked them up and being the trusting soul I am didn't look in the boxes. When I got home my wife said I ordered all trhe wrong stuff. I called and explained and they said sure we'll get you new ones,I drive back up here and get them. OK this time I looked and 2 were still wrong. Get the picture. I wait for those, this is over 2 hours now, and they look find maybe a little cold. I get home and there was a womans hairs in one, guess they didn't have any spit available. I talked to the "shift" manager and she said she would put a credit on my account which I was thinking I shouldn't not be charged but Ok already in trouble with the wife. I JUST CALLED AND THE USUAL 16 YR OLD ANSERED AND SAID NO CREDIT.

My experience here is I love mr. Gatti's Pizza that's my favorite pizza but this store right here is horrible they always get things wrong in the pizza comes out cold or too overdone I always ask for well done because if I don't nothing is cooked and I'm just eating dough with cheese on and I love mr. Gatti's but this pizza store is very very bad I wish there was a negative * that's what I would give them I just got my pizza right now well done and everything is burnt just sick and tired of this shop needs to be done

So called in my order. Was told 20 min. Got there and was ignored. Waited 5min. Then was told they had just put the pizza in the over and it would be 15 more minutes. Sry 40min for a pizza 1 star.

Salad was tiny and pretty much ONLY lettuce! For $7 I expected more. The size of the pepperoni rolls has gone way down while the price has gone way up!!

Don't order the cinnamon sticks and expect to receive them as advertised because the GM Josh at this location does not make the cinnamon sticks as advertised online when ordering delivery. They do not offer online the option to ask for the frosting despite that the cinnamon sticks are advertised online with cinnamon and frosting. What I was informed is this location is independent and does not follow the chain recipes when making their product. Oh but they will charge extra for frosting but do not give you the option to pay for it or have a disclaimer.

Ordered 2 x-large pizzas for a little gathering I had. Was pretty late but still enough to get my order in. Took them hour and a half to deliver. My boyfriend didnt bother to make sure the order was right and so I was given 1 x-large and HALF OF A LARGE. I kid you not it was HALF of a large pizza. First of all who in the hell orders HALF a pizza??? Secondly, if you didnt have enough dough to make 2 x-large pizzas or you were too lazy to make them CALL THE CUSTOMER AND LET THEM KNOW SO I CAN TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Called them up and they said they couldn't fix it because they were closed but they would "give me credit for a new one" I've NEVER had problems with Gatti's but I'm definitely never getting my pizza from this location ever again.

Called and spoke to manager who offered a refund , but he would have to pick up the pizza. Almost 2 hrs for delivery, yet he has time to drive to pick it up before he processes a refund? Pizza is on the front porch. Let’s see if they pick it up... No customer service. My last pizza from Mr Gattis. A lifetime relationship done.

Visited from out of town..let me state, I used to love this company. This location? Ha...hahahaha. No. First off, it took way too long for delivery, ordered easy/very light sauce with extra cheese, as well as a pepperoni the same way. Somehow, some way, the person who took the order spaced. My first pizza came with extra sauce with light cheese, pepperoni came with(and I kid you not) SEVEN pieces of pepperoni, drowning in sauce and a handful of cheese. Instead of waiting for inevitable speel of "we can refund you" or offering me new pizzas, I drove out of my way and walked in. From there I was treated like a total idiot, got told by the smarmy little girl to speak up and make sure i said my order right...even when i was fuming i pointed out that I made her repeat the order before i paid. Delivery dude didn't care, whoever was management was too busy flirting with someone to really care. I called my bank and told them to block the charges and they refunded me my money and I smartly went elsewhere even after being told I was blowing a simple foul up out of proportion..."people make mistakes, no need to get nasty about it ma'am". Make sure to have your order repeated, and never pay if you don't get what you asked for.

So disappointed with the new DealDash you are using for delivery. They don’t used pizza warmers for transportation and the last three times the pizza showed up cold or lukewarm. We ordered a pizza tonight 6/27 and the driver drove all the way out to Pflugerville. We waited over an hour. I called the manager to inquire and she was so rude and un- accommodating. I simply asked to make it right and hoped she’d at the very least offer complimentary pizzas for our next order...she said no. I hope this won’t go on deaf ears.

Found a huge long hair in my food, I did order maybe about 30 mins before they closed but still no reason to mess with my food. When I got home I realized it and immediately called back to get a refund. Spoke to Allegra on the phone and she insisted I would get the store credit back on my phone number. I call back a few days later because I wanted their food, they said there is no store credit under my phone number and last time ordered was in November? Very positive I order a week ago with my SAME NUMBER. Terrible customer service, I threw away that pizza and never got my money back or replacement meal or store credit like I was told. I ordered simple medium cheese pizza today. I came 30 mins later and still it wasn’t ready. I understand it hapless if they are busy but they weren’t. They gave my order to someone else and made me wait 40 extra minutes just to get pizza. Seriously does it really take 70 mins for 1 cheese medium pizza on Sunday night.
