Going through the drive thru today I had a great quick conversation with a young man named Leonard. He was very professional, smiled the whole time and just seemed like a good hard working young man. Good people like him don’t get recognized like they should, so I thought I’d throw my 2 cents in.

I had P. Terry’s for the first time today while visiting Round Rock from Houston. We don't have these there but I'd say the only other fast food burger joint to compare it to would be In-N-Out. P. Terry's beats In-N-Out by a mile. The burger patties are thick and juicy (that's what she said) and the fries were really good too. I ordered a double cheese burger combo with peach tea. Their fries weren't salty so if you want them to be, ask for extra salt. I also got their spicy special sauce on the side and I'd probably get it on the burger next time. The drive thru lady and guy at the window were nice and enthusiastic when taking my order and giving the order. I saw previous reviews of people saying they're rude or upset you can only go through the drive thru but honestly it was fast for us. Oh, and you can't beat a GOOD double cheese burger combo meal for $9.60 per person anywhere. Definitely 10/10 would recommend.

Went for the first time with our family and a bunch of kiddos (lol) after just watching Minecraft at the movies - the person taking our order (Angelo - reddish hair) was patient with us and was even sweeter at the window! Thank you for offering needed condiments and extra napkins for the kiddos. As for the food: Everything was fresh and tasted AMAZING! Will be returning soon!!!!!! Thank you P. Terry

I'm glad this location finally opened in Round Rock and super cool design! It was fun watching it be built and now the drive-thru experience like going through a forest... A red forest. They could even be flowers but whatever the giant red things are they are super cool! Perfectly located right off the interstate with fast and courteous service. I usually get through the drive through line in about 10 minutes. The double cheeseburger is all you need to fill up and hit the spot!

They tend to forget or mix up something’s sometimes but 90% of the time it’s right. Food is always yummy,drinks cold, service fast, and tummy full. The price is very good and I’m always happy when I leave the drive threw

I’ve had them forget about the bananas bread i’ve ordered multiple times before. I also had a bad experience because i always go here and get bones for my dogs , they are also nice and outgoing usually and give me the bones no problem but there was a day this guy was being super rude and denied to give me bones when i asked politely. Said he would have to see the dog to give it to me 😂, as if ima go home and eat the dog bones myself or something ? other than that the food is always great and hot . love this place

I think I got rocks in my fries! I just got my order half an hour ago, got home started eating my fries and I heard a loud crunch. It was hard too and didn’t taste like anything so it couldn’t have a been a burnt little piece and sure enough it’s a small dark gray pebble!? Don’t know how the hell that got into my food but that’s not ok

I got two burgers door dashed, the dasher said P terrys staff was rude. When receiving the food my burger had jalapenos which my body can’t handle spice so I’ll probably bring throwing up all night. I also asked for no cheese and they smothered it in cheese. I’m lactose intolerant. This P. Terrys hasn’t been this bad , I’m so disappointed .

As with all fast food places, CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving! My roommate forgot to check and of course our order was incorrect. Orders 1 regular hamburger, 2 double cheeseburgers. Received 3 regular hamburgers. 😡 Gave 2 stars bc the burgers were ok but were also dry (not really any sauce). Otherwise, I'd give 1. star.

Ordered thru the drive thru. Had a hamburger special ordered but they did not follow instructions. Down the road is when I discovered the special order was not followed so it got thrown away. Disappointed in size, it was like ordering a kids burger. Was my first and last time visiting this place. Only plus was the employee was nice.

Worst, and I mean surprisingly worst French fries I've ever seen and I travel the country for work. They were weirdly wrinkled, like a few percentage dehydrated or something weird. With zero salt. Just bad. Burger was meh. So im surprised this franchise made it 20 years. I've seen the weird looking locations but it looks like this will be my only visit.

We went late on Saturday night. They had to remake the burger as they did not add the grilled onions. It was really sad tasting could not go back again so had to throw it . The fries were cold. The disappointing thing is even Arnold Palmer was missing any sugar. Complete waste of money.

I'm giving a bad review this time only because the guy with the pony tail working on side b was kind of rude. He also gave my order to another car in front of me and he had to remake it but they forgot the onions in my lettuce wrap. He also knocked over my drink as he spilled it over while holding all the other drinks. I wasn't feeling good and I had a mask. Dude acted like he couldn't hear me. I was hoping it wasn't my drink but it was. I've had my husband been a side B person for P.Terrys in Austin and even he wasn't that rude. I'm sorry I was not impressed. I'll go to in and out where they actually listen to me.

Asked no pickles on the Buffalo crispy chicken and went through the drive through twice to fix the order. Went home idiotically without checking the if sandwich and has pickles. The overall quality of this restaurant after 9pm has gone down the last few months (doordashed Dr pepper shakes ×2 and got sodas not the shakes, ranch was rancid four times I went there, and onions on one of my burgers looked okay but smelled rancid). I will not be going there again after the repeated inaccuracy and clearly poor overall food quality. Very disappointing after so many years going there. Yes I have called the store manager to let them know about the onions and the milkshakes. Yes I checked the doordash receipt to make sure I didn't put it in wrong and the receipt on the bag as well.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I got the completely wrong order, I ordered grilled chicken and got a burger covered in jalapenos. I called as soon as I realized it was the wrong order and requested a refund since I am not normally in that area and was already in Georgetown. The woman that answered the phone said she thought she got it to give me a refund but didn't know for sure if it went through correctly and told me if I didn't see the refund in 3-5 business days that I would have to call corporate number on the bottom of my receipt. Well as expected I did not receive the refund, so I called the number multiple times and texted it as it said that was an option. No return call, no return text, and no refund. This was over 2 weeks ago (August 19th). I even tried to eat the food even though it was wrong since I had been fasting all day and was hungry and the jalapeños were so hot I could not eat more than two bites.
