The staff was very friendly and it was a welcome change from other fast food places and something I needed after a hard day. First time trying Poke (😅😅😅) and we decided to visit Pole House at Round Rock. It took us a few minutes to get familiar with the process but once that was sorted out, it was pretty fast getting orders ready. I tried the regular size Poke that consisted of two proteins; then I topped it up with Mix-ins (Corn, Crab salad, Cilantro, Cucumber, and Red cabbage), followed by Spicy House sauce, and finally topped with shredded Nori. It definitely had the fresh tasting that I read through reviews; the portion was decent which I think was fairly priced. Overall I enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back to try different combinations.

This is one of my favorite places in Round Rock! I have gone in person and gotten delivery and it’s always really good. They give generous portions and offer many different options for proteins and toppings. Moving here from the west coast I missed good poke, and this is the best I’ve found in the area. Definitely part of my regular rotation 😊

My go to spot for Poke, this place is amazing, best Poke in Austin, hands down! Take it from me, I am an actual Sushi Chef who works with fresh fish almost every day, THESE GUYS HAVE THE GOOD STUFF! I like how their interior is chill, you can just hang and eat, no pressure. I want to talk to the owners about their staff, whatever you are doing, KEEP IT UP! Really cool! It’s like a Subway where you build your poke bowl. The food wasn’t as good as I expect for the pricing. The miso soup was really watered down, it was a self serve machine by the drinks. Not the biggest portions of protein or mix-ins. It’s a cute little place though, and staff was very kind.

This was our second time eating here, and both times we ended up very sick afterward. I brushed it off the first time thinking it was something random going on with our stomachs. Really concerning for a place that serves raw fish and should be fresh. We ordered the salmon and ahi tuna in our pokes.

I am a huge fan of pokebowls, I was sad after visiting here. Especially since I was recommended to try here. We got 1 large and 1 regular sized bowl. Paid a decent amount, but the large was the same portion and barley any extra meat because.... There was a piece of salmon that was probably 4 inches long, but it was all where the pin bones are located on the fish. It was all muscle, and It wasted all of the meat portion i got.

The food is good and tasty. The issue is that the portions have gotten drastically smaller over the past few weeks. Not sure if it's new employees or management, or what, but they are serving very little good compared to before. Before they would make sure to get a very good serving of whatever you ask for, but now they just kinda drag the scoop across and then serve whatever scraps are in the spoon. Great food, but seriously should consider the serving sizes for the price bowls are being sold for.
