This location is always busy. Even if you order ahead on the app, you may still be waiting quite some time. The dining area could’ve used some cleaning, but I guess they were just dealing with too many orders at the time to care.

Went around 620am & there was a line through the drive thru! The lady who answered me through the drive thru intercom was alittle rude she asked me what I would like to order than I answered & no response back than she proceeded to take the other ladys order while I got there 1st so I was like hello???? & than she replies back oh yes what would you like? Came by around 9:30am. Drive thru moved a little slow and the person at the speaker didn’t seem too friendly. Had to repeat my order, which was a bit annoying. But once I got my food, it was fresh and hot, so that made up for it.

Stood at the counter for five minutes while three McDonald's employees ignored me. I was just getting ready to ask them if I was invisible when someone finally acknowledged me. I told him I was standing there for five minutes and he said he was the only one working the front... And???? ALL THE MORE REASON TO ACKNOWLEDGE CUSTOMERS! If you're short staffed or busy let people know you will be with them in a minute, don't just ignore people. How do people like this work in customer service? Pathetic and disgusting. I was there 8/4/25 around dinner time. I worked in restaurants before, I would NEVER ignore a customer like this. These people need to be trained properly.

Been coming here for a year and a half now have had no problems food was always good and prepared fast I use an electric scooter to get to and from I mainly come for breakfast and the morning crew told me they do not have a problem with me eating my food in the restaurant next to my scooter but I went for lunch Sunday March 16th 2025 and an elderly worker was very upset and told me I can not have it in the restaurant.. I told her I have permission from morning staff and have been eating here and bringing my scooter in for a year now and have had no problems at any restaurants if you are the owner of this location please know I eat here everyday almost 3 times a day this is not fair for her to pick on me and tell me I can't when I have asked and had permission from the restaurant

I wish I can give 0 stars or negative. I’m so sadden about what happened tonight on April 15 and honestly I wish I can do more, but I know it won’t get too far. My family member ordered a Spicy McCrispy in person and we both came home to enjoy dinner until she tasted the chicken cutlet was weird and we seen it was still RAW - like pink - the whole chicken cutlet/ patty! She threw up whatever she can after consuming it and we left back to ask them about the situation and if it was possible for a refund. Their response was they won’t do a refund, but can make another one. She said no to passing up on it as she’s scared for it to happening again. Along with that, the same person was still making the cutlets so honestly check your poultry and/or meats. I’ve been a loyal and fair enough consumer and buyer, but raw meat crosses the line for me to end that. I’m still upset that they didn’t understand we didn’t want to consume anything else and get refunded, but they don’t want to lose money so just BE AWARE PEOPLE! LITERALLY CUT YOUR PROTEIN AND SEE IF ITS RAW OR NOT!!!

This was the absolute worst customer experience ever! I asked for a moment to order and immediately received attitude from the man taking the order rushing me into ordering! Then when we got to the window to pay the girl herself gave attitude snatching my card for payment. When we arrived home all our sandwiches where badly made to much sauce to the point we didn’t want to eat anything anymore.

Starting to see a decline in service in this place lately. Twice in the past couple weeks I've had a problem with my order, either with accuracy or food quality. I now sip and check my Sprite soda to be sure it has syrup.Also there have been times cash is only available but they have no warning signs for people waiting in drive through line, wasting alot of customers time. I Love this McDonald's but I'm sorry ,criticism is over due for this store. My fries were cold on my recent order and the picture I have is of the promotional crispy sandwich. My bread was burnt. Luckily I had bread at home to replace it. 😞😞😞
