The tacos are superbly served, with a double tortilla. It's not my usual type of food, but I recommend the grilled meats and carnitas. The service is sometimes quick and sometimes slow due to the crowd. The place isn't air-conditioned, but it's very spacious!

The food is very good, with a lot of variety. It's only when the owner is cooking that he has that unique way of preparing things the way you like them. I definitely don't go on Wednesdays because other people are selling the food, and I don't like it, nor the service. I don't know if the same people are preparing the stews, but they don't taste the same, or at least they don't taste the same to me. I'm a huge fan of the Mexican salsa they have on other days, but I've gone on Wednesdays and they never have it. I've given them several chances to go and see if there's anything different this time, or if I'd get a different impression, but nothing new. So I decided not to go on Wednesdays. But from Monday to Tuesday and from Thursday to Sunday, the owner is there, and if he's the one preparing your food, you'll love it and you'll only want to go when he's there or ask him to serve you. I imagine it's like in every place; only the person with the dream, the one who started it all, will always be the same and put in their best effort. And congratulations to the chef! Whenever I go, they serve you super fast, even though I've had to go in the morning when there are a lot of people ordering or having breakfast there.

I tried a sandwich with cheese and chorizo. It tasted good, but the presentation was very poor. In my opinion, they've stopped thinking about the customer; the chefs aren't committed to providing the best service. The place, despite being clean, feels less than 100%. In short, the food had good ingredients, but the chefs provided poor service.
