A very clean and very cool place 💯 They welcome you with tortilla chips and salsa. Drinks are served in aluminum cups to keep them ice-cold. It took 20 minutes to deliver our order. The boneless pizzas are delicious. The pizza depends on your preference for the crust, but the flavor is good. The chicken breast dishes are like a wedding, good for some, bad for others. They don't disappoint. The cheesecake with caramel and chocolate chips 💯. Overall, a very good place if you don't want "street" food. The only complaint is a worker who walked around as if he were at home, disheveled, wearing boots and a cap. He interrupted the "harmony" of the place.

The food was delicious. We ordered boneless and pizza. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was that we weren't offered menus when we ordered, just a brochure with no selection other than three different pizza and boneless packages. It was our first time, and we didn't know what else they sold.

The boneless wings are very good, especially because you have four or five sauces to choose from. My favorites are the spicy BBQ, but the lemon pepper are also delicious. The order comes with 10 wings, but they're a very good size. I can't say much about the customer service, as I've been to the restaurant several times, and every time I've been served rudely. The same goes for phone service; it's not the best. But at least the boneless wings are very good, both for eating in and for takeout.

Good food, the problem is that they have very poor delivery scheduling. They told me a specific time, and when I arrived at the agreed-upon time, I had to wait 20 more minutes. The waitresses are not empathetic to customers.

I really like the boneles there and they have very good promotions for eating as a couple, but sometimes the time or the quality of attention between the cashier and her character is a little uncomfortable but other than that the restaurant is very nice, totally air conditioned, nice to be with friends, family a very familiar environment, they have an extensive menu I have only eaten boneles, pizza and hamburger but the hamburger was not very much to my liking, I hope to return soon and be able to try other options, I really crave the salad that has boneles, I have also tried the burrito and the nachos I feel that they are missing a little something in those 2 dishes but that does not mean that they are not good and very good presentation that speaks very well of the quality of the food and the place, but honestly if I love to eat pizza and boneles from here they are some of the best I have tried in Sabinas

I've always liked the food at this place, but lately the quality has gone down. Several times my takeout orders have arrived cold! The pizza dough is soggy and the boneless chicken is hard or undercooked. I hope they get back to their old ways!

Mal servicio, se tardan mucho para servir los alimentos y q valga la pena la espera para nada ya que nos sirvieron a destiempo muy mal y la comida es el mismo comentario mal , simplemente no regresamos .

La comida es buena, simplemente no me pareció que acudí a pagar a caja y sin preguntar siquiera me cobraron la propina, no es por el dinero, si no por darlo por sentado y cobrarlo como si fuera algo obligado.

Muy mal servicio las personas que atienden piensan que te hacen el favor de atenderte, muy mala cara y nada impresionante. Si pueden no ir, no vallan.

I agree with the comments about the poor customer service, and if you add to that the incredibly basic food they serve, I give this place -5 stars. The burger was very plain and the fries were undercooked; the pizza was equally bland, and for the price, you'd expect more toppings, but it only had pepperoni. I don't recommend it.

3 years ago I went, I returned this May 10, 2022, terrible customer service, I ordered a meat lovers pizza, jumbo, it is only diced red grilled sausage, some salamis and some bacon, and the jumbo is just the name, flavorless and the attention at the counter tries hard to make you not come back, a delivery man mentioned that the pizza is here in 10 minutes, I had already been waiting for 25 minutes, and the cashier who took the order says: I don't know, I left the order there....the delivery man: check maybe the pizza is already there, and well there it was. The pizza was already warm.

I'm giving my review a failing grade after experiencing MANY failures on the part of this business in terms of customer service, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time they've performed their job poorly. Last Thursday, January 6, 2022, I placed a delivery order by calling this Food Twins restaurant. (This was around 2:30 pm) The service from the people at the register is disappointing; they have to repeat the same instructions several times to get them to write down the order with the add-ons the customer chooses. For some time, I avoided ordering from this location because it was common for them to send the wrong order. When the delivery person arrives at the address, they don't ring the bell, get out of their vehicle, or do anything they can to deliver the order; they just use the "horn" of their motorcycle to let you know they're there. On this day, the delivery person DID NOT WAIT and left before making the delivery and allowing us to open the door because by the time we got downstairs, he had already left. Naturally, when I saw that the delivery person wasn't there, I called the restaurant, where again you have to be quite patient for the cashier to understand the situation. She misunderstood everything, thinking the delivery person had left without giving the change, when in reality, he hadn't even left the food. I told her I needed to contact the delivery person so he could return to our address, and she mentioned that they can't give out delivery person numbers, which was quite odd. Obviously, I meant that the cashier and delivery person should communicate with each other so they were aware of the situation. Finally, she told me that they CAN'T CALL THE DELIVERY PERSON and that: (1) I should wait for him to return, or (2) when the delivery person left the restaurant, they would send him back. Neither option would resolve the situation at that point. On the other hand, what restaurant doesn't have delivery drivers who answer calls on behalf of the restaurant? It doesn't make sense. Anyway, I expressed my opinion on their Facebook page, and what they did was DELETE MY COMMENT and send this private message, which, when I posted it on Facebook, they also DELETED it. THEY DELETED the post as well. AWFUL SERVICE, no sense of seriousness. The images of how they approach customers speak for themselves. IT'S A SHAME, because even though the food is a plus, this experience, combined with the previous disappointments, simply lead us to NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

We had been extremely loyal customers of this restaurant. Unfortunately, this is the second time we've been disappointed with both the service and the food. We wanted to let the cashier know about our dissatisfaction as we were leaving, but she seemed annoyed by our comment. In fact, she didn't even answer us. A gentleman behind the counter was very kind to us and made us feel better with his comments. We had always had very good experiences at Food Twins and hope it will return to how it was before.

The place is very nice, BUT... I was not impressed with the taste or variety of the food. The service was very poor; we went with a one-year-old and asked for a high chair for him. They told us they would look for one and never came back, not even to tell us they didn't have one available. We saw a high chair become available and they gave it to someone else who arrived much later than us. I wouldn't go back, nor would I recommend the place to anyone else.
