It’s Jersey Mike’s, it’s good. That’s expected. Customer service is also good. That is also expected. The staff was really friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Engaged with me while they made my food. Even while being busy, they were clear and communicated well with each other and customers. Food was good and quality was on par with how it should be. Would come back again.

Great location. I've been here multiple times right at opening... I'm always helped quickly and efficiently. Order has always been correct, and the young staff/ crew are polite and quick. If you've never had Jersey Mike's it a must for subs and sandwiches, well above the competitors.

First time here. Had chicken salad sub. Don't recommend unless you like bland food. No flavor. Upon arriving the kid who was putting the chicken salad on my sandwich was my first point of contact. I let him know it was my first time there and was asking him some questions to such he wasn't very helpful. However another customer inside was super helpful! He said he goes there all the time. I will try the place another time but order a different sandwich 🥪

Pretty sad. We love Jersey Mikes but this store definitely needs more training. Barely any ingredients.

There’s plenty of spots to eat in this shopping center, chose one other than this Jersey Mike’s. The place is filthy. None of the tables had been wiped down, the floor was disgusting, and the soda station was a hot mess. Not to mention several employees came off and on their shift while I waited for my food and none of them were required to clean anything on their way in or out. I was one of two people in the place and it took about 15 minutes to make my Philly cheesesteak. The sandwich was mediocre at best, cheese half melted, and portioned unevenly. Not worth the $15.

Listen, we love the subs here. We used to live in New Jersey, and we are at Jersey Mike’s all the time. My poor review actually has nothing to do with the taste of the food or the guys working here. It’s a management/staffing issue. My husband and I placed a carry-out order at 6:31pm, and were told that pick-up time was at 6:46PM. Great. 15 minutes. Our order took OVER HALF AN HOUR (More like 45 minutes) PAST the pick-up time. This is not due to the employee work ethic. They were working their tails off. They are OVER worked. Clearly, this location gets tons of business. WHY IS IT SO UNDERSTAFFED. This makes for really frustrated and overworked employees and really hangry and irate customers. There was a huge line of walk-in ordering customers and a ton of incredibly angry pick-up ordering customers. My review is to try to get management to acknowledge this issue- PUT MORE PEOPLE ON THE CLOCK- For the sake of your customers and your poor guys who are working their fingers to the bone. I seriously wanted to crash-out FOR them! The pictures show my order time, pick-up time, and the actual time I GOT my order. It also shows the ridiculous amount of orders they still had to fulfill NOT including their huge line of walk-ins. 🥵🤯 DO BETTER!

Not a great visit. As a former restaurant general manager, this location needs some serious work. From building maintenance, to customer service and the actual product that people pay money for. When I walked in the door the cashier just looked at me and then back to the other team member that was making the food. He was not helping anyone at the time but still did not take the time to greet me or even really acknowledge me. Not a huge deal but it does go a long way in the end. While i was waiting in line i was able to take a look around and there were some holes in the ceiling tiles and the counter could have used a quick wipe down maybe by the cashier that was standing in front of the register waiting to ring some other patrons up. When he did eventually come down to the other end of the counter to take my order he was mumbling very fast and was difficult to understand. I get that it was slightly busy with a few call in/online orders but your customers still need to be able to understand you. However my biggest disappointment was the actual product. I was looking forward to my sandwich until I got home and opened the wrapping to see this... the bread was extremely dry cracking and flaky and the sandwich did not look appetizing at all not to mention the contents of the sandwich were all over the place. Won't be back to this one for a while as there are much better places to eat in the area.

The food is decent but the service is terrible. I’ve now had 3 times in a row where I order online hours in advance and then when I arrive at the pickup time the employees haven’t even started my order. What’s the point of order ahead? Do better.

DO NOT order delivery from this place… unless you want the wrong order! Once I finally did get my food (almost 30 mins after the initial delivery time), the hot sandwich was cold, and the cold sandwich was incredibly soggy… Easily the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve had.
