I recently dined at Applebee's and had a delightful experience overall. We decided to try the combo from the back of the menu, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious. The wonton tacos we ordered were a standout, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. However, there was a slight hiccup with my husband’s steak. He requested it to be cooked medium well, but it arrived medium instead. While it was still tasty, we would have preferred it cooked as ordered. One aspect that truly impressed me was our server. She seemed to be putting in a tremendous amount of effort compared to some of her colleagues, who appeared to be less engaged. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly, seated us, and then expertly managed our order from behind the bar, even crafting our drinks herself. Her dedication to excellent service did not go unnoticed and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, despite the minor issue with the steak, we had a great meal and appreciated the hard work of our server. We look forward to returning for another visit!

Well, it’s been years that my husband and I been here. First, we came in to the restaurant and the first doors look so dirty. The place is really out dated. Looks like the carpets are super dirty. The tables are nice and the chairs too since we sit on the high table which I don’t mind. The waiter he was nice and attentive Isiah was wonderful and very on top of things. Now comes the food. The food that my husband and I ordered as you can see in the pictures does not look like in the pictures on the menu. The chicken was the most disappointing because did not look like the picture. The chicken was good and had onions with mushrooms needed gravy because the mash potatoes needed that. The sirloin steak kinda looks like the picture but needed gravy for sure. The sirloin steak was good and had flavor but the broccoli needed at least some seasoning. We ordered the classic combo and the mozzarella cheese sticks. I love my cheese sticks however they were kind of cold and I don’t really like it like that. I love it nice and hot and my mozzarella sticks to have a cheese pull. The chips, good. The artichoke dip, good. Chicken wings, eh. The quesadilla did had flavor but little bit of chicken. The salsa doesn’t have jalapeños but it was good had seasoning. So do I recommend this place? Is up to you. I hope they make gravy for the dishes and the dishes to come out like in the pictures.

I haven't been here for some years and it seems like my past review needed a little changing. The food was still very good tasting and definitely worth the money. The disappointing parts were that there just wasn't very much food for the price. The promotional menu that I ordered my meal off was very misleading. It had a big ad on it limited time $11.99 and had five different meals pictured. Well that price was only for two of the pictures, off to the side and not very visible writing was the price of the others. That was very disappointing to me, let me tell you why, the portions were super small and my shrimp dish I only had five tiny shrimps. I thought this was okay for $11.99 but for $17.99 I don't think so. For this reason I will be very reluctant if I ever come back or even recommend this to any of my friends or family. I'm definitely not going to recommend it to anybody looking at this review. Try the Chili's across the street I wish I'd have gone there. For me this trip wasn't about the food but for the company. I hope it can be that way for you too.

Awful service...had to get up to get our own napkins and utensils after our meal was served. Server only took 1 of 2 of our drink order and brought us both the same thing. Asked the server about what I wanted, said they didnt have anything like that...except on the lil flip card specials on the tables around us there it was pretty much what I originally wanted to order. Chicken was way over cooked and tough to chew. Not going back here.

They only had one cook. The servers should have told people this to let them know there would be an excessively long wait. I had the bartender as my server and she wasn't very good. She told me that I could get mashed potatoes and green beans instead of fries as a side with my sandwich. So I ordered that and I ordered the sandwich medium rare with no onions. The sandwich came with fries and seven green beans and the meat was well done and loaded with onions. They brought the sandwich back but I never did get my mashed potatoes. Had to ask different servers for refills on ice water because my waitress never checked nor did she bother to check to see if everything was correct with my order. The manager had brought me my food and tried to get it done correctly. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at Applebee's and it really is going to make it hard for me to go back.

Almost Everything Went Crazy Wrong During This Girlz Nite. We just wanted to catch up, have a few Happy Hour appetizers, a couple of drinks, & a decent dinner. 1st crazy thing is we just received our food and there's an odd lady across from our table just standing there looking at us. So when we make eye contact she starts to ask for money. We politely tell her "no sorry we don't have it" and she says you don't carry cash? #SuperAwkward The manager or shift lead did come out & ask the lady if she was asking customers for money and she quickly lied and said "no". 2nd crazy thing is I am talking to my friend and telling her a detailed story about something and one of the male servers starts walking behind my seat down the ramp loudly reciting parts of my conversation. I was so shocked and confused both at the same time. I couldn't believe his behavior and he laughed it off saying that he was just playing with us but, I felt that my privacy was violated and it was very rude especially for a worker to joke with customers in that manner and assume that they will find it to be funny. It wasn't funny at all. I was very disappointed. 3rd crazy thing our server billed us twice for my friend's food & I caught the error because I asked to pay by kiosk. The last thing that took the cake and sealed the deal was a big child between the age of 10-12 just belts off and runs through the restaurant "I was like, NOPE, I CANNOT!!!" I AM SO DONE. So the food was mediocre, I didn't taste any alcohol in my drink but, our server was nice and she tried but, kept forgetting stuff & going to many other tables and forgetting we were waiting for her. The wonton chicken taco appetizers were the best thing that evening. 😋 My double crunch shrimp were less than double crunchy and the sauces for shrimp if you don't want cocktail are slim options. My fries didn't stay warm long and neither did our artichoke dip we split with mozzarella sticks. We were very disappointed because we came here a couple weeks prior and had drinks appetizers and absolutely no problems. Just a good experience. This time was so bad we both said we weren't coming back. I vsaid maybe 2-3 years they'll have new staff, properly trained employees and security to keep the solicitors outside.

I will never go back to this Applebee’s for two reasons. The first was an actual dine in at this Applebee’s and I did not like the Atmosphere, the waiter seemed phony and the second time was when I ordered it online and they got the entire order wrong and I was missing items so I will never eat from this restaurant. At least this Applebee’s ever again.

My wife got the grilled cheese burger with tomato soup. The first bowl of soup was thick with a film on top. We sent it back and the second bowl was thin and watery. The manager Chris talked back to us, telling my wife that the soup is meant for dipping, and “comes out of the bag that way, sometimes it’s different.” My ribs were incredibly unappetizing, purpleish meat with a dirty splattered plate. The bathrooms smell terrible and there is a gaping hole in the wall with insulation visible. None of the staff want to be there, I wasted almost 100 bucks on what should have been a nice date night.

I asked the girl to please turn up the heat 3 times she neverdid freezing in there. Still no heat, thisis not acceptable. I asked for plates for the appetizers.They never vame or silverware appetizer. They kept getting it order wrong... and it took a while for them to take out order. Then they brought two of everything we ordered... and brought stuff at didn't. As we went to the bathroom it started smelling like dog poo... and it was smelling the whole way up the hall... when you got to the bathroom it was vomit inducing. Made me grateful I only ate mozzarella sticks. Would never go there again.

This was amongst the most disrespectful, mediocre dining excursions I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. From the outset, it was an abominable experience, from waiting an eternity prior to being greeted by the otherwise apathetic hostess to having to send my order back due to general incompetence and a seeming aversion to request fulfillment. The "appetizer" (and I use that term rather loosely) consisted of soggy, extremely soul and generally offensive fried pickles. The consistency was more akin to fleshy mulch than anything else. Underwhelming, to say the very least. At least the chicken wings that my dining guests had were more palatable. The hostess, while genuinely amicable, seemed distracted by far more pressing issues and didn't bother to check with in with us as is usually custom for this sort of establishment. We were also given insufficient silverware, which mainly consisted of knives. I suppose I'm to consume my steak like some uncivilized, uncouth troglodyte? When the food arrived, what was supposed to be a medium-rare steak was extremely well-done. We politely requested that it became cooked properly. After some time, the server returned with a different cut of meat altogether, one that was rather thin and decidedly unappetizing. We also ordered a hamburger and wings, both of which we refused upon arrival due to the aforementioned issues with our steak order. At least our dinning companions were able to sate their appetites to some degree. At the end of the day, we were sent home feeling dejected, disappointed and, most importantly, STILL hungry after this debacle. Imagine having a stressful weekend, and the only thing you have to look forward to is a nice, succulent steak from one of your favorite haunts, only to leave empty-handed and feeling like a dog whose owner teased him with human food and, at the last minute, decides not to share their delectable dinner with you, leaving you to endure yet another evening of bland, dry kibble. Never again.

Got seated. Gave waitresses our order, long wait on food. When it did come both our orders of Fish and Chips were cold inside. Waited for the waitresses to come back and we explained that the food wasn’t cooked completely. After 15 minutes we gave up and decided to leave. We we charged for one of the two meals. I guess good help is hard to get.

Ordered online for a 419 pickup , food wasn't ready until 445pm no dipping sauces Even tho I paid extra, the hostess was irritated that I was irritated waiting more than 20 minutes for my order. Food was cold and seemed to had been sitting once we finally got it . The restaurant wasn't busy at all. The manager had a good attitude but I definitely wouldn't recommend thinking your mobile order to be correct or ready within the confirmation time in the email.

Wow this place left a lasting Ng impression and not in a good way. The server seems like she was new but just got off training. My order wasn’t put in until after my partner’s dish arrived and was “hooked up” with an extra breadstick from the waiter after getting my food so late that my partner was done eating. Food tastes like it came from a microwave meal. No. Be better, Applebees.

Order -to go Food was cold fries were old I only live 7 minutes from the place and still had to reheat everything before eating And the Mac and cheese with tenders is a waste of money Looks nothing like the picture online I payed for extra ranch and they didn't put it in the sealed bag The burger was upside down and all the toppings were on the bottom The celery looks nasty so I didn't eat it I ordered online and left a tip in the order. Just to receive an old, cold, incomplete order

This place is trash. The staff doesn't have awareness of who is entering the restaurant. Typically when you enter a restaurant they write you down on the waitlist but not this place. There was literally 3-4 parties when I arrived and when I went up to the host she said it'll be a 15 minute wait time. When she notified me how long the wait time was she almost walked away until I asked "isn't there a waitlist that we need to be put in?" and that's when a waitlist was created and she forgot which party came in first so she had to guess which party to put first My party finally was seated and had to wait 15 - 20 minutes until we were attended too. While we were waiting I noticed there were 2 parties that came in and waited for the host but the host was no where to be found. They waited there for about 10-15 minutes and the guest flagged someone down to be seated and they notified them someone will be with them shortly. After 5 minutes the host never arrived and they left. Food was okay. Would not come back go this applebees ever again. I didn't get any staffs name but I was there 09/16/2023 at 3pm PST. I'm sure the managers can figure out who was managing this place during that time. At this point who knows if the managers care. Oh well.
