Our waitress was new and being trained, and she was fantastic—very kind and communicative. It was busy, and my kids kept talking to her, but she made a way. The restaurant was busy on a Thursday, but she stayed in touch with us about everything and the help she had with food coming out on time. It was a great family experience. I would recommend this olive garden by Arden Mall.

I just had a totally five-star experience my way tryst Sierra got to my table in less than five minutes my glass never went empty I was able to listen to the specials and I was able to use a special that I had on my email, I got my 2 bowls of minestrone soup, and lasagna and breadsticks and was out the door in less than an hour from 7:15 - 8:10 tonight just rocked it was the best service I’ve ever had at this Olive Garden and it will be the reason why I come back can’t wait to come here again

I went here with some friends pretty recently for their bottomless pasta deal, and everything was great! The food was really nice, but the best part of the dinner was our server Khrystal (hope I spelled that right!) She's very personable and got along well with all of us. John and Hank Green better giver her a spot on Crash Course with how well informed she is. That dinner rocked.

I love this place. I can fill up on their unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks and bring my entire selection home for a second meal. Their atmosphere is very calming and quiet. Tables are spaced far enough apart to provide a sense of privacy. Food is excellent. I had chicken Gnocchi soup and chicken fettuccine, both delicious. Breadsticks are buttery. Service was perfect. My waitress was helpful, accommodating, friendly and professional. My meal was topped off with a small handful of chocolate mints. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a moderately priced, excellent meal.

Our party had an excellent experience. We had a great attentive waitress, delicious food and the atmosphere is always nice there. The dessert really topped off our meal. We choose the Italian donuts with chocolate sauce and the cheesecake. The donuts were so warm, soft and delicious I can't stop thinking about them. Can't wait to go back.

This was mine and my husband's first time to this Olive Garden. We got our order to go. When we walked in the staff greeted us and were friendly. The employee that helped us with our order was knowledgable of the menu, she was friendly and got our order perfect. When we arrived back to our hotel and prepared our food, my husband and I looked at each other as there was so much food that we knew we would be having Olive Garden for the next three days....lol We calculated the cost of dinner for three days per person was under $7.50. Not a bad deal when your traveling. The food is/was very good so we will definitely be going back to this Olive Garden the next time we are in Sacramento, CA. FYI, they are located by CAL EXPO. Was up in Saragosa all weekend with ol Buskus Beltwater movin his team of Clydesdales from the Hopscotch Ranch down to the Flat Iron Spread for the upcoming winter, and he gave me a whole 20 bucks and said dinners on me! All I could say is WOW! 20 whole dollars for food....are ya sure! Olive Garden Italian Restaurant was in my sights when I came through Sacramento on my way up, so I'm stopping at the Garden on my way back through. It's a 5 star joint, that's for sure! ☆☆☆☆☆ the food was amazing.

The salad and breadsticks were delicious—especially with a side of Alfredo sauce for dipping. The eggplant parmigiana was outstanding, and both my brother and mom really enjoyed their meals too.

the food was amazing, as always. we love this place. seems like they add new selections to the menu all the time and they're alway delicious. the braised beef Bolognese is amazing. this is the free sample wine of the day (see picture). I'm not really a wine drinker but I like to sample them in case I find a good one and this one is pretty good. this location is great--easy to get to, clean, no odors, accessible, wheelchair/ scooter/walker friendly ladies room.

Very clean premises and location. Great interior atmosphere. Waiter was extremely pleasant and on task. I made this visit with my family who came up to see me. We got the unlimited soup, salad and breads ticks, and the toasted ravioli. We got water and tried the raspberry lemonade, and the peach raspberry iced tea. Drinks were chips and refreshing. The salad was light and flavorful, and the breadsticks were light, fluffy, and warm. I had the chicken gnocchi soup. It was perfect and well balanced. The gnocchi was tender and cooked to perfection without being chewy. Ive been to multiple olive gardens and have been disappointed, but this location is perfection 👌

Everything about our night out was good. Our server was attentive and consistent with checking in. The strawberry limencello margarita was amazing and our pasta and apps were just as good. Portions for all that we ordered were plentiful, there was a meal to take home.

Had a really great experience at olive garden. I went in for a birthday lunch and everyone there made it awesome. christian at the host stand was nice and got me seated quick, even going out of his way to ask the manager jaime a few questions for me before I sat down. Shauna took care of me the whole time, was super friendly, and checked in frequently despite the slight rush in her seating area. The food came out fast, hot, and tasted great. On my way out, a manager, Jaime, and another server, Cena, were there and they checked in just to make sure everything went well, which was cool and not something every place does. The staff all made my birthday lunch way better than i expected, I appreciated all of them. will be coming back with more people next time!

With all the bad reviews, I was worried. But to my surprise we had a great time! Our waiter Dylan was amazing! So helpful and kind!! The food was so good, probably the best I’ve ever had at any Olive Garden. All the employees were nice. The bathrooms were clean. I don't often frequent Olive Garden but I think I might have to now! I went twice within the past month and the food was delicious and the service was wonderful (and much more exceptional at night). I come here mainly for the unlimited soup but the other food is still great. I usually get the ravioli with Alfredo sauce with lots of cheese. The main reason I'd like to go back (besides the soup) is that the staff is very accommodating and service is superb. They stop by your table just enough times to be helpful but not overly annoying. And they're on top of bringing you what you request (i.e. refills, utensils, more soup, etc.) I also enjoy ordering the $6 take-home fettuccine Alfredo (with the purchase of entree) so I can enjoy more pasta later. It can get a little pricey (my bill usually ends up around $80) but it's worth it for the occasional dine-in.

Good food, good service, it's been a family favorite since i was a child. Their Tuscan soup is one of the best i have ever had, and my favorite meal to get. I recommend dunking the bread sticks while the soup cools.

The food was great and i love the Suppa Tuscana. We ordered the herb garlic salmon which was really tasty, and tour of Italy ( lasagna, fettucini, alfredo & effgplant pamersiana ) for the main dish. OMG! We couldn't finish our main dish because the salad (free), garlic bread and soup, made us full immediately. Over all, i like the place, it's nice to have a dinner date or celebrate something special for a couple or family. The parking is available.

Came in for the braised beef and tortollini and the baked salmon with salad and breadsticks lunch. Portions were generous and the salmon was cooked perfectly. However, the braised beef was very salty. Salad and breadsticks were enjoyable. I would like to go again if there were some way to have the cook reduc the excessive salt.

Food was really good. Would have given a 4.5 if able to. Lots of space for seating. Friendly staff. I wondered why I haven't been there in so long. I'll be going back. Great for big families.

Celebrated our sons 17th birthday today, and everything we ordered was perfection! Our server Skylar was excellent, super friendly, and attentive!! We got there when it opened so we were able to get seated quickly. We were given a table in a singled out space which was nice. The food was ready in good time and beside the chicken strips being a bit browned everything was delicious. The endless salad and breadsticks were a plus. The server we had could have been friendlier and seemed a bit bothered by my group asking questions about the menu and basically pointed out where on the menu we could get the answer to our own questions. There were also several times we asked for things and she did not come back to bring them, instead we had to ask someone else. Needless to say I was not impressed with the service. The portions were good for the price.

I’ve been to this location plenty of times and I’ve never had any problems. I just came in recently. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait time but it was actually only five minutes. Yay.we were seated and given our menus, but we had already known what to order so we ended up ordering right away the food and drinks. The waitress brought the drinks out right away, then brought the soup. Soon our food came out. The only thing I didn’t like was that she didn’t come any time to our table and ask if we needed anything. I had a finished my drink already a while ago so I needed a refill asap but that didn’t come until much later. Other than that, it was a good experience just the average.

Our server was Yaya her service was just fine but the level of misinformation we got before ordering was very poor. She kept asking if we wanted her manager and that her manager would have to come over and talk to us. We didn’t even get the original pasta we had ordered. We all got our own meals but even letting my mom try the never ending pasta meant she wouldn’t give me the refill. When I asked for another she immediately said I can get my manager. We ordered it of the table top menu where it says nothing about the limitations about the never ending pasta, just the options you can order. Can you please get that updated. If she had mentioned the rules or anything about it we would have never tried the pasta. This visit really disappointed me.

THE BAD - sat us under a dust filled ceiling - flys everywhere - table was sticky - water taste like it’s from a sink - forgot countless items - scene the bar tender giving servers drinks. Ex: They would make a drink, and give them leftovers THE GOOD when they finally got our orders out, correctly , it was pretty good. UPDATE Out of impulse, went back here and not much has changed. Water still taste like it’s from the sink they wash dishes from. Dust all over the ceiling (coming from HVAC vents), and they messed up our order. Yeah we are done here

I love this place but the attitude of the waitress towards the customers are horrible. And all the utensils they bring always dirty and nasty. I would recommend management to pay attention to all the little things because that's what makes the perfection!!

Everyone here is super rude! Service was bad. Food was cold and flavorless. The restaurant was dirty. The server wouldn't take dirty dishes off the table so I had no room. Bathrooms were gross. One of the servers almost hit my car driving recklessly through the parking lot. Bread was burnt! Absolutely disgusted with the food and service!!! Will not be coming back here at all

All around the worst Olive Garden experience of my life. Slow service and poor service I was seated at 11:41am. I requested a booth, was informed none were available, then was seated next to 5 open booths. The very next customer was seated in the booth next to me. Waited 8 minutes to have my order taken, which is a long time during lunch hour. The waitress' apron was very dirty and clearly had not been washed in at least a day (the restaurant opened 30 minutes earlier) Beverage was delivered at 11:58, 17 minutes for drinks ... during lunch hour when most Olive Gardens are known for fast service. 5 minutes later soup was delivered, then at 12:12 my entree ... which was made incorrectly and sent back. 12:22 the entree was delivered correctly ... 40 minutes after I was seated. Finished eating at 12:32. Waiting 8 minutes so far to order a second dish of the all-you-can-eat pasta which I will need to take to-go as I am out of time.

Though I appreciate the fast service considering I picked the order up, there ended up being a long piece of melted Saran wrap in my chicken Alfredo. I wouldn’t want any type of plastic in my nearly $40 meal and I doubt anyone else would either.

Is it still unlimited salad and bread? We were never asked if we wanted any bread or salad ,and Crazy lady pushed 200% tip on the screen. Very unpleasant experience

Tried to place order over phone twice and was on hold for a long time so I went down there to order. The salad we got should of been thrown away. They gave us the butts of the lettuce that usually you would throw away. There was almost no edible salad. Asked for light on the sauce and might as well as asked for none. It was about a tablespoons worth. Wife was very disappointed.

Always loved the food and service at Olive Garden, but today we where served by Yaya who took our tables food order and when my brother and fiancé asked to share their meal she stated “because they are sharing a meal the whole table won’t be able to ask for a refill on their soup”. Even though the rest of the table ordered their own meal and soup nobody could ask for a refill. I asked if this was a new rule they had at Olive Garden she stated no that it has always been that way except I’ve been going to Olive Garden for +10 years and that has not been the case. When I asked for clarification she stated “no you can’t order a refill because you’ll give it to them (my brother)” I was very disappointed with her service. What happened to unlimited soup and salad!?

Literally waited 40 minutes to get seated. Once we got seated not one server asked us if we wanted anything to drink or served us at all. About 30 minutes being seated everyone around us got their drinks and their food and we still weren't asked if we were ready. Anothrr groupof 6 had just been seated and was asked if they could get them anything to drink and that theyd be right back if they were ready , i finally asked if we were gonna get a server to help us and another 5 minutes passed by. I came here for valentines with my 8 year old for a mommy daughter date. My daughter left crying after I made the decision to just walk out. So dissapointing.

We called yesterday to place a order at 10:25 pm because they said they closed at 11:00 pm. Thinking about the time, we called expecting to get help with our order. One lady that answered the phone, put the call on hold for like about 10 min. When she finally answered. She said that she can't take our order by phone, because it was passing 10:30 pm. But if we really want to get service we should drive to the place and order in person.. what a joke.... right?.. she refused to take our order, even if I wasn't that far from there, to me was ridiculous what she was saying. She was just been lazy, anyway we drove to Ihop to get some delicious salad with my family. I always work late, that's why I couldn't be there earlier. Anyway.. I am just saying that she was been ridiculous. But well.. call at 10:00 pm if you want services at night or go to Ihop and save time for yourself.
