The Melt

This was the best burger I've had in my life! We got the double bacon BBQ burger with fries and a soda. We asked if we could try all the sauces. The burger was blanketed with melty cheese and stacked! It literally looked just like the picture I ordered it from! The sauces were all divine. The fries were well seasoned and piping hot, the craft soda was delicious and the service was amazing! Bradley and Emma really took it up a notch and we will definitely be back! I even forgot to take pictures of my food cause I ate it too fast 😅

First time coming in and I love it here! I got the Snickerdoodle milkshake, Double Melt Burger, and the Patty Melt. Everything was so delicious! The food has unique, bold flavors, and everything was fresh and satisfying. Service was fast, the staff were super kind, and the place was clean with great vibes. I can’t wait to come back and try more!

Kim helped me decide on my food she had great recommendations I’ve only been here twice now but the experience is always pleasant. Tim who works here told me about the cookies here and they are also really good. ( I’m pregnant so sweets are my favorite right now. Totally recommend them the cheddar bacon ranch fries are my favorite item on the menu.

Everything was delicious. The Mac Daddy was AMAZING!!!! Three of us ate here today and all three of us were happy with our meals. Thomas was a big help and very personable. I’ll definitely be coming back and I would absolutely recommend it 😎

The food was great! I got the standard cheeseburger and it was very cheesy, which I appreciated. The jalapeño relish on the burger worked really well, didn't make it really spicy at all, just added a bit of extra flavor. I got the garlic parmesan fries, and honestly they might have been a bit too garlicky for me, I wasn't expecting so much minced garlic to be in there. The soda fountain has sodas from a local (afaik) soda brand, and they were all pretty good. Service was great, I ordered at one of the kiosks so I could take my time looking through the menu. You get one of those pucks that vibrate when your order's ready after you pay. There's also a screen showing which orders are ready and which are being worked on still, which I thought was neat. The wait for the food wasn't long. While I was finishing up my meal one of the workers walked by each table to check up on everyone, offer a sample of one of their cookies, and ask us to leave a good review online :) The restaurant itself has a nicely decorated interior, chairs could maybe be a tiny bit more comfortable but I doubt it'd end up being a problem in the time it would take you to finish a burger. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in the area and looking for food. Nice to have somewhere that's open late too, it seems like everywhere closes early these days

It was my first time trying out Melt and let me tell you they have the best burgers and fries in Sac! Everything was fresh and tasty. I got the original melt burger with garlic Parmesan fries and my uncle got the impossible shroom burger with fries. Their customer service was top tier! Tim and Remy made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a free desert cookie. Also the place was very clean and plenty of seating . I see why they are at 4.8 on Google because it shows in their positive attitude and their delicious food of course! I will definitely eat here again :).

My boyfriend and I love it here! We eat here almost everyday 🤣 Amazing food and service! The workers are always nice and helpful like today miss Kim was very nice to us. Her customer service is top tier. They check in on us when we are eating which is a nice touch to add to the dine in experience. The burgers are full of flavor and taste amazing. The fries are always hot and crispy never soggy. The chicken sandwich is definitely a bang for your buck! Every time ive gotten it its always bigger then the buns almost too much to eat! The mac and chesse and also very good! Cheesy with the crunchy bits is very nice. In house made sodas are good but nothing beats the in house made strawberry lemonade! Best lemonade closest to where i live! Check this place out! Really good food!

The gentleman who helped us (Timothy) was absolutely had 5 star customer service. If any reason we would go back it would probably because of him. Play sea is so sweet and he made my dogs which are like my children their own pieces of chicken with nothing on it just grilled which made me extra happy.

This was my first time at A Melt and I was very happy with my experience. I ordered a Patty melt with mushrooms and fried egg, a side of fries, and an iced tea. My burger was juicy and the egg was perfectly cooked and the cheese pull was great. The fries were light and crispy, seasoned with salt and parsley. I used the kiosk, which was super easy to navigate and place my order. The guy serving our food was very polite and welcoming when we spoke to him, and even came over to welcome us to the neighborhood.Our company is opening up a store around the corner from them, so is was super nice to see how chill some of the over businesses in the area were. I'll most likely be back to the Melt in the near future 😌 👍🏿

This was a new location to my favorite restaurant. hands down is the best.I love this atmosphere at this location. I love that they open the new one. And it is very close to my house. I don't have to drive to Folsom When I Want A Great Burger. Thank you everybody at the melt at this location. You guys are doing great. Keep up the high standards you already have.

Favorite go to place! I have been coming here daily since it opened up as the customer service is A1 and the food always hits the spot. The Mac Daddy is the best thing I have had so far. The fries are seasoned perfectly and their strawberry lemonade is a must. To be honest I have not had anything bad here yet and I’m almost done with the menu. Shout-out to Timothy for always being on top of everything and making sure our experience is perfect every time. The bathrooms are always clean and maintained, the inside and outside seating are always cleaned, and the vibe here is chill overall. Definitely would highly recommend this place.

Bradley and Ema helped us out and oh my god, this is the best burger in town. It was incredible. The burger looked just like the photo, stack with cheese and meat and ooey gooeiness. More than enough food for 2 people, we had fries the fries we're very well seasoned and a soda with it, the soda also tasted really good. It was amazing and Bradley and Emma were amazing.

This is legitimately the best burger restaurant in Sacramento, and I tried A LOT of them, even the lesser known places. This one of the literal best. Their burgers are insanely good! The price is standard slightly expensive like everyone else, but that's fine since literally every restaurant wants to be expensive nowadays. As long as it's not a full on rip-off like 5 Guys, I'm happy. But the price here is worth it, because as I said, you are literally getting the best burger in Sacramento. Not only their burgers are the best, their cookies are fire too! Better than 99% of all other cookies I tasted. This restaurant is insanely good, it's almost too good to be real. No glaze.

And we did have to park fairly far from the restaurant as the parking lot was full. Will definitely visit again.

I'm sorry but it's a hard pass and NO for me. It took me several days to get past this huge disappointment. As you can see, my burger was raw, however, the other issue was that the Mac and cheese wasn't that great. Though it appeared to be in a bake pan, it didn't taste baked and it was missing flavor. Honestly, it tasted just like the Mac and cheese you find at a buffet, it just wasn't as runny. I am totally disappointed because my friend and I went here as a last late night large meal before she got her teeth removed. The place is well kept and clean and the customer service is ok, it's just the food that was a major blow. I appreciate the refund of my burger though. Ugh!!!!!
