When it comes to Chili’s, I’m their biggest fan. This time was exceptional as always. My server Gabby was so kind and attentive! The service provided is exactly why I will always return to Chili’s. Very good food. Nice selection of lunch and dinner chose. This place always has a nice atmosphere. Plus, the service is always on point. They also have a nice bar that would be good for a conversation. Also, it would be good for watching a game if that your thing I also think it would be a nice place for a little simple little date. Overall 4 star. Clean tables and attentive service. Food delicious as always, steak fajitas and burger sliders were over cooked slightly, even though warned they would be pink, which we agreed to. This restaurant is so noisy that it was nearly impossible to have a conversation with the person next to me. Our waitress took our order but only followed up once during our meal. The food tasted marginal, was over cooked, and not hot. We sat at the bar while we waited for a table after being told a 10-15 minute wait. We never did get seated so we ended up ordering our food at the bar. Not the best dining experience.

Good, just thought they had better customer service. It took 40 -60 minutes and the asking of 3 different services to put something on the television that had sports on it when we arrived. I think that was unacceptable. My friends drink didn't even look like the right drink & also & didn't taste like it either. My drink was good. Frozen Patron blackberry Margarita. My food was good.

This place was BUSY and when its busy its LOUD. It was hard to carry on a conversation without having to talk so loud that everyone around d u could and would hear your conversation. Hip vibe great parking handicap friendly and as busy as it was our server was friendly and helpful with menu choices.

Thank you to the server DONNIE!! She was not our server but ended up taking more care of us than our actual server: Melissa. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated and over half the restaurant was empty. Once seated, Melissa asked our drinks to get started. The drinks and chips/salsa took over 10 minutes to get to us, so long that she came to us to order our food before ever bringing our drinks and appetizers. We had to remind her about the drinks. When we finally got our drinks, no straws and weren’t offer any. Melissa would rush away after giving us something. Luckily, the sweet server Donnie served us some even though we weren’t her table. We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it came out grilled. It had to be returned and took another 15 minutes to get the remake. Donnie was again the one that helped with getting my meal correct. I had suggested just to switch the patty to avoid another wait but I had to send the entire meal back. That part is okay, but it took a while and my husband ended up waiting for my food to come back to continue eating his which ultimately made his go cold. On a good note, once I got the correct order, the food was delicious so kodos to the cooks but service was trash. Melissa never checked on us until the very end when I pulled out a $20. Oh and management? What’s that. The manager walked right past us twice while waiting for my remake, no acknowledgement until my husband mentioned out loud about his food getting cold waiting on my meal to come back. Then the manager came to give us a petty “I’m aware of the sandwich, we are getting it remade.” My husband tells him back it’s my birthday and it we can just get the desert without any singing, since we were pretty annoyed already by the service. He said “ok. Do you want it now or what” I gave the tip to the server that actually helped us. Thank you Donnie. Mind you, this was a birthday lunch as it’s my birthday. Not the best choice to celebrate here with the service we got. Won’t be returning to this one

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. $16 and the smallest piece of grilled chicken I've ever seen on a sandwich anywhere! So small I feel like I was just eating bun with some lettuce. WASTE OF MONEY! Get it together and do better!

Me and my family came in here Thursday 10/30 @ 8:30pm. We were a party of 5 and the host literally told us they only had 1 server in the dining area and she had 4 tables and could not take us, we asked how long the wait would be and she said she didn’t know??? Ridiculous!

Terrible experience. First they eventually took our order. Had to go to the bar to get our refills. When they brought the food, they didnt bring the other couples meal we were with. After about 10 minutes they asked how we were doing n we were like well half our table hasnt gotten their food. They also completely forgot my husbands side and burnt his main meal so we asked about getting a not burnt meal and after 15 minutes they finally came to our table n said that there was no more nacho cheese left, On a monday at 3 pm. So he never even got any of his meal. N then they said they would correct our experience and literally just took my husbands meal off, the one they had screwed up on in the first place. Didnt acknowledge the awful terrible service. I told them i will not pay for this awful experience and the manager proceeded to tell me then we cant come back,,, like we actually would ever come back to this nightmare restaurant. Plus the main manager, Damian Hogue refused to acknowledge or even come out n acknowledge this mess, hid in the back and sent out the assistant manager who obviously should not be in a supervisor position.

I have had some bad dining experiences before, but my visit to Chili’s on Arden truly takes the cake—or, in this case, the wrong meal, twice. Let me start with the one bright spot: Raul. He was the only person who seemed remotely interested in making sure we had a decent experience, and I truly appreciate his effort. Unfortunately, he was left to fend for himself while the other manager, Delaysha, was nowhere to be found. From the start, it was clear that things were not running smoothly. Our bartender, Haley, was completely overwhelmed, lost in the weeds, and struggling to keep up. To make matters worse, she was clearly not feeling well and mentioned she couldn’t get her shift covered. So now, not only are we dealing with chaos and delays, but we also have a sick staff member handling drinks and interacting with guests. That’s a major concern in any restaurant. But the real disaster? The kitchen. A stranger and I placed our orders back-to-back. He not only received his food well before I did, but he also managed to finish his entire meal before my plate even arrived. When my food finally did show up, it was wrong—not once, but twice. By the time they managed to get it right, I was so frustrated that all I could do was laugh at how absurd the entire situation had become. This was not just bad service; it was a complete failure in restaurant management. The lack of oversight, the disorganized service, and the sheer disregard for customer experience made it clear that this location is in serious need of leadership. Raul did everything he could, but without proper support, there was little he could do to salvage this train wreck of a meal. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. If you’re considering dining here, be prepared for a night of confusion, delays, and disappointment—unless, of course, you enjoy watching a restaurant unravel in real time while being served by staff who should be home resting.

So no one addressed me for at least 5 minutes when I came to pick up my order on 11/1/24 & my order was not ready at the time specified 8:39p got a text @ 9:01p my order was ready. So many workers walked past me & didn't say anything & wouldn't even give me eye contact until I said something. I paid over $50 & ordered the 3 for me x3 & one of my burgers was not made correctly so they remade it however, when I got home the "recooked" burger was cooked on the outside but VERY pink in the middle when I instructed no pink see order receipt & the burger patty was falling apart because it wasn't cooked properly/raw. I had to recook it in my air fryer see pics. In addition, I ordered chips & salsa & the cup of baked potato soup. The bag of chips was halfway full & the soup was not a cup & not full as well see pics & there was NO bacon or melted cheese on top of my baked potato soup per usual. A cup is 8oz & they're serving the soup in 4oz container now. Not only was the quality of my food poor, the quantity was not correct & the service was poor. I won't be going back anytime soon. I was very disappointed being that I order from Chili's often, I live down the street & go all the time & I know what to expect & how they usually serve chips with salsa & soup & it is NOT the same! If Chili's is going to advertise they're better than fast food & affordable then they need to practice what they preach & stop jipping people on portion sizes. Now smaller portion sizes for the same price...less food for the same price...WTH...not cool! My food was terrible & I didn't get what paid for. Ridiculous! The proof is all in the pics. SMH.

I went there with my family hoping to have some good weekend good time. We went in and despite the entire family side of the restaurant was almost vacant, we had to wait 15 mins to have us seated, then another 15 mins to take our orders then another 10 minutes because the chef burned my wife’s meal. They offered free desert for fix that and we got microwave heated volcano ice cream cake. The plates were old and dirty, the rice was dry, not sure if it was cooked that day or the day before, the steak burned as seen in the picture. It was a very unpleasant experience. We got nothing that day but apologies. At the end their system suggest to pay minimum 18% gratuity :)
