Omggg this place was freaking amazingg. It's so clean right away and the staff was super sweet :) I had a shawarma 😋 with fries and omg they were killer . I order there handmade sheryakh ice cream :0 . Made me wanna oder a whole tub it was sooo smooth and creamy 😋. Overall 5 stars service was amazing and it tasted great

It was 6th of Ramadan that I found MADAR restaurant, I broke my fast their, stayed a little longer to eat my food too, this is the only Afghan restaurant that I liked so far in Sacramento. Clean. Fast food about 5-10 minutes. Beautiful decorations. Respectful stuff. A lot of parking lot. *** Restroom is clean. *** If you are Afghan 🇦🇫 or American 🇺🇸 this Afghan-Fusion is for you.

It was my first time trying Afghani cuisine when I visited this place last year and I loved their Afghani fusion fare as a lot of it was reminiscent of certain Indian dishes. Vegetarian friendly, quick service, and I always love family run businesses with a story to share. Definitely recommend. Limited menu makes ordering quick and efficient. Personal favorites: Spinach bolani, Pita (falafel) sliders and Tandoori samosas.

Really good food. Chicken was well seasoned and the samosa breading was perfectly flakey. Loved the bit is spiciness to the sauces. Slightly expensive for the amount of chicken in a serving, but otherwise all good.

Delicious food! The Krispy chicken sandwich was amazing and the spicy potato bolani is a must! The salmon sandwich was good after removing the blood line/red muscle part and the skin, otherwise it made the sandwich too fishy.

We ordered takeout, but the dining room is tidy and on the small side. I will say the chapli burgers are exactly what I expected (and that's a good thing). Overall, a nice take on Afghan street food

I order fried bolani for my kids, the food was spoiled and smelling so bad, I recommend do not buy their freezer & expired food.

If you look for an authentic stale, tasteless, hard bread I do highly recommended this store, and as you see on the store window, there is a big sign printed, EBT accepted, but after you come to register they apologize for not accepting EBT!!!!

Fries were super soggy, the beef falafel was the only thing that tasted good but was also very dry. Very sad experiance over all.

The meat was tough and dry, the vegetables were wilted, and the rice was half-cooked. The salad looked old and completely lacking freshness. The service quality was terrible too — the waitstaff were uninterested and seemed annoyed that they even had customers. The atmosphere was noisy and chaotic, with no sense of comfort. For these prices, I honestly expected much more. I definitely do not recommend it Unfortunately, the shopping experience at this supermarket was far from satisfactory. Most of the items on the shelves were expired or close to their expiration date. Some of the packaging was torn and dirty, clearly showing that they had been sitting there for a long time without attention. The products were disorganized, and the overall quality was below expectations. A store like this not only loses the trust of its customers but can also pose a risk to their health
