What makes Habit Burger standout are their wider selection of healthier options. We love their tempura green beans! And of course their burgers always hit the spot! If you haven't tried them yet, you're missing out!
This is the best Habit I've been to so far (besides the original, of course). Extra clean, great service, perfect soda, best Teriyaki Char ever. Restrooms clean.
Very tasty salads, my favorite is the Santa Barbara salad, also delicious burgers, fries, nuggets. The only pity is that I have to drive a little far and there is no one near me, but that's not a problem, I can always go and buy something delicious.

I received a mailer for a FREE chicken sandwich or burger with a $3 purchase. I chose a milkshake but the machine was down.. I joked about it being down due to my BAD LUCK and a very NICE lady double checked the machine for me and said it's still down.. So I got the fry/ onion ring side and a drink. Food was FRESH.. Fries were HOT.. Chicken sandwich was FREE. EXCELLENT customer service and fresh cooked food. I paid about $8 tip included.
A perfect experience at The Habit Burger Grill! The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The food was the star of the show, though. The Double Charburger was so juicy and flavorful, and the seasoning was on point. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I really enjoyed the casual, spacious ambiance of the restaurant, which was also spotless. It’s a great place for a delicious meal without the wait!
Good food at a fair price. The restaurant is clean and seems to be well managed. Food always comes out fast and hot. Online ordering via the app is a snap. Employees seem very friendly. There is a bit of inconsistency with how well done the food is cooked but it is to be expected with a fast food chain.

Was starving for lunch and needed something quick and hearty. We ordered a teriaki burger. We requested no mayo, no lettuce, no pickle & no cheese. We got home & the burger had everything on it that we asked not to be on it. Manager was rude. The place is supposed to open at 10:30 but didn’t open until 10:37 and then opened the door with an attitude and sour face as if I was bothering her. No greeting or anything. Hello, I am writing to formally report a serious customer service incident that occurred during my recent visit to your location and to request direct follow-up from a manager. On the date of my visit, I placed an online order and arrived at the store to pick it up. I was provided an order number and had full proof of purchase available, including my receipt. When I approached the counter and provided the order number, the employee assisting customers responded in a dismissive and rude manner, stating words to the effect of “that doesn’t help me” and instructing me to wait without attempting to verify my order. I calmly and patiently explained that the order was placed online and provided my receipt and proof of purchase. Despite this, the employee continued to question me aggressively, asking repeatedly how and where I ordered, while refusing to assist me or release my order. Throughout this interaction, the employee’s tone was hostile and unprofessional, and he appeared similarly rude toward other customers as well. After an extended and unnecessary delay, the employee eventually called out my name (“Mason”) to release the order. At that point, I asked why my name had not been requested earlier, as this would have resolved the issue immediately. There was no acknowledgment of the delay, no apology, and no explanation. Due to the repeated dismissal and refusal to assist despite my cooperation and patience, I raised my voice to clearly state that I felt disrespected and that the situation had been handled poorly. In response, the employee escalated the situation further by accusing me of wanting to attack him, which was completely false, alarming, and inappropriate. At no point did I make any threats or aggressive gestures. I explicitly stated that I was raising my voice because I was being disrespected and because my order was being withheld despite full proof of purchase. Being accused of intent to harm simply for asserting myself after prolonged mistreatment was deeply concerning and unacceptable. This accusation felt like an attempt to deflect responsibility and placed me in an unfair and unsafe position as a customer. I am requesting the following: 1. A direct phone call from the store manager to discuss this incident. 2. A formal apology for the way this situation was handled. 3. Assurance that this behavior will be addressed so other customers do not experience similar treatment. I am a paying customer who followed the correct ordering process and behaved patiently until repeatedly dismissed. I expect professionalism, respect, and accountability from your staff. I used the kiosk and ordered and paid for a large drink. I go to get my drink and they tell me they don't have large. I said well I paid for a large. The guy said yeah we don't have large then he walked away. I stood there dumbfounded that he thought it was fine they we just going to keep my money. I waited and told him I will need a refund for the drink. He got a supervisor to come over and I had to explain I want a refund. She says "it's only 70 cents difference!" As if she's offended I actually want my money back. Yeah it's not a lot of money but it's the principal that I paid for something and you could not provide it to me. Give me my money back without hassling me and trying to make me feel like I'm a jerk for asking for my money back. No one apologized for the problem they just made me feel like I was the problem. To top it off my fries were only just warm and soggy. Definitely find a different location if you enjoy Habbit.
Disappointed. I really don’t like to leave 1 star reviews but it’s the truth. Ordered at 12:28pm, got my order at 1:09pm even though the restaurant was empty. The fries were cold. The worst was the burgers were cold & the bun was SOGGY. As soggy as soaked cereal. Disgusting. Why make us wait so long for nasty old food. I was patiently waiting even though I heard someone complaining about the wait time. This is not good because I’ve always enjoyed your food at other locations.
