The shop was clean and had a nice vibe and the doughnuts were soft, and fresh.

This Krispy Kreme location is drive-thru only now, but the staff were nice and efficient. Came here to get donuts for my son’s birthday so he could share with his classmates — everything was fresh and smelled amazing. The hubby and I were going to a marriage conference and wanted to stop off to get a few donuts, when I say a few I meant a whole dozen. 🙆🏿‍♀️😂. Lol!!! There donuts looks way, way better than they taste. I was disappointed. I fault like so we made a mistake. I sho won't be running tell about this to nones of my people's. The service was cool the place was clean so that was a highlight. Nothing here to see y'all move along.🤦🏿‍♀️

I ordered 2 dozen Original Glazed donuts for my daughters birthday party. Unfortunately only one box was eaten due to them not being fresh, and tasting stale. This location continues to disappoint every time. Please bake your own fresh donuts! Apparently they order them from Roseville location frequently.

The donut I had was disappointing—it didn’t taste fresh at all. The texture was off, and it lacked the soft, fluffy quality I expected. It's definitely not worth it. The coffee tasted weird

I love donuts but I've only had donuts from Krispy Kreme once or twice. These donuts are expensive! They also don't look well decorated. They packaged them in a way where the Halloween ones got smushed a bit. They also don't taste fresh. The pretzels are already soft! Picked these up at 9 am. Not sure when they made them but if you told me they made them today I wouldn't believe you. Average donuts at a premium price. Meh!

You have got to step up your customer service skills. Every time I’ve ever come to this location the customer service is absolutely terrible. There are too many local mom and pop donut shops with excellent customer service and great donuts that I can shop at for you to be lacking in that area as bad as you are. This is coming for someone who buys multiple dozens a week for my staff and clients. Step it up or forever lose a customer.

I pre ordered the chocomania HOURS in advance only to be told they are out of 2 different one that’s I specifically wanted. I driver over 30 minutes so it’s not like I can hop on over and get the correct ones another day. No one bothered to even call me beforehand. Ridiculous 1/29 - I reached out via the website the same day and am currently waiting for a call back or an email. So far, nothing.

Decided to try Krispy Kreme for the first time and drove an hour to get here. Went into the drive through and ordered two donuts. They got both donuts wrong and charged me for three. I expected the donuts to at least be fresh, they were cold and stale. Never visiting another KK again.

Their original glazed donuts have this black looking tiny debris underneath all over. Last time I will buy from this Krispy kreme branch. I don’t recommend others to buy here.

The last store in Sacramento ,Bye !!! You have to pay $.66 more for each Hallowen donuts🤪. The donuts 🍩 are not good . Waste of money .

Shockingly, how small their donuts and apple fritters really are. I was absolutely shocked at the small size and the high price of $3.59 each for such a cheap product. The apple fritter was 4" x 4 1/2" by 3/4" thick. I looked at their specialty heart-shaped donuts, which looked to be around 3 inches by 2 and a half inches, for a whopping $3.09 each. I saw another donut shop directly across the street called Baker's. I purchased one of their Apple Fritters. It measured 5 1/2" x 6" by over 1" thick, and the cost was $2.95, This Krispy Kreme didn't have their espresso machine working to make a latte or mocha This place also had issues with the ceiling bubbling and flaking in the area where they prepared food over the work area. This is the first time and last time we go to a Krispy kreme donut shop. They sell cheap junk products. The new Dunkin Donuts only a couple of hundred yards away sells their donuts over a dollar cheaper(we don't like Dunkin donuts, because they too are smaller and cheaply made). I would say to do your own comparison by purchasing one from each place, but you'd be buying junk. Just walk into both places and decide for yourself. Don't waste your hard earned money on garbage. The light fritter is from Krispy kreme, and the dark one is from Baker's across the street.

After checking the google hours, I went online and placed a pickup order. I got a confirmation saying it will be ready by 7:00am. When I get here, the store wasn’t even open. No one was there and no lights on. Yet, their own company website says they are open. Just terrible.
