Monsoon Burger

Great Burgers, always made so perfectly. The only place with proper crispy bacon that's scrunchy and not overcooked. I've come here many times and I will keep coming. Also, they always give you way more fires than you need (which is nice). The Monsoon Burger is delicious but humongous. Prices are fair. Burgers are delicious.

First impression was great! There's a large wall menu by the register that's close and easy to read, and the cost is well before an arm/leg sacrifice. Wait time for food wasn't long and there is a little bar that has all the fixings for a tasty burger and salad add-ons if you wish. Atmosphere was chill. I've been back a couple more times, and they still chill. 😎 No complaints here, everything was great.

This is the best place in the north to get a burger and such. I come here regularly and am never disappointed.

freaking delicious...i am not a saucy person. so the fact that the bleu cheese burger comes without sauce (you can add your condiments and veggies/fruits), i love it! the garlic fries are strong but freaking amazing, and i am addicted to their root beer floats! 🍺

My boyfriend and I tried for the first time and everything was so excellent! Great menu options, everything was fresh, the service was great. A little wait time but that’s expected with fresh high quality food. I couldn’t take photos because we devoured the food so quickly. I do wish the ranch was homemade and maybe next time I’d try some different fries because the regular fries weren’t on the same level of the burgers.

I had the Natomas Burger cooked to medium rare so you know they are using fresh beef. The fries were excellent as well and I loved the condiments bar that they had on the side. I ordered the bacon burger with Swiss cheese with bbq sauce and a side of ranch...it comes with fries for 12.49 for 6 oz meat. You can get the 8 oz for only a couple dollars more...and upgrade to garlic fries if you like them for an extra 1.75. The burger was so juicy and cooked perfect. The bacon was so crispy...exactly how I like it I upgraded to the garlic fries. Omg they were so good. They give you so much fresh chopped garlic. They were hot and crispy. They have a bar with fresh lettuce..tomatoes..pickles ect for you to build the burger how you like it...thats so awesome My overall meal was excellent. I would certainly eat here again.

The employees were super chill as well and the facility was clean and inviting.

We were traveling from LA to Seattle and “googled” for places to eat near I5 in Sacramento. This place was one of many that came up. We were hungry for burgers. Monsoon Burgers did not disappoint. Great burger(tasty), service and friendliness. Check it out!

My hamburger was good. My fries were a little too fried and dry. Next time I will ask to go easy on my fries.

The burger I had was great, it really tasted good and fresh, I had to take a star away because I upgraded to onion rings for $1.75 more and was disappointed that they only gave me six rings. Not six large rings either.

Good fast casual burger with fresh toppings. Nothing stands out as amazing but I'll eventually be back when convenient. Priced a touch high for the end product but if you need a different place then give it a shot.

I walked in, hungry. I saw a lot of burger options. I like that I can order a half pound patty with choice of cheese. Then add tomatoes, red onions, mayo etc... myself. The place was clean and somewhat organized by basically friendly people. Food, burger a ten out of ten. Shake, 9.2. Fries , basic 4.3. Onion rings, crunchy but very bland. 3.9

We went to this spot on my daughter's birthday and to my surprise the food was good. I'm not a huge meat lover but these burgers was fire. The young man that was at the register was funny and very kind. The music was cool. It was for sure a good time.

Burger. I ordered the bacon mushroom with swiss cheese. Added grilled onions which I should have left off, as they were overly pungent and as dry to be tough chewy stringy. Happens when too much outer peel is left on onion and dry grilled with no moisture. Condiments bar was good. But for the price you have to build your own burgers. Fries were hot and tasty. Fountain root beer was sweet. The other order was a blackboard offering of a Teriyaki burger with grilled pineapple . Liked the Teriyaki glaze which was just right. Only complaint was it was not cooked medium as requested. A little more med rare. Again fries were hot and tasty. Loved the peanutbutter shake. Very good exactly as what was wanted. Do not think of this place as fast food. Orders were taking 25-35 minutes. Other would be customers left after standing in line and then told before ordering that it was a 25-30 minute wait for orders to come up. Yes it was early Friday night 5:30 pm and definitely took 30 plus minutes to recieve food after ordering. Good food. Nice courteous employees work here! On leaving, I disliked the sticky floors under the table and at dish recycle and garbage disposal area.

Solid burger place: atmosphere a bit spartan but very solid food and you can indulge with Beer if the urge strikes you. Great burger combinations. Go for the Swiss Cheese.

Great curly fries but the meat didn't taste seasoned on my southwest burger. The blue cheese was sparse. My husband said he would pass on the garlic fries. Clean restroom, some beer options and a topping bar. Two 8 oz burgers, curly fries, garlic fries, fountain drink and a pint of beer ran me a little over $30.

Food portion was just okay, nothing that I can see or taste to reflect the price. Dressing bar was pretty basic...sauteed onions should be an option as well. My biggest pet peeve is the tipping culture. They are adding the 15% to the total with tax included. Not sure why I tipped when I have to stand to order my food, get up to pick up my food, clean my table, throw my food away, place my trays and cups above the garbage. What service was I provided to be asked for a tip? This issue is with all restaraunts like this, not just here.

Great protein style burger, I ordered a side salad and got a bunch of loose lettuce. No onions, mushrooms, carrots or tomatoes. Very disappointed Monsoon you have to do better!!!!.. If this is what you call a salad. Just take the salad option off your menu.

This place use to be my favorite place but now it’s gotten downhill. I paid and tipped these guys to get less on the sides. The turkey meat flavor is inconsistent and spice isn’t the same. Buns are also downgraded.

2 burgers ordered medium well to go. Both overcooked no pink and charred on the outside. When all you sell is burgers you should be able to cook them correctly. Also I very much dislike having to get all the toppings myself especially when getting to go. Also for a place specializing in burgers you should have some better pickles instead of cheap valasic type, so disappointing. Also the onion rings the batter was too thick and I wish they did light beer battered onion rings, thick panko is not great. It could a fantastic burger place but it’s just not. I also very much dislike their seating. No regular chairs only booths and pub height.

I ordered garlic fries and they has put a whole bottle of garlic paste on my fries. I removed the fries from garlic photos are shared .

I had a horrible experience through Uber eats. I ordered a burger however through the app monsoon burger only lets you pick ONE topping of lettuce or tomatoes or onions etc & I thought it was odd & a mistake. And it's pictured with all those toppings including pickles & where in the world does a burger not come with lettuce, onions or tomatoes unless you ask them not to include it. Especially for 12+ dollars. When my 12+ burger arrived it was just a thin patty of meat (NOT 6oz) cheese and a bun. WTH. I also asked for it to be cooked well & it wasn't. My burger doesn't look anything like how they have it pictured on the app. Very disappointed!

My daughter has been vegetarian for almost 5 years and this is extremely upsetting. She trusted this restaurant and continued to eat the burger since she questioned the store and they confirmed it was a veggie patty. She ate half of the burger and started feeling sick. I used to eat here quite a bit and sadly, I will never come back here. The lack of care and attention to details in this situation is unforgivable. You simply cannot trust this place if you are vegetarian, they will purposely give you real meat and call you a liar if you dare to address them. There are plenty of better burger places that respect vegetarians.

My daughter has been vegetarian for almost 5 years and this is extremely upsetting. She trusted this restaurant and continued to eat the burger since she questioned the store and they confirmed it was a veggie patty. She ate half of the burger and started feeling sick. I used to eat here quite a bit and sadly, I will never come back here. The lack of care and attention to details in this situation is unforgivable. You simply cannot trust this place if you are vegetarian, they will purposely give you real meat and call you a liar if you dare to address them. There are plenty of better burger places that respect vegetarians.
