Both times I received an order, it was perfect. A ton of toppings on my bowl and my green juice was great. The first order I got when I was sick with the flu and definitely helped me get back to good health. They did a fantastic job putting my bowls together with quality ingredients. I'm a happy customer.

It's a lovely place and lovely people around there. The asian guy in the hat welcomed me and took my order very politely and he served me nicely. I recommend everyone to visit this lovely place. The bowls and drinks were really nice and my favourite one is pink flamingo omg it was so delicious.

The only thing that could improve my experience with this company is a massive reduction in plastic waste. Rental bowls? Bring from home? I don’t know, anything. That’s not a complaint specific to this company, or this location; they could just have even more of my business if they got rid of the garbage. Great recipes, love the ingredients. What’s next?

The smoothies here are absolutely fantastic, i love how they make them with all real ingredients! I look forward to getting one when i can, However i will say the service is pretty slow I was waiting for almost an hour for my smoothie and the workers are reserved and don’t really make you feel that welcomed. The drinks are amazing though and you m ow I’m gonna come back for more.

Very dark inside for a juice bar. Preservatives and thickeners in the already made juices. The smoothies are pretty good. Customer service could improve significantly.

I used to love this location but it feels like a shell of what it used to be. The bowl itself was okay but there weren't many toppings so I was left with just smoothie by the end of it. The employee who was topping my bowl also tried to put toppings on without her gloves on and thought I didn't notice until I asked her to put gloves on, and when she handed me my bowl said that "they're supposed to put gloves on for everything but putting on coconut flakes"

The employee who was topping my bowl also tried to put toppings on without her gloves on and thought I didn't notice until I asked her to put gloves on, and when she handed me my bowl said that "they're supposed to put gloves on for everything but putting on coconut flakes"

The Buzz had way too much ice so it got watered down fast. I didn't taste any ginger, just pure carrot. I wish it tasted like the blend in the description.

They just loss a loyal customer like I literally come here all the time. I came all the way across town to order at bowl from this exact location. The hours of operation says close at 6 PM. Well I arrived at 5:40 and the guy told me they were closed and the sign says closed. It still is not 6 PM but OK.

I don’t like this location they over charge. I go to other Nekters in the Sacramento area and my bowls next cone up to as much as they do at this location. Sometimes the bowl doesn’t taste that good either. I just always have problems with this location.

I just waited for my order for 20 minutes and that’s being nice. I can’t believe how slow and how much they are talking to each other telling stories which a line of people and doordash orders to fulfill. I won’t go to this location any longer. Wasted a lot of time today. I was patient and didn’t say a word but you can tell your order isn’t important to them.
