Told to move forward to wait but they took about 7-8 minutes before I had to start honking to get my food . Then when they brought the food the person was extremely rude.

I went today around 8:30am and I order 4 sausage McMuffin with egg and when I ate them, eggshells were in the eggs. I don’t know if Ava is a rock or a piece of acrylic nail that was in the egg as well. Worst food ever.

Thats very frustrating for me i am always come here for DoorDash order i see lots of time there staff is very bad they ignore the customer and im stand there for 10 mins nobody come to ask what you want. I don’t think that there staff good i really dislike that😡

I went to get today on Oct 8th 2025 at 10, through the drive thru. It was, 2 double cheeseburgers plain, and a mc chicken they did the mc chicken good. But the 2 double cheeseburgers were full of everything with the burger smashes and ketchup all of the wrapper when I opened it. Wasted all my money for nothing. Not meaning to be rude.

I went with my Girl friend on Friday 10/10/2025 and ordered a #2b and 10 piece nuggets meal. We have never had a more poorly pre-pared meal from McDonald's ever. First of all the girl in the Drive thru was going to hand us a bag with foam on the outside of the bag. The Quarter pounder meal that is supposed to be made fresh looked like a burnt smash burger and the french fries for both of the meals were over cooked to the point that they were uneatable. I should've gone back for the refund of the meal. Hopefully the staff can turn in a better effort at quality control of the food.

The lady who was brought out our food was very rude. She didn't seem to want to work at all. She didn't bring us our full order, she rolled her eyes over being told that this wasn't our full order then she questioned us as she was still just standing there seeing that she didn't bring it all out, then she took our receipt so she could get the rest of our order but decided to send someone else out to bring us the rest of it. Our whole wait time here because of her was literally an hour and a half our food was already cold which is ridiculous. (Update: The lady manager is scary, crazy, rude and very loud. She was yelling at everyone and telling them to clean or no one will be going home and that they all need to think positive and smile more. Honestly I don't care if no one is smiling at me, I just want my order made right the first time; which wasn't made right at all again). When did they change things like no onions on the McDoubles, no middle bread on the big mac's, no big sliced onions on the quarter pounder with cheese, no mayonnaise or lettuce on the McChickens? I know none of the other locations in town haven't changed so what's the deal here?!

Ordered 4 pancakes breakfasts didn't receive syrup, but had jelly and butter, when I called the store the person was very direct and rude. She said yeah we dont provide that unless its specifically asked for, she said idk if you got anything else plastic, but you weren't supposed to. She gave me the option to come get the syrup. Why doordash in that case??

waited 20+ minutes in line for 2 sausage egg & cheese mcmuffins and 1 mcgriddle. lady at the window gave us the wrong order, we immediately went inside. person at the counter took the food we gave back (and had already touched) and then they gave that food away (for free). they had also given our food away (for free) in a span less than 2 minutes of us coming back to get our correct order. not to mention the employee we spoke to was rude. it’s your job you decided to work there, don’t be inconsiderate to customers for it. at this point it was reaching half an hour and i had to go to work, i could not wait even longer for our order, which shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. whoever was running the floor 6/29/25 from 10-10:30am needs to redo their training. not sure if a manager was even present. employees need to redo their ServSafe certificates, and learn to not rehand out food to customers. let alone for free. drive thru is slow and out of order. needs better something, whether it is workers or management.

I placed a mobile order and waited patiently until I noticed several people ordering and leaving. I received it 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I asked for fresh fries because they were old. I should have checked the rest but was now in a hurry. Everything appeared to be old as if it were sitting all day. I discarded the food. There were no apologies or acknowledgment of their incompetence. This was not a special order, by the way. Simple $5 meal.

So I when this morning to this Macdonald’s to get a coffee I ask the cashier to add five cream and two sugars to my coffee. This coffee those not have five creams and it taste nasty. Don’t recommend this place at all. Cashier don’t know how to take a right order.

Worst service ever, I work for UBER EATS and they have the doors closed w a sign that says to use the drive thru when it took a long time and the uber app instructions clearly said to pick up inside.

There's a whole list of things that went wrong with my experience at McDonald's today. The drink machine wasn't working right and the other one was out of order. It took forever to get our order in but when we finally did there was a beeping coming from behind the counter that was really loud and it seemed like nobody was paying attention to it. It stayed beeping for 15 to 20 minutes. It was louder than anything else in the room. We had to clean our own table that we wanted to sit at and when I asked for napkins they gave me three. The floors in the bathroom or awfully slippery. I was trying to use the urinal and my feet kept sliding out. Not to mention the homeless guy asleep in the corner. This whole experience was fairly terrible. one of the reasons we go to McDonald's is for the good drinks and they failed epically. I won't return. one of the customers asked two of the employees who appeared to be on break for help and they said you have to go to the front counter and wait in line. So help was bad the product was bad the cleanliness is bad. This McDonalds sucks
