I was having a very bad day at work and I decided to order pizza. Normally I go to the one in Simi, but we had just moved and decided to go to this one. I wanted extra sauce and some toppings. This team nailed it! Very good pizza and one of the only highlights of my week. Thank you domino's and thank you, people who work here, for making my night at least a little better! :) coming here all the time now!

Plenty To Go Around

Once again, here we are 9 days before Christmas of 2025 and my local Domino's in Moorpark handles the business yet again. As I sit, eat my steaming hot pizza, and read the reviews I am astonished in some cases. Once again, I've ordered from the Moorpark store and have no problems with my pizza delivered just 20 minutes ago. It tastes fantastic. Thanks again to the staff at Moorpark.

Just spent $40 on two large, two topping pizzas (with coupon) and lava cakes. Absurdly pricey for bland, low quality ingredient pizzas, worst pizzas I’ve ever had from Domino’s, and it was carry out! The lava cakes were decent but i’m done with Domino’s.

They make pizzas very slow here. Waited over 30 mins for a med pizza. The taste was not bad

Ordered pizza Friday night Moorpark location delivery . It’s always hit and miss but this time was crazy . Pizza was raw and one had just a couple toppings I ordered onions & mushrooms and got maybe 2 onions and 3 mushrooms on the entire pizza . It’s sad never consistent. We had to finish cooking the pizzas 🍕

All I was trying to do was order 10 pizzas for a party. Tried doing an order online the night before to be delivered the next day. After I filled out all the details there was an error and it said to call the number instead. So I called the number and they said they also were getting the same error so to call back in the morning. I called in the morning and the phone service dominoes uses took my order which took forever and then informed me there was an issue with the system (the same one I was dealing with the night before) so they would need to transfer me directly to the store. They did and the store wasn’t opened yet which it seems like they could have checked so I was disconnected. Called back to explain what happened and see if they could do anything else and a new person told me the error had been fixed and they could take my order. They took my order and guess what…. Same error occurred so they tried to transfer me back to the store despite me explaining literally 8 times that the store was closed so it wouldn’t work. I tried calling the store directly when they opened at 10. They took my address and order and then no joke told me that even though it was in their delivery area they preferred not to go there because the parking lot in this place was sometimes crowded. What a ridiculous waste of time and terrible customer service all around. The place we were at said other people had the same problems with this dominoes that sometimes they’ll deliver and sometimes they won’t. Ended up calling pizza man Dan and they had delicious pizzas delivered in 40 minutes despite the huge order. Don’t waste your time with this dominoes location they’re the worst.

Then, their card system is "on the fritz" so they "might've doubled-charged" me. Luckily the resolution will be as easy as calling them back once I realize I've been double-charged. What a fun Thursday romp with Dominos in order to get some pizza for the office.

Second bad experience shortly after, Estimated time for delivery was about 30 minutes, an hour later and the app shows that our pizza was just put in the oven. When I called for an update, they said it would be at least 30 more minutes and no apologies, nothing to make it right.

Beware! This is the worst Domino's ever! My friend called to order 2 medium pizzas, one cheese and one half pepperoni and half sausage, one chicken Alfredo pasta, Sprite and coke. While placing the order, the person taking the order was not actively listening to her order. She explained in detail of the pasta dish she wanted. We thought the employee finally had the correct order and my friend paid for the order. Mind you they have a $5.00 delivery fee. When the order was delivered it was all messed up. We received the Sprite, coke, cheese pizza, and some weird pizza like dough filled with pasta. My friend called to speak to the store manager (Eric) to explain our messed up order, he was extremely rude, argumentative, and never apologized for the messed up order. He told her he could credit her card back. She told him she wanted her order. He told her he would resend the order out. She regave him the order once again. What ever happened to pleasing the customers? After receiving the order placed by Eric, we looked through the order and it still wasn't correct. We received the Sprite, coke, cheese pizza, a half cheese half pepperoni and sausage, a second half cheese half pepperoni and sausage (really?) and the correct pasta. Again, it was messed up, and by the manager. My friend called them again, this time she spoke to Tim. She found out that Eric is the general manager, and Tim is the assistant manager. Well, she once again explained this to Tim, also, how rude Eric was too. Eric once again said he could resend out the order. She explained that would be to much pizza and we didn't want any more. Tim was very apologetic and gave my friend store credit. He, also, gave her the owners name. Seems like Tim should be the main store manager, Eric should be fired, and the employee should be retrained. Woww....

I don't know what is going on at this Domino's but it never fails..... they always get the crust wrong on my order. I've gotten so used to it that I don't even bother to tell them anymore. What do I have to do to get the crust I ordered? Should I add a note to every order to remind them to look at the crust option? Very disappointed with my pizza order. It was luke warm and the crust was soggy and didn't taste right. The brownies and pasta was great. Not sure what happen with the pizza?? Going somewhere else next time. They need to train their employees how to make pizza dough!!
