It's a fast food fried chicken spot. Chicken is seasoned, Cajuny kind of, but you can get it spicy. I don't eat that way, so no heat ratings. Nice alternative to the other franchises.

Good food but I hate that I have to use the app to get the fair price. There's always a Bermuda triangle of no Internet 100 yards around all these fast-food spots that push us to be tracked in their loyalty apps. They don't even have the same combos in-store when the app fails. Lastly, hate to say it but check social media, y'all are getting cooked for serving up hockey pucks as biscuits. You need to respect the time cards on the biscuits. Throw them away and make new ones before they become petrified wood.... or keep them in a hyperbaric chamber until ordered so they don't threaten lives out here in these streets. The Honey lemon pepper wings are fire though...

The employees at this location are definitely not motivated towards customer care. This is the third occasion in which I was told I could not get a particular item "because they were out". Mashed potatoes and gravy, as well as spicy recipe chicken. Anytime after 8:30PM is risky. Midday lunch never a problem.

Well it's Popeyes so not a whole lot to say but this location needs to fix their A/C it's hasn't worked for several visits, unacceptable during the summer oh and sauces are extra now even though you ordered a meal yourself at the kiosk 🙄

It was dirty, the chicken tasted like it was a little bit overcooked or old, it was a little tough. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. I went into wash my hands and I felt dirtier having gone in there.

Got attitude from drive thru worker when I decided to order a specific item. I told I then it was no problem to wait he said it take 3-5 minutes 20 minutes later I get my food starving I assume they did there job bagging all my food as they took their time with it so I head on home to eat. And right when I open my bag I’m missing items and I try to call multiple times to no answer if anyone would like to contact me I’d be more than happy to speak with someone

This was the straw that broke the camel’s back DONE with home delivery meals that cost so much, not counting tip for delivery. A drink was suppose to come with the shrimp meal but was missing..no type of quality control by these workers that will be making $20 hr..Done..will eat a grill cheese or tuna sandwich at home.

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Drive through service just sucks here. I've given them several chances but they just keep messing up the orders, almost every time. The final straw for me was ordering a chicken tenders combo with sides and getting no spoon and no tenders (should've been a 5 piece). Instead, they gave me 4 dried out wings with no meat; just bones and batter. Take your money elsewhere.

There's 2 other times where I've tried the Popeyes chicken, which was in Oxnard. There I had ordered the classic chicken flavor with the bone in chicken. I ordered the same chicken order here and it did not have flavor and was slightly more oily than the chicken I had ordered at the Popeyes in Oxnard. Maybe it was just that day but I won't be trying it there again.

My expectations were already low for this place. Went yesterday between what would be considered the busy times and still took forever. The website and the actual store have seemingly different menus and pricing. My order was wrong and I had to go back three times to get it corrected. Who owns this place and why are you letting it go downhill like this? Unless you want it to fail? Won't be back.
