Amazing, AMAZING, food. Massively underestimated the portion sizes compared to the price, but everything tasted great and would highly recommend the place. Just be wary of the portion size, seriously, we expected small tapas and ended up with 5 massive dishes. Worth it for the price, but stuffed afterwards. Staff were friendly and helpful, English was lacking but so was our Spanish but we all managed regardless. Great atmosphere, will be coming back.

La comida en general está bastante buena, sólo mencionar que nos decepcionaron un poco los nachos, estarían mejor con el queso derretido por encima, no con un pequeño recipiente que se nos gastó enseguida. Sin embargo, las patatas fritas han superado nuestras expectativas, estaban en su punto justo y eso no se consigue fácilmente en un restaurante de comida rápida.

Le escribo para hablar sobre mi reciente experiencia en Taco Bell. Como mexicano, me pareció una experiencia que no estuvo mal, pero tampoco fue buena. Visité el restaurante por curiosidad. En primer lugar, me decepcionó de inmediato porque llaman a algo un "taco" que en realidad se parece más a una tostada. A pesar de esta sensación inicial, realmente disfruté de la comida. Los sabores eran interesantes y los ingredientes tenían un sabor fresco. Sin embargo, con respecto a los tacos en sí, me decepcionó un poco y definitivamente preferiría un taco real y tradicional, en general, diría que el servicio fue amable y rápido. En conclusión, mi recomendación está dividida. Si no eres mexicano, puede que te guste y que la comida sea emocionante. Sin embargo, si eres mexicano, probablemente te decepcionará mucho la falta de autenticidad.

The service is a bit chaotic because you have to order, then pay inside and then wait for someone to call you or to bring you the food. Since we were outside the food got cold pretty fast, but the tinto de verano was great for a fair price and the food was ok. Looks like a place were a lot of young people go to have a friends moment.

La ubicación está en buen lugar, el local está bastante limpio y cuidado. Nos pedimos dos Crunchywrap para llevar y se nos abría por todas partes, aún así de sabor estaba muy bueno. Lo único malo es que cuando vas a pedir y estás esperando, te hacen sentir incómodo por ciertos comentarios de la plantilla.

La comida está bien ofrece mas cantidad que un Burguer King se que son dos servicios Comida diferentes pero es un punto fuerte El personal a veces un poco lento o el servicio se atrasa debido a que se piden entregas a domicilio Puntos a destacar: • Es un local pequeño el cual a la hora de pedir en el kiosko a veces se llena a la mínima y la puerta de abre cada dos por tres . The story I'm about to relate to you happened in April 2022. My friends and I were recommended this restaurant for tapas by a local. So our group went here. we were 11 people, being told it was a tapas restaurant we thought the portions wouldn't be too big, so each of us got three, which amounted to a total of 33... Sandwiches as we found out 2 hours later. So when we got there we were told they were understaffed, which we said was fine and we didn't mind waiting. We told them we wanted tapas and they told us they had "chapatas" without explaining that meant sandwiches. What makes me laugh is thinking back to this one poor guy making sandwiches alone in the kitchen for over two hours. When they brought the sandwiches we realized how much food it actually was. Afterwards we stacked sandwiches and paraded them through the streets like a weird religious procession (incidentally it was actually Easter) so we could bring it to the hotel where we were staying. Overall a very memorable and funny experience.

El peor tacobell que he pisado. La raciones de comida mucho más pequeñas que en el resto de tacobell, la dependienta atendiendo rápido y mal (no habia nadie más en el local que nosotros), nos cobraron de más. El local súper mal distribuido es de dos plantas donde la zona de comedor está arriba pero la máquina de bebida está abajo y te toca subir y bajar escaleras todo el rato. Muy decepcionado con este local y la experiencia, otro sitio al que se que no voy a volver. La foto es para que veáis el tamaño del burrito en proporción con un sobre de ketchup y ración de patatas que lleva es la más pequeña que he visto y casi 10€. RIDÍCULO.

Me parece decepcionante que haya pedido un quesarito y me hayan dado este burrito que no se ni cual puede ser, pero es de estos que valen 3 euros no 6 como el que he pedido y pagado. Por muy lleno que estuviera el local es inaceptable recibir algo que no has pedido y encima de peor calidad que lo pagado. Les aseguro que hoy han perdido una clienta.

Lo único que se puede salvar de nuestro pedido fue la rapidez y que las patatas llegaron calientes. El resto, un auténtico desastre. El burrito vino frío, sin apenas relleno y lo poco que llevaba era básicamente arroz apelmazado al final, como si lo hubieran rellenado con lo que sobró en la cocina. Pagamos extra por queso… ¿y el queso? Brillando por su ausencia. No sé si se les olvidó, si lo imaginaron o si pensaron que con el arroz ya era suficiente. Pues no. Me he gastado casi 30€ con ilusión, después de un día entero trabajando, y lo que recibimos no se parece en nada a la experiencia que Taco Bell ofrece en otras ciudades. Aquí fue pagar mucho por muy poco. Una decepción enorme. Desde luego, no repetiría.

Worst bar I have been to in Salamanca in terms of customer service. Waiters were incredibly grumpy and patronising. Ridiculous system of having to scan a QR code to order, not possible to order through a human being either at the table or bar. Process made even more confusing when everyone received an error message after placing their order. We consequently went inside to ensure our order had been received where it turned out we had to then pay at the till - which was not made clear at all, had there been no error message we would have been waiting at the table for ages. The service of the woman at the till was appalling, very unfriendly. Food also seemed to come straight out of the freezer and into the deep fryer. Won’t be returning.

We were a group and they didn't accept us to pay separately. For no reason they make pay all together and then every single person in the group has to arrange with the others. Very sadly for us because we didn't have cashes neither the possibility to transfer money. We were very disappointed and we decided to eat somewhere else.

Horrible and unfriendly staff. One piece of pork meat was raw, we asked to the waitress to cook it a bit more. The manager (I guess?) came back and asked what was wrong with the meat. Are you blind? Then, we moved the table because of the sun. The waitress kickly told us “you cannot move the table”. And the manager said “we can’t have everything”. Like, really? One couple sat in a table, the waitress asked them to move to another table. Like, why? They don’t address people in a friendly way. It kills all the mood and enjoyment of the meal. Will never go back, don’t recomment this restaurant at all.

The staff was really not friendly, the tortilla was supermarket quality and really dry. We tried the risotto, it was awful. This is similar to a fast food chain. Also, the cheese was disgusting. I would never go back there.
