This is an excellent Tim Hortons. Very efficient, fast service; delicious coffee, sandwiches and bakery items. This location always has comfortable seating, clean restrooms, and friendly staff.

1st time here. Girl is running the front & drive thru alone was nice and fast. The Everything bacon bagel sandwich better than i expected. Egg bacon bites 👍and the everything bagel / chive was nice and chewy. I usually go to McDonald's b/c their App is awesome. I tried to order from your App but it wasn't working correctly- fyi

I went into this location on 12/14/22 to order a sandwich and drink. I go to many Hortons in my WNY and PA travels. Although this store was busy, I was welcomed by the friendly employees that took and made my order. Both Chris and Michelle were a bright spot in my day and I highly recommend taking the time to go inside this location and see the variety of baked goods in the clean and friendly environment. It will be worth it!

We came in during breakfast rush with a crazy complicated order for our whole family. Huge crew running the place like an oiled machine! Good job young folks, good to see competence and genuine effort in these times of laxidasical ethics. We'll be back again guaranteed.

Tried to give a tip because the server was friendly and helpful. I love the box that they put the breakfast wrap in. Tear the middle, remove the top and you can hold your wrap nicely while you’re driving.

They've had some growing pains but I still go there. Hopefully the employees get a little friendlier once they get more accustomed to the job. I'm sure I've just had bad luck and there are really friendly people there as well.

Good quick breakfast. The restaurant was not the cleanest but it was during rush hour. Please turn your air conditioning down, 61 degrees is too freaking cold.

I was getting loud in there about why places make coffee so hot you have to wait an hour before drinking it. They didn't get that concerned look but we're just good at their jobs and the coffee only took about 15 minutes or so to be drinkable.

The parking lot was kind of small for us because we tow a trailer. Had to park next door. The drive-thru was also very skinny looking. The food was good and we appreciated the service they provided.

I got a cold waffle breakfast sandwich at my last visit. Disappointed. Usually I'd gladly give 5⭐. There is a possibility that the server was a new employee. I know she'll do better next time if that's the case.

The coffee is less than expected in flavor but the presentation was key! I was met with a smile from the workers and the doughnuts are delicious! I’ll absolutely return but I’ll have a Red Bull on standby just in case.

Morning crew is friendly however drive thru can be slow due to high demand. Afternon crew is crabby and mess up the coffee. Evening crew is nice but never have fresh dark roast ready.

Regular stop on our way home from yearly trip to the area. Basic Tim Hortons food. Two years running have had to have them remake a sandwich due to adding an allergen they were asked not to. So as long as you're not allergic to anything this is a decent stop for some fast food.

I always love Tim Hortons, but this location wasn't as cleaned are the normal ones I've been to. Also the service wasn't great, that was during a time they weren't busy too.

I always get a medium vanilla iced coffee 4x4.. if it's made right it should taste almost like a vanilla milk shake.. it would be nice if it would come out that way every time. Unfortunately it's only right 40% of the time. I can tell just by looking at it to know if they did it right. I'm so sick of having to bring it back because it tastes awful

It's always a long wait. Need a faster system. When ordering drinks/food. People are laughing in the background and the worker always asking us to repeat everything because she couldnt hear the first 2 times.

If you want to get your order taken here, your best bet is to drive around. If you're not sure what you want and go inside, you can stand there for several minutes until you either call to the staff to let them know you're there, or just leave. They rarely notice a customer standing there, and if they do notice you, they ignore you.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese and a medium coffee. Theyre espresso machine is broken i guess so i just got a tea. I pay and what not and get my food just for it to be the complete opposite of what i ordered

Ordered a cold matcha' $4.51 . I asked for light ice. The entire large cup was filled with ice. You couldn't fit another piece of ice in this cup. I left the drive through and had two sips in, and it was gone! There was nothing left but ice and foam!!!!!! I won't go back here again.

The other day they didn't have bagels, today they don't have LG cups for coffee and they went to the Springville store to get some. How can you not remember to order eggs? Seriously, EGGS, you serve breakfast every day and don't order the eggs. Place needs help when you can't keep normal stuff in stock each day.

Stopped though drive thru for a quick late lunch. I generally like Tim Hortons but this was not a good stop. The manager was confused because the combo I had ordered came with a wrap and a small soup, failed to include the wrap. The Chicken "Fajita" wraps when I finally got them did not have any peppers or onions as advertised. Wife's chicken noodle soup had 3 pieces of chicken, 4 noodles, watery broth, and raw veggies. Next time I'll wait till the next town down the road to eat.

Unfortunately the person who took my order is coughing not covering there mouth! Really!! I sure hope the store doesn't get sued if someone gets sick! No mask nothing just coughing without mask or covering mouth or washing hands gross buyers beware!

Quite honestly very disappointing. There will be a line of people and they all just stare at you. Most of the time they can't even get an order right. Honestly if someone wants tim hortons your best bet is to go to Ellicottville.

I enjoy Tim Hortons coffee. I buy their coffee to make at home as well. But unfortunately the location in Salamanca NY isn't the best. 1 week ago I purchased 2 Chipotle chicken wraps and neither had Chipotle sauce on them. Today I purchased another one and asked if they could make sure the sause was was on there. When I started eating it, I found it was drenched in the sauce. It became very messy to eat. I also have noticed over the last few visits the staff is short with me when I asked about the app and wasn't helped out to understand and navigate the app. Last week I pulled up to the window to the help handling me my order and never said hi or even look at me. I asked for straws and she didnt hear me before the window closed so I sat there till she opened the window again in order to get the straws. I find the younger staff is very rude and quite disrespectful.

Can you guys please make the iced capps the way they're supposed to be. Every single time I order one, they're extremely dark brown. It's gross. Tired of paying money for an item I don't want. Why arent they a lighter color like they have always been. No other TH serves such dark iced capps. Why are they so dark all of a sudden.

Slow and reluctant service. Asked for a medium decaf and they only had half a cup worth left and wanted to serve me that and asked if I would take regular to fill the cup. Regular makes me sick so I asked them to brew fresh decaf. It was only supposed to take a few minutes, so why did they even need to ask? And I hope they didn’t end up serving me old stale coffee. I hope they dumped out the half a cup and gave me fresh decaf.

I am a doordasher and I have to stand here for 15-20 minutes until everybody in the lobby has been taken care of before somebody even starts to do the two orders that have been sitting there for the past 15 minutes waiting to get done in the food has been done for that like the time so the food is going to be cold before it even gets put together

Many times I have went and received the wrong size cup. ,y item was made wrong and ect. It's pathetic and I wish you would train your workers and the service is not fast it's terrible. More than once I ordered frozen hot chocolate and they put no vanilla and let me tell you it's a BIG MISTAKE it's disqusting.

the lady took my order & she dropped my donut on the ground & picked it up & served it to me. also made my Frozen Hot Chocolate wring it was so dark i asked for it remade she did apologize bec she “made the wrong drink”. Came to the Salamanca Tim Hortons atb5am and was informed there was no bakery at all. No Sandwiches or Donuts and was told that the baker never showed up. Disappointing before a 6 hour drive and this is the easiest accessible one from the highway. Hungry and disappointed.

Literally the worst Tim Hortons on the planet. Not enough staff! I’m literally sitting in line writing this and it’s been actually 23 minutes. Then you order and they dont have half of the stuff on the menu!!!

I usually don't have any problems but last time I was there drive thu I was treated bad and charged more for my food .I ask for the 2 for 6 deal said it 3 times I got up to window and payed what I was told it come to then my friend said it should not be that much. I ask the girl what cost so much she told me what I was charged and I was charged the reg price for my breakfast sandwichs instead of the 2 for 6 I told lady it shouldn't be that and she said well that's what was wrung up and there's my food I'm good to go I said but you over charged me she said well you must not have told them it was 2 for I said I did at least 2 times .she said here you go shoving the bag at me and tells me to move ahead for next Costumer. She was very rude .I ended up leaving rather then getting out and going inside to speak with a manager. Even though I did say the deal that sounds wrong why would you have to tell them when that's what's on the board 2 for 6 .I will be going back to Burger King from now on

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I went in there and was not pleased with what I was seeing at all. I immediately noticed the staff was not wearing face masks correctly and the girl cashing was touching everything else and contaminating everything in the store with the gloves money had touched. The staff also seemed very disoriented almost like they didnt belong in the store. My service at the storefront counter was great. My coffee was made right but that was it. My sandwich was horrible. As I watced the guy make it, he didnt do the sandwhich build correctly and didnt use the proper utensils when handling ingredients in order to prevent cross-contamination. At least he got all the ingredients on the sandwhich whether they were in the right quantities or not. The staff could definitely use more training not only with how the store works but also food safety. Hopefully next time I go in there will be a major improvement.

This place screwed up our drink order i ordered a frozen ice chocolate but when I got the chocolate it looked like chocolate milk with no whipped cream I got 2 vanilla ice cappuccino that looked like flavored milk overly mixed. I got a pumpkin spice ice cappuccino that had more whipped cream than the cappuccino, and their is very little pumpkin syrup so it was disgusting. The worker was very rude when they kept forcing the mixed berry smoothie on me. I didn’t order the smoothie sorry but I won’t be returning to the Salamanca Tim Hortons at all

i ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with no cheese on a plain bagel w bacon and they put cheese on it THEY DO THIS EVERYTIME I GO THEIR then they remade it and they got it wrong again but they put sausage instead of bacon.they let me keep the messed up sandwiches tho so that was nice of them i’m sure their doing their best.

Very poor review today. Was quite dissapointedin my service. Ordered an ice capp with whip cream. Once I got it and had no cream, asked for some, cashier argued with me that I had not asked for it, Even tho it was checked on the reciept. She ultimately made me throw out the ice caps and made me a new one with cream on it. But what a waste and unnecessary rudeness. Had a few questions regarding the app and rewards and staff were rude and not helpful at all in regards to assistance or explaining. Then went to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. Asked staff for assistance and was told they'd get it in a few minutes and 15 mins went by l with still no tp. So we left.

The lady taking my order was horribly rude. After waiting 20 minutes in line, the lady made a comment after everything I said. I ordered a buy one get one breakfast sandwich and she laughed and said I was at the wrong restaurant, saying I said a mcmuffin, which I certainly did not. She was beyond rude and I will not return to this location.

Terrible, Everytime I come here I have to have my coffee remade due to no sugar or no cream. Also usually at least a 10-20 minute wait especially in DT. Most of the time employee's are standing around not doing anything. Idc reservation or not IDK why it's so effin hard.

Very disappointed in the quick decline of this location. I completely understand staffing issues, that is not my issue. This location is typically out of many menu items and today were given grilled cheese paninis with cold cheese.

Terrible service. Two other customers but I still waited thirty minutes for my two sandwiches Messed up my order, and then the kid making sandwiches had to stand there staring at the recipe forever before making it and then made it wrong again. Gave me an open cup of boiling water and didn’t bother giving me a sleeve or lid. I would like to say though that the supervisor, Jackie, did a nice job taking over and finally got us our food.

One of the worst Tim Hortons in Western NY, especially with Sam Tyger as “Manager”. Horrible retention rate and higher ups don’t care about the store running 100% just wait forever and you’ll maybe get a correct order.

Iced Capp machine is always down, needs a backup machine for how often it’s down. One time I went there and it was very busy, I went through the drive thru and ordered a large iced Capp, and they handed me a large Oreo iced Capp supreme, and the wait was ten minutes. So I went in to complain and that took another ten minutes of a wait, to finally get my order right.. Several times I’ve went there and ordered a vanilla iced Capp, and they didn’t even put the vanilla in but charged me for it. Because of this I find myself driving to ellicottville or olean to get an iced capp, because their machines are never down and never mess up my order.

Almost every time I stop during pm hours they get my order WAY wrong. For instance, last time I went thru the drive thru not feeling well, I was hurrying home from work to lay down but hadn't eaten anything, so wanted to grab a coulple egg & cheese biscuits to reheat later. I was torturously stuck in drive thru for 40 mins!w 3 cars in the lot! I Finally got my food, got home, passed out, woke up starving to 2 egg, sausage biscuits! I hate sausage & didnt order it! & the greese from the sausage made my buscuits unedible!my $10 order went in the garbage! I used to get excellent service here in the early am hours, orders were always right & I even got spoiled by the team going out of their way in service & friendliness. Last 4 times I stopped between 2-5 am after work, there's all new employees & I was told I couldnt have the orders I've been getting all along at those hours! No breakfast sandwiches til 5am, really? Since when??? They had everything freshly baked & out! Why bother being a 24 hour bakery? Thanks for sending me home hungry, disappointed & pissed off...again! I'm thinking they don't like money or something! If business is suffering, I can see why!

So I went in this morning to get the Halloween bucket and a cold brew and I’m so disappointed. First off , the timbits bucket they already had full of a mix and tbh that’s not what I wanted I hate birthday cake lol but whatever I let it go but then I got my cold brew and there was no ice and it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours (temperature wise) it was gross . Everytime I go to this location something is messed up . Also, the manager lady there is kind of rude she’s just yelling at everyone anytime I go in there and she’s there . This location sucks

They offer everything on the menu but never have anything. Always out of certain donuts, egg, sausage, bacon and dark roast coffee.. the list could go on. They don’t tell you until after they charge you that they are out of something so that they can just replace it with something else. Terrible place. Is it even a REAL Tim Hortons?!

Honestly i usually don’t review anything but…. my dad ordered 2 steak and cheese paninis extra chipotle sauce 2 ice caps and 1 medium ice coffee. They full on told us that we didn’t order the ice caps when that was the whole reason we went. Also the sauce on the sandwiches were wrong. The girl at the window gave us so much attitude when dad mentioned that we never got our ice caps. he did pay for them after they put them on a separate order. the girl at the window also said “i told you to look at the order before you came to the window” which was plainly untrue because my dad never knows what is going on so i was listening. I work in fast food and know when to do check but i was on the other side of the car and would’ve bent over to check if we were told to. honestly im kinda upset.

Have been coming to this Tim Hortons at 5:00 in the morning for the past year and a half this morning the doors were locked and the staff inside just shrugged their shoulders and went about their business. The owner of this establishment should be very disappointed in their help. The service here has never been speedy but I always dealt with that because of their lack of staff. What's the day there was more staff than I'd ever seen in there and they wouldn't open the doors

This location was slow, not clean, my coffee was only warm and my wife's drink was wrong. They had a new person on the register and it's not their fault while others were there to help out. Not a good experience.

We will never go back stopped in for breakfast sandwiches and ordered when I stopped in the parking lot to check everything come to find out it was wrong so I go in to get it fixed then they tell me that they was out of bacon how can a breakfast place be out of bacon at noon asked for my money back and got it the manager didn't even say sorry or anything

2 days in a row, they are out of 2 particular bagels and they have changed their strawberry lemonade, its gross. I go there every day, very disappointed that they are out of my regular items. It's getting to the point I may not go there anymore. Also, every time I order dark roast, its ALWAYS cold. Isn't hot coffee supposed to be hot?!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the bacon was raw. I returned the sandwich, was told to wait 5 minutes and half an hour later, they still didn't have a sandwich. I complained again and wait 45 minutes to be presented with slightly cooked bacon. I returned the sandwich and walked out. Awful. Awful.

Wouldn’t even give a star if that was an option. Walked in with 4 ppl, we all ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches. All the orders were wrong. No one got what they paid for. I’ve worked in customer service and this was one of the worst experiences. Especially for a place that was serving close to 10 other people after ignoring me while waiting to get my food fixed. Will not come back.

Just left the Salamanca location 2/17 at 10:10 am. The older lady working the cash register with the short blonde bob, (didn't have a name tag on, so convenient) was very rude and made everyone in the place uncomfortable. She was yelling at employees and criticizing them. She was very aggressive in the way she spoke to employees.This should never be done in front of customers or even other employees if I am being honest. I can totally understand how employees were getting flustered and messing things up. I would to if I had to work next to her. She is not a leader and should not be a manager. I have worked in customer service for 20+ years and I left saying I will never go back to this location because of her.

it's unfortunate that this is the Tim Hortons the Reservation gets, possibly the worst run establishment, had no donuts by 1 pm and im sure it's cuz they didn't make any, workers looking baffled taking orders is horrendous

I go here almost everyday and not have an issue but today all I ask was for some sugar for my unsweetened sweet tea and the two young ladies where beyond rude and snappy and I asked politely what was the attitude for, and she just looks at me the nastiest way and walks off . I was unable to get their names but I’m assuming the manager was the older lady that came to the window to tell me “ I’m sorry we’re working on it” which I’m guessing their attitude !! Very unacceptable! One lady was taller and slender with black hair and freckles and the other was a shorter younger female with blonde hair . Which she has been working there for a few months now.

Went in at 9.30, the store closes at 10. The guy on the till said to his colleague rudely saying there is no food and: “it’s my shift and it’s 9.30 so I put all the food away.” His colleague told him that he should have food until 9.45. He replied “I don’t care, it’s my shift, you can snitch on me.” Clearly the service here is amazing. Thank God we will not come here again.

Under the new management this place has become one of my least favorite Tim Hortons and let’s just say I drink a lot of coffee. I would rather travel the 30 mins to a different location. The accuracy at this location is not good. The Salamanca location only cares about the speed of getting the orders out and not the accuracy of the orders.

First time at this establishment, I have heard nothing but great things. After this experience I will NEVER be going back. I first tried to place my order, at this establishment a pink haired lady was very rude and told me they are out of tomatoes, steak, chips and the type of bread for my sandwhich. I was fine with it and found substitutions. After waiting 30 minutes for my food, going up the counter to not be greeted again and waiting another 10 minutes, the lady running the drive thru, taking orders, making orders, and training somebody finally made my meals after saying “somebody should have told me this order wasn’t made”. this was very upsetting and will never be returning to a Tim Hortons no matter where the establishment is located.

I came in for a quiet cup of coffee, but that didn’t happen. I’m all for staff enjoying their jobs but not at stadium volumn. ! Those of us seated didn’t need to know the orders of everyone coming in nor did the staff need to shout to communicate with each other. I’ve never made a public comment before but I’d like to know I can come for a cup of coffee and conversation with a friend without competing with staff.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever dealt with every time I go, they mess up my iced coffee how hard is it to make an iced coffee with one sugar and one cream by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced the manager, sits there and yells at people to go faster when there is four people standing aroundnot doing nothing just make my iced coffee. I should not have to stand for 20 minutes for an online order. not doing nothing just make my iced coffee. I should not have to stand for 20 minutes for a online order.

1-21-25 around 720pm I went inside stood in front of the counter for about 2 min until I was noticed by a young man who was wearing one plastic glove fumbling in the garbage can by the sandwich station. He walked over with out removing the glove, took my order and after he stuck his hand inside the doughnut case. I let him know what he was doing was disgusting, told him never mind and I walked out....that's just nasty

I would give this place 0 stars. All of the people working were completely rude after messing up our order, twice. We asked for it to be remade and were met with resistance and attitude. Once it was finally remade they put it on the counter and were told that it wasn't for us. No one went to grab it so we asked if this was our meal and they said yes. It was cold and terrible. Whoever is the manager here needs to get their employees straight or fired. They're all terrible.

Every single time me or my wife get coffee here, its absolutely DISGUSTING. The coffee tastes charred and burnt. I could make coffee at home and do worlds better, but sometimes we like to try and treat ourselves, if you would like a better option just drive to Olean and get dunkin or starbucks. We have given this place the benefit of the doubt for about 5 years now on n off over and over, i have been satisfied maybe twice ever in that time. Staff is always friendly but the products are the worst I've ever had. Even if we ask for another to be made, it gets worse. I cant wait for this place to close one day and put something better in place. Here is a picture of a “peppermint mocha iced latte”, more like burnt brown water.

We were there on May 10 at 11:00 am. Terrible service and terrible grilled cheese sandwiches. We had to ask for them to take our order and then they got i wrong and they wanted us to take chicken sandwiches instead of grilled cheese. They got mad at us, so they made grilled cheese and only half grilled it. The broccoli soup was very watery. So we will not be purchasing from this Tim Hortons again.

What a disappointment. Ordered the 2 breakfast sandwiches for $6 deal but requested they not include the egg on one of the sandwiches. We were told this was not possible. We tried to spell it out that they would be saving an egg by not including it on the sandwich, but the person taking our order insisted we had to remove it ourselves. What a waste. The sandwiches were incredibly unappetizing to look at and didn’t taste much better. Far cry from what they look like in the advertisement poster. The cherry cheesecake muffin was good. Coffee was typical. Worse was that an employee was interviewing job applicants at a nearby table, and the employee was speaking very loudly. This made us very uncomfortable hearing people’s personal information, such as their employment history, being discussed for all of us to hear in this tiny Tim’s. Very unprofessional set up. Won’t be ordering breakfast sandwiches from this location again.

And when I walked in, all I could think about is this is nothing but a Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 when you look at the picture and see my sandwich and the egg it was like where is Waldo. The sandwich look like it was ran over by a truck. The egg was so small. It barely covered the croissant. 🥐 And the sausages didn’t look like it was cooked all the way. so this was most definitely a bad experience but the servers Innosphere was beautiful. The people were real friendly, real nice but it looks like a Dunkin’ Donuts with a dress up color and different smell.
