Opinions de Raising Cane's Salinas
This new location is awesome! I was blown away by the speed—they had my order ready in less than a minute. The service is incredibly attentive; staff members actually come up to your table to see if you need anything, which you don't see often. The entire place is super clean, and even the restrooms were spotless. While the food has definitely grown on me over time, the best part is the late hours. It’s so helpful to have a high-quality alternative for late-night eats in town. Highly recommend!
Yeah buddy!! Welcome to Salinas Raising Canes. Went yesterday on the second day of being opened. Did not go on first day after seeing the massive lines on social media and the news. Service is awesome! Greeted by staff, checks up on you. Food came out fast 👀, hot 🔥 and delicious 😋.
Staff is attentive and greets you as soon as you walk in the door. The chicken is always hot and crispy never disappoints. Coleslaw is underrated and Texas toast is perfectly buttery. Don’t play yourself and upgrade to a lemonade it’s made fresh. Great addition to Salinas. Management is always attentive.
Quick service considering how busy they were. So glad we have a local Canes! The chicken tasted fresh and juicy. Love this place!

The raising canes in Salinas was wonderful! The hospitality was great, from the food and the employees! Will be back again!
Some of the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life & I eat chicken a lot. 10/10
Amazing, delicious and clean! I loved the food especially the Caniac combo
I recently visited Raising Cane’s and had an excellent experience worth sharing. From the moment I pulled into the Drive Thru, the service was incredibly fast—my order was ready almost immediately after I placed it. What really stood out was how happy and friendly the crew was. Everyone seemed like they were genuinely having fun working together, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and positive. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the manager, Jesus, for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his friendly demeanor set a great tone for the visit. Overall, Raising Cane’s impressed me with their quick service, cheerful crew, and exceptional management. It’s always a pleasure going somewhere that not only serves great food but also has a team that clearly enjoys what they do.
I recently visited Raising Cane’s and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and I was greeted with a friendly smile. The star of the show, of course, was the chicken fingers—perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. Their signature Cane’s sauce is downright addictive, and the crinkle-cut fries and buttery Texas toast rounded out the meal perfectly. What truly made my visit a 5-star experience was the exceptional service. Jennifer G and Miguel went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Jennifer G was attentive, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure my order was just right. Miguel delivered my food quickly with a smile and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Their teamwork and positive energy made me feel like a valued guest. Raising Cane’s is now my go-to spot for delicious chicken fingers and stellar service. A huge shout-out to Jennifer G and Miguel for turning a simple meal into a memorable dining experience! Highly recommend!
Had a really good experience with Raising Cane’s. We ordered one of their catering options for a party and everything was super smooth from start to finish. The pickup was right on time and the whole process felt easy and organized. The manager Jesus, helped us out and made sure everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated. Food was fresh and tasted great. Definitely would order catering from here again!
First time at this location and was extra curious due to the bad reviews, but we absolutely loved it. No complaints. The drive thru line looked long when we arrived but it moved fast. All the workers we interacted with extra nice and helpful. Then when we received our food, it was super hot, clearly freshly made. We are already fans of raising canes, but this location was great to us!
Despite an explosive opening by with lines wrapping around the building, the Raising Canes Staff went above and beyond to deliver a welcoming experience with exceptionally great food. Fast forward three months later, they still continue to facilitate a unique dining experience. The staff is great, the food is great, and the overall experience is great! Also, they are one of the only places in the area that are open super late, so if you’re craving a late night snack be sure to hit up your local Canes!
Raising Cane’s is an exceptional restaurant that deserves a perfect 5/5 rating. The chicken fingers are always fresh and delicious, making it a must-visit for any chicken lover. The staff is incredibly friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every time. The interior is clean and inviting, adding to the overall enjoyment. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or dining with family, Raising Cane’s is sure to impress with its quality and service.
Had a great vibe walking in and they were super friendly. It was busy, but our food did not take long. The chicken was juicy on the inside, crispy outside. Love their sauce! Need more for the fries🤣
I had an amazing 5-star experience at Raising Cane’s! The crewmembers were incredibly friendly and welcoming, they made visit feel personal from the moment I walked in. The restaurant’s interior was spotless, which really added to the overall enjoyment of my meal. Great service, clean space, and delicious food I’ll definitely be coming back!
Phillip was amazing, super kind and helpful. Give that young man a raise. Truly an inspiration to the young workers of this generation. Perfect service, perfect food. Absolutely amazing guy as well. Super nice guy.
The food was super fast! The staff was super friendly and restrooms very clean. Environment was nice! Price reasonable and the food was good. Less lines and faster.service than Chil Fi Lay

First time eating their food and went through the drive thru. They have 2 lanes for the drive thru and it was after 1 pm but, it was busy but, it didn't take long to get my food. I bought the Box Combo which gave me 4 Tenders, Crinkle Fries, Texas Toast and a very small sample of Cole Slaw and a drink. Overall, they need to invest in some Spices as the chicken was moist and good but, it lacked spice. The crinkle fries were small, and the Texas Toast was soft, it was light on any type of flavor. Rounding out the meal was the Cole Slaw and I love Slaw but, it was in a container quite small like one you would get for Ketchup. It too lacked any type of flavor but, I've had less than marginal slaw, elsewhere I would get their chicken again, the prices were fine for what you received and it was a nice change. It's a better option than the overpriced KFC chicken that has too much spice or the heavy handed salt infusion and measley tenders . Their service is good and I don't assume but. I'm sure the inside of the restaurant is clean. I might try their spicy chicken next time just see the level of hotness.
Good chicken strips that's not fried too hard, with a tangy dipping sauce. The fries were really good and not too greasy. Coleslaw and Texas toast were also good. This was my first time eating here and I'd probably dine here again for a quick bite.

Great location, among the better Cane’s locations I’ve been to. Even though it’s been incredibly busy since its opening, the atmosphere in there is very easygoing and not at all overwhelming. The menu is short, sweet, and to the point, which I like. The chicken itself was well-seasoned and crispy (highly recommend pairing it with a sweet tea), and of course the toast lives up to the hype. Definitely recommend, the staff here is great as well.
Have been here twice. the first time it was so noisy inside with the employees being the main reason for the noise. Did not enjoy ourselves at all. The last time we chose to sit outside to avoid the inside noise. This was a better experience. It seems like some of the employees are engaged in talking a lot while the nearby customers are trying to eat their meal. The main reason I believe is the building has terrible acoustics. Just look at the ceiling. MAYBE we will be back. The food is good, but the atmosphere is bad.

The new restaurant is clean and spacious. Servers are friendly, efficient, and professional. However, the chicken is just blah. The basic seasoning is salt and pepper with a hint of other mild seasoning The secret sauce is just a slightly modified thousand island dressing . The toast is salted and buttered, nothing interesting. I lived in Houston for 5 years, and I can assure you that the toast is anything, but Texan. Chick-fil-A, which is just 2 blocks north is better in every way. Better tasting. Better value, more options. KFC has better chicken than Rasing Cane's. OK, KFC has been cutting corners and is not as good as it used to be, but still has more options and more flavors than RC. Finally, RC is expensive for a fast food with very limited menu. Overall, it's not bad, but pales compared to the competition. I will not eat it again unless I happen to be in front of the restaurant.

The wait in line was 1:30 hours at the drive-thru and I think it's the craziest thing I've ever done because I was expecting the food to blow my mind but it was just tasteless fried chicken and frozen fries. If it weren't for the bread it wouldn't have been worth it 😵💫 Their sauce is just ketchup with somenting else, just no thank you 😶🌫️

Food is alright! Service here is shit. The drive through is fast but ive been at the drive thru twice and been cut in line because its so disorganized somone pulls up 5 mins after you and gets there food before you because someone is taking there time in line . Staff needs more training been given wrong change here before in the frist month its been open.
Ordered the chicken sandwich combo, price was reasonable but the portion was small for the price. The food was ok. Drive thru service was reasonable but didn't get my drink or sauces. 1st time here but bad 1st experience.
Had the worst experience. The girl handed me my receipt and waited for me to leave. Never gave me my food after she was talking to her coworker. She asked me what I needed. I’m asking her. Where’s my food? She’s like I thought I gave it to you. I still had to wait 20 minutes in the side bullshit, not even worth my penny.

Service was okay but the lady almost forgot to give us our change. We did not get Ketchup even though we asked for some. The food was okay. Fries were crispy, the chicken was a bit bland but chrunchy on the outside and perfect on the inside. The sauce has a fishy taste like anchovies perhaps, not what I expected, was not a fan. My husband and I ordered coke zeros and we mostly got ice no coke. There was just too much ice. If I were to return it probably would be for the bread. The bread was 10/10.

I want to say it's good but, the price per portion kills it. I've never been to a Raising Canes but I've always heard it was fairly good from my friends up North. I got a Chicken Sandwich Combo. The portions were so small, literally 6 fries, the sandwich and a Dr. Pepper, all for around $14. The fries are good, taste wise but they really were more like frozen crinkle cuts you can make at home. The sandwich was good, I do like the sauce they use. Still, the price per portion is what made this disappointing. Honestly felt like a one-and-done experience considering that there are other restaurants that I could go to with similar prices but better value. I wasn't particularly wowed, just felt like the food fell short and the pricing is more based on hype. Which is such a let down because I feel like there is some value in the food but it is largely overinflated. Won't be going back :/
