I visited Matsuri twice. The first time, everything was delicious and the service was excellent, though there was a minor issue. However, the second time, the service was even better, with a clear intention to improve, which speaks volumes about the restaurant's vision and its staff. The food is delicious, especially the ramen, particularly the broth, which is key. The manager, Saúl, is very professional and warm, as are the servers and cooks. This improved experience will make me a regular customer and a strong advocate for this place.

I loved it, nothing more to say. Service 10 out of 10. Food 10 out of 10. I ordered a spicy tantamen, very delicious. Recommended by the lady who takes your order. And fried rice. Drinks 10 out of 10. It was something new, but the Calpis mineral water is good. On Saturdays, a duo sings in the late afternoon/evening... (I don't remember their names)

A great place to taste real japanese cuisine other than sushi. They have a great selection of real japanese dishes that capture quite well the real feeling of japan. Food is great. Taste brings so many memories of my recent trip to Japan. They know what they’re doing... Good job. If you really want a taste of Japan don’t hesitate and give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

If you have time to wait, it's probably ok. But if you have somewhere to go, I don't recommend it. They take a really long time over an hour to get an order out. Update: Food was good. And they seem to care about the customers. I've updated the score.

I've been wanting to go for a while, and I had the chance to go with friends. The place and atmosphere are very pleasant, perfect for dates, a group outing, or even going alone. As for the food, I didn't love it. It was delicious, but the ramen noodles weren't amazing. I've been to other places where the flavor is unique and they prepare their own noodles. They're missing some typical Japanese dishes (udon and yakisoba, which they could include; one expects that). However, what they offer is fine. For the price and location, I expected more. What I was disappointed about was that I ordered two appetizers, and they didn't have any. The other options weren't for me since they had shrimp, and I'm allergic to them (gyozas and charsiumaki = spring rolls). A friend ordered takoyaki (small balls filled with octopus; it wasn't anything special and had almost no octopus). I ordered tonkotsu ramen, and it was good, 8/10. As for drinks, they have a wide range of beers, soft drinks, and flavored waters—that's a 10/10. We ordered several different beers. The place is nice and friendly, with modern facilities. The ticket was approximately $1,300 plus each person's tip. We left 10% based on personal consumption. I thought it would be more, but it's average.

I have been there twice now. The service has been good and the atmosphere is very relaxing. My ramen had great flavors and no complaints. I would gladly come back for another bowl. The calamari and crab ragoon had great flavor but the gyoza and octopus balls seem a bit under done. Overall a great dining experience.

El ramen sabe rico. Las alitas thai estaban algo duras de lo fritas que estaban y las alitas coreanas estaban regulares.

El servicio fue muy amable y atento. El ambiente es agradable. Sin embargo, hubo algunos detalles: unas bolitas rellenas de papa frita estaban súper picosas y el aderezo ya viene mezclado, no lo ponen aparte para decidir cuánto agregar. El agua también estaba demasiado dulce. Además, algunos platillos nos parecieron algo desabridos. También notamos que a una pareja que salió antes les dieron un pequeño regalo y a nosotros no, lo cual se sintió un poco inconsistente.

Coming from Toronto, ramen was not very authentic but you're in Saltillo. I got the tonkatsu ramen, a staple noodle dish. The noodles were very good and surprised me! The meat was standard, hard to mess up pork. The broth was disappointing, but it lacked depth. It needs more lard, bones and more time simmering. Portions were standard and pricing as well.

I didn't find the ramen to be very good and the drinks were too sugary, so I didn't enjoy the food very much. However, the decor and location are very nice, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere.

Food wasn't actually bad at all. My Ramen was a bit on the plain and weak side but wasn't bad, maybe just way different way to do tonkatsu Ramen compared to my personal experience. Again, I'm not saying it was bad but for the price I expected way better. We were just a bit unlucky and had some egg shells on one of the plates (Katsudon). Maybe the best from our visit was probably the mineral calpis drink. Way better than others I have tasted on other restaurants.

Food will take a while to come out. Service was not half bad. Fried calamari were great. Heavily disappointed with the tonkotsu Ramen. Two tiny pieces of pork that tasted horribly and the broth had a grainy texture. Hope it was a one time thing.

Very bad experience. We were the first customers to arrive, yet several other people were served before us. It was obvious that certain guests were given special treatment for reasons completely unrelated to fairness or order. Later we found out that a so-called influencer was sitting at another table, which apparently mattered more than regular paying customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you care more about fame than treating customers equally, then you have your priorities completely wrong. I would not recommend this place.

When I enter, employees say Japanese greetings and the atmosphere is good. But I'm disappointed that the foods are too salty to eat especially pork cutlet . It takes about 50 minutes for the food to come out. Some employees can speak English and others can't. Ramen is edible, but the other foods taste different from Japanese food
