Everything was excellent, the service and the food was delicious.
I had previously given it 5 stars because it was truly delicious. Something strange happened: the price went up and the quality dropped. The chicken was tasteless and raw, and the roast beef was of the lowest quality—it was like scraps of skin, inedible. It's a shame that a good place is ruined by a lack of quality and service.

The chicken tastes good but it's a bit too salty. I arrived at 7:20 pm and they were already taking down the charcoal, so I didn't get to try the carne asada. The green salsa they include is okay. The onions are so-so; I feel like they have some kind of seasoning that doesn't do justice to the flavor of a good grilled onion. The place has tables and restrooms. It's quiet and comfortable. They also serve seafood snacks. The price is a bit high for the area, but considering it's a formal establishment, it makes sense.
Very bad, the grilled meat was just skin, and they didn't give me salsa, which is just luck if you get it, and they don't include the tortilla chips or the grilled sausage, and the meat came a little raw, apart from the high price of the tortilla chips, a bag of like 15 tortilla chips at 15.00 pesos each.
Terrible service... they stopped serving us because they had to fill a (large) order... they didn't have any seafood and it took them 40 minutes to serve us, we were the only table of 3 people!!
The roast beef tasted like chewing gum. I don't think the exact amount is true. This is the first and last time I'm buying there. Not recommended. If they improve, let me know.
Burnt meat, apparently flank steak
I ordered half a kilo of meat and one piece wasn't meat, it was pure fat. The meat tastes good, but it's not worth the price.
Well, the food is excellent, the flavor is very good, the service is only missing parking, it needs a little more speed, what I disliked in question was that there was not. Well, really, we were the only customers and it took a long time to approach us once we were seated at the table, plus the time it took to serve the food. The place is presentable. The weather needs a lot of improvement. An affordable place to eat and have a good time. The only thing that the service is doing is ruin the rating I give it, not because I am a bad person, but to motivate them to do better. Thank you.
The people who collect the money are grumpy, give you bad looks, provide poor service, and the place is unclean.
They kicked me and my friends out after buying chicken, just because we had soda in our backpacks, I would never go back to that disgusting chicken!!
They go from bad to worse, I came for an order and they sold it to someone else and there is no more.
I ordered a chicken and a kilo of meat. The meat was awful; only two pieces were biteable, the rest was super tough. 👎
The chicken isn't roasted at all; it's pre-cooked in water with a thick, tasteless marinade. The ribs are tough and raw (inedible), and the tortillas are cold. If you have the chance to order food there, don't.

Terrible service. We ordered two chickens and they only came with the chickens themselves, no sauce or anything. Plus, they charge a lot for delivery.
I tried the arrachera tacos and well, poor quality, it tastes more like dried beef, the tortillas were reheated, the wait time was more than 40 minutes, for consumption in the place.
Terrible service. I ordered home delivery and they made me wait over an hour and a half, only for my order to never arrive. I called again and they left me waiting on the line. A very bad experience.
