Good service, the food was good except for the fries, which I think could be better. I wish the burger was bigger too.

There's really no variety of options. It's either a single or a double burger. That's it. Nothing extraordinary in terms of flavor. The service is very good, and they prepare your order quite quickly.

A very nice and spacious food court area with multiple fast food options to choose from. We ate at Popeyes and it was very good.

Iker, the employee at Plaza Galerías Santa Anita, was extremely distracted (he chatted with the employees and joked with them, had to repeat the order twice, and even then, he asked again because he wasn't paying attention. In the end, he still delivered it incorrectly) and lacked a service attitude. We are frequent customers here and are generally satisfied. This has never happened to us before.

They changed the meat, it's not the same anymore, they were very tasty, they couldn't be compared, now only because of the dressing they are different from McDonald's, the fries were a mess, they were all stuck together and the guys at the register are not well trained, THEY DISAPPOINTED ME, next time I'm going to Carl's Jr.

I have to edit my review, their schedule says they open at 11:00 a.m., it's already past 12:25 p.m. and they're still closed. It's very annoying that establishments don't respect the schedule because sometimes you have limited time and you can't wait more than two hours to be served, since it mentions they'll open after 1:00 p.m.

This was our first time trying “La gran Lucha” and it was a total disappointment. They had to re-do our order 3 times because the people in the kitchen found it extremely hard to serve us 2 double burgers without onion. In total we had to wait over 45 min to get our order right. Now talking about the food itself, the burger was ok, wasn’t special or anything else. It was your regular size double burger with fries, which btw were overcooked and tasted like burned reused oil. I wouldn’t recommend you eating here unless there is nothing else open in this food court; it will be a waste of your money and time. Better eat at Popeyes right next door.
