Good place to go eat if you like chicken or pizzas , personally I like the pizzas more especially the 4 cheeses pizza which is delicious if you like cheese, the sauces they have like the chipotle or the cilantro are delightful and go so well with the pizza, only downside is that they are not particularly cheap for their size.

The classic Pollo Pepe flavor, good quality food and toppings. On my visit, the staff was very attentive and friendly, and my order came out very quickly. They have good promotions on chicken and Italian food. It's best to pick up your order at the counter, as delivery service can be a bit slow. Approx. cost per person: $100 MXN pesos

I called and they told me to wait for them a moment. I was coming from Plaza del Sol and wanted to place my order to pick up at the counter. I arrived at the store and heard all the people he'd served before me. When he got to the counter and I told him what happened, he just said, "Sorry," and again, "Excuse me," he said, and he started stapling all the notes that previous customers could have made after me since I was the only person there. And this is the second time the same thing has happened to me, with a little less time. But it's worth it. Another time I called and they hung up on me like three times, and the same thing happened. He arrived at the store and hung up in front of me. I asked him, and he asked me why it was 20 minutes until 8 and he didn't have time to make the pizza. I told him that if he had answered, I would have noted the inconvenience.

The coleslaw was like two days old. They sell non-fresh products, which is distrustful. You don't know what you're eating or how old it is when it's already fried. You can tell the salad is past its prime; it's not as noticeable in the photo, but in real life, it's very brown. Update: This time I went to the restaurant to eat in, not to take out. The salad was even browner than before, and the chicken pieces barely tasted of marinade. We also bought a pizza. I recommend the pizza, but not the chicken or the sides. The menu shows the chicken pieces with rice, but they don't actually serve it that way—it's false advertising. I only recommend this place for pizza and fried tacos, and nothing else. I would only go back for those things because the waitress's service also leaves much to be desired; she doesn't pay any attention to you.
