It's my favorite spot in Cholula, and it's because of the combination of high-quality products and an explosion of flavors on the palate, plus the always-present atmosphere, where you end up meeting so many amazing people, plus the excellent service. I understand why it's called "Cosmic Cocoa," because the person who makes the chocolates (which are incredible! By the way, I recommend the passion fruit bonbons, although I could eat them all—they're exquisite!) is a true magician 🪄 with his lovely, equally magical little fairy. You'll understand what I mean the moment you walk through the door. So, I highly recommend stopping by.

The tastiest desert out of all Mexico I had here! I’m gluten-free vegan so I usually don’t have many options, let alone for deserts! It was cacao raspberry cake, it was sooo delicious I ended up eating 2. I didn’t get to try their cacao, which sounded amazing but I tried chocolate and candies at the register - they were super delicious! Everyone working there was so nice and warm. I loved this place

Absolutely delicious! The Cosmic Chocolate they serve is fantastic, and the turmeric golden milk was even better than expected. We ordered vegetarian ciabatta rolls, and they were superb. They also sell 80% cacao bars with coconut sugar. Simply perfect for chocolate lovers like me.

The food was good, but the service was slow and a bit neglected. We had to find the waitress to get our attention. I went at night, and the lighting seemed excessive; I think they could benefit from using dimmer lights. The place also lacked ventilation, and there was a strange smell.

The place is small, and when all the tables are full, the atmosphere is overwhelming. Gina's service is fantastic. There's no parking, and it's difficult to find a spot nearby.

They take a long time to bring the dish, and sometimes they don't have what's on the menu. On social media, they offer HORRIBLE service, as if they're doing you a favor, and they don't even bother to answer your questions. The place is small, and when it's full, it's annoying when people shout, laugh, or talk too loudly because everything can be heard.

My boyfriend and I went for drinks. There was a book club. I thought it was fabulous. However, no one was serving, and after a while, a guy sitting at the bar finally commented: "Oh! Are you here to order something?" And I was like, oh no, what do you think? We just went in to chat, hahaha. Well, in the end, the cocoa drinks were really good. In the smoothie section, it doesn't say anything about the plant-based milk +10 MXN. So when they explained what the drink was like, I asked if it was with water or milk. The girl said it was with milk because I wouldn't know what it TASTES like with water. And she asked us, what milk do you want? We chose a flavor, and when we were charged, I saw that it was more than the drink cost. I asked why, and they told me, well, plant-based milk is extra. And I told them, but they didn't tell me that, and the manager just responded, "It's on the menu." 1. For me, who loves trying places around the world, I can say that this is bad customer service. Why do they say it's not with water? And with milk it's extra, so how is cocoa made there? 2. Any extra cost should always be mentioned verbally! And if it wasn't mentioned, an apology should be offered and that's it! I won't go back or recommend it.
