I get the supreme meat with beans and potatoes, but if your not early enough they run out quickly and won't make anymore. I have to usually get there before 10 am to get it. The barbacoa is extremely greasy so I stay away from that. Good food and fast service

So last night, October 11th, 2024.I heard about this new item that they were adding to their venue. It's called the Adams Family Menue. Only one's missing were Uncle Fester ,Cousin It, and Grandma, but I just had to try this .It also comes individual or meal.You can make burger how you want like if you don't want certain thing but if online ordering you can only do individual but this meal is so cool.Also don't forget special deals that can save you lots if ordering for big group,family or date.So what makes this so cool and special is Wednesday's Burger,which contains ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles,onions,tomatoes,cheese,letuce,and meat served between purple sesame seed buns unless you take stuff off or add stuff.Then there are things rings which are fried onion rings and to my surprise quiet a bit or you can order fries,Then there is Gomez Churros with or without chocolate syrup which I tried but prefer without syrup wasn't good to me .Then there's Morticias Kooky Chocolate shake which was so yummy reminded me of those dirt and worm pudding treats for kids minuse the gummy worms.But there are good meal deals where two chocolate shakes,two fries, two burgers for 22 something .So this is reasoning for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the service.Even though I didn't get it my driver told me about the incident how the workers were being rude doesn't surprise me the one on knickerbocker they are kinda rude.So it wasn't about how at first they said they couldn't find ingredients which yeah that been ok but when they went and looked wow it's a miracle they found it which all they had to do was look in the first place they just didn't want too.Well then they said they didn't want to make it or they won't but they ended up doing it .She also said it was crazy full and chaotic but she managed geting me everything I asked for plus the cute new purple Adams Family Burger King Crowns but you have to ask for them they don't come with meal but don't get greedy leave some for others I know how some people get buy them out.Then resale them on ebay for outrageous prices.Over all I loved It great presentation,and packaging that had the characters on it.Im guessing it was purple food coloring dye on buns to make them purple but you can always get original buns.or fries.These don't come with toys,collectibles or stickers though which is kinda a down size but overall.Im satisfied defiantly reccomend it if you haven't tried it. Also, surprisingly, it fulls you up the burger. if you do have allergies, ask them what's in food as always and try this out. I don't regret it. Also, I love all the special coupons. It was about 20 or 30 for two people.large quantity of food, though .I pay more on other places .

The meal in this place was cold... I think it needed more flavor.

VERY expensive for what you get. The food is great, the salsa AMAZING, but its too expensive to go to very often. I would appreciate seeing the prices before I order. I also usually come out smelling like a dirty restaurant after.

Oh my goodness look at this pancake. . . wait this is a crispy chicken sandwich. Lol. I only post this because this has been my experience with them lately. I'm not going back there for a few months. If it changes, I'll post the burger.

What in the heck is going on here? Rolled tacos advertised for $13 but rung up at $14.50? $3.15 for a drink? $1 extra if you pay with a card instead of cash? Almost $20 for one person to have lunch? Ouch.

First of all their burritos are definitely overpriced. $5 for a small burrito?! Their tortillas are undercooked. And they charge you for everything, a lemon, a chile, sauce etc. Stuff that should be included in the meal. The plate already is high, and they want to charge you extra for the lemon and chile! And the drink is separate too! Should come with the plate also! And the wait is ridiculous, they have no sense of urgency for drive-thru customers. I do not recommend this place they keeping hiking the prices up!

Ordered a burrito that was supposed to be potato egg and bean but apparently someone messed up my order and put bacon in it… I have health issues if I eat pork so I don’t. I also noticed there was barely any bean and potato if any potato at all. I never had anyone from here mess up my order until today. What a disappointment.

What has happened!!!??? Food: so little bacon we had to dig through the eggs to see it…egg shells in the eggs. Service: grumpy-rushed ( and yes there was a long line…but Grumpy employees made it worse) Atmosphere: just not a good experience. The tortillas were so good and the sauce was delicious. Found Large chunks of egg shell in both of my burritos. Pretty confident, one would definitely notice breaking that much into a mixture. Also, extremely unpleased to find. Taste has always been great, prices are to high for the size, pretty sure that's a common complaint. In conclusion, please fix this yall are better then this.

Just left and they were out of eggs. Cool. I don't care for fast food eggs, anyway. But I just paid $6 for COLD cheese, COLD bacon, on COLD toast. Oh, and an orange juice.

My mom and I went on veterans Day November 11, 2025. We were so looking forward to HOT FRIES & DELICIOUS BURGERS! SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!! Fries were cold — this is the best part of a burger meal. Burgers were cold !! I’m sure they had been sitting out getting cold !! I EXPRESSED MY DISAPPOINTMENT TO THE MANAGER. SHE DIDN’T SAY ANYTHING.!!😔 She didn’t even care!!! The employees here and manager are a joke ! They made my burger 3 times and it was wrong everytime and all they did was laugh and hand me my bag so I asked for a refund finally. The manager was laughing and never apologized once . This place has gone down hill especially with the staff they have working. Will never eat here again there is a reason I stopped going for awhile

Spent $33 just to be told I had to buy sauce at the window and my food is cold I can see why this place is a 3. Rich corporations charging for sauce after you spend an arm and leg or its the people at the window scamming to pocket more money at the end of the day. Now cant enjoy my meal due to no sauce and its cold screw this place

BK #2054 is by far the worst fast food experience of my life. We were #15. #16 got served. #17 got served. I asked about our order. In the search I was told “sorry, we gave your order to someone else”, “we are remaking your order”. We got our order. It was horrible. The bread was dry and stale. It was tough. The hamburger patties had no resemblance of “Flame Grilling”. It tasted freezer burnt. The complete experience was horrible. Burger King is off our restaurant list.

I went with a family member around 1:20pm-ish to get 2 meals. We specifically asked for both burgers to have cheese with the exception of 1 not having tomatoes. We got to the window and my family member asked if we could split the payment to 2 cards and the manager got very rude yelling that we didn't say that over the headset. We just paid with 1 card in the end due to the horrible attitude over a simple thing. Got our food and neither burger had cheese and there were tomatoes on the one that wasn't supposed to have any. We will never be going back to this one. We'll stick to the one on Abe Street

Save your money. The place is nasty and they mess up every order, never had a good experience here. They repeat the order to you and still make it wrong. They’re also rude, especially the male manager, at this location as others have pointed out.

Worst BK I've been to ...food was cold and thrown together..drink was watered down. Patty was old and dry....on all my sandwiches...never go back to this location and recommend y'all don't waste your time and money on this location..new management needed.

I ordered a brisket a la Mexican and a Barbacoa burrito that had so much greece plus they were cold they were so nasty they made me sick to my stomach. They were horrible. Never going back

$13.00 tapatios rang up $14.50 I asked Why ? The response was he taxes them ? Bought a drink the bill came out to $19 ? I can get a steak dinner for that !! I had to speak to 3 different people because they Didn't Understand English !! Charging taxes 2 times on a purchase is RIDICULOUS!!! JULIOS NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED !!!!

$13 for 2 bacon egg and cheese burritos!!! That is absurd. Plus, they charge a dollar extra for using your card. I told the young lady that the burritos are good, but not $13 good, unfortunately. They also forgot my darn salsa. I won't be back.

I bought 8 burritos for my co workers and only got 2 burritos right. I called and they said if I brought the receipt they would remake the whole order. I took the receipt and ended up having to pay for 2 guise burritos which I had already paid for. Don’t know what they didn’t understand about it but they need to figure out how to handle this.
