Im definitely coming back here to try more from the menu the foods pretty good. Joe was our server he made it such a nice experience knowing a lot about the menu. Would definitely come back for that type of good energy!!
Jaden was very very helpful with ordering and loved the personal touch to my birthday surprise - thank you Jaden & Sanjay too
Went here yesterday for the first time and we had the best waiter, he was very helpful and his order suggestions were great! We would go back just for the service and would definitely ask to sit in Gilbert's section again!!!
Alexa, was great, she made sure my Bloody Mary was exactly as I liked it! She checked to make sure we were good at all times. Nice girl!
I love this place. Food is great and the service is excellent! I recommend Christine! She’s friendly, cares about her job, excellent customer service, and very attentive. Sometimes I just walk in and she knows my order and my favorite drink! I can’t recommend this place enough!
Love Kristine ! She’s so attentive and very friendly whenever I come in for my lunch break ! THEEE best bartender and always has good suggestions on both food and drinks
My family and I enjoyed spending our evening here. Raul, our server, was super friendly, attentive, and helpful during our first visit here. My seared salmon was delicious and my family enjoyed their meals as well! We would definitely come back!
Always great service & outstanding food even though they were out of the Duck Wings & the manager wasn't even aware until he stopped by to see how things were going & was mentioned to him.
This has become my go-to local place for a variety of reasons! The beer selection is always good; this is important for a craft beer lover like me. The food has been excellent the last few times I went, and it's a pretty diverse menu! They offer several different ways to get potatoes - that may sound simple, but they nail the fries, tots, and mashed every time. I plan to become a regular!
Your bartender Christine is amazing..I go.back to the bar for drinks and friendly service. She simply the best
Our server Christopher was spot on. He took great care of us and the manager Tanya stopped by to make sure all our needs were met. Always a pleasure eating here.
Kim is an absolute gem behind the bar! Not only does she craft delicious cocktails, but her friendly personality and attention to detail make every visit feel special. She's quick, efficient, and always has a smile on her face. If you're looking for a fantastic bartender, look no further than Kim!
Exceptional service from the staffs especially the manager always ensuring we were receiving great service.Food was very good and prices are really fair.
I went there. It was absolutely amazing. The food was so delicious. I definitely recommend their mozzarella sticks. They were definitely my favorite. My servers name was Cameron. She was awesome. Always checking in. Made sure we were good. Constantly had our drinks refilled. She had such a great attitude and was always happy to help. I would definitely go back and request for her service. She was absolutely amazing. Overall, I definitely recommend eating here. It was amazing and so delicious.
My party of 13 came in around 9pm on Monday the 20th of October. We were just coming from a funeral - no prior reservations. We asked if our large group would be too much and too late. We were seated no problem our server I wish I had gotten her name was so great. So attentive. I have a gluten allergy and she accommodated me wonderfully. I hope she gets a shout out- :)
Had a great experience. Was hosted by Gabby who was very polite and took care of us. She was engaged making sure our food was good and we were enjoying ourselves definitely made the experience better.
If you’re looking for a fun night out with friends, watching sports, enjoying good drinks and hearty American bar food, Brick House Tavern + Tap is a strong choice. It hits its mark when the kitchen and service are on. That said, for a more refined dining experience or during busy times when quality dips, your expectations should be modest. 📊 Estimated Rating: ~ ★★★★☆ (3.8/5) If you let me know which location you’re asking about (city/state), I can check how that specific branch performs and dig into the current menu specials.
Restaurant / Open Bar / Dinner: One of my friends suggested this place. First time I visited there in 2019.That time at the entrance there was a fire pit and one group is enjoying the bonfire and have fun. Inside at the canter there is an open bar where people were sitting and watching sport with their drinks. At the last there are the place with the sofa arrangement and a very attractive inside bonfire decoration. I was under the impress that it must be an expensive place to chill out. But I was wrong the drinks and food all are in reasonable price. I really want to enjoy the bonfire with outside sitting so I called them this valentine’s day to book in advance. But they told me that right now they are not having fir pit arrangement. Still, I visited this place on 2021 valentines evening. COVID-19 Safety: They are reserving each alternate table to maintain social distancing. Before assigning any place to you they are sanitized it. The staff was very polite. As I am vegetarian, I have limited options to have like mozzarella cheese sticks and mushroom pizza. They both are mouth-watering. There are T.V everywhere. The inside bonfire (decoration) was there. The interior was eye catching. The atmosphere is pretty good. Definitely I like to go there again. Although, I like to give one suggestion to the owner, please add more dishes for vegetarian people like me. As the menu for vegetarian is very limited. I hope you will take this suggestion in consideration. Brick House Tavern + Tap
Elevated sports bar offering varieties of comfort food (burgers, steaks, fish, cheeses takes) and salads. All enjoyed their meals and had great service by Gabby. Worth the visit!
Very cozy, their chicken pot pie is out of this world. They were playing alot of the 2010s frat bro classics so it had such a specific vibe I cannot explain just feels like I got done with class and went to get food with the boys very weirdly nostalgic
A must place for visit to experience good American food. It has sports bar and nice fireplace to hang out with your family and friends. Foods are tasty and flavorful - Duck Wings, Spiked Calamari, Shrimp/Fish and Chips, Knockout Shrimp and Thin Crust Pizza. They also serve varieties of good alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Good customer service.
Amazing service. Amazing ambiance. The management was attentive the staff were friendly. The food amazing. Sat by the fire on a comfy couch! What more could you ask!
Took a little long to get drinks delivered to the table. That we the only bad part. I went back for a second night and the food was as delicious as the first night I went. I think the bone on ribeye was the best steak I had while I was down there. The deviled eggs were also very enjoyable. The pretzel sticks were perfect, and with the queso even better.
Absolutely massive burger (yes there are two patties there) prepared reasonably well (could have been more rare but it was still good). Bun wasn’t overpowering and the fries were fresh. Place was absolutely JAMMED and so service was a bit slow understandably but the servers were courteous and quick. I’ve been to other locations and this is a quality outfit. Great for watching the game on Sunday (which is when we were there). Lots of parking, easy to find. Recommended!
Great place. Tavern atmosphere. Food was awesome, except the chili. It was a little watery. Burgers awesome. Nachos awesome. Wings awesome.
Cameron H. was our waitress and she was phenomenal! So attentive, patient and kind. Will definitely come back and will request Cameron H’s section.
The experience was great, we had a good time. I was sitting in the booths and our server Raul was very attentive and gave us great service. The “South Paw” had come out perfectly and was delicious. Would consider coming back again
Went with a group of 13 adults and children. Food was fresh and tasty. Prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. The manager came over early on to see if we needed anything else after our food arrived. Great place to relax and have food and drinks in a casual environment!
I have previously been to Brick House Tavern in a different location. I did not realize it was multiple locations, so when I was in Plainfield for work, I told my co-workers to come here for dinner because the food was great. Well, Brick House did not disappoint. The food was great, everyone was happy, and the presentations and proportions were great. They do a great happy hour and have a great selection of beers. They also have a great collection of NY, NJ and Philadelphia sports through out the restaurant.
We had an amazing experience at Brickhouse thanks to our server, Jayden! From the moment we were seated, Jayden was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. He made great menu recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. He truly made our visit memorable, and we’ll definitely be back because of him. Highly recommend asking for Jayden when you dine at Brickhouse!
Great Comeback Visit to Brick House Tavern We’re happy to be back and impressed by the service. Pros: The main host was friendly and got us a table quickly. The servers were consistently nice and ready to serve, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a solid return visit with attentive staff and welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to the next time!
Had a lovely time catching up with a friend over drinks and appetizers. Nice, cozy, mellow atmosphere and delicious food. Our server, Cameron H, was awesome….super friendly, professional, and on top of everything! Will definitely be back!
Bartender Jesse really knows his stuff. He helped provide great drinks in a timely manner and made me and my guests feel very welcome and have a great time. 10 out of 10 experience, Jesse is the guy fr. All the food is great, but the wings are amazing. Cant go wrong with any flavor. Atmosphere is fun but also chill. Great spot for after work and also watching football on Sundays or UFC on Saturdays.
Had a fantastic experience here today! Alexa our server was so on top of things, friendly, and really busted her butt for us. I have severe food allergies and Alexa and her manager went way above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure that I could safely eat there. I try a lot of places and this definitely does not happen everywhere. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars!!!!!
Friendly and prompt service from the door. A real sports bar with plenty of screens to accommodate diners. Lots of cool memorabilia on walls too. Our server was friendly, patient and quick. I had the Southpaw, it was delicious, glad I had passed on lunch it was very filling. My table mate had fish and chips and said it was good too. I plan to visit again after the movies or shopping in the area. I would recommend Brick House Tavern!
This place is awesome! My husband and I drove in from Dallas to visit my dad and out of all the times I have passed by the Brickhouse Tavern, we decided to stop! OMG, what a great experience we had! We ate and drank there 4 days! Christine, Joe, Taryn and Jesse were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, friendly and so awesome! We went back so many times because of them and by time we got ready to bid Piscataway goodbye, we knew we had made some new friends. They rock! The food was absolutely delicious! There is not one thing I could say negative about the food. Every single thing we ordered was cooked to perfection! So if you are looking for a spot where you can watch sports, eat some good food and have some good drinks this is the spot! 😊
Awesome location, lots of parking spaces, cozy ambiance, superb service and a wide variety of foods and drinks. This is Brick House Tavern and Tap, and I should say this is one of the best Sports Bar and Restaurant to hangout and enjoy here in New Jersey. Me and my friend had bees and dinner on a Sunday night. We ordered crispy duck wings with brick sauce and I had grilled wild caught mahi-mahi in roasted garlic butter, jasmine rice and veggies on the side. The food was great. The service was excellent. Chris, our server is the best. He's attentive with all our needs. He's highly recommended. This place is underrated which doesn't make sense. For me this is recommended to hangout with friends. I will definitely keeps on coming back here.
It was my first time here, but my friend's 2nd or 3rd time. The restaurant itself is nice with lots of indoor and outdoor seatings. Our waiter was very nice, quick. We had knockout shrimp from snack section, mahi-mahi, virgin Pina colada. The shrimp in creamy sweet sause tasted very good. My mahi-mahi was with mashed potato and jasmine rice. It tasted good. I have eaten better, my friend liked her spicy mahi-mahi with green beans and French fries. Pina colada...could've been better. It was ok. It was roo icy. I don't like ice, and here mostly was shaved ice and pineapple juice. I didn't taste the coconut cream. Usually, when I ordered in other places, it had white "milky" color, here it was different. That's why I gave 4 stars for food. Prices were surprisingly moderate, but portions are a little smaller, but that was enough to be extremely full. I liked the wall decors. There is plenty of free on-site parking. New Jersey
This place started out as a sort of Hooters on steroids, but since its inception it's evolved to a more family-friendly place. The food is still way above average and the fire pit and inside outside seating are great for All seasons. There's also comfortable recliners and seating of all styles. It's a great place to watch a game, which is why I went
Nice tap house in NJ. The food and service on Sunday was average. On the bright side the revolving beers on tap was great. The beers menu is extensive than the food menu. They had poker on the TV which was unusual.
Waitress was terrible. Food and drinks were really good. The ff were cold and the waitress never came to the table after dropping off the food. Had to ask the host two different times if he could get her. Terrible waitress but everyone else is great
Love this place but the only issue is the service. Past 3 x I came here with coworkers and we had a huge table- the service was so slow and the orders were always getting messed up. Besides that, the food and drinks are great. The environment is awesome especially in the winter with the fire place inside and the fire pits outside.
Came in for some Sunday football and an appetizer, and had a great time! The atmosphere was perfect for watching the games, and the food hit the spot. Big shoutout to Ryan—his customer service was top-notch. Super attentive, all smiles, and made sure everything was on point the entire time. Definitely coming back!
We went there for lunch. A gin mojito and pint of bud lite my wife had the Turkey club which was good but, I always like to try something new and had the chevre' souffle. The cheesy spread was baked and topped with toasted bread crumbs. Goat cheese is used and taste creamy but, the homemade toasted and buttery crostini and sauteed onions, roasted mushrooms and olive tapenade. These sides made the goat cheese pop. I had a beer with a big mistake. A red or white wine would have been a better choice. They have in/out door seating with and without covering is there with fireplace and firepits. Plenty of free parking. Service is very good as and friendly. Large selection of beers and bourbons. They do have happy hour. Average prices
Service: Our server was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed and did not mess up our order. She was very sweet, quick and approachable. Ambiance: We sat outside, its really nice! There are some bugs but its to be expected when eating outdoors (we only saw like 2). The TVs are usually set to sports, so a good place to watch your favorite sports teams. Food & Drinks: The shots were terrible (tequila & jameson) but they were big so I would definitely recommend if you aren't driving but wanna get your money's worth with a shot. The old fashion was strong which was good but the mango mojito was too sweet - I couldn't finish it. The south paw burger was delicious absolutely no complaints. The Mac n cheese burger is relatively new - it was good but the mac n cheese portion was more like just noodles, I didn't get a mac n cheese taste from it. The firecracker shrimp is always a good choice, very flavorful!! Please also support my instagram page, there are more videos & pictures there: @hike4foodies
The food was good! But the service was awful. We went on a Saturday night. We gave our names and were told about a 30 minute wait so we sat in the ca to wait. We were told they'd text when a table was ready. After 40min, we went back inside to check with the host and were told they tried to call. We were sitting in the parking lot of the restaurant and never received a call. We checked to make sure they had the right number too. We got a table at that point. The we sat with menus for another 20 min before anyone came over to even take our drink orders. We almost left entirely. Our waitress was nice but we're not convinced she was who we were supposed to have to begin with. The food was good but the wait was not worth it.
Came here with my friends late night and the host was so conversational! A very nice guy and he clearly knows what he’s doing. He seated us and make sure we were okay. his name was nick i believe. The server we had on another hand was not very good. He had an AirPod in and was speaking very low that we couldn’t hear him well. Once the food came it was very very good! Too bad Nick wasn’t our server! than it would have definitely been 5 stars.
I met up with the girls to catch up and get food and drinks. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked in and found the girls. I have been to this spot before but it's been awhile. It is a bar and grill with TVs from wall to wall and even a fireplace inside and out. We were served by Todd and he was ok. I ordered the sparkling sangria for my drink. I didn't particularly care for it because it was way too sweet. I changed it for the lemon drop martini and that was good. For my meal I got the buffalo wings and that wasn't bad, it filled me up just enough. Todd was able to give us separate bills which was cool. My bill came to a little over $33. All in all we had a good experience.
Good location , and right on stelton road . Lots of options here . Amazing interiors and lots of seats to sit and eat . There are also tables outside which will be perfect for summer time . There wasn’t much wait time and we were able to get a table quickly . Service was good . Lots of parking outside .. Lots of tap beers available here . Draught beers are amazing here . Lots of options - blue moon , Stella , ipas, Budweiser etc etc . Short eats are good here .. wings were a bit dry . Didn’t like much . . Quick service . 4 stars .. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The atmosphere is what brings me back.so cozy & romantic 💖💖with the oversized fireplace. Food is good but burgers and portions in general are much smaller than pictured. Drinks are decent. Service last time here was so so. Waitress was a bit inattentive & constantly disappeared on a not busy day. Overall , satisfied & would return. Great place for large sized gatherings.
Needed a place to watch football on a Sunday and decided to give this place a shot. Managed to find a seat to where I could relatively easily see 3 TV’s and that suited my needs for the day. One the tv has extreme discoloration and needs to be replaced. Didn’t care for the hollandaise sauce on the Benedict and chicken didn’t have a lot of flavor. Chicken pot pie was good. Good beer list… only issue that stood out was the pumpkin beer line was funky. Pretty good experience.
Wings were amazing! Hot, crispy and decent size. Server recommended the Brick House sauce which was awesome! Good portion too. Fried chicken sandwich needed some sauce chef. Asked for a side of the BH sauce and that worked. Restrooms were clean and plenty of table. Bar was full. TV’s need color calibration.
So I went to this restaurant because a coworker visited this spot for happy hour and so she's visited it often she picked the spot. Once inside I liked how there was alot of seating on a Monday late afternoon. We ordered the duck wings, regular wings with hot honey, calamari and the shrimp. My favorite dish was the duck wings though it was my first time ever having them. I would definitely return just for that appetizer. The regular wings were okay and everything else I wouldn't care to try again. From the outside it doesn't look so appealing, but inside is cool. Especially with the fire place. Also nice place to watch sports if that's your thing.
Service is not too good. Servers seem tired, and there was one who was misbehaving Food was alright tasty but portions ran small Nice atmosphere
I wasn't blown away during my first visit. The manager, or a man I believe was the manager, was very involved, walking from table to table to inquire whether there was anything he could do for guests, which was nice. But my server wasn't the most attentive and my meal was just OK.
Place is clean BUT the bar limes were just emptied into the serving container with the date 3-12 when they were cut it's the 19th today. Maybe I'm wrong look at the picture you be the judge that's why I never order fruit with my drinks... Huge fireplace inside. Bartender was cool dude staff seemed friendly. Ordered Thai Chicken salad . Was OK the chicken was deff pre cooked not much flavor Salad came out 5 min after I ordered it was just chopped up Romain with 5 pepper strips and some crunchies. Wouldn't order it again for $18.50...
I have come to this place twice but have been disappointed both times. They don’t have lot of options in veg or chicken. The service was also not great, waiting times are long and they won’t bring everything in one shot. We ordered one Mahi Mahi - blackened but it was nowhere close to blackened and one southwest chicken sandwich which was also okay and came with very little fries. The price is definitely on higher side for food portions.
Tried this out with some coworkers and it was okay. Normal sports bar looking place. I ordered the mahi mahi with a Caesar salad instead of fries or rice whatever it came with. They brought out all our food but my salad and it took a while for her to come back around so i could get her attention so i waited while everyone ate. Finally got my salad and the Caesar dressing is on the side. I dunno about you but it's hard to mix that dressing in when the bowl is full of lettuce so that was an annoyance. After messing around i was able to plop my fish on my salad and eat it, which was pretty good. Overall it was okay, solid 3.5 in my book. Good luck guys
Had been to this place on a Friday evening and it was very good - Its a good Tavern for evening parties and drinks. This has born fire place and absolutely loved this. The beer they serve in Bongs is super fresh and tasty. But limited food options. Fried deviled eggs is nice. Ordered a platter of nachos they are super tasty and served hot. I loved it. Your dinner is done along with your drinks snacks, if you order this platter . Overall a good experience. The server who served was very friendly , polite and helpful.
Used to love coming here for their huge firepit and outdoor area. Went yesterday with friends. Firepit wasnt on even though they said it would be. Bar tenders couldnt be bothered to check on guests at the bar Had to literally flagg down a bartender just to be ignored. When we did get drinks most were too sweet or full of ice to taste anything. Food took forever to come out of kitchen. Tasted bad....and bland. Friends wanted to hang out and chill for a few... But we all left early cause of how bad service was. Manager was also very rude and unfriendly.... i doubt this place will stay open long..
Atmosphere, and service was good. But the food was mediocre. The flatbread seemed like they were running low on sauce and came out of a box. The duck wings were ok I guess. The calamari was good but they give you a tablespoon of the spicy marinara and when we asked for more it never came.
Food is good Only handful items are good here. Service is very very slow compared to other restaurants. Tv’s inside the houses are all faded and green screens. Felt like a boring place. The person on the front desk is like half a sleep 😴 and won’t care on who’s coming or going out not even welcoming or wishing We sat inside for more than 30 minutes for a service to attend- running very low on staff. Over all not good and faded on a Saturday night
Service is so slow it's unbelievable. Food is just okay. It's fine, but would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Tommy's
Served us baked chicken wings, plane with sauce on the side. This is how they treated a gluten allergy. The manager was also not helpful, could not even look at us just over us with a fake smile. She did take the wings off the order but how do you serve plane chicken wings
I was disappointed with the service and the hostess here. After waiting 10 minutes at the door hostess showed up and didn't even greet us. Started walking with the menus, so we weren't sure to follow her or stay at the door. Food was okay. Waitress forgot about our drinks till the food came. She was no where near to be found when we needed her. Always at the kitchen. We needed to get other servers attention to get her. I don't think I will ever go back here.
I went with my daughter for my birthday last Sunday the service was bad. The starters and entree’ came the same time so it got cold on the table. The Loaded Nachos was more melted cheese and little of the other things which made it more chewy than crispy. I was so disappointed we had to bring it home. I am still upset because my daughter wanted to go somewhere else but I convinced her to come there.
The Atmosphere is what you would expect from a tavern and the big fireplace was pretty cool. Once seated we immediately ordered water and cocktails and our water came out in a few minutes but our cocktails took really long time. We ordered our food which was an appetizer and 2 entrie which also took a really long timr to reach our table. The big pretzel was really good. We got ribs and wings. The ribs were good, but some of the wings were undercooked and dry. Immediately asked for the check and left. Buffalo Wild Wings would have been better and cheaper.
Very nice atmosphere a beautiful fireplace, but it took forever for a waiter to come serve us. He walked right by us and said oh I didn’t know that nobody came here -after I asked if he was a waiter Cheesesteak was a lousy there was no meat in it. It was all bread. My dining companion said the french fries were cold He sent them back and he said the next batch was cold
Came in for happy hour on a Wednesday. Place was a ghost town with only one table sat and 2 separate groups at the bar top. Our experience wasn't great. The bartender was friendly and was attentive to our drinks, the experience in regards to the food wasn't good at all. We ordered 2 things, jumbo pretzel and chicken fingers with fries. The pretzel came out quick, less than 5 minutes, and it was massive probably the largest one I've ever seen but it came with these tiny souffle cups of dipping sauces which doesn't seem right. It took over 15 minutes for the chicken fingers to arrive. In the meantime the female manager was wandering around doing nothing but checking her phone and counting the ceiling tiles or light bulbs. There was 0 concern about the fact that my partner was missing her food. Once we got the chicken fingers they were room temperature at best and the fries were soggy. It was definitely left in the heat lamp for a while. While I understand it was too slow and not busy enough for a food runner, the staff needs to have dinning room awareness. The manager needs to visit guests and patrons. We didn't complain about this but it's concerning that this happened when there was no more than 10 people in the entire restaurant.
I ordered a south paw burger two times. The first time I’m sure that I said well done and when I got home my burger was so pink inside.Though I was sure I wasn’t 100% if I said well done or not so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Because of this, the next time I ordered I made sure that it was said well done, however once I got home and began to eat my burger it was still pink inside. This time it seemed as if they charred the outside for a few seconds and that was it. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I don’t live around the corner and can’t easily go back. I don’t think I’ll be going back after this.
Food does not appear as it does online, pizza was unappetizing, chicken wings were super dry, and chicken salad had no flavor. I didn't eat the salad, and wasn't asked if my food was ok. Instead I was charged for everything. And to top it all off, flys and fruit flys were everywhere (including my food.) Terrible experience for my daughter and I.
Despite photographing well, the food was very bad. I can't think of a time where I had to ask for a replacement meal. The appetizer "knockout shrimp" was not too bad. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, but the sauce and slaw were not bad. The fish and chips with tots were beyond palatable. It's possible that the oil wasn't hot enough because the tots and fish were filled with grease. Service was also slow. How slow? When it was time to close the check, I had to go to the bar because the server was no where to be found for at least 30 min. So bad experience to say the least.
Went to this establishment last night as we usually do. There has been a few times where we had longer waiting and it’s acceptable during busy hours. Walked in and was seated right away. There were a couple waiters/waitress sitting on a table near the entrance having a conversation and having drinks. Plenty of staff for the amount of costumers at the time. 10 minutes went by with staff going by us with no service being provided. Two young females walked in and were seated at a booth near us. Now 15 minutes go by still no service and plenty of waiters going by. Five minutes later the females got service while we were waiting for a total of 20 minutes. We feel as the attention was due to the difference in ethnicity and there is no doubt about it. Will never set foot here again and will make sure i spread the word to all friends and family as this is totally unacceptable.
I don't even want to waste my time speaking about my experience. But I will say this I was born and raised in South Plainfield and still currently here and when the brick house first open I was probably one of the first 100 people to walk through them doors, and I had a lot of good times there. But them good times are over brickhouse is not the same. I could definitely go into detail but to be quite honest I don't even feel like it I don't even want to cuz I'm going to get myself angry again. Just left there and I was not pleased with the service whatsoever that's all I'm going to say brickhouse is not the same it's far from the same. And the flatbread pizza LOL come on guys the pizza was no bigger than the ellio's frozen pizza. I'm never going back there again and I said that once before but tonight solidified it. Look at that weak flatbread pizza really one pepperoni on each cut come on what happened to the love what happened to the detail on the pizza you guys used to put the green garnish it used to be a lot bigger than that it used to be wholesome now it's no different than the frozen pizza that was thrown in the oven. LOL you guys are getting my money anymore that's for sure. And for the ones that love it or plan on heading there go ahead it's not going to affect me LOL I know one thing for sure and two things for certain I won't be there ever again. It was such a great place but it's definitely not the same no more. Adios
What a shame! Went to have lunch with a friend, I told her the food was good, it was a very embarrassing lunch! All the food was old and re heated, our server didn’t check on us at all, we spent $56! I emailed the company to complain they didn’t even respond. I wanted to complain at the restaurant but manager was no where to be found
My server was amazing she was the best part of my experience, but there was an older Indian male I’m assuming the manager? The way he spoke to her was extremely demeaning, in front of guests! He talked to her as if she wasn’t a human being, she was a champ about it and said it’s just how he is. How could you as a manager talk to a team member in such a way? He tried to make small talk with my wife & I but the entire time my wife was infuriated! Corporate has to look into this guy immediately! I’m a restaurant owner and there’s no way I would let an individual like this run my restaurant! Completely unacceptable
The manager on duty (12/20), was very rude to us. Yes, due to uncertainty of our plans we had to close the tab twice but we asked for bartender drinks for the 3rd time. The party was big and we were paying heavy tip with every closure. For no reason, manager was irritated and used a very rude tone to all of us. We were enjoying the place and he ruined for us. He threatened us in a very rude tone and did not serve us. He also faked call 911 to threaten us. It was very unprofessional
🤢 ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING - AVOID THIS PLACE! My first and **definitely last** visit to this restaurant was an appalling experience from start to finish. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone. The issues began the moment we were seated. The booth seating was **shockingly run down**, sinking so deeply that you could actually feel the **wooden support pieces digging into your butt**. Directly next to us, the wall was covered in old, disgustingly dirty **food splatter**. Even worse, the two plates placed on our table were visibly dirty, displaying **fresh-looking, leftover food stains**—it was clear they had not been washed or even properly rinsed before being set out for us to use, which is a major health concern. Adding to the filth, the entire dining area was plagued by **fruit flies or gnats**, constantly buzzing around our faces and landing on our food. It was impossible to eat peacefully, and this is extremely concerning for a winter month like December. For a Friday night, the restaurant was surprisingly dead, yet the service was **horrendous**. We were constantly left waiting—for our orders to be taken, for our food to be delivered, and for our drinks. There was absolutely **zero attentiveness** from the staff. The drink selection was poor, and the drinks we ordered were awful. They were noticeably **watered down**, mostly filled with juice, and clearly lacking the appropriate amount of liquor. To top it off, the drinks also arrived late. When the food finally arrived, it was **not tasty**. This place is clearly very **run down** and operates without any care for sanitation or customer service. **I would never come back here, and I highly recommend others stay far away. 0/5 stars.**
I gave it a one star because without choosing a star you cannot leave a review. My family and I could not believe the poor service & the poor quality & food presentation. First we had to arrange the corner table, because it was set incorrectly, the side that is straight was actually on the inside of the booth, as supposed to on the outside. Firstly the food came out room temperature. We ordered a triple cheese burger thus to our surprise the burger looked like they took several pieces of beef patties tossed some cheese & placed it between 2 buns not worth $18 dollars. The kids chicken tenders came out cut into small pieces (Kitchen staff please note you should never cut kids food, without prior authorization from the parent). the fries were room temperature cold. 1/2 a rack bbq ribs were dry, don’t get me started with the glaze bbq sauce you can tell the plate it sat on the counter or heating lamp not worth $28. I’ll let the pictures say the rest. We also ordered their Thai chicken salad, to our surprise the peanut sauce & honey lime vinaigrette dressing was so spicy that we could not eat it. We were not aware that the dressing was spicy. There was no mentioned of it being spicy. Our guess developed a reaction, tongue got bumpy & red. As far as our waitress, when speaking to her she made no eye contact, she would look ahead towards to the glass window looking outiside. She never came back to see how we were doing or if we wanted another round of drinks, drinks etc. We had to ask for utensils and side plates. I’ve been to the BH in Tinton Falls & it is literally day & night compared to the Stelton Road South Plainfield location.
