Good food. This location is great on the Westside. Everywhere else Burger King, Sonic, McDonald's all suck on that side of town because they are too slow and ice cream machimes never work. Dairy Queen is fast as hell compared to them on the West side.
For this being a location in the westside of San Antonio you'd think it would not be great. IT has been a long time since I have been to any Dairy Queen. Let me say this location was awesome. Food was great hot n fresh. They even had their A plus rating posted.

Hands down to this location. The windows through the drive thur were super clean that I could see clearly though the windows. I was able to witness every employee using a mask and gloves. I can thank enough these people are doing a great job. Thank you for being safe and caring for your customers.
Great place for fast food. I love the fish basket. This is one of our go to places for treats and eats as they say on TV. If your looking for a quick bite or meal you will not be disappointed. Great service too.

Dairy Queen to who it May concern. The few times I've gone by there I get the worst service I ever had. Once with my meal I wanted a couple of water they would not give it to me I'm guessing because they didn't have any water water cups. My last visit. I waited at the counter to place my order. No one didn't even acknowledge me they would look at me and wouldn't even acknowledging they would just turn and walk the other way including the manager. I've waited about 10 minutes and I left. I hate to say this but you guys suck. To corporate or to anyone who is reading this. I hope someone can turn his face around. Real good customer service
The best burger i have had from dairy queen. Darren Rew was the guy that was working the grill and something about the way he cooked it made it taste so much better then other dq's i been to. I think he sould train other cooks how he made it. Give him a raise.
The food was great. Typically that's what anyone would say; especially when your starving. However, being sincere. It was good. Fresh. Now the service? I was blown away. Fantastic. It was closer to 9:30pm when I arrived. Their doors close at 10:00pm. Even though it was near closing time. The staff and this location were on point with service. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention to any names, (this was a super late dinner for me...my mind was on food). This store was the General McMullen and 90 location. Good job guys and girls....
The young staff was on point! I went during the late hours while my husband was washing the car. The young lady made me smoothie perfect so glad she recommeneded it to me❤ they have me laughing I felt like a part of the family. Recommend this restaurant over another friendly staff always taking care of you first and very clean. This store service has gottening so much better. Better staff more happy environment cheap food and a nice place over all

Manager could careless about anything Some workers are rude some are nice but food is always good last time my cone was smaller than usual (I go to dq for the reason that there ice cream is better than anywhere so I kinda want my cone large if I order it large lol if not I would of just went to trash McDonalds lol) but I love dq manager is rude tho lol iykyk
So I went to Dairy Queen on Nogalitos waited 15 min to take my order just so they could tell me they didn’t have what I wanted so we decided to go to Dairy Queen on General McMillan while arriving, we saw the line in the drive-through extremely long and people waited inside. We decided to get off anyway, and that was a good decision. Just wanted to let everyone know that those employees at the general McMullen Dairy Queen were fast kind and quick our food was out within 8-10 min tops And that drive-through just kept moving and moving and moving all the staff helped each other no one was just standing around everyone working hard ..we were 100% satisfied we give the employees in the manager a 10 out of 10. Keep up the good job guys and I will definitely be going back.
You need my workers ! They are short handed and more happiness in here and Jericho and Micheal tried there best and did awesome handling the people and busy lanes
Stopped to grab some lunch and of course a treat! The grilled chicken salad was fresh and delicious. The banana split was scrumptious as well. The girl working the window was great. She was friendly and polite. Will definitely be back.
Make sure you speak up when ordering, sometimes they miss things. And like every DQ in history, they don't mix blizzards all the way to the bottom, even if you get a small. But the food is great, and servers are friendly.
Food was great. The service was quick and helpful. Only complaint was flies in the dining area were bothersome but it is that time of year. Tables and booths were clean.

Good ice cream. Especially the banana split. I always get this order and it's the best. Unfortunately, compare to rural Dairy Queens, this banana split serving is less with small scoops and not enough toppings. Definitely go again but not this location but a rural location because they serve much better servings. But I understand for an urban restaurant to serve less quantity but you can't mess with my banana split.
Service was way better than most DQ. The food was good, but they didn't have somethings that were supposed to be on the menu. But, food was good!
Stopped in after baseball a few nights ago for some blizzards. The drive thru was packed so we decided to go inside. There was a bit of a wait inside as well. Employees were helpful and kind. Blizzards we’re yummy! We tried the new Brookie blizzard and I got the Royal ultimate. A few tables were dirty inside. So maybe some attention to those in the future would be good.
Overall we had a good visit. We stopped in because our kids saw the Treats and Eats promotion while we were on the WS of town and they remembered there was a DQ on the way home. We stopped in and ordered our food inside since it was too dangerous to sit on General McMullen with traffic whizzing by. We were greeted by an older lady and she was nice, the younger guy walking around almost seemed like he was looking for a fight and seemed intimidating. So we avoided him. Our son ordered his special and it was good according to him. The fries were crispy and the burger was well cooked. Our daughter had the chicken strips kid's meal, her chicken was not over cooked. Both meals had self serve drinks. The 4 star rating was because of the ice creams that came with the meals. They were given to Thomas soon as we ordered even though we asked for them when the order was ready. Instead they got them early and had to eat them before they ate their food since they were melting. Other than that and that one guy, it was good.
Be there twice on different dates and not in the same week and each time they were out of bananas for a banana split 🍌 Managers need to tell car lot owner across the street that parking is for DQ customers.
We usually have a good experience there...Great food great customer service, except last night. Disappointed when we got there at 8:45pm and we're told the dining area was going to be for to-go orders only. If the dining area is going to be closed early before closing time it should be posted or at least announced to people waiting. Next time we know not to go after 8.
The food and snacks are always great from the place but the staffs attitude is a no go for me... Every time I go and order food they make faces or remarks. Like I forced them to take that job. Today I asked for military discount on my 50+ dollar order and because I had one medium shake on there they didn't want to give it to me, so I said just take off the shake and she was like.. (uh I don't have time for this) she then walked away, came back and give it to me with the shake on there. So like I said good food and snacks but the personal stuff need a like fine tuning.
I have had lunch at this establishment a couple of times now, therefore I feel I can fairly review it. First impression as you walk in is that this place has seen better days. It is old and run down with a persistent musty smell. It is not overpowering, but you can smell it. Lunchtime was not busy, but the service was slow. Maybe it was because of drive thru traffic, but I was surprised at how slow a single to go order took on multiple occasions. The staff was courteous and polite, so kudos there. The food was OK. It was not bad by any means, but nothing stood out. My other choice for a burger nearby is McDonald's and I am definitely not going there. Overall it is an acceptable place to eat. Don't expect too much and you will not be disappointed.
Came in for a special that I saw and the lady was rude when I asked her about the special. She didn’t even let me finish asking about the special she just told me no. I will definitely not be coming back here again
I ordered just some ice cream in a cup and she called it a vanilla sundae in order to charge for an actual sundae...smdh Then I ordered a banana split blizzard that only had stuff in half of the blizzard and the other half was just ice cream that hadn't been mixed with the other ingredients. None of their fryers were working either. Definitely won't be going to this DQ again!!!!
Ordered a large and medium blizzard at drive thru , got a large and a small, the drive thru chick gave it to me and ran away . At 5 bucks for a medium I do not want a small size . Left upset 05-15-2024 about 1:15 PM
There was miss communication to us. One of the workers there was rude and they took forever to have the food ready. My daughter's father tried to order a while after that as well and was told it would be 1.5 hour wait. They were out of several items as well. My granddaughters did have fun but over all not worth to have a party. They also need employees with better customer service skills
Foods ok, location and parking suck. There's a car lot across the street that seems to have people park at DQ. I couldn't find a spot and went elsewhere
Slow service. Paying by app adds 10 minutes to wait time. Lo tech servors. Servors ran out of milk while preparing milk shakes. He substituted water. Got a refund.

Normally, I have good experiences, but this location was horrible. I did takeout, it started with the cashier being on her phone texting as I was trying to give her my order, she kept asking for help( as if she was confused & lost). Next, it took almost 30 mins for my food & dipped cone. When my order was finally ready, it was given to me with no bag or napkins & she forgot about my dipped cone when I reminded her twice. She went to go make my cone, and came back with a dripping & sticky & poorly dipped as if a 3-old year did it! What's worse is that the food was burnt & my dipped cone tasted like wax. It's the last time I'll go to this location!
The service is so slow, spent 20 minutes of my lunch break in the drive thru lane. Went for the tacos special, 7 tacos $15. Used to be 1.49 each....didn't know prices changed til time to pay.
Went through the drive-through at 9:45pm and ordered fries and a blizzard. When I got my fries, they were cold. I asked for fresh fries only to get a horrible attitude stating we already closed the kitchen! Glass sliding door slammed in my face, then they stated they will make you fresh ones! My question is why close the kitchen before you close? Or why take my order for food if kitchen closed 15 minutes early? Why should I get an attitude and snapped at and window slammed in my face for wanting fresh food? Maybe change close time to 9:45pm? Or post sign stating we close our kitchen early please dont order food or you will get the food thats been sitting dont ask for fresh food.
Horrible location if you want quick service. Ordered 1 Oreo blizzard and they took 25 minutes to make it, when I asked why it was taking so long they had no answer and had already made the blizzard. The worker made the blizzard and just put it in the freezer without ever giving it to me until I asked
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! The employee at the window got my my order wrong I was served a strawberry milkshake instead of a strawberry blizzard. After telling the employee at the window at least 4x he told me he couldn’t take it back. I drive around to the front and approached the employee again as he brought another customers order. Again he told me he “couldn’t take it back and would call the manager out to talk to me” the manager never came. I went in and the manager was so RUDE AND VERY UN PROFESSIONAL. The manager was yelling at me in front of her employees telling me that’s what I ordered and I wasn’t going to get my strawberry blizzard or my money back! The manager continued talking over me and when I got louder with her she stops and says “but why you yelling tho” and when I asked her for her name and the number to corporate she said “I ain’t given you you my name”. I left with no blizzard or my money back. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Why is that older lady so mean 😕 not a good way to run a restaurant. She needs some kind of training . My food, which was a meal combo, was cold.i didnt even want to complain , cared they would spit on my food.lol
Went on Saturday 9:29 pm placed my order and the older lady said it's only to go. I asked her what time do they close she said 10. We still had 30min. ordered a burrito and 2 blizzards the burrito came out first and we were still waiting on the blizzard so my wife started to eat the burrito and the lady Laura says you can't eat in here it's only to go. I told her we still had 30min till closing she kept mumbling and told me what ever. If that's the case you'll should close at 9:30. Laura needs more training for customer service. Will not be returning to this location. Everyone there looks miserable. We finished eating our ice cream and burrito by 9:50
Always seems to be a staffing issue with this store. This time I get to the drive through speaker and immediately advised they are backed up on grill orders and only taking ice cream orders in drive thru? I advised I was ordering a blizzard and coke and she repeated they were only taking ice cream orders! Well with 4 cars in front and 4 behind me there is no way to get out of the line so I waited until the 4 cars in front were serviced. They should have posted a sign warning those headed to drive-thru of the situation before wasting the customers time.
Worst customer service ever! I went in for the new mint blizzard, but accidentally said peppermint while pointing to the new blizzard. All a while the cashier was very rude, i couldn't even finish ordering one thing before she would say, "Is that is? Your total is.." I finally finished ordering and waited not too long. Once our blizzards came out we noticed they were incorrect so we asked if we can have them replaced. we immediately got a response of "NO, i'm not redoing it, thats what you get" we were shocked at how rude the cashier was. I asked again to have my item redone as it was not what i ordered and she had clearly confirmed in the beginning what i wanted. She eventually brought out who i would assume would be the manager who came in steaming hot and pointed straight to my face and said " YOU ordered peppermint thats peppermint, you will NOT get a replacement" At this point i was not happy with how things were turning as i just wanted a replacement, so i instead asked for a refund as i was not satisfied with my order. I was then told i couldn't get a refund either and I had to call corporate.......for $7.... which i thought was ridiculous. I said okay not an issue, if i'm going to call corporate i would need your name so i can include who i spoke to. Both refused to give me their names, which i respected. I then said why would i call corporate with out anyones names to go along with my complaint. We easily could have resolved this issue but both employees decided to be rude and not take care of my order. Let alone they had about 5 other customers waiting for partial items that were missing from their orders. To wrap this up, this location has been THE WORST experience i've had with dairy queen let alone ANY restaurant. This place needs a new manager and new employees and might want to throw in some customer service training too. Never returning here again. If i could rate them below a zero i would. I decided to go to Whataburger instead in which i was treated to a free shake after hearing my experience at their competitors location.
Service was very slow. Ordered & paid online, I arrived at the designated time. Sent notifications of my arrival, the car I was driving & my location in parking lot. After waiting 10min. I got down to see why it was not brought out. Turns out nobody paid attention to the ticket sitting on the their chit printerw/ my order. The manager came up asked if I still wanted it, grabbed the ticket & yelled to the kitchen. She never acknowledged my inconvenience by the negligence of her establishment to fulfill my order. Infact she was a bit curt w/ me. The manager net a refresher course on customer service. For that reason I will avoid going there. The burger was lesser than. In the past we thought it was good, but not anymore. The word lesser than describes this one site perfectly .
Went through the drive through and the lady messed up my order 4 times. Finally got to the window and asked if she could add a blizzard to my order and she told me I'd have to drive around and order again! WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE! The food was cold, the bread was soggy and the workers were rude. This place just sucked. I don't recommend it at all.
I ordered online so I didn't have to worry about the long line or waiting. Wellllll it didn't happen like that. I was told on the site to pick order between 8:41pm-8:51pm. I get here and it's like 8:45pm walk to door it's closed and locked. They wanted me to go to drive-thru which I was avoiding because it was long 5 cars to be exact. I called to see if I really had to go to drive thru to pick up order they answered and I asked they said yes. I asked what time do they close the Lobby so next time I can avoid this problem. She responded with at 9pm, oh really cuz it's barely 8:50. She says sorry but we do what our manager tells us. I finally get to the speaker and they can't find my order. I was told to pull up to the window so now I'm waiting longer and have to deal with this. I show the order and was given part of my order they were still missing a banana split. This is horrible customer service and loss of money.
Lady at the drive through is rude! Went there two times a week apart. She was rude both times. Instead of telling me there closed she just Motion it to me, second time she came on the speaker phone, and said ‘’ We are still closed’’ but with an attitude…. Google says y’all open at 10, so you might want to change that… I had to call and ask what time they open, because the lady wouldn’t tell me at the drive through… She needs to be retrained on how to treat customers, because that sure isn’t it…
I waited so long for my order 45 min just for one chicken basket, then they lost my ticket. When I told the cashier she went to the back and never came out. Had to call the manager which was no help she had to ask me what was wrong. So obviously the cashier didn't tell her. I waited another 10 min for my order. All that with no apologies. Then I call back to get the corporate number. The manager tells me to Google dairy Queen to get the number. She said she didn't have it available. Erica was the manager that told me that. Very poor customer service.
I ordered a double burger with cheese and it was made incorrectly. There was only one patty and it was burned on one side. I drove all the way back to DQ and I was told I can pay for an extra patty and I can add it to my already cold burger. Wowwww... I find this extremely rude and unprofessional. Very poor service and my experience here was NOT pleasant at all. Now I know why I don't shop at DQ.
Do not know how to do there job. Didn't start my door dash until i arrived they said they didn't receive lies. Then he starts my drinks to just let them sit for 20 minutes so everything melted worst service ever. They were just standing around with there sweet time never cone back again no one ever should.
Literally this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star ! Manager in this place is rude, honestly she needs more training on how to better serve a customer ! I asked for a banana split they literally didn’t put no toppings on it so when I asked to put a little bit more they said they had to charge me . I told her look there’s literally 4 little pineapples on top with no syrup and she said and tried to explain that there’s nothing she can do . I asked for a refund she said it would take 3 days I would have to come back for refund . Please don’t waist your time going there. Manager is as a African America older lady didn’t get here name but I just left there today is August 26 went around 12:30
Just left from this DQ. Our receipt says we paid at 9:05pm. When we got there before 9pm we were told we had to get our order to go. Why? I thought they were opened till 10pm. They barricaded the dining area with chairs. We ordered 3 orders of crispy tacos but in 1 of the orders I only asked for 2 tacos. They gave us 2 boxes with 4 tacos in each box. It should have been 1 box with 3 tacos, 1 box with 3 tacos & 1 box with 2 tacos. They got so mad & upset when I asked them to put them separate since these were for 3 different people, and "Jeffrey" one of the cooks that fixed the tacos wasn't even wearing gloves, but he was handling all the food (gross). I also ordered a sweet tea but was told they had none so I asked for a cup so I could at least get some ice and I was told I had to buy it just as if I was purchasing the tea. After all this they could have at least given me a complimentary cup with ice. Never again. What A Burger might be further down but worth the extra drive.
Will not order from this location again… i ordered thru doordash a kids meal which doesn’t come with toast n I wanted to add toast to my order like I did the last time at another location which I was charged for cause they added to my order when I called them cause it doesn’t give u that option on they DoorDash menu to add toast, just like you can when u order in the store. Well this location doesn’t answer the phone and when I asked my dasher to asks them to add toast to my order they refused. I guess some locations isn’t the same when it comes to customer service .
They take forever on the drive through especially when the inside is empty I counted five employees and they can’t even speed up their drive through?? Ridiculous.
I don't drink sodas Fountain or otherwise young man who took my order said that they don't have sweet Tea and so I asked for a discount for the drink and said no ask for management and there was no one asked for assistance, lead , head cashiers and he said no one is in charge right now so he didn't even try to ask anyone to see if I could get something else but was shut down with a flat out NO... Very disappointed my neighborhood DQ and it's run under no supervision
Cashier had excellent customer service. Food was great. I gave one star because the manager has no managing skills. She was a complete disrespectful and incompetent manager towards her employees. She was talking down and using profanity over orders that were mixed up. Telling the employees to stop trying to do her job. Mind you I was in the lobby eating while this was happening. Very unprofessional!!!! Someone needs training or to be Counseled. This all happened on 12/8 between 1pm and 2pm
You guys need to work on your customer service. There was no greeting and no "we'll be there in as moment". We were walk-ins and waited at the register for at least 5 minutes with all of the employees randomly looking at us every 5 seconds with no reply. We just wanted ice cream. And there was only three cars in drive thru with only a handful of people in the dining room. Left after 8 minutes of no greeting or responses. Train your employees please.
This is the second time we visit this location just for some ice cream. It's 6:42pm and we are turned away. We were told they were no longer taking orders because they were behind on orders. 4 people in the lobby. 1 car ahead of us 2 cars behind us. Those 2 cars were turned away as well. 1 staff member walking around by the beverage station and another by the window. Where is the Team Work?
My experience at this location was bad. Ordered a few meals for my kids and as I tried to order the cashier taking my order kept saying what else what else what else and would not allow me to complete my order. And as I went to go pay at the window the cashier was the rudest ever. No hello no thank you. I asked a question and her answer was Nah. These cashiers forger that they have a JOB because of us customers. They need to be replaced with happy helpful employees. I WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE.
We love DQ but this place has gone down hill for months now. Every time we go they are rude and in a rush. If it's not the spoons missing, it's the bags, or the napkins then when we ask for anything all we get back is attitude! This place needs to close already if not new staff that wants to work. I understand being in a rush but why the attitude all the time.
as a doordasher ive never experienced problems with receiving the items im supposed to pick up for some reason some lady with dreads and an older lady with glasses gave me a really hard time with my order and they refused to service me. never again will recommend this place and their stupid policies. i was trying to talk to the lady in dreads correctly but she was still being very rude with me, yall want horrible service then there you go😂👏
An employee started closing the dinning area at 830pm. At 905pm a family of 5 was told their close, as they were leaving they told a family of 4 and.they left. So I guess sales aren't important because store hours are open till 10p. I know they want to close, but they started at 830p. I took a pic of the dinning room barrier
Very disappointing experience. It’s always the same when we come here—which isn’t often—and unfortunately today was no different. The staff seems very young and untrained, and worst of all, they were extremely rude to us. If they don’t want to be there, that’s their choice—but there’s no reason to take it out on customers who are simply trying to enjoy a meal. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor service every time.
There was some older lady that was give me a hassle I’m disabled and she was giving me hard time her customer service was horrible and I will never come back
Waited 1 hr behind 4 ppl just to get 2 melted sundaes and 2 completely melted banana splits. They don't give you the amount of ice cream you pay for and when you ask about it they say they go by weight. The girl that works there has no clue what she's doing. Large orders will definitely be wrong so check it. And asking for cheese that was suppose to be in your burger will get your burger in the microwave. The kids that work here need better management and training. Just cause it's the Westside does not excuse this horrendous service.

Place needs a remodel. Cashier old lady wouldn’t give me ketchup 🤷🏼♂️ says she put some in my bag. Opened my bag to 1 packet for a large fry that was cold. They no longer use the app to order. 👎🏻. Guess I’ll go to the one on military for a better experience. Also the ice machine had mold.

I was seeing family and we were craving Chili Dogs. We go to the drive through window and asked if they had Chili Dogs. The girl working the speaker had zero clue and had to ask. She first said no and then said yes. We asked a follow up question and you could tell she was struggling. If you have ever been to Dairy Queen, you should know the menu and know what you have and do not have. The service was lacking big time. We ended up leaving because we figured if we tried to order, she would screw that up as well. I am not sure what is going on at this location. They seriously either need to train their employees or hire ones that actually want to work.

Just think about ordering your food and then them getting mad at you for you asking for them to correct your food and then want to recharge you for the food that they have to redo. Yeah you go to this place if you want that to happen.
This place is poor in customer service and food. On a Sunday night we waited 1 hour, YES, 1 hour in line for ordering and then to receive food. This joint needs to close down.
Pulled up and was asked to wait. After six minutes of waiting, placed my ordered and repeated it three times. Waiting in line you can see the employees joking around except the cooks. Takes another 15 minutes for me to receive my food. My order was wrong, then asked to correct it. Spoke to the manager and explain my frustration and was told it will be another 8 minutes on my order. I recommend order at another location, this is the second time this has happened. These issues won’t be fixed. Really disappointed especially when there was no one inside ordering any food.
Worst customer service ever, very slow service did not follow request on my order. I requested every thing on the side like previously and I heard the guy in the kitchen say, No can do. I seriously thought he was joking but he wasn’t. Very disappointed because they’ve been pretty good before. This meal is for my 94 year old dad and loves his hot dogs plain. He controls the toppings but not today he ended up with a sloppy mess.
The food was good the service was great but the fact that they had a girl working in there with no hair net I think it's very disgusting her hair was flying around everywhere.
Don’t go to this Dairy Queen after 8pm on Tuesdays. There seems to be lots of workers but no one wanting to work register to take orders inside. Waited several minutes and had several employees look at me and just pass by. I noticed at least three drive thru cars getting their orders at the window area and drive away. When I walked out of restaurant, one employee attended the person behind me. I wonder if I was being discriminated against? Anyway, I prefer to be denied from getting my order taken, then having my food order messed up or messed with.
I have gone to this Dairy Queen since I was a child. This last time was an experience to remember and not in a good way. The drive thru was long, when I finally ordered the lady on the intercom kept asking if I wanted vanilla in my coke and I had to tell her 3 different times no, only to still get vanilla in my coke. 🤦🏻♀️. I asked for an ice cream sandwich for my son and had to remind the same lady 3 more times about the ice cream, only to get the bag and then have to park to go and ask her for the ice cream. At the window, we could hear another customer screaming at them for the long wait, and the wrong order. There were two younger men working the fryers and the words coming out of their mouths were disturbing. There are signs on the windows about refunds and orders, but what got me the most was the sign that said, “looking for people who actually want to work” one of the worse ways to find people. I’m 35, I group up over in the west side. My grandmother use to take me every weekend before heading home and this was definitely the worse experience I have ever had.
I had the most worst experience at this location, As soon as my mom came out with the ice cream we tried it in the parking lot and it tasted funny we immediately went back in to return and request a refund but we’re Argued with by the manager… she literally was so Confrontational and did not want to even listen to what I had to say start appointing her fingers telling me like I already told your little mom there has to be something wrong with it for us to refund you and there’s nothing wrong with it and I said me her and my brother I’ll take that or ice cream it tasted funny the milk tasted like it was either a old milk bag or they don’t clean their ice cream machine out, The parfait everything was sloppy blizzard wasn’t even mixed right The parfait What is barely layered and instead of giving us peanuts like it’s supposed to come with they gave us all the leftover skin of the peanuts The lady manager there that you can see in the picture I really don’t understand how she is even a manager doesn’t have any communication skills and just wants to be confrontational when I asked for corporate number she said Google it I’m busy You could hear her and other employees talking about me I kept asking for her name she did not want to give me her name I kept asking what’s the problem all I want is a refund the ice cream doesn’t taste good I guess she doesn’t know how to issue a refund the way she argued & refused .. I’m very unhappy and unsatisfied I ended up throwing all 3 ice creams right away and will never return to this location
