I have been coming here for about year with my wife and this has been our go to spot for boba drinks and ramen! This time I got the Takoyaki as the app. Beef chashu and Honey milk tea boba & Shrimp tempura for our meals. (Total. $43.56) The service is always nice to deal with and I wish more places had this kinda energy. Very kid friendly and plenty of places to sit. Parking is free and plentiful.

The food is so scrumptious. it’s my favorite ramen place. I love it like crazy. My usual is the grilled shrimp ramen with shoyu soup and I add the chili oil they provide and it’s heaven!!! The soup comes with six shrimp but I always add more it’s like 1.50 each.

After have lived in Japan for 5 years we have been searching for a Ramen shop that compares. Ginza does just that, Pork belly miso ramen and side of gyoza teleported back to my favorite restaurant back in misawa Japan. So delicious and consistent everytime I have come back. As close to authentic Raman I’ve found, aside from being back in Japan.

Very clean restaurant with both, easy to order self kiosk and cashier counter. Ramen is terrific with great flavor. The broth is perfectly seasoned. We really enjoyed this place. Two thumbs up!

Ordered the Pork Combo Tonkotsu, and it was delicious. The pork belly in the ramen dish was my favorite. It was crisp and chewy. The chef came out and noticed that I was adding spicy to my dish and brought me a small cup of extra spicy sauce. I tried it on my chopstick, and oh my goodness, I could see why they don't set it out. It had a lot of kick. A little goes a long way with it. Anyhow, the ramen was very good and the staff was friendly. They don't have a fountain machine for drinks but you can buy bottled water, and other specialty drink. We also got some milk tea and it tasted very good. I'm glad I finally tried this spot!

Came here on a Friday as was in the mood for Poke & Gyudon. It was a little too hot for Ramen in this 100+ degree temperatures, but will be back in the winter for Ramen. There wasn't a line so ordered at the register, but there are two self-ordering kiosks right past the counter. Ordered the 3 protein Poke, Gyudon (Beef Rice Bowl), Takoyaki, and the Squid Salad. On the Poke, you get to pick 3 sauces and 3 toppings, then it's .25 for each extra. They brought the appetizers out first within 5 minutes, then brought out the main dishes 5 minutes later. The fish in the Poke and the squid in the Salad were all very fresh. The Gyudon had nice thin cuts of beef that were very juicy and tasty that was served over the rice. The Takoyaki had a nice crispy crunchy batter on the outside and filled with nice bits of octopus inside. I enjoyed all the food, so will definitely come back for the Ramen.

Let me tell you... if you haven't had ramen or want a good bowl, you need to come here. We have tried others from the lower valley and this is truly better. First time here so if its your first time I'd recommend miso, their miso soup is awesome especially if your looking for a creamier broth. Shoyu ramen is less creamy but very bold if your into flavor. Their noodles are thinner, but oh mannn the ingredients used are fresh, the fish cake is sweeter which I enjoyed and the crunch from the ear mushrooms and beansprouts were the perfect touch of texture that complimented the bowl. That egg was so creamy and perfectly marinated, the pork nice and tender and my crispy chicken was a great addition to both add in my soup and dip in their homemade sauce which I loved, reminded me of a sweet and sour chicken. For the price your not going to leave mad or hungry. We had their Gyoza too for an appetizer, its like a chicken dumpling...mmm mm mmmm, the dipping sauce is more on the tart side but my husband liked that, I honestly loved it alone. Truly a staple location, we will come back when we are back in San Antonio. My husband demolished his, I took my time to enjoy it but either way we left happy and when we sat in the car we wanted nothing but to take a nap. Good feelings after a good bowl of ramen for sure, so thank you for an amazing meal☺️

This place has been here for about five years and the best for poke. I’ve always ordered the poke with several protein choices. Their paper method to fill out what you want is straightforward. Service is good. It’s made to order and fresh. Bobba tea—-staple. Clean scent is a plus.

Food is pretty good for price with big portions. They're ramen is really good with a bunch of variety options when picking your bowl. The only real issue about this place, is if you get multiple extras of something, you usually only get 1 extra portion. For example like 3 extra eggs. You might only get one extra egg have to go up and show your receipt to get the other 2.

Was told good things about this place, so I tried it. The ordering process on the kiosk was quick and easy and the gentleman got started on the order quickly, no more than a 10-15 minute wait for our food. Everything was hot, and smelled amazing. I will say the tonkotsu broth didn’t have as much flavor as I was hoping, but with a little soy sauce and sriracha it turned out really good. The vegetables were all fresh and the tofu was cooked well. Will return, but will try a different broth next time!

Been wanting to try this one for awhile now & I'm glad I did! Had the Pork belly Chashu Tonkotsu, spicy edamame, & gyoza. The pork belly Chashu was damn good & made the ramen bowl. Spicy edamame wasn't anything special but good nonetheless & always love me some gyoza 🥟 All beverages must be purchased including water. Choose me the classic Calpico Mango which can never go wrong! Definitely a good stop for ramen if you're craving it

With the rain today, I thought we need a place with a covered patio for dinner. Ginza Ramen and Poke on 281 matched what we needed. Dad and I shared the Shrimp Tempura Tonkotsu Ramen with an extra egg. There was plenty of noodles so I really didn't need the extra noodles. My husband had the Four Proteins Poke Bowl. He had the Salmon, Eel, Spicy Tuna and Shrimp Tempura. We both thought that the shrimp tempura lacked flavor so we probably wouldn't get it again. The salmon was slightly stringy too. Other than that, it was all good. Broth was very flavorful without being salty. It was an inexpensive dinner that left us quite full and ramen to take home.

We had lunch here on June 8th. The fried rice with pork was ok. The pork didn't have much flavor. It looked and tasted like it was slow cooked and had no seasoning. The teriyaki chicken bowl was almost decent, but there was not much teriyaki sauce and what sauce there was sank to the bottom of the bowl. Most every piece of chicken had a lot of cartilage in it. Not just a few small pieces, but nearly half of every piece. The soda machine was not maintained very well. Two of the choices were out and the Sprite was functioning it was not Sprite. It tasted like nasty toilet water.

I was excited to try this place for the first time. I ordered the chicken ramen with miso soup and a side of gyoza. Unfortunately the chicken was over cooked…the ramen was a little rubbery as well. The boiled egg also seemed over cooked. The broth was good and there was a lot of seasoning. The gyoza was cooked really well. I wish the soft gyoza was offered instead of fried but again it wasn’t bad. It may have been just a one off experience so I wouldn’t be against giving this place another go.

I've been here multiple times, today we tried the beef spicy ramen, crispy chicken to katsu ramen, spring rolls and the ramen comes with lots of noodles but not enough broth. I asked for extra spicy. It has no spice at all! And the broth was too salty and the beef also tasted dry and salty. The spring rolls tasted like frozen ones that were not cooked enough. Don't order extra ramen like I did, that was too much. The crispy chicken was decent but needed a spicy sauce.

Ramen was pretty good, I would go back for the ramen. But my issue is in the Sushrito. Every place I go that serves shrimp I always check to see if they have been deveined and this place does not devein their shrimp. All 4 of these had waste tracks in them. Which makes me cautious on other seafood on their list if they can't devein their shrimp what else aren't they doing to keep the food as fresh and safe to eat as possible. Now don't let your imagination run of what they are doing wrong because their other stuff may actually be good. I just had a bad experience with this. Staff is kind when entering and the matcha milk was bomb.

First time trying this place and will definitely be the last. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The food though.... this is hands down the worst Ramen and Yakisoba I've ever had. However, the veggies were surprisingly fresh and tasty. Please, work on your ramen broth, after three sips I was getting that to go cup to be polite.

Service: self service and kiosk still ask for a tip (optional), asked if I can get a water, but they didn’t seems like they had option other than bottled water. When I asked for one, the cook just gave me one bottle but I can’t expect to get one like that everytime. Atmosphere: there was a dead bug next to my table, and they locked the door to clean up while I’m eating, and the closing time isn’t up for at least an hour and a half Food: not too bad, but egg and noodle were overcooked, soup too bland, chasu wasn’t bad but little gamey. Too bad there are places out there with similar price and better food. Paid $20 something for ramen + takoyaki + tax

First the good..the teriyaki chicken rice bowl was pretty good. Now the rest the floor was sticky even though we were the only people there the food took a long time to be like warm. The ramen was very bland and the beef in the noodles was super dry. I had high hopes because the other location was so good. The floor was sticky which should have been my sign to bounce but I ignored it.

I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant with my friends. When I opened the door to the establishment, there was an intense smell of feces. We wanted to still support a local business, ordered, and sat outside on their patio to eat. Unfortunately, the white rice was overcooked and hard and had no seasoning. On my friend's bowl they had one cold, uncooked, unseasoned broccoli floret and the crispy chicken was also missing seasoning. I ordered a chicken and fried rice bowl and the portion served was very large. The dish in itself was average. I am rooting for this restaurant and hope they are able to fix the cause of the feces smell, as this is a safety hazard cooking, working, and eating in that environment. I also have hope they are able to improve their dishes with an adequate amount of spice and not over or undercooked.

The gyoza and yakisoba were awesome and if I only ordered that it would have been a 4 or 5 star review but since this is a Ramen house I feel like I should base my review on the Ramen. I ordered two Raman the miso based one and chicken stock based one. They both didn't have any spice to them and the stocks were a bit bland. The eggs were excellent but the noodles seemed like the noodles I get in the grocery store. I wasn't impressed and for less money I could have had a steak dinner.

Been here before years ago and the food then was delicious. There were Nats in our food so we had to return. The ramen was made with spaghetti noodles and had no flavor, it was horrible. The only thing that was good was the chicken and beef fried rice. Such a disappointment

I could care less about the atmosphere or service really because I wouldn’t be there long but IM ABSOLUTLY GURIOUS AND FEEL DISRESPECTED! We ordered for an ENTIRE shop of hard working men and spend good money on each meal and received the biggest slap in the face l! First of all orders were wrong!, orders that should have come with sauce were completely missing! Items that should have come with a A specific quantity came with less, Portion sizes for the price Were a big screw you and rip off along with what you did get being laughable! Plates with rice and chicken came box separately weirdly And with one piece of broccoli in itbut that’s not the big issue. Sauces that we did get were not even a quarter full, so I had no idea how they expected it to cover the food. We wanted to treat our crew and made the worst decision by choosing this place. And quite honestly, I feel the manager should have to call and apologize! And should be more accountable for the product. They are sending out in the crew that he’s working with. $12 plus a meal for what we received was really disrespectful. Added just a couple photos just as a glimpse into the poor quality

I went here strictly based on reviews and pictures... It was nothing like that. My first and last time here. Ramen was bland, noodles felt like 99c ones, half an egg and nothing else.. beef was like chewing the bottom of the shoe. I left without finishing it because that meat was probably old and I didnt want to risk food poisoning. Waste of $15. And I was really craving ramen that day but that one just killed my appetite.
