I really like this place! They are notorious for overstuffing their tacos and I’m happy about that!! I am not mad about that; a friend of the family feels it is not good. I really liked the fact that they always check on us but not asking how is it; but do we need anything else!! I always would suggest this place!! It’s very reminiscent of my childhood of going around the corner and take tacos home. They are literally always cleaning the dining area and have two a/c units and the plastic strips to keep the cold air in the dining area! The staff you order from look mean but they are actually really easy going and nice.

Love every taco I've had so far. But the Barbacoba to me and my family is The Best in the Westside. My daughter, son in law, and grandson drive to San Antonio from Kyle, TX on the weekends to have our family breakfast at Gramma's, I fry the eggs for everyone to have with Bandera Molino BARBACOA Combo which includes the salsa, tortillas, and of course Big Red. They have different combos available.

as much as I love this place & have been coming here for years.. I have to find a new spot for tamales. they are so skinny, its not even funny. not sure if they're machine made but for the price of tamales, these are unacceptable.

One pound of all meat barbaco and one dozen of pork tamales. Tamales have more masa and line of meat and smell funny. Barbaco dry gross. First time and will never go bad. People are rude

This establishment is a very dirty place for anyone to purchase food and corn masa, this place needs a good cleaning and the machines as well. The health department needs to do a walk through.

I purchased a dozen of tamales and were very dry. I normally steam my tamales and that didn't work either. Very disappointed. This place use to have good tamales long ago. The man at the register is rude. I had gone a few years ago and experienced the same attitude but that day I thought maybe he had a bad day. I will never give them my business again.

Bad experience. Food poisoning with the MENUDO & CHICHARRONES. I went for takeout on a Sat morning. Bought Barbacoa, Chicharrones & Menudo. Had bought Chicharrones the prev week and it tasted off. Like othr ingredients had bn added and lots of VINEGAR. The following day I ate my leftovers from fridge and the tomato tasted sour like it was already spoiled. I threw the remaindr away. Then I went again on Sat & bought all meat Barbacoa, Menudo & Chicharrones. My husb had some Menudo & rt away said it tasted funny. I tasted it and the sauce had a weird taste like VINEGAR & the sauce was very red. I also had some Chicharrones guisados & the sauce didn't taste right either. A diffrnt flavor with alot of VINEGAR. I threw the sauce away and we ate the rest of the Menudo & i ate some Chicharrones guisados. We never tasted the Barbacoa. Well that same day SAT, I WAS BURPING THIS FOOD ALL DAY LONG. I MEAN FROM 10AM - 12AM MIDNIGHT. SAT EVENING I STARTED GETTING STOM CRAMPS THEN SOME DIARRHEA. MY POOR HUSB WAS SO SICK TOO ALL DAY SUNDAY. HE WASN ABLE TO EAT ANYTHING. HE SPENT THE WHOLE DAY IN THE REST ROOM WITH DIARRHEA. HERE WE ARE MONDAY & HES STILL SICK TRYING TO RECOVER. FROM THIS FOOD POISONING. VERY LOOSE STOOLS. NEVER HAVE WE HAD FOOD POISONING IN OUR LIVES, NEVER & I EAT ANYTHING & EVERYTHING AND NEVER GOTTEN SICK LIKE THIS. Our belief is this restaurant doesn't throw any spoiled food away and tries to preserve it by adding VINEGAR TO IT to make more sales. THEY MUST KNOW GOOD & WELL ITS EXPIRED OR ABOUT TO EXPIRE & STILL SELL IT. THAT NEEDS TO "STOP". NEVER AGAIN AT THIS PLACE. YES THE FOOD MIGHT LOOK GOOD AND DELICIOUS. BUT BEWARE WHEN YOU EAT IT. WATCH OUT FOR HOW IT SMELLS & TASTES WHEN FIRST EATING IT. THEY GET A ZERO FOR THE FOOD POISONING !!! PPL CAN DIE FROM THIS !!!

The barbacoa is ok at best, the staff had an attitude problem and the tortillas I received were not good. The staff there acted like they do not need the customers there and that they should be lucky they let you in. Over half the corn tortillas were broken in more than one piece.

I ordered a package that includes a soda The guy said if you forget to get the soda when you leave you can't get it once you leave he said you have to pay attention next time, there won't be a next time there's other places that sell bbq these guys are trying to cheat customers, have you seen how many signs they have I spent 71 dollars
