Cane's maintains a decent quality level, and the speed of service is unbeatable. If you've been to one location, you know exactly what to expect, and I wish more franchises had this level of consistency. The food always tastes great.

Amazing location both inside and out outside. They have wonderful speakers to play, Great Feel good music. Inside is lit wonderfully with the aesthetic that I've come to love from raising Cane's. They still have some of the best darn chicken tenders this side of the country. Their lemonade is as savory as their cane sauce. This location really feels like home.

I like the chicken figures, over 4 piece box and specifically ask for a neutral dipping sauce. Saw him mark something on his order notepad( was taking orders outside at cars) When I got home, no extra dipping sauce. Checked receipt, not marked on there. Instead, "ketchup" is on receipt. Very disappointed. Anyone who has had chicken fingers knows one sauce is Not enough for a 4 piece box!

Best Cane's there is!! Staff is so uplifting and caring for their customers and the food was fantastic as always! 100% making this my primary location even when I live roughly 7 miles away! Also the twins were so fun and just brightened my day!!

I finally tried this. Exactly what you'd expect. Crispy and tasty chicken fingers. Very fast service. Nothing else need be said.

If they didnt have the sauce I wouldn't go. Chicken has no flavor! The sauce fries and bread save them.

Canes sauce is mid and it gets all over your hands. Decent chicken and fries. Only come if you like the sauce

Seems to be a popular place. Restaurant kept clean. Would be a great place for a group of kids after a sports event. Service was amazingly fast. Their menu is very limited. Sorry but their fries were too greasy and the chicken, Thought Actually the REAL THING, and the batter excellent, the chicken was tasteless 😞 I noticed a special dipping sauce. Maybe that's the secret.

The chicken is good, the sauce makes it really good. The establishment looks pretty nice and fancy with a lot of decor. This is a nice place for the family and friends. If you feel not to cook and want to take a day off from the kitchen this is the place to go. 3 stars for overall experience from the food, facilities and services.

First off let me just state i live 6 minutes from this location. Fries were cold, chicken stripes are so much littler then before and bread was not toasted correctly. I asked for extra fries instead of coslaw, looks like they just left coslaw out. Highly disappointed

Worst place in San Antonio!!! Waiting on a truck to pull out of a parking spot a man honked a few time. He did not get us to move so her went inside and an employee told us we had to leave. If you aren't a white man apparently you have no right to be at this location. This place should be ashamed of their employees

Absolutely disappointed once again with this canes! I ordered my food extra crispy all the way and again it was not even extra crispy anything! Bland fries with no where near what canes standards are for fries, I see no salt crystals! Then we get to the drive thru second window where the young lady has no customer service, no smile, no welcoming attitude, and can’t even say hello! I made a complaint to a shift manager who didn’t really offer any kind of understanding or apology. Unfortunate that this is what canes stands are now when they used to be great! Will not return to this canes again and for everyone else I suggest avoid the drive thru because they never seem to have staff that cares in it!
