So I got a strawberry cheesecake shake and it was great! Took a bite of the cherry, and I'm POSITIVE it had alcohol. I might be crazy, LOL, but somebody might wanna double check that.
Two ladies that work there a young black girl and a older Hispanic lady man those 2 hustle! Hard working and fast! Kudos to ya'll you're doing a great job!
Need more help at this location. Very busy bug traffic. These awesome employees need a few extra good hands. Come on corporate or who ever owns this fine establishment. Yall making bank. Help your people! 10/10 all across. This is raw in San Antonio. I eat at all the food chains on my cheat days. 😩 I know what I am talking about. Call me.
I did enjoy that the manager knew how to make a item for me, that was not listed on their menu. Just wish they would have clear containers instead of the Styrofoam so you can see the pure detail in the slushes, but the Styrofoam could be use for shakes or malts as it would prevent it from melting so quickly.
Plan to wait for a while as the food is gonna take some time. Ordered the coney foot long with onion rings and a blast with Oreo and Reese’s. I wish they would’ve tried up-charging me to a bigger size since the blast I received didn’t last me long enough ): 1 star atmosphere cuz no skates..
Had a big group come to eat last minute. Staff did a great job on getting our food quickly thank you!

Dude was doing it all himself. He took my order, I payed with a card. And brought my food out promptly. My special request was honored and fulfilled. Sonic. You need to reward this young man. I asked was he flying solo and doing it all himself, and he said "yes sir" and I told him thank you and he did good. You also need to hire some more people. He was over loaded with customers. But he did well!!!!!!!!
Nice change to get a Sonic order that was done right. The food was hot and fresh, and the order was correct. The Sonics by our house are just full of excuses. My son loved his burger.
JUNE17, 2025 @ 10:54 PM...HELLO THIS IS URGENT., I was there around to order a bag of ice and corn dogs. And my car died in one of the stalls. I spoke with the night manager and told him what happened to my car. He was very polite and told.me not to worry my car will be safe there. Ive been trying to call the sonic to let the manger know ill be there between 9-930am with a mechanic tomorrow morning JUNE 18, 2025. PLEASE DO NOT TOW MY CAR. Please thank you. ill continue to call the store.
I was there last evening waiting in a stall for an order I was delivering. I observed one of your employees bringing orders to other parked vehicles. He had an amazing attitude and smiled at every customer he encountered and walked away still smiling. He brought my order and had such a kind friendly attitude and smile. I asked his name and he told me it was Gabriel. I really appreciate his customer service. I contacted corporate too. I think awesome employees need to be recognized, people usually only contact to complain. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this location.
Good deals on Thursday and people during 8:34pm were really nice!

Took my order then never came out for payment. Ghosted by Sonic... UPDATE: This Sonic seems to have improved significantly in the past few years. Maybe it’s my new policy of only going through the drive thru. The food has been hot and my average order time is under 10 minutes which is really good for Sonic.
Food was particularly good this time. Wait time was longer than I expected, bit wasn't unreasonable. Appreciate that their design hasn't changed in decades. No need to mess with perfection.
This is an average fast food place. Your choices are drive-thru or served in your car. The fries are better than most fast food places, and the burgers are typical.
The service was good. They messed up our order, even tho it was on the receipt correctly. The food was decent for what we got.
The foods usually pretty good they just take way too long . And I've had a few orders that needed to be replaced and they didn't want to replace them. Other than that it's not to bad. Just go with some time to spare because it'll be a while. And stay in your cars there's been teenagers robbing people at this location. Has been four different times same people. Four younger Hispanic Males.

The only 24 hour Sonic in San Antonio as far as I know at this time. BTW, 24 hours means that from 3AM to 4AM they are closed to normal business (only doordash and ubereats orders can be picked up) so that they could do their "end of day" accounting. Um... what? What did they do before COVID, when they were truly open 24/7? Makes absolutely no sense. Also, as basically everything has, the prices of literally everything have gone up an extra 50 to 100%. Bleh. FIX YOUR HOURS TO SHOW CLOSED FROM 3AM TO 4AM EVERY MORNING!
I go here for the drinks! I used to like the onion rings but the batter is full of sugar and I can’t have sugar. They have plenty sugarfree options for sodas and flavored waters …with that amazing ICE!
We are pretty sure that Limeade has been made with Seven-up instead of real lemon juice. The flavor is unmistakeable. There are no sliced limes inside the drink as before. Very disappointing. They lost my business.
Restaurant and grounds kind of dingy looking. Shake was delicious.
I ordered a bag of ice and a blue coconut slush. After 15 minutes of waiting patiently I ordered a ocean water which came out promptly. Asked the server about my original ordered, replied suggested they forgot about it. Drive thru lane was moving steadily but I was still waiting for my order. 25 minutes and still nothing. Whatever was happening inside to delay this must be addressed. Left after that. However other than this experience everything is always good. Food is fresh, hot and never disappointed me . Time of day 5:15
I don't eat at sonic often, I tried to order on the app and it wouldn't work (it needed an update which I did later) so I went to the store and ordered. The experience was good, but I think I got there at shift change because I saw a lot of people leaving and I had to wait like 30 minutes for my order. I didn't order anything special. It was 2 burgers, a hot dog and 3 tots and 3 drinks. It really shouldn't have taken that long. I couldn't pay at the lane I was in because the screen wasn't working so the car hop came out and asked me about my payment and had to take it inside to process it.
I don't think I've been to a location in the last 6 months even this one especially that doesn't run out of something when I pull up I have to make a correction from a staff member that walks up. Always someone loitering out in the parking lot or area. Have to drive UPS or either powered off or not working at all, I have to move spaces multiple times to find one that's working.
Had to take the little cheeseburger back due to the cook drenching it in mustard and it was messy as heck. Then because the fries were old and nasty. They were kind enough to make fresh fries. And exchanged the tiny cheeseburger for a corndog. I didn’t cause a fuss and asked nicely and I was satisfied. BUT when I bit in to the corn dog... it was just a little under cooked, the batter was still mushy on the inside.
I honestly have mixed feeling about this place. One night I had multiple dashers trying to pick up my order. When I asked them what happened they said nobody was at the window and they couldn’t get my order. Sometimes the drinks are diluted. The food is mostly good but the service needs to be better.
Did hours change for this location recently? I've been there two times at 7:30 am and no answer, just waing like an idiot. I've been there several times in the middle of night and they were always busy. So whats going on?
So I stopped by yesterday and ordered a strawberry shake. By time I got it, it was already melted so I don't think it was freshly made. Bc the whole top part was all really liquid not solid at all. Usually this location is good but this shake should have been better for the price I paid for it
I go here about once or twice a week around 5-6 am. My usual order is a corn dog, large tater tots, and a large Dr Pepper easy ice. Usually get great service however the last couple of times, my order has been less than. My tater tots never taste fresh. I make sure to tell them "I'll wait for fresh ones" when i order. They always have to say back “it’s always fresh mam.” That’s a lie because I know what fresh tater tot’s taste like, I used to work at a Sonic for two years. I have since stopped ordering tater tots and now I get two corn dogs. Maybe they need to change out their oil more often. Make sure to check your order as well. Somehow, I got cheese-sticks instead of tater tots. Service is good but they always seem rushed.
Went on Thanksgiving, at 2:30pm and was served by Belinda, Belinda had horrible customer service, I understand she probably doesn't want to work on a holiday but it was immediately when we pulled up but the drinks were good
The drive-thru area is absolutely terrible and the location seems consistently under staffed. This is NOT the staff's fault. This location is not suited to have a drive-thru and should be car hop ONLY. We were stuck in our carhop lane for at least 15 minutes, as another 5 vehicles were also stuck trying to exit, because the drive thru lane completely blocks the exit. I would gladly change my star rating if these issues were fixed, because I actually really like Sonic.
I went to this establishment on 2/22/25 around 4 pm and ordered over $20 worth of food, my fries were cold and hard so I asked the carhop (who was very nice and sweet, I tipped her nicely) could I get fresh fries only to receive the same fries that were just refried and very greasy instead of fresh fries like I asked. Whatever manager that was on duty on this day and time had a very nasty attitude and should reevaluate her career choice if customer service is such an issue for her.
I don’t know what is going on with this location but we’ve been having a reoccurring issue with orders being made wrong or missing something. Looking at recent reviews we don’t seem to be the only ones. We finally called and told them about an issue earlier this week and the manager was pleasant and offered to comp our next order of the same item. However, when we returned and ordered the replacement drink we ended up disappointed again. I don’t know if the recipes have changed or they’re not being made correctly but the replacement drink we got and another we paid for tasted watered down. We absolutely get that every business has off days and there’s always a chance that someone forgot something or was training but it’s gotten to the point where this is the norm and it’s just not worth it in this economy to spend the money on a treat to end up disappointed.
This Sonic is consistently slow in the morning. It feels like they are not at all interested in serving food before 11am. Probably understaffed and focused only on preparing for lunch. I tried them twice in the last 2 weeks, and both times it took 20+ minutes to get a burger and a kids meal with tenders. I even ordered fries on both (I would have preferred tots) just to make it easier. Apparently, chicken takes longer to cook- it was the only thing that was hot. I give up. Their location makes it convenient, but I'll travel further for faster service somewhere else.
Bad day for Sonic, or was a bad day to visit, fries were fried in old greased stuck together brownish in color, hotdog was cold,… the drink had a molded taste,… asked for different drink..it had the same taste… just asked them to clean their fountain machine,… I know times are hard, but keep it clean do we can still enjoy when we want something that “ SONIC”… please KNOW ALL SONIC ARE NOT THE SAME NOR OWN BY THE SAME OWNERS, OKAY!”
The food quality and/or the level of caring has gone way down. The bread on my hamburger was crumbling as if it was old and the onion rings were severely over cooked. The pic is the last few of them and most of them looked like this and were barely edible. There's no way someone bagged them and didn't notice them(lack of caring)
When it came to atmosphere in service I rate it a one because not only did they get our order wrong but they kept repeating the wrong order to us and we kept telling them that it was wrong and the person acted like they understood the right order and still brought us the wrong order! This was yesterday and only one of us in the car was able to eat because the other ones were allergic to what they had put in the food. We're not pleased at all. But I can say it from experience i got the bacon burger and was on point and wonderful.... But still was a waste of nearly $35
The service is usually great here... But when it takes 15+ minutes to prepare one single limeade that's been preordered in an app... And the guy that pulls up 5+ minutes after in the next stall gets brought 2 full bags of food... And the women in the drive-thru threatens to ban me? Look I'll ban myself, not coming back here anymore.
Good:Drive thru guy was nice, professional, repeated my order to ensure accuracy multiple times. Food was hot Bad: someone either took a bite out of my chicken strip or tore it off and only got 4 on a 5 piece
I was very disappointed in the quality of sandwich I received this visit. I really enjoy the grilled cheese burger anytime I go to Sonic.....except this time. I am still trying to figure out if that was suppose to be cheese or mustard on one side of the bread. The condiments were almost nonexistent. This was definitely a poorly made burger. The taste was not even there to make up for the lack of presentation. I ended up pulling off all the crust (which was hard) and picking over the rest of the burger. Next time I will make sure I open every burger completely before leaving. I was too far away from the location to take it back. I really had my mouth AND stomach set for tgat burger but it was a total let down.
Went after 12, saw other cars pull in, they didn't want to take my order. Said they could only do Doordash, confused about it because it says it's open 24 hours; systems down they said, yeah, great excuse. What a disappointment.
Ordered a double cheeseburger with double bacon and double cheese, large tater tots with cheese. What I get is a cold cheeseburger, and small tater tots. Not what I ordered. Backed out and left. If people are so incompetent to take a simple order, I don't need thier food. .......and yet they want $15+dollars an hour..... Ended up giving cold burger to my dogs. 🤷♂️

Waited 45 minutes for my food. Not only was it ice cold when they brought it to me but also wrong items in my order. Like a hot dog instead of a corn dog. Staff doesnt even know there own drinks...this is the worst sonic in san antonio without a doubt. I came back . They gave me fresh fries tots and a corn dog. 3 stars only due to the girl that tried her best to rectify the issue. Not 24/7. Tjeu close daily at 2am now? To prepare for the next day? July7th 2:16 am
I've never seen a busier sonics in my life. I waited 15min for someone to take my order and decided to just do it thru the app instead, since nobody seemed to be outside to ask. They got my order but didn't have some items I ordered so they wanted me to cancel my order and reorder it. I couldn't. The manger couldn't. So he just gave me a drink in substitute of my food. I waited 40min for a Frito pie and a drink..just to wait another 10min for the other half of my order. Which was 2 shakes 😑 took over an hr for 4 simple items. I would've left but I had already paid. Why they brought it out in separate trips seemed odd. Never again!
Waited for 15 minutes in drive thru AT THE WINDOW. Burgers were made properly but they made me wait for the drinks. Thank goodness because I had time to look in the bag and realized my tots were fries. By the time I could get someone's attention, my drinks we're almost ready but I had to wait while my ice creams melted for two orders of tots. food was good as always but I can't stand seeing dozens of workers fumbling around while I wait on something as simple as tots to fill a cup. I'm not really mad I didn't get salt, pepper, and ketchup I asked for. But food shouldn't take a quarter of a hour to prepare and be served. Especially when cars behind me are being served. Update 9/3/24. Hungry at night, wanted a bite. Waited over 3 mins at drive thru speaker box, no answer, ordered at the window. My #3 ordered with cheese and jalapenos, no cheese no jalapenos and the coldest, oldest patties. No receipt so I can't even check if they ring up my order. Why do I go to this Sonic?
This place is literally the worst. I ordered a drink and some French fries and it took them over 20 minutes to bring my food out. The fries were dried out and cold and the drink was melted when it was handed to me.
It took about 2 hrs to get the food but drink was hella good mozzarella was also good but they FORGOT BOUT THE SAUCE dam now im a sad lil boy with a nice drink in one hand and delicious sticks on the other but no sauce 🧑🦼➡️
so ungodly slow like damn I can hop in the kitchen and make the food faster than whoever. Doesn’t help that there’s customers pulling up asking to talk to people in the kitchen holding up the drive thru line when it’s the only way to order at night.
Worst sonic ever, staff slow, food cold, they have no sense of urgency. When asked if I could speak with a manager, I waited 24 min and eventually left. I have never had a bad experience with sonic until today.
We ordered 3 waters, fries, and ranch that took 30 minutes to get to us. We recieved 2 waters, 1 sprite, no ranch, the only thing correct was fries. We then asked for are stuff that we ordered and got no apology but instead got attitude. The water was 3 dollars and tasted awful.
Ordered three drinks and one was a blue coconut lemonade and the lemonade was bad. It had foul skunky smell and tasted really sour/alcohol funk like how juice tastes when it's been left out and gotten moldy. Was given attitude when we asked for a replacement and the lady gave us the same bad lemonade again.
Ordered ahead 2 cheesecake shakes at 10:15 after we arrived it said they would be ready at 10:27. Upon arriving Dalton Tyler handed us a business card for a detailing company. A bit odd but okay. After he gave us the card another customer pulled up and he talked with them for 10 minutes after our order was ready aswell as getting them their order before ours and talking to them some more. After we tasted our shakes they both were melted,tasted expired, and were extremely sour. Don’t come to this
We need an option for zero stars. Ordered a Diet Coke. That’s it. One plain diet coke. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting. Not one employee walked out to deliver food or drinks to other cars while I was waiting. I requested that the money just be returned to my card and was at first told that wasn’t an option. What?! LOL.
Waiting for over an hour for my food. Eventually they sent some guy out there to see what I was waiting on and to my horror I found it they had lost my order. I ordered two Sonic blasts and a cheeseburger and around 44 Dr Pepper. They still have the nerve to charge me for everything even after waiting an hour and a half. The Sonic blessed were decent. The hamburger tastes like it had been boiled in used water it was horrible. The only reason I might go there again it is the only Sonic around it is open 24 hours. Nice job Sonic for ruining my dining experience.
Always super slow service even when its not busy. Unfriendly workers, only veen greeted twice with a smile at this place, and one out of those two times one of them was actually wearing skates too! .. And now, because sonic doesn't make their employees wear skates anymore I took away 1 star. *bring back skates! I bet the ones that work there now would quit and they'd be replaced with smiling roller disco servers, who earned their tip!* seriously sonic...what happened?
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, WORST SERVICE EVER if i could give 0 stars I would, after I waited an hour to get the food a BLT chicken sandwich the summertime one, when I got home there was one problem the chicken was missing on the burger, how can someone forgets to put chicken o a chicken burger
I haven't been to Sonic for years, and I won't be going back anytime soon. I got a chili cheese coney hot dog, and it was disgusting. There was way too much processed cheese and very little Chili. The French fries were old and greasy. They made my stomach hurt. The only thing I liked was the Cherry cream slush, I'll go back for that, but no food...... Ever!!
Made an app order of two sodas. Been waiting for 15 minutes. They have yet to arrive. A server has approached me asking if I ordered a whole bunch of other drinks that seem to have no home. What’s the point of pre-ordering on the app? To add insult to injury, the lady next to me who ordered when she arrived got her meal before my drinks arrived. Grand total wait of 22 minutes for two sodas.
Customer service is not welcomed here, i wasctreated like i was going to steal my food. I had to asked for my receipt after the credit card didn't come uo to utilize at the window the lady used my card at another and i couldn't see what she was charging to it so i had to ask for a receipt then when she brought it she couldn't even say thank you, i had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. All i ordered waslarge unsweet tea and a footlong coney. It was a major disaster, whete ate these peoples minds? Rude and careless attitudes, be ready they got it here for you.
Extremely RUDE BEHAVIOR FROM BOTH THE EMPLOYEE AND THE MANAGER. All we wanted to do was eat. We went through the drive through to order a meal and the drive through Lady spoke to us very rude. Then we ask for light ice. She took the cup very rude and we asked we why was she so rude. We ask to speak to a Manager and she gave us rude behavior also. We asked for a refund. They slammed the shutters. Very disappointed in this kind of behavior.
Charged me over $17 for a meal. I ordered cherry vanilla coke w/ lime as a meal drink. Been given some weird tasted red drink with no cherry no vanilla no lime. When asked, employee was like -oh it’s just the syrups that we add. I’m like I didn’t ask for any syrup. Anyways, I threw the drink away paid over $17 for a burger and tots. Definitely not coming back to this location
1:20 AM, I called to ask if the half price milkshakes exist only in the app or also in-store when ordering there. The worker said they didn't understand the question. I was then told with an arrogant attitude and tone that the half priced shakes are not in the app and only in store (which confused me since i literally was looking directly at the half price deal in the app and so i knew it to not be true) And then I asked for clarification by asking if it was available in store then, and he said "yes thats what I told you" as if the person didnt just completely lack understanding when I first asked the question. He then suddenly hung up. Then I called again and got a different worker, who was actually normal, but he told me that you must order through the app for the discount... nice...
Horrible service. Took forever. Prices are over the top. $1.30 to add lime to your tea. The property is terribly designed. Just a few cars in the drive-thru blocks all other cars from leaving. You have to wait for the drive thru to move to be able to exit. Won't be coming back here.
I had ordered two of the burger combos one with bacon I asked for no tomato on both, do to the fact I'm allergic to tomato, I get home to find tomatoes on both burgers, also the burgers were very soggy, which I've never experienced this before, so I decided to call the store which no one answered the phone, how am I supposed to get this handled if they don't answer the phone. I don't live that close to it. Anyhow this has been the worst visit to Sonic. Y'all really disappointed me this time. Don't think I'm going back for a while.
Got back from ordering at sonic and started to get all the food out of the bags i noticed that the large tator tots were not a full order i got fries and they tried to cover it up with the tator tots come on now. Plus even i wanted the fries they were old and hard. Will not be going back. I would not give you one star but that how my order is valued

Only ordered two things a small strawberry shake and a hot fudge sundae tell me why I waited almost 40 min when even the person infront of me only ordered two med and one small drink !?!? There was 5 people working including the manager and she’s just staring around observing like at the point girl jump in too yk make some drinks or something ! Delagate! I see people just talking to eachother laughing like no bro ,if yall are really running behind than make a plan 1 on fryer, 1 on grill, 1 on drinks and window and 1 getting everything out to stalls ! Make a plan and stay on ur toes of if things change u change with it , all im saying is respect to managers who actually jump in when yall are “running behind” ON DRINKS? Worst location. Don’t bother wasting your time to come here. It’s known to be a 24hr location but for some reason they’re not taking orders even though it isn’t advertised on their website that they’re only doing DoorDash and Uber eats. Wasted 20-30mins in the drive thru lane just to be told that we couldn’t even get a bag of ice and a large drink. This location will eventually close down due to the service.
They took away most Carhop spots only left 5 or 6 on the same side as drive through. From what I can tell this location won't last long. Plus thay are constantly understaffed. I ended up getting stuck in drive through trying to park Edit gave another try after 4 months took 20 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 small blast Not worth giving a 3rd try
Horrible experience this past Thursday afternoon on the 22nd of May hispanic female worker with rotting front teeth (this was a memorable to identify her) took my card and made payment on a black credit card machine outside of the Sonic. I asked her if her machine inside the window is working, she proceeds to have a nasty attitude and mentions "My machine works just fine, you need to go get a new card" I say "Thank you, I've not ever had issues with it when eating there before" I doubt she realized, I've recorded the whole conversation on my phone which I'm debating putting the interaction online....
Sat at stall 17 for 10 min no answer, red light went off pressed again. No answer noticed cars that pulled up already ordering and also receiving orders. Called twice no answer. Finally someone answers I explain to the girl I pushed button twice no reply, told her something may be wrong with stall. She proceeds to ask me questions and states I’m just asking because there may be something wrong with the stall. Very rude. I told you everything you asked in the opening of my call no active listening, no apology nothing. Horrible if my mom who was in the hospital didn’t request a burger, I would not be sitting here. Geesh. After writing review notices all cars that came after me are gone as I look up. As if my time isn’t valuable vs hospital visiting hours.
Needs to hire help. 30 minutes waiting and unable to order. 2 employees only attempting to fulfill orders.
A year later only the fact that you will now wait 40 minutes for one slush has changed from my original review. If you put in an online app order, you’ll be ignored for 30 minutes despite checking in and will only receive your food after you press the call button on the stall and bring it to their attention
Went to this sonic and got a sweet tea with my meal , when my drink was almost finished I started getting a gritty feeling in my mouth so I dumped out the remaining tea and ice , to my surprise there was a sand like substance at the bottom that smelt odd. When I called and spoke to the manager she said it was calcium buildup from the ice machine , and went on to say it happens from time to time. Don't think I will be coming back here
I got chili cheese tots and a tea and it was $11. I could go get REAL food, like a taco plate, for that much, and it's just a snack, not a meal. Also wasn't quick. When fast food isn't fast or cheap, what's the point? Bout to run themselves out of business with corporate greed. Adding to my boycott list
I don't know why people have such a bad attitude that they would just ignore. Putting some whip cream on my drink. Just because I asked why my order went away from the screen without my drink getting here. It's bad enough I waited 20 minutes. The least they could do is put whip cream on it.
I ordered through Uber eats and sonic didn’t give all my order. I called and they were rude. They wouldn’t even replace the missing items after Verifying they forgot to give them to the driver. Uber only refunded half of what I was missing. I ordered through Uber but Sonic responsibility is to make sure the Uber driver gets the food. The manager at Sonic confirmed they forgot the 4 items. Horrible service. $93 order and I was missing over $20 worth of food.
This place is horrible everything tastes greasy over salted fries old grease fatty bad tasting burgers, I'm sure everything else is gross besides drinks, paid a lot for bad food
The time before this experience around midnight was lovely. This experience, I didn't even order because the guy taking orders answered the menu. Press with a hello, like he's at home on the phone. And then he didn't even know what was on the menu when I asked him about a specific drink that was rolling on the ad screen. I get, it's a fast food job, but manners and conversational intelligence should be a prerequisite for even this job.
Nope…..this is NOT the sonic you remember. Seems like it’s privately owned because the food is not the same as others. This is the Large Chicken dinner meal w/ one slice of burnt toast on the side. Worst thing is…tried to call to let manager know and of course no one answers. Don’t waste your money
If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest option available. The woman taking/answering pick up orders was extremely rude and unprofessional. She initially refused to remake an order only to realize it had never been made in the first place. Instead of apologizing appropriately, she simply said, “Oh, my bad, you’ll have to wait.” Very disappointing experience. 1:00AM 10/22 shift.
Waited in line for 45 minutes tonight at 1:45am. No one took my order they had a sign on the speaker box saying to press the doorbell for service which I pressed. Only at 2:26am a woman employee came out and told me and other vehicles they were closed. 45 minutes of my time wasted and no one took my order. Lazy employees and Management this location should have stayed closed permanently.
Still coming to this Sonic purely out of convenience (proximity) and it still sucks. You have to ring a doorbell next to the drive thru speaker because it apparently doesn’t censor when cars are there. The amount of money the company makes, they can’t fix this? We were in line still waiting to get our order taken and the car ahead of us ordered AND got their food before we ever even got served. Something needs to change here. This is horrendous. We left empty handed. Didn’t even get food
The food I had was the worst I have ever tasted. Despite spending twenty dollars, the quality was not satisfactory. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, but unfortunately, the chicken was completely burnt.🤮🤮
You would imagine if you come pick up a uber order that Sonic would make the people actually give you the Uber order first especially because as a Uber driver I have three other people's food or sometimes I have two people's food in the car the moment I have one other person's food in the car and it's just getting cold and my delivery bag while they help out every single other person before I got here and then they're going to give me my last it doesn't make sense I don't like picking up from Sonic for this reason you want me to change that and do better come on Sonic
The last several times I’ve been to this location I’ve sat stuck in a drive thru line for fifteen minutes that didn’t move, pulled into the parking lot to see the cashier and another employee in a verbal altercation with a customer outside the building and their car, and now for the third time received mozzarella sticks with a no marinara sauce even though I reminded them, and also they left without giving me a straw for my shake. And lastly how is a small shake and four mozerella sticks $12 now!?!?!! No wonder Sonics are shutting down across the city.
This location is a crap shoot. I ordered 2 onion rings that are 4.99 a piece mind you, just for every single one to be burnt... In this economy nobody can afford such terrible and lazy effort anymore. Didn't even have other items i ordered. I like sonic just not this location. Has been inconsistent for the 2 years i lived over here. Last time
Upped the cost of flavor additives from 60 cents to $1. That's a 40% increase. I usually add 2 extra flavors, but now Ill only be adding 1, Effectively losing the business 20 cents each order. 6 strips were tiny and dried out. When we asked for a water cup the waitress was very rude and condescending with her tone. She told us they charge for the cup. Nothing like ordering food from a business and them charging you for a water cup.
Today my autistic son who is recovering from an operation asked me for corndogs. He is very picky and enjoys his corndogs very much. Unfortunately, due to the staff at this location, my son could not enjoy his meal because of the carelessness of how his meal was prepared. I don’t understand how they could be so careless about someone else’s food specifically a 4 year old autistic child or how they could even approve of a meal they probably wouldn’t eat themselves. On top of having to way 17 minutes for 2 corndogs The food is way overcooked and burnt in some areas.
