Great food, always tastes fresh, fries are hot and well salted every order, and they have that good "crunchy" ice. People are usually pretty friendly, and get you in and out without problems. Price is worth what you're paying for, and is better than the big box chains that dgaf about what you ask for. Love that each stand has fundraising and donates to individual community charities multiple times a month, and not just to big name donations, but clearly community benefiting organizations. Always happy to give my money to places that care about their neighborhoods.

I've never been here before so I've been wanting to try it for a while. Burger was good, fries were hot and fresh and the blackberry tea was fantastic. There wasn't enough sauce on the burger but now I know for next time. I would eat here again and prices are definitely reasonable. If you're looking for some huge burger, this isn't the place but everything was well seasoned, hot, and fresh.

Had a great experience at P. Terry's in San Antonio! The food was fresh, flavorful, and affordable ,exactly what you'd want from a good burger spot. The burgers were juicy and made to order, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the milkshake was the perfect sweet finish. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, even during a busy lunch hour. Loved the clean, retro-style atmosphere too. Definitely coming back!

Value here is excellent. With in n out as the bar for comparison, the same amount of food here is about the same price. Fries here are way better. Burgers are solid - not quite in n out level but very very close. Great meal especially for the cost. Beats out Burger Boy by a mile.

Great quality food for great prices. Love all the options. Yummy burgers. Best lemonade and shakes! Their breakfast is great as well! And only $1.00 for a huge oatmeal chocolate chip cookie!!

I really like P. Terry’s! Their burgers are so good. I always get the double and it’s super affordable and filling. Even with the recent price increase, the double is still under $5 which is amazing for the quality and how full you feel afterward. I’m not a big fan of their fries but my kids’ friends seem to love them so I guess it’s just not for me. What I do enjoy is their seating area. It’s open, bright, and spacious. Perfect for groups. I’ve also had a good experience with their drive-thru. The staff were kind and well-informed making everything smooth and easy. Definitely a great spot for a quick delicious meal!

I only gave 4 stars because I'm not a fan of the sauce. But my son got a burger plain and dry and it was delicious. The food is hot and fresh, the service is fast and friendly and the atmosphere is immaculate. From the parking lot to the restaurant, everything is spotless. I will definitely be back for a plain and dry burger.

I ordered the Oreo shake and a cookie. Have yet to try the cookie. Shake for the size and price was a good value. Not too bad for it being a premix. The only thing I would say is that they don't use whipped cream. I wasn't offered but assumed that would be a typical milkshake garnish. Also, the shakes come in the same paper cups the fountain drinks are served in which isn't the best for outside Texas weather.

We came here for the second time for the food and great prices. The place was busy last time so I understood it was a lil messy but this time is nearly empty and it is DIRTY. The floors are filthy. The tables all have food stuck to them to some extent. Bathrooms are coed which grosses me out as a woman to have to be in a restroom with a nasty urinal but seeing how dirty the dining area is doesn’t lead me to believe the toilets are that sanitary. The tea was in a huge bucket with a hand mixer just sitting out under the dispenser next to the soda fountain. This place needs to be cleaned up and maintained more sanitary. The food and price are excellent. I hope employees are getting paid enough to hold up some high cleanliness standard if not please pay them more so they are motivated to clean up after customers more diligently.

Disappointed in this experience. First time at this location. It is very cute and inviting looking from the outside. I placed an app order which is very convenient and easy to do. When we picked up our food, I asked if ketchup was included in the bag and I was told it was but later on when we opened our food we discovered there was no ketchup. The fries were also very soggy filled with too much extra grease so the fryer temp must have been off. My biggest complaint was the dirty and disgusting gender neutral bathrooms. Ridiculous for there to not be a woman's and a men's restroom. I certainly don't want to look at a pee filled urinal while in the restroom. Not to mention it was incredibly dirty and uncared for meaning there is probably a management issue with this location. I will not be back.

⭐️⭐️ Two-Star Review I have been a loyal customer at this P. Terry’s and have spent a lot of money here over time, but the level of customer service at this location is consistently disappointing. What should be a simple and friendly dining experience is often overshadowed by unnecessary conflict and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. The ongoing issue is over something as small as condiments. Every time I ask for ketchup or sauce, I’m met with resistance. Instead of providing them with my order, I’m told ketchup can only be served in tiny portion cups, and sauces can only be sold with bites. This feels less like customer service and more like an employee creating rules of his own. Luis, who I confirmed was the manager on duty, has repeatedly been the source of these negative experiences. Rather than listening to concerns, he argues and takes a dismissive attitude. On my most recent visit, when I tried to explain my frustration, he told me to “go ahead and call the 1-800 number” because he didn’t care. Hearing that from someone representing the company—especially from the manager on duty—was shocking. I told him that it was a shame he was the one in charge, because no guest should be treated that way. The food itself is good, and that’s the only reason I’ve continued to return, but customer service is just as important as food quality. When a manager openly tells a customer they don’t care and encourages them to escalate their complaint instead of resolving it, it reflects poorly on the entire brand. Because of these repeated experiences, I can only give this location two stars. I sincerely hope corporate and upper management take a hard look at how this store is being run, because right now it does not represent the values or the reputation P. Terry’s is known for.

Today, December 11, 2025, at 4:30 PM, after leaving my daughter's school, I decided to go through the drive-thru to order a hamburger for my daughter and two more hamburgers wrapped in lettuce. We placed the order and repeated what we wanted to the woman several times (she didn't seem to understand). Finally, she told me it was $14.99. When I got to the window, I asked how many hamburgers were in the order, and they told me only two. The young man had to call the manager to fix the order, and to my surprise, it was the same person who had taken our order. My daughter and I explained what we wanted more than three times, and she still didn't understand. She told me $34.99 for a hamburger combo and two hamburgers wrapped in lettuce without the combo. It couldn't be $34.99; this place is quite inexpensive. I got fed up and left without the hamburgers. But the worst part was the arrogant attitude. The manager was incredibly unfriendly and unpleasant to my 14-year-old daughter and me. When I told her I was leaving because she couldn't understand me, she just said, "Okay, go." What a terrible attitude! If they don't have the patience to work with the public, they shouldn't be there. My daughter was very upset. She loves this restaurant, but she would never return after such unpleasant treatment. It's a shame I don't have that woman's name.
