Great fun place. Bartenders are very friendly. Lots of different things to do whether watching a game, playing pool, darts or beer pong. Smoking section outside and even a cigarette machine incase you run out. Tons of parking. Definitely recommend this place.

I've never had a bad time here. This is absolutely the best adult club house. An entire wall of darts games, multiple pool tables, beer pong AND ping pong (and literally so much more)! FULL KITCHEN!! Projection screens for the game you've been looking forward to. Multiple bars and the best wait staff I've ever had. More than enough parking with lighting. When my friends ask where's a good spot I-10 is my first answer. Every time 🍻🍽️

This is now my go to spot. A fun and great atmosphere. Drinks are good and affordable. They do have drink specials. The bartender Daniel was cool and makes a good michelada. They have a jukebox so you can download an app and play what you want to hear. There is also pool tables and darts. Just an overall good place to go for some dranks.

I think it's a friendly social meeting place with great activities pool is our favorite. Clean facilities. Haven't been disappointed with food snacks We left our pool sticks at the bar for a couple weeks unbeknownst to us , called the bar and Javier, one of the the managers had kept them safe for us in his office. Really appreciated that honesty we had those cue sticks for over 15 yrs.. A real down to earth gem.

A really good go-to bar to hang out. Atmosphere is real laid back and they have a lot of games and activities there to immerse yourself into. They have pool, darts, beer pong, big Jenga, and various other little games you can enjoy with others. There's also a spacious outdoor area that has a nice atmosphere outside as well. I haven't tried the food here but I'm sure it's pretty standard bar food.

Leslie has to be the best bartender I’ve experienced in quite a while ! She’s very social, gives off good vibes & is a badass bartender ! I’ve been coming here the past weeks & have not been disappointed by her service or the other bartenders !

Our Bartender Taren was AMAZING! My husband and I were going to just pop in for a drink real quick and ended up staying hours! I wish I had more days where I could go to happy hour to get served by her. Will be back specifically for her great service.

Drinks aren't expensive, staff was quick and friendly, we love coming here. The only reason it's not 5 stars is cause they only have 1 ping pong table. Edit: extra star for the response! The place does have a ton of activities and we love going here. The ping pong table was just being hogged by some frat guys that just kept playing.

This is a great happy hour spot to hang out with friends from work. I met my coworkers in real estate here on a Friday and they absolutely loved it. It's more of a dive bar - nothing fancy at all, but the beers are cheap and the food is good. We ordered the nachos and wings and they were surprisingly better than expected. Give it a try if you're in the area and try the wings :)

Loved this place. New favorite hangout. They have pool, dates and other games and their drinks are cheap. Only issue was that even though it was pretty cold outside it was overly warm inside, even with a bunch of fans running. My suggestion leave the doors open a little, let some of the cool air in especially since you have such a high volume of people. But who can blame them this is a great place to be. Highly recommend.

Ok so I've been bar hopping. Kinda just seeing what my options are. Also my fiance likes to drink with me. I will say these bars have not been satisfying us. We finally went to this bar for the first time. I enjoyed this so much like omg! The bartender was welcoming I'm sad I didn't get her name but she was blonde and very pretty. We tipped her 20 because of the amazing service we received. We will definitely be going back because we felt so welcomed!

I would call it a dive bar.... except this place is huge! A lot of games - pool/darts/giant jenga/giant connect 4/ beer pong tables, etc. It's a good place to come with a large group of friends. TVs are on with sports; bar has pretty good drink specials. It can get a little crowded on the weekends, but definitely a good hang out spot.

Today is not only Monday, but also Sept. 11 so there's not many people out. Maybe 50-60 people in total. Good atmosphere. Up to date music and the owner or boss is very attentive to groups as well as single drinkers. Staff is very nice and will check on you asap. Today i attended a party at this establishment and it was my first time there and i must say it was a nice experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful, they were very prompt, organized and professional. The best part of the night was DEFINITELY the food. I must say they have the best wings and fried mushrooms IVE EVER HAD!!! I was beyond amazed when my boss introduced me to the kitchen manager(i believe her name is roxi or roc) and my boss said she not only was the kitchen manager but the only cook and she prepared all of the food herself. IT WAS ALOT OF FOOD and she looked so calm throughout it all and when talking to her she was very friendly and humerous!!! My husband owns a bar in Sequin so i know a little bit about how they operate so its sad to know that she probably wont he tipped or even acknowledged for all that hard work. WELL I'm acknowledging her now! Roxi you were definitely tonights MVP- great food and great job and to the staff great job as well and i will surely be visiting again

So, the wife and I went to I-10 Icehouse the other night with some friends. They all seemed to enjoy themselves. It is not my kind of place but as I do try to be unbiased in my reviews I will give a rating based on experience not personal preference. The location is good but parking in their lot is extremely limited. They do seem to share parking with a neighboring business and that seemed to help. They offer drink specials but I don't know what nights or if they are regular specials. They have a few pool tables, dart boards, and also some bar games which are nice to see. There is plenty of room in the building and also a patio seating area with fans. The crowd did seem younger, maybe mid 20s to early 30s, predominantly when we visited. All in all, not a bad place at all but not my type of place. I did not see anything that would make me recommend not visiting, especially if you are in the younger ages.

Fun games, Great Bartenders, Music is always a good mix, the patio is romantic, the overall ambiance is a great after work with friends or date night for couples that have run out of things to do. The wings are immaculate, and now I hear they have a food truck that parks outside. 4 stars for the dive bar aesthetic. You get what you get.

Great place to go and watch any sports on TV. The waitresses are polite and attentive. The environment is very relaxing and chill . It is definitely a place to have fun. Adults indoor playground! I’ve been a few times and each time I had a good experience. Main bar area upon walking in has some seating around. They have tables and chairs all around. You can play darts, pool, ping pong, beer pong, and arcade games. TVs all around, and a big projector screen. The restrooms are a little messy. It does get very busy in the weekend, but not as bad on the weekdays. Parking is limited close to the building but plenty around the building and side streets. Overall I liked this bar, and the variety of games you can play.

Granted, I came in during the lunch hours, and it was a little slow. I am topping this review at four stars. The kitchen staff, the bartender, everyone is courteous and what you'd want in roles where helping a customer is vital. My factor is that I love bacon cheeseburgers. Go through my reviews over time, that's my go to for every dive bar and honky-tonk, every restaurant and food truck, I always ask about the bacon cheeseburger. This place has four really good Angus burgers with cheese and various additions. Where's the bacon? And no, don't even pretend turkey bacon is anything close to it--its an apostasy to food and disgusting. Thankfully, the bartender was like, "We are out of bacon.". I didn't see bacon cheeseburgers on the menu...this must be an omission. I'll come back at sometime to see if they amend this. It's sad and for burger culture, to pretend Peppa Pig isn't delicious when her belly is with the burger patty...that's just wrong. If you're not a bacon supremacist, then maybe this is your place. I'll give this place four stars, but no--not five. Get Peppa Pig in here...

Big bar, plenty of room to chill with friends and not bump elbows. Wish they had more plastic dart tips for their many machines. Bathroom attendant was the highlight of the night but his work space made the tiny bathroom a little cramped. And everyone knows bar tab prices are too high so I'm not complaining there.

The bartender and the curly hair girl were fantastic. Didn’t care for then short man that was at the front closer to the end of the night, he ruined my night. If you aren’t great with remembering your customers who are there most of the night, don’t think this is a good fit for you to be at the door.

I went yesterday at 15:30 . The Young lady behind the bar I'd us. Which was fine. My problem is. She only I'd certain people. Not everyone that came in. My other problem is. She spent to much time talking to two older gentlemen. Never cone to see if we needed anything. I had to interrupt her several times to order. Then it took her another15 minutes to close me out. Because again she was talking to those two gentlemen. She has to do better. That was poor customer service. And she a bad drink maker..

This place was nice for a bit. The waitress every 10-15 minutes asking if we're ok. There's lots of variety of drinks. But I didn't like it. Drinks were watered down. Need better selection of food. Bathroom were nasty. I almost went to car and get cleaning items. No soap, nasty toilets.

It's pretty dead no music cause of the UFC fight, but it feels like am at home drinking and watching TV! Ordered a jacket and Coke and it taste like water and Coke.

Had a great time last night for the Dallas game. This place has always been my go to so i was glad to see they were on there A game last night. That rude and snobby bartender desiree was even atleast respectable last night and shes usually the worst bartender in the building. Definitely was happy to see my favorite person in the whole building/ the lady cook that makes my wings or anything ive ever ate there to perfection . A little unsettling to see her look so down though i tried to get her attention and then later told by another staff member she was ready to quit because shes tired of the disrespect. Why the company wants to replace her with that other cook is crazy. Everytime ive tried to conversate with him he’s always negative about the place and cant cook at all. If they are replacing her with him they might as well close the kitchen down cause nobody i bring with me will eat his food either. Besides that Great Nite and still my place to go.

The female bartender is essentially the only reason this place even ranks two stars for my short review. I'll sum this up: Pros - Drinks are typically strong and not watered down - The female bartender was pleasant to be around and provides quick service Cons - The place smells like old dingey carpet. Likely due to no hardwood being installed - The restrooms resemble a biohazard and make you not want to touch anything around you. - Several of the games there were broken - Seems like all 4 times I have visited there have been heated arguments or fights. This place is fun if you can get past all that mess but I'd bring a large group of friends. Wouldn't try soloing it here

I like the sports bar, great price. Unfortunately staff won't take a shot due to owner not permitting it. Need to improve customer service; if we want to spend money, accept staff a drink from customer out of courtesy. The customer is always right. Why loose business. Just pay with cash to avoid extra charge.

Straight to the points on this one. Bartenders seemed like they did not want to be there. Zero personality and no smiles. If I'm tipping on service and you are in the hospitality industry, at least fake it so you don't bring my good mood down with you. Did not try the food. The one projector screen that was showing the game I wanted to watch was blurry and ripped. The other tvs were showing highlights and pretty much nothing. Someone needs to do a better job and prioritizing what's on which TV. Plenty of seating and parking is terrible as always. Had one drink and left because I wasn't going to let my group join me there to watch a game on the worst TV and get mediocre service.

Total disrespect. This place is def not a good place you go for a good time, service sux, and the insult of having to pay for anything on the spot is total slap in the face. The door is just someone working thinking they got a police badge. And then I order food and others haven't ordered but they wanna take payment immediately. Smh. Not a place that's admirable.

I honestly felt extremely uncomfortable, no one is welcoming. The guy in the front checking ID’a scratched the surface of me and my fiancés ID’s as If that was a clear indication in Texas of a fake ID . Then the bartender we told her we needed a minute before deciding what she wanted she didn’t come back to check on us for another 15-20 minutes, we asked for a menu , she handed to us and walked off before we can tell her we wanted drinks. Then people like that expect a tip which I would do regardless, but it’s just the principle.

Don't waste time coming here. Bartender ignores you and a long time, when you ask for a drink she rudely comments back with an attitude and face, I refuse to give my money to this establishment. I sat and watched how they wash the glasses and dip in semi soapy water and don't wash the rim of the glasses. Then stack them up as "clean". Later the manager came out and with a smile said hello and had customer service personality. His staff needs to be trained by him.

I’ve been going to I-10 for as long as I’ve been 21. I’m now about to be 24. This last time I went the bar tender was really rude. I’ve been a bar tender at multiple bar including upscale bars like George’s keep. The bar tender literally made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about when I called her out on not pouring a drink due to what I understand. I was completely sober, so I was offended when the bar tender said “your probably really tipsy.” I understand they deal with people who probably are often drunk criticism. However, that wasn’t my intention. I’ve been to this bar multiple times before that bartender work there with great reviews for a weekend night. However now I understand and see I might as well spend my money at sandbox and the duece even the ER bar than ever waste my time at I-10 ice house. It’s honest one bar out of San Antonio that you should avoid out of the millions that SA has to offer. I promise San Antonio besides this bar is amazing. Just like every city has that place to avoid. Just focus on better places to turn up since you deserve it!

This place is not a safe environment. Was there last Tuesday and I witnessed gambling at the bar between a manager and a customer that eventually broke out into a fight where they had to be separated. I didn't feel safe to leave because the fight was taken outside the front door steps. A friend who had been with me decided to give it another chance and was there over the weekend where another friends car got vandalized in the back parking area. Will not be returning.

This place is a joke. They security gard decided to take the law into his own hands. They served me a beer at 1:50am.. then they said to leave. On my way out. The security like drink it up or I am taking it. Started drinking my beer , just Moments after He pushed me and He shoved me and kept pushing me. Always come to this bar no issue but bartender seemed to be in a bad mood due to it being only him.

This place is a good place. Amazing to have drinks. But, the security guards can be very rude and disrespectful in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or even disrespected. We are Old folks we should have been respected, Service was good though cant denied that. But wouldn’t recommend it due to the want to be cops. Once you enter the place no greeting, just horrible. But then again they probably hate their job. At 1:58am they started pushing me, I felt like they should have not put their hands on me. It just made me feel uncomfortable and horrified because my wife was so scared. They really need to fix that.

My husband and I decided to stop by for a drink or two after date night.. the service here sucks! We get carded by the door man who was unwelcoming. The bartender unfriendly. We ask about specials, he points at a hidden sign. Draft beer was nice and cold. We'll finish our beer and will be on our way.. 😉

Bar and waitress was amazing! We just brought our team to play out of this bar love almost everything! But it was soooo hot everyone was dripping in sweat! For all the teams that play out of here at least have some air in here! And the restrooms are so horrible!

I don’t know the owner’s intentions, but muting Bad Bunny’s halftime performance—then turning the volume back up immediately after—sent a clear message. Combined with the facial expressions being made, it created an atmosphere that felt hostile and unwelcoming.
