The people are very welcoming and nice. It feels like a home. The food also comes out fast and is delicious.

No complaints, the food,service is WONDERFUL.WATRESSES are polite,and friendly. As a regular costumer I'm always pleased by the hospitality of the workers. The plates are delicious and HOMEMADE TORTILLAS!!!😘🤤☕,and the atmosphere is sooo WELCOMING!

Food is so good and very Tasty i am never Disappointed i always leave full and Happy and my waitress is always checking up on us that we everything and that we are doing good she is Awesome !!!

Prices are very reasonable and food is delicious. I have to try other plates that are in the menu. Also I haven't eaten their breakfast yet. Just started to go there.

Stopped here for lunch after visiting the Mission churches. Our food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were great. We had a very enjoyable meal and will visit again the next time we're in San Antonio (visiting from NJ).

Small hole in the wall Mexican restaurant with attentive waitstaff. The puffy tacos were HUGE & was piping hot and delicious. Way better than Henry's. The portions were huge. The food was amazing. I'm going to be a repeat customer. I could only eat 1 tacos bc it was huge.

Delicious! Breakfast tacos were in point - flour tortillas were never but toasty, held up well to the fillings. Potato and egg was substantial, as was the chicharrón en salsa. The tejano enchiladas plate was also tasty - goos cheese and flavorful gravy. Highly recommend and will come back. Ample parking and seating at lunch. Waitress was friendly and helpful.

The Enchiladas were delicious, and they were Cheesy with the delicious Carne Guisada taste gravy❤️ The crispy taco meat were really tasty and Delicious. The lettuce, tomato and onions were really fresh which also includes the Chalupa. the beans were tasty good , the lettuce, tomato and onions really fresh. I will definitely be coming here over and over again. Oh I almost forgot, I once saw Flaco Jimenez eating here also👍

Excellent tacos. I had the beans and cheese, Chorizo and Beans, and Al Pastor. All were excellent, with a good portion sizes, and for a reasonable price. My wife had an asada torta. Great spicy salsas. Note this is an authentic mexican restaurant so no chips and salsa served. Breakfast is served all day.

First time here, food was hot, fresh, great customer service! Coffee delicious, menudo really good and they got homemade corn and flour tortillas! Will be back. Nice little hole in the wall restaurant.

This was my first time coming here it was early in the morning i think i was the first one there. Let me say the food was the best I've had in a long time. Everything was great, the tortillas , and that's how you can tell if a restaurant is going to be good even the coffee is good you must go and try it you won't regret it.

Ist time there but it was very cozy & homey- a warm place, felt good & welcoming. Mom & I enjoyed the food there. Carne guisada with cheese tacos were excellent as were the beef enchiladas so tasty delicious. It was 1st time, but I may go back!

Haven't been here i a while, and it is still really good. Me and the wife wanted some coffee and pan dulce and this restaurant is one of the few to hace pan dulce, after the concha I went ahead and order my menudo because it's very good.

Enchiladas are great. Gorditas are good. Crispy tacos are good but break in half quickly. Soft tacos were good. Beans come out extremely hot and the rice is sometimes a bit dry. Otherwise, great restaurant.

Great service, nice atmosphere for a morning visit, however, the food seemed very ... flavorless. Tortillas are very thin, you really don't taste them either. Beans had no flavor. The green salsa was just ok. The barbacoa seem dry and also no flavors of spices... The coffee was just alright . I'm kind sad bc I was hoping I found a new go to restaurant. I might give this place another try just bc of the servers. but right now I'm not too sure bc of the food.

My one taco took forever! My family was done eating while i still waited for a potatoe and egg taco. Waitress was nice. I'm sure she and only she felt bad.

We've been several times so I don't want to base this review off the most recent visit only. I'll start by saying previous experiences were good...probably 4 or 5 star. On this past visit though, I noticed there were several health code/food handler violations. Servers were eating at the expo area where the food is passed from the kitchen. Our server was eating, hand to mouth, at a table a few feet from ours. It was Sunday morning and I know the staff needs to eat too...I ran restaurants for a long time, I know how that goes. Neither of the servers washed their hands before resuming regular server duties after eating their food. Plates with half eaten food were left at the expo area while fresh plates and drinks were prepared there to be taken to customers. These are all blatant violations and if the servers have their food handlers' license or ServeSafe Certifications, they know they are violations. The manager was present and said nothing to the servers about the violations. On top of this, I still can't figure out the pricing...we ordered 6 breakfast tacos, 2 breakfast plates ($6.50 each) 1 eggs and toast a la carte, 4 coffees and 3 soft drinks with 3 extra flour tortillas...the bill was $69 with included gratuity. It seems like we've eaten more full plates on previous visits and the bill was in the $40s...not sure how we got to $70 this visit.

Unfortunately, I was wearing white pants and unknowingly stained them when I removed the plate. I promptly contacted Nora's and spoke with a young lady who offered to provide another salsa or note the incident for the owner. I opted to return and was met with an unfriendly attitude from the black-haired lady, who questioned my account of the incident. She seemed skeptical and made faces at her coworker, which I found unprofessional.

They sent me out my taco without guacamole and sent paper thin sliced avocado instead . When I returned it all they did was smash one of the slices and said here you go . The very young James Avery jewelry girl insisted it was guacamole. She refused to agree with me for whatever reason when the other nice waitress agreed with me said that it’s not really guacamole but that’s the way they make it . So for you guacamole lovers this place isn’t for you . I really enjoyed coming here for a while when I first found the restaurant a month ago but I’m not returning especially because of young James Avery jewelry girl . She’s very sarcastic and has a bad attitude like a teenage girl also does not like to reason with customers when an order is wrong

Ordered two enchiladas plates. The restaurant was not even busy and they still took 45 minutes to serve us. The enchiladas plates where all watery with no flavor. I told them I didn't want the plate after all and got barbacoa tacos. They charged me for the plates i didn't eat them. I told the register guy why should I pay for plates i didn't even touch. He told me even though I didn't touch or eat the food i still had to pay for them. Would not recommend this place. Such bad service and food.

Omg! This place sucks At taking phone orders. We ordered flautas two separate orders but, instead they put all the flautas together then I called back and the man answering the phone said oh! Come back for the beans!! Lol! Then I get a salad no lemons no dressing and when I asked for lemons the man says, I had to pay! Lo! Rude customer service taking my services ti Nichas instead

Not very happy . I spent $16 on 3 carne guisada with cheese and 3 chalupa with a tea . Carne guisada meat was very tuff and fatty . I will not be returning or recommending them to anyone . I should of just went to Lupitas

Saw reviews and had to check for myself. I am very disappointed in the food . Got the migas plate, and the chips migas were super fried and taste like fish. First and last time .. Should have sticked with Lupitas down the street , but it's my fault for trying something new

I called around 10:52 to go for a three chicken fijta tacos and I was finally able to get by 11:22 . It took them 30 min to make three chicken fijta tacos. Slow service.
