Ordered a Brisket Burger, a ABC Burger, one order of fries, and one CH2 Cookie Shake! Food came out fast. My Brisket Burger was delicious. Fries were good (I could see people wanting them more browned, though). The shake was phenomenal. The staff was professional, helpful, and super friendly! The atmosphere/vibe was really relaxed and chill. I'd highly recommend going to Orderup and ordering a Brisket Burger and a CH2 Cookie Shake for sure :)

Wow.. didn’t have any expectations but I’m pleasantly surprised! If you compare it to other burger/food places in its category it ends up at the top for me! Burger had fresh avocado and the fries were good! I’ll definitely be back to try more. The staff was also very friendly and quick. Place was clean.

First time here a couple months ago and ughhhhh!!! It was sooooo good! I had the brisket nachos and lort help me! This was the greatest thing ever. I don't know what my friend had it was since double burger of some sort and she said it was bomb too. The fries were great! The staff was really friendly a well. Since then i have been here multiple times and even brought my kiddos. Love it every time. Love each item that we try too.❤️❤️❤️

7/31/20.. first time here. I’ve been wanting a good burger and fresh cut fries. This place was recommended and let me say I was NOT disappointed. It was soooo good! They have a variety on the menu and I will definitely be back. I was told I had to get the chocolate chip cookie!!! It was good. The staff was very polite. Great customer service.

I stopped here around 2pm. I had the chicken fajita taco. I was totally blown away. I’m visiting from Missouri. Earlier this week I had some tacos at a local bar and grill. They were terrible. I tried Orderup on a whim after the gym. I was pleasantly surprised. The taco was delicious. The tortillas tasted like fresh corn and all of the flavors were wedded very well together. This was a much nicer experience than the one I had earlier this week and at a fraction of the price! The customer service was warm and friendly. It seems that their menu has something for everyone. They are family owned and operated. Give them a try. It was well worth it for me. I stopped after the first two bites of my taco just to write this review. I was really grateful for the experience and the wonderful fresh, flavorful surprise.

Delicious? Yes! Expensive? Also Yes! We're regular visitors to S.A. always try to taste something new... it was delicious but $74 to feed a family of 4 a burger and fries...😬 that was before we also added dessert. You can decide for yourself if it's worth the price. Decent food but be prepared to pay like it is a sit down restaurant.

Hubby and I came here for lunch. We ordered burgers, chips and queso, and fish tacos. when I ordered fish tacos I thought it’s 2-3pcs. but it’s only 1 fish taco, but it was ok with me as I wasn’t really hungry. TIP: If you order fish tacos, or any taco ask if it comes in 2’s or 3’s or just 1. It’s our first time to come here a fb i like the set up cuz when you get through the door, the menus are there for you to pick up and look at as you fall in line for your turn to order. Once it’s your turn, you a friendly server will take your order and you just leave the menu on he side. Get a table. Your name will be called when your order is ready. Also avoided coming in at lunch time on a Sunday as it gets crowded. Since the place is quaint there’s not many tables. I don’t know about other days. Hubby enjoyed his burger. I enjoyed my chips and queso. The chips were crunchy and fresh and seasoned. but I wish the cheese was a pimiento cheese not just plain cheez whiz. I am “meh” on the fish tacos. There’s nothing special about it. It has flavor but just ok. I won’t order it again. I will still definitely come back and try the other selection in the menu. Why? because I kind of like the place and location. Ample parking and just beside HEB Central Market.

The atmosphere is nice. The fries seemed fresh but could have used a little longer cooking to be honest. Pizza was good but not great. My burger was however great and would order again. Cheese was fantastic. Chips and cheese were really good. Margarita was tasty. On the way out grab a cookie because that was fabulous.

I visited with a group of friends for lunch. The atmosphere is more like a fast food restaurant with inside seating. I guess I was expecting for someone to seat us and take our order. The caesar fries were just ok. They would have been better with grated parmesan cheese. The dressing lacked the flavor that I was expecting. My gluten-free T-Rex pizza was burnt. Instead of the person bringing it out calling the cook out and giving it back, they served it to me. As soon as we showed someone who looked like he may have been a manager, he looked dissatisfied and agreed it was burned. He took it back to show them what was wrong as a teaching moment. I ordered the ABC burger instead with gluten free bun. The bun was warm and soft, but the burger could use a little more seasoning. My friend had fish tacos. She said they were good, but they looked plain to me. Another friend got a chicken burger and said it was delicious, and it sure did look like it! I wasn’t very impressed with the experience, but one day I would be willing to try them again.

Advertises cabbage on the fish taco (not the surfer, the regular), but it was iceberg lettuce — WEAK!!! Fish tacos don’t come with iceberg lettuce, especially not when you advertise cabbage. Make the taco soft and tasteless. Barely any flavor. Regarding the service, even though there was no one else in line, the service at the cash register was terse and cold. Unfortunate experience because everyone in my circle raves about this place.

I just don't get why this place is so popular. The tacos were super oily, the coffee tasted old and was stinky. On a brighter note, the cookie was good. You can see just how oily from the photos I have attached. I had thought that tacos were great all over San Antonio, but this place proved me wrong.

Been coming here for two years! Always had great service… Until today! 2/9/2026. Ordered take out. Server was a girl named Jazzy or the like. Nice enough. But! Big dude skin head haircut w glasses terrible customer service!!!! Bad attitude in my opinion. Just pushed my order to me w attitude. I really didn’t like that along w his demeanor.
