This is A very Humble establishment that’s been open for years, and whose flour tortillas are unmatched! Wonderful Quiet tranquil atmosphere.

Great place! Great food and even better people! Food took a little long but that's because they make everything fresh and they don't leave the food out in a pan so its "ready to serve" like other restaurants. The tortillas are to die for (they're made old fashioned, not store bought).

Making my way thru Hutchins, I came to find a nice surprise... Paulina's is OPEN! It came as a big surprise to me as they had close rather unceremoniously some time ago. This place used to be THE Mexican restaurant to visit when close but started going downhill with the former managers. Guess what?! It's under new management, and they couldn't have treated me better when I decided to go. The new manager, Lilly, was corteous and very professional. They've taken all precautions in regards to COVID-19 so we only had a limited scope of what this place could fully offer in terms of dining-in. Had camarones a la diabla and it was excellent. Food was tasty, service was good and prices were phenomenal. Will recommend friends and family. Y'all should go too!

Food was excellent, the only thing was the women behind the counter was very rude with my wife. She threw a fit because my wife didn't want to sign the ticket with there pin, and made her get her own drink from the cooler. Very disappointed with the personal service.😞🤔🤷‍♂️

Every time we have eaten here the food has been very good, the service has been excellent and the atmosphere good. If you are looking for fancy this may not be for you, if you want good food, this is it.

Loved the chicken fajita and asada tacos. They were a bit slow. Flavorful...has been a while since we visited. Will return also because the price per taco was excellent!

Ok i tried this restaurant and it was my first time it was not so great the tortillas de Arina tasted plastic,the corn tortillas was fresh and good the chicharrón en salsa was a way to hard carne guisada was good by it self, overall the service was amazing

Great option and prices for a good lunch. I ordered the fajita plate with corn tortillas. Yellow rice which is a nice change from most places around town. The fajitas had a good flavor, meat was a little tough. Beans were average. Nice salsa and they serve a separate type of sauce for the tacos.

Cash only did see sight taste less food and some of tacos tasted like it have a memudo flavor. Food came fast but food wasnt as i would like.

Good food with reasonable prices. But the waitress get distracted on their phone and ignore their customers.

Staff is still consistently not wearing masks or wearing them improperly. .. Food is good, but, this is the reason I've stayed away.

So they opened up a location on Moursund blvd, but every time I go their new location its closed. What I don't get is the will have their open sign on and the poster for their time will say 8-9 or 8-8 yet when I try to park the same server will come outside and say they are closed with a smirk on her face. I have gone 3 times now around 1pm because I live literally 2 minutes from this place yet it's always "closing" or closed. How does this restaurant expect to survive when it's always closing early while giving their customers the impression that it's open because of their open sign being on and their hour sign stating a late time?

Only ever ordered tacos from here which are hit or miss. The chubby waitress at the counter is extremely rude, she was talking about me in Spanish to the other waitress thinking I couldn't understand her. Will never go back.

It wasn't good for me.. My food wasn't the greatest. The service wasn't there. I complained about my food and was ignored, til my mom asked them did they hear what I said? We left and we will not be coming back here, again.

Waitress is walking around with no mask. Attempted to take my order without a mask... She did comply to wear it after I asked her to put it back on, but took it off as she walked away. I could see her serving chips & salsa without her mask. I left..

No sweet tea also waitress said not enough food to complete a carne guisada plate that is the first time I've ever heard that one.

I could tell because I recognized her voice when I arrived to question why I got hung up on, over the phone. She didn't even speak English and had to refer me to the cashier, who barely spoke English as well.

Maybe excuse me might work🤷 It was clear we were a bother and they were annoyed with our large group. I choose to stick it out as I did enjoy my fajitas & didnt want to make a bigger issue. But at checkout the cashier insisted on adding gratuity when we had already tipped in cash. I understand tipping is a part of the service industry but as a paying customer I ask for common courtesy. Our order did not have any extravagant request. The kids were well behaved and not running around or loud. SO WHY? Why treat us this way ? Be reminded that customers are the reason you have a job. We have visited this establishment many times b4 in smaller groups and will never return. We are happy to take our business and money to another establishment so we don't inconvenience this one again. Best of luck to anyone willing to roll the dice here.... May I suggest La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant. Food and service is always superb at this spot, and they will accommodate large or small groups 😉

I almost spoke to them in Spanish to let them know that I understood what they were saying but I decided to give this review instead. Also, there were two other take out orders before mine and the cashier took their orders to them but when my order came out she just kept yelling for me to go get mine until I noticed they were yelling at me and I got up to get it. So many little things that added up to me feeling very dissatisfied. This place left a bad taste in my mouth. I will NEVER go there again!

First time visit, was not acknowledged upon entry tho I was only customer. Sat down and had to go to Counter to order. Ordered chilaquiles. It was 6 am it is now 1 pm and still can't get the taste out of my mouth. Could not distinguish if it was the oil the potatoes were fried in or the beans... won't return
