I was craving pizza 🍕 and this was the closest thing so I said why not. I placed my order online and headed to pizza hut. When I arrived it wasn't long before a waitress came out asked for my name and went in to check if my order was ready. She promptly came back out with my order and I left. When I got home I opened the box and to my surprise the breadsticks which is what I ordered looked like cinnamon sticks but nope they were in fact breadsticks. Borderline burnt breadsticks but the pizza and boneless wings were delicious. So 3 stars for the burnt breadsticks which btw I fed to the birds outside and no complaints from them.

Idk what happened to pizza hut over the years but I'm going to Domino's from here on out. Seems like pizza hut forgot how to make a good pizza.

I know you are busy, but please try to make sure your pizzas are cooked. Yesterday, we picked up the free, large, up to 10 topping pizza that I had earned & 1/2 was eaten immediately. I didn't touch my 1/2 till today. I knew that a floppy thin & crispy was not the norm, but I didn't think that there was a problem. I started my 2nd slice before figuring out that it really was raw dough that I was eating. I cooked the pizza in my oven... I had filled out your emailed customer survey before I knew your pizza was raw & had given you good scores. you're welcome I hope we don't get sick from your raw dough & please, learn to do better

If our battery Pizza had a giant hole and rip in it the size of a silver dollar in a ripped across the whole slice the ball is chicken wings were more like miniature popcorn chicken I don't know how the manager allowed this to leave the store when she boxed it

DONT GO HERE!!! This location always getting orders wrong. I asked for light marinara sauce and they always put white sauce on my husbands pizza.I like white sauce but he doesn’t! Last time they put Italian sausage instead of chicken sausage on my pizza and I don’t eat pork! They obviously can’t read!!! They don’t try to offer a refund or nothing, just wait 30 minutes for a remake, that’s crazy! Now I have to travel to a further location to get my pizza.

Walked in about 11:30 stood at the counter, while people were working.Nobody even said they'd be with me in a minute.Nothing just kept on working.I stood there 5 minutes and decided to leave would not waste my time again

I’m sure corporate doesn’t care about this franchise judging by all the bad comments thus far but I have to say this is arguably the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to in the US. The manager was making all the pizzas for delivery and walk ins, one on the register and one seemed to be learning the job on a busy Saturday. Trash on tables, orders nearly an hour wait… clear mismanagement by the franchisee trying skim extra profit. SMH.

Manager miss Anna is very rude to her employees and customers everyday they have an attitude with their employees when I called the store I was hung up in my face trying to resolve something with one of their employees not being able to make it to work due to health conditions and being in the hospital something needs to be done their management skills suck they yell at their employees there’s also mold growing in their building

I ordered online this morning to pick up lunch. I redeemed a coupon for a free flatbread with purchase. When I went to pick up my order the shift manager as she quoted herself, was no help at all. She wanted to charge me the full amount stating that the price she had on the order is what I needed to pay, there was another customer having the same issue. Thanks to her laziness I wasted time driving there to walk away empty handed, she told me to call the call center for help. That’s really bad customer service, I’m not sure what her manager told her but I won’t be ordering from your location anymore. Thanks for taking away my coupon now I can’t use it again to place the order elsewhere. Also for wasting my lunch hour, terrible service.

My son and I sat at a table for almost half an hour. No one came to our table to take our order not even drinks. I could understand if the restaurant was full of customers. But there were only 5 customers. I think those 3 customers were waiting for take out orders. The one girl that was in the back helping looked at our table a couple of times. And nothing, the customer service SUCKED!!!!!!!! Never going there again.

*FOOD POISON* On Saturday March 15, 2025. I called in a big order, when I was half ways placing the order they hung up, I called again and they said the call was dropped and they had phone technical problems. I finish placing my order which my total was around $150. That night 6 out of 12 adults & children who ate pizza, woke up with stomach ache and vomiting and diarrhea. On Sunday March 16, 2025, 2 more also started vomiting and having diarrhea. On Monday March 17, 2025 the symptoms continued, 2 of the ones that got sick on Saturday got better. On Tuesday March 18, 2025, 4 people who ate the pizza are still very sick, still vomiting and diarrhea. We were in town for an event that was going one for the weekend and instead of having a great time, thanks to this pizza hut located on 110 S, Ww White, San Antonio, TX 78219 Half of our group got sick! We will never dine in or order from this location ever again!

At this location they do not have fountain drinks so you have to pay bottle prices 250 East and they're not cold. No silverware to eat with. Server came to take our order to bring us our order and never came back. No salad bar no salads.
